The second video focuses on the aftermath of the missile strikes on Israeli airbases, displaying damage from explosive warheads and the swift repair efforts undertaken by Israeli forces. Postol notes that the attack resulted in significant costs, estimating that Israel's defensive efforts amounted to approximately $1.3 billion, underscoring the financial burden of responding to such missile strikes. He highlights that while the Iron Dome system is designed for intercepting smaller threats, evidence suggests that it was not actively engaged against the long-range ballistic missiles, raising questions about its effectiveness in such scenarios.
In the third video, Postol presents footage of Israeli air-to-air missile engagements against drones and cruise missiles, further illustrating the high costs associated with intercepting these threats. The AIM-9x Sidewinder missile, which serves as the primary air-to-air missile for the U.S. Air Force, is cited as costing around $500,000, contrasting with the significantly lower costs of Iranian drones and cruise missiles. This disparity reveals a potentially unsustainable dynamic in defense spending against a determined adversary, particularly considering the limited success of existing missile defense systems against sophisticated threats.
Postol concludes by emphasizing the implications of the evolving nature of drone and missile technology, noting that commercially available systems could enable adversaries like Iran to develop precision-guided munitions with high accuracy. He raises concerns about the sustainability of current defense strategies and urges a critical evaluation of existing systems, such as Iron Dome, in terms of combat effectiveness and cost efficiency. His analysis calls for the need for well-reasoned defense strategies that address not only technical capabilities but also economic viability, cautioning against reliance on expensive systems without demonstrable effectiveness in actual combat scenarios.

EXCERPT FROM AN EMAIL WRITTEN IN RESPONSE TO A REQUEST FROM A FRIEND ASKING FOR HIS ASTUTE ANALYSIS OF IRAN’S DRONE AND MISSILE ATTACK ON ISRAEL.
Theodore Postol is Professor of Science, Technology and National Security Policy in the Program in Science, Technology, and Society at MIT.
I apologize for not getting back to you sooner with answers to your questions. I have been spending time trying to find any video data from the Iranian attacks on Israel that might be informative.
I have attached three video clips derived from some of the sources I found and have put them together in a way that will hopefully be helpful to you and your colleagues.
The first of these video clips is titled:
Real-Time & Slo Mo of Raw Video Clip of April 14, 2024 Iran Attack On Israel In Umm Al-Fahm P33_480_.mp4 (3.4 MB)
This clip shows two long-range Iranian missiles passing through the atmosphere, impacting, and exploding in Israel. The incoming missiles are bright spots in the video because they are traveling at a high enough speed (Mach 10 to 13) to be incandescent from atmospheric heating. For now, I will only give you several important highlights, but there is a lot more that can be derived from this particular video.
The video is cut into four sections.
The first section is simply the video as it appears in real time. The time-sequence is roughly 13 seconds long. The soundtrack has four sharp sounds like “gunfire,” which are simply the sounds from the ground-explosions delayed in time due to the speed of sound being much slower than the speed of light. Note that you can see only two ground-explosions, but the sound indicates there are two additional ground-explosions that occurred outside the field-of-view of the camera.
The second section is simply the first section repeated at one third speed, so you have a better chance of observing details.
The following two sections are simply a repeat of section 1 and section 2.
There are many other videos of unengaged ballistic missiles arriving, but all of them cut off before the warheads reach the ground. This is almost certainly due to Israeli classification rules that do not allow the press to publish videos of ground-explosions.
The second video clip titled:
Damage to Israeli Air Base In April 14, 2023 Iran Attack_480_.mp4 (2.8 MB)
This clip shows some of the ground damage at one of the two Israeli airbases that were the direct targets of these ballistic missile attacks. The first sequence shows a crater that was probably from a 200 to 400 kilogram explosive warhead. There are also photographs of lower levels of damage and smaller craters that may possibly be from drones that were not intercepted. The drones are known to have 50 kg warheads and would thereby produce much lower levels of ground damage and smaller craters.
A very interesting section of the video shows the Israelis repairing a runway, which must have been hit by a munition, requiring that the airbase to quickly fill in the crater and cover it with fast-annealing concrete.
All military airports have this capability as it is expected that runways will be attacked so as to limit the ability for the airbase to handle combat aircraft for taking off and landing.
The last 10 seconds of the video shows a ballistic missile arriving, and no interceptors in the air attempting to engage it. If you look carefully at the dark sky immediately above the building the warhead passes behind, you should be able to see one or more faint flashes in the sky. These faint flashes are indications of intense light from a ground explosion that is being reflected by particles in the sky.
The third video titled:
Israeli Drone Shootdowns on April 14, 2024 (Normal and Slo Mo-P35)240.mp4 (1.1 MB)
This video shows aircraft “gun camera” images of drones and cruise missiles that are being shot down with air-to-air missiles.
The gun camera images show cruise missiles:
1.png 2.png
and drones:
3.png
The cruise missiles travel at a speed of roughly 500 to 600 km/h while the drones travel at a much slower speed, about 220 to 250 km/h.
The videos show an extremely important fact.
All of the targets, whether drones or not, are shot down by air-to-air missiles.
The workhorse air-to-air missile of the United States Air Force is a AIM-9x Sidewinder.
The cost of a single Sidewinder air-to-air missile is about $500,000.
The cost of a drone is perhaps 10,000 or $20,000, and the cost of an Iranian cruise missile is probably about $100,000.
An extremely important fact released by the Israeli government is that the cost of defending Israel from this particular Iranian attack was about $1.3 billion!
The implications of this single number are substantial.
This indicates that the cost of defending from waves of attacks of this type is very likely to be unsustainable against an adequately armed and determined adversary.
The actual scale of the attack is summarized according to CNN in the image below:
The clear and unambiguous evidence from all of the videos of ballistic missiles arriving over Israel show that Iron Dome interceptors were essentially not used in any attempts to engage the ballistic missiles.
The decision to not even try to engage the long-range Iranian ballistic missiles is completely sound.
The Iron Dome interceptor would have a good chance of intercepting either a cruise missile or a drone that had leaked through the very substantial aircraft implemented air-defense system.
This almost certainly means that the bulk of the $1.3 billion cost of the defense was almost certainly expended on shooting down drones and cruise missiles with fighter aircraft launching air-to-air missiles against targets.
Since there is essentially no evidence of long-range ballistic missiles being engaged by Iron Dome, it could only mean that they were not engaged at all, or there were attempts to engage them with the Arrow and David’s sling defense systems.
The fact that a very large number of unengaged ballistic missiles could be seen glowing as they reenter the atmosphere to lower altitudes, indicates that whatever the effects of David’s Sling and the Arrow missile defenses, they were not especially effective.
Thus, the evidence at this point shows that essentially all or most of the arriving long-range ballistic missiles were not intercepted by any of the Israeli air and missile-defense systems.
An additional observation that is relevant to the situation of Israel relative to South Korea is illustrated in the two maps below:
The maps indicate that the drones and cruise missiles had to travel distances of 1300 to 1500 km from Iran to Israel, and roughly 2000 km from Yemen to Israel.
This transit requires many hours allowing for fighter aircraft to engage drones and cruise missiles. There are now reports that the US Navy provided airborne warning and control systems (AWACS, specifically, Navy E-2 Hawkeyes)) which were extremely effective in vectoring fighter aircraft to targets that they could then quickly acquire and destroy.
Such an opportunity would be much more limited in the case of similar types of mass attacks from North Korea against South Korea. AWACS will certainly be tremendously helpful in the case of defending South Korea from this type of attack, but the engagement-rate limitations of combat aircraft against very large numbers of drones and cruise missiles would make the effectiveness of this kind of combat-air defense much lower than was the case for the Israeli defense against Iran.
Another very serious problem that analysts will need to consider is that commercially available technology is now good enough for constructing cruise missiles and drones that have limited but usefull capabilities to “recognize” their targets and home on them.
On September 14, 2019 Iranian produced cruise missiles were used to attack the Abqaiq Oil Facility in Saudi Arabia. The nature of the damage to the facility indicated that the cruise missiles had an effective accuracy of perhaps a few feet, much more precise than could be achieved with GPS guidance.
I have analyzed the situation, and have concluded that commercially available optical and computational technology is more than capable of being adapted to a cruise missile guidance system to give it very high precision homing capability. The proof of this conclusion is in the satellite photograph below:
as can be seen from this satellite image produced by the company Digital Globe and paid for and released by the US government. It shows that four cruise missiles struck four oil processing tanks at Abqaiq at essentially the same point on each of the tanks. Such precision could not possibly be achieved with GPS guidance alone.
In order to convince myself that my conclusion that the optical homing could be done with nothing more than satellite data, I stimulated the homing process by taking the satellite image of a single isolated oil processing tank,
I then performed a well-known procedure called “image cross-correlation” on the original satellite images of the tanks.
The correlation “functions” that were produced by this very simple computer experiment are shown below,
And the results are projected onto an actual satellite photograph of the tanks, showing that the correlation methodology provides very high precision in identifying the central location on a tank that is to be hit.
Since the optical and computational systems needed to perform these correlations in near-real-time on a homing missile are well within the capabilities of commercial cameras and computer chips (NVidia chips are well up to the job), it is my conclusion that the Iranians have already developed precision guided cruise missiles and drones.
The implications of this are clear.
The cost of shooting down cruise missiles and drones will be very high and might well be unsustainable unless extremely inexpensive and effective anti-air systems can be implemented.
It is certainly possible to shoot down drones and cruise missiles with antiaircraft guns, although these systems will be of limited range and will need to be relatively close to targets they are defending.
At this time, no one has demonstrated a cost-effective defense system that can intercept ballistic missiles with any reliability. So far, even Iron Dome has been a failure against artillery rockets, which are of quite short range and are of quite simple and inexpensive.
The Israelis claim an outrageous cost per Iron Dome interceptor of between $60,000 and $80,000 an interceptor. It seems that this claim must be untrue.
Similarly sophisticated interceptors, whether they are the Javelin antitank missile, which costs about $200,000 each or the AIM-9x air-to-air missile are tremendously more expensive.
The Israelis Iron Dome system has been to a very good first approximation completely funded by the US government. Any consideration for purchasing the system must be accompanied by proof it can work in combat and by accurate cost estimates of the different components.
Only then should any consideration be given to whether or not purchase Iron Dome.
I have a lot more I can say about these issues, but I fear I have probably already overwhelmed you with details that raise many more questions that I am not sure I can answer.
Those people who advocate buying these active defenses should be asked to provide data that shows what I have collected herein and elsewhere is not supported by the facts.
Anyone who advocates a defense approach for their country should be able to show that they have a fully reasoned argument, which includes information about the effectiveness of the strategy and its affordability.
Wishful thinking, like what has happened in Ukraine, will at best be a recipe for tremendous expenditures for little capability.
I would welcome to hear the arguments of those who want to make such purchases. I am open to learning and to obtaining data that could lead me to a different conclusion.

Postol’s note gives some insight into what has been going on in the Ukraine-Russia conflict for the past couple of years. The Ukrainians claim to shoot down everything, but there is plenty of evidence these claims are overstated. Some cruise missiles have been downed by MANPADS. I have not heard of any being downed by fighter jets, but this is expected if the missiles are launched from far away. The Soviet/Russian short range air-defense systems used on both sides such as the Tunguska/Pantsir seem valuable to defeat drone and cruise missile attacks but they can still be overwhelmed by saturation attacks or countermeasures. They can also engage higher performance targets.
The Soviets built vast numbers of 23 mm air-defense cannons many of which remain in Ukraine and Russia. I am surprised these have not been deployed more widely to protect infrastructure inside Russia. With some low cost modern sensors and networking capability these guns should be useful for defending against subsonic targets. I think one challenge for Russia is that putting these weapons on alert puts a large civilian area on a wartime footing, since a hail of cannon rounds and debris will fall under and beyond every target they shoot at. These small rounds do not have proximity fuses so it may require a lot of shots to hit a small moving target.
My own perspective is that existing dumb rockets with guidance kits might be a useful low cost tool against the slower targets. This defense would use either a common APKWS or Ugroza S-8 aircraft launched rocket (if the Russian guidance kit exists) along with a laser target designator on the aircraft. An aircraft can carry many of these rockets in pods. Another obvious weapon is MANPADs with upgraded, non-infrared guidance systems better suited to engaging drones; probably a cheap millimeter wave radar. I’m sure both weapons are being investigated by all sides, along with group launchers.
East and West have worked on guided 57 mm cannon rounds to be able to destroy drones more cost-effectively than using missiles. As drones get cheaper and swarms get larger the weaponeers may need to push this technology down to smaller calibers with a higher rate of fire.
mach 10 to 13, is an incredible rate of speed and comparable to the russian zinzhal hypersonic missiles. i think the russians must have helped them in the development of this technology. so now the chinese, iranians, koreans and even the houthis’ have all demonstrated hypersonic technologies while the u.s. can’t, because they stole all our technology and won’t give it back.
the iranian claim that this was not their most advanced missile and who knows if that’s the truth, because who knows what the russians have up their sleeve. they are just now starting to use their kinzhals on these zato fools, and if the yanks are coming (lol), they’re also going to be shitting themselves, when they find out what awaits them there.
one thing is clear, the russians, chinese, koreans, and iranians are working together in a much larger axis of resistance and they are going to slowing bleed the zioneocon empire dry, with the death of a thousand cuts or kinzhals if necessary (or sarmats, if they just refuse to get the message).

Incoherent explanation.
US’s enemies so “stole” American technology that the Americans no longer even HAVE it?
“Theft” of technology doesn’t usually work that way, despite the word (theft). HOW did they do that?
that’s what makes it funny 🤣, that’s not my story it’s theirs 😂! you see it’s like when grandpa simpson told us that keiser bill stole our word for twenty and we had to say dickety.

Not sure what this rambling concluded other than it presently costs $$$ to shoot down incoming munitions. D’oh.
There doesn’t seem to be any props to the Israel and all the others who participated in taking out the Iranian barrage and was 99% successful.
As to:
That will be addressed by laser weapons, which are currently being field tested now. Britain is saying they may send their laser weapon to Ukraine by 2025. Israel is expected to deploy Iron BEAM in the same time frame. The USA has laser weapons on a number of naval ships now and likely in some test fighter jets.
Lasers are only good for close-in fighting though. We aren’t yet at the SF level where a laser weapon could shoot down from space and take out ground targets. That might become more viable once we get fusion power up and running. So probably 20-40 years away.
Laser weapons have never worked since the atmosphere bends, distorts and weakens the beam. Max range to burn through something is less than a mile with perfectly clear weather and assumes the target is not reflective or heat resistant and not maneuvering. But it’s always been a profitable con so continues. Here are details for the curious.
https://www.g2mil.com/Laser_Scams.htm
The main result of laser weapons will be blind civilians. The US and Russia had very powerful laser weapons on test aircraft decades ago. They can be good for zapping drones, but you can buy a lot of cheap drones for the cost of one high power laser.
Irans hypersonic missiles generate deterrence through terror, says Scott Ritter by Alfredo Jalife-Rahme!
https://www.voltairenet.org/article220763.html
Despite the Israeli propaganda campaign to persuade Western media that the Iranian response did not cause any damage, the truth is emerging.
Tehran did not seek to attack the Israeli civilian population, but to test the IDF defenses. For the first time, it used hypersonic missiles that neither Israels allies nor its own army were able to intercept.
As for Iranian channel PressTV, it showed, with supporting video, that all the hypersonic missiles deployed successfully reached their targets: namely, the highly strategic air base of Nevatim, which hosts the F-35s, and that of Ramon, located very close to the clandestine nuclear power plant of Dimona [4].
According to other Iranian sources, Irans hypersonic missiles (Fattah 2) hit a secret Mossad military base in the Syrian Golan Heights, which belongs to Syria and was annexed by Israel – reportedly costing the lives of 44 ( sic) spies – and even hit a Mossad building in Tel Aviv.
Maybe instead of “on a wartime footing” you meant to say “at great risk”. Dozens or hundreds of such AA guns would be firing at low angles and would travel for miles with a deadly effect for anything they hit. I’d image a large bullet like that could go right through an ordinary house. In the end the guns would probably kill more local citizens than would the incoming drones or cruise missiles.
The cost of Israel’s munitions is irrelevant because Isreal and its allies print money as needed. In fact the more it cost the more money the warlords make. They want endless war. The analysis of the Iranian attack is exactly what the military industry wants. Ukraine is the same…
I think the best way to summarize the situation is that the “Iron Dome” isn’t iron and it isn’t a dome. It would be more accurately called “Target Practice”.
Personally, I found it clear and concise – perhaps it is just his conclusions you find unpalatable?
The analysis also seems to confirm the suspicion that the “Iron Dome” is little more than an extremely expensive firework display.
Greed shall be their downfall, the sooner the better…

This article is over a year old. Do you think the US Navy is installing laser weapons because they don’t work? Did they forget to contact you before they spent $$ billions on this idea? [rotflol]?
Maybe the origin of the surname Postol will be interesting to some. I looked up the origin on the internet and got different information. Some of them are of recent date, which introduces confusion in deciphering the original meaning.
England and Ireland are mentioned as countries of origin (probably related to American migrants from those countries). There is also a large number of Jewish surnames (e.g. in Argentina) which may lead someone to conclude that the surname is of Jewish origin.
However, some key details are slowly being revealed. First, that the name is in fact identical with the name ‘apostle’. Second, that the highest density of that surname is in Ukraine. The latter indicates that the origin of the name is Serbian, and that it came to Ukraine (that is, to Russia, since Ukraine is a fairly recent concept) through migrations from the Balkans (when even Russians and Russia did not exist).
Where then does the identity with ‘apostle’ come from? This may surprise those who, despite everything, still do not know where and when the first Christian diocese was founded. To cut it short, the word ‘postol’ is an old Serbian word for footwear. Jesus asked his disciples to go barefoot (a-postol = without shoes) among the people and to preach the gospel. (A)postol is the Serbian word for ‘apostle’. ‘Postol’ is still widely used in Dalmatia and the Adriatic coast where there are many shoe repair shops ‘postol-ar’ = shoemaker.
So, postol=footwear.
Another laser article, this time from Israel. You need to start reading so you can catch up with modern weapon technology!
Many thanks for a very informative write up
I am really puzzled by the contradiction between
1) the claim that most ballistic missiles impacted
2) the satellite photos showing almost no damage (see:
https://tribune.com.pk/story/2463720/satellite-images-show-damage-on-israeli-air-base-after-iranian-attack)
The only significant damage in the satellite pictures of the three sites (Ramon, Hermon, Nevatim) is on the Nevatim runway. That is all!!
With 120 ballistic missiles fired, and the author claimng most hit Israel, how could the damage be so minimal?
1) the ballistic missiles, except maybe for the one that hit the runway, did not have explosive warheads (LIKELY, if Iran just wanted to demonstrate hits, not cause damage)
2) other sites were targeted which are not being revealed (UNLIKELY because the declared mission was to hit targets involved in the April 1 attack)
3) the ballistic missiles were so imprecise that almost all failed to reach the Ramon/Hermon/Nevatim bases and hit elsewhere (VERY UNLIKELY)
4) The author is wrong.
Israel should rename David’s Sling to David’s Dildo, cos’ you Hebes love useless things you can shove up your ass.
Armed forces of Ukraine have lost almost 500,000 soldiers, Sergei Shoigu said. He pointed out: “That’s half a million soldiers, and the USA cynically announces that Ukrainians will continue to die for their interests in the fight against Russia.”
Shoigu also stated that the Armed Forces of Russia have so far destroyed more than 22,000 unmanned aerial vehicles and about 2,000 other aerial targets, including 592 aircraft, 270 helicopters, 349 anti-aircraft guided and tactical ballistic missiles, 329 guided missiles, 278 anti-radar missiles and 37 balloons.
He particularly emphasized: “Now NATO has 33,000 soldiers, about 300 tanks and over 800 other armoured combat vehicles near the borders of Russia.”
I realise that citizens of the “Shining City on the Hill” the exceptional nation, have difficulty in accepting that they are not the best and the brightest, however, as my maths teacher used to say, Quod
erat demonstrandum.
Explain yourself then. We’re waiting for your “valuable cooperation”.
However it is, one thing is certain. Conventional military strategy has to be abandoned in the wake of relatively inexpensive ‘drone war’ weapons. Traditional–i.e. heavy and expensive ‘big iron’ weaponry (tanks and other armored mobile vehicles) can easily be taken out by inexpensive to manufacture loitering munitions. And, up close, hand-held weaponry. Russia has proved it as Challenger, Leopard and Abrams tanks–advertised as ‘game changers’– became useless as effective battleground weapons.
The biggest question mark against conventional warfare has to be aircraft carrier battle groups. In an age of hypersonics, those floating castles will not be able to get near enough to launch fighters without themselves becoming Titanics.
With this in mind, the idea that the US could somehow ‘defend’ Taiwan against mainland invasion is absurd. Short of a massive nuclear first strike against the mainland, no one who supports the idea has ever stated clearly how the logistics of that would work. Because they can’t.
The only conclusion is that ‘arms packages’ are simply corporate welfare to keep the MIC going, with no expectation that there will ever be an actual war between the US and whomever. Certainly the idea of ‘boots on the ground’ is out of the question, given the sad state of our military. Emma and her two moms aren’t going to cut it.
Perhaps the term being groped for is “collateralise”….
as in: “numerous civilians woud be (prematurely/unnecessarily) collateralised” i.e. dwellings and/or their occuants destroyed/injured in order to save them.
The ‘Iron Dome’ is believed by some people to be a hoax, its twin purposes being (a) to keep the civilian Israelis in a state of fear and (b) to suck yet more money from Washington.

Postol’s note gives some insight into what has been going on in the Ukraine-Russia conflict for the past couple of years. The Ukrainians claim to shoot down everything, but there is plenty of evidence these claims are overstated.
Stop making stuff up.
They have never made that claim and in fact they requested more Patriot systems because they can’t shoot everything down.
I don’t see why you even bother commenting on Ukraine. You are clearly unable to process reality and just go into your “sounds good” imaginationland.
Russian missile strikes on Ukrainian cities kills five, officials say
https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/russia-launches-missile-attack-kyiv-other-ukrainian-cities-ukraines-air-force-2024-02-07/
Good food for thought.
I can’t help but wonder why Iran and others aren’t using maneuvering drones and missiles to throw off interceptors. I can imagine even a slow piston drone would cause fighters and anti-aircraft batteries some grief if they jinked around like the Kornet.
Not really. Once on a war footing people are trained to immediately respond to air raid alerts by going to pre-established basement shelters, putting on hard hats, whatever. Any casualties look more reasonable in that scenario. People who are alarmed can temporarily relocate away from prime targets. The spent cannon rounds are not as dangerous as when first fired; probably they self-destruct or the fuses go inert after traveling a certain distance, but still could injure or kill an unlucky person. This has been true for a hundred years.
State-of-the-art laser systems probably work a bit better than this report implies. Sophisticated optics can do tracking and correction as well as required, but are large and expensive. I agree with the general conclusion but believe the details are a bit pessimistic. The problem for the Navy and the Air Force is always the same: if you add a new weapon to a platform (ship or aircraft) what do you get rid of? The new system requires space, power, clear lines of sight, training, repairs, etc. and it has to work better or be much less expensive (!) than whatever it is replacing. Because of the weather limitation, surface lasers will always be a niche weapon which derates their value. The Zumwalt destroyer was the Navy’s platform for lasers but so far I have not seen anything published regarding actual lasers on these ships.
The most impressive laser video (or was it a single frame) I have seen online was a shootdown of a Vandal target with an old chemical laser, probably from the 1990’s. This target was a repurposed US Navy Talos missile from the late 1950’s. This Mach 3 missile was similar to the modern Russian Oniks missile, though with shorter range. There is also a more recent video of a smaller German laser shooting down drones. This system was intended to be an adjunct to Gepard-type defenses to keep them from being overwhelmed by a saturation attack with drones.
I don’t know if Carlton mentioned that a smoke bomb may be a pretty good defense against some lasers.
I assume the Chinese have many military lasers and would not be shy about using them to blind attacking troops in defense of their homeland. Don’t forget to wear your laser safety goggles! In case you are wondering, a blinding laser will always be referred to as a “long range (high power) target designator”.
In 1992 Professor Postol managed to make the study of probability much more interesting by analyzing REAL problems. It is so tiresome to read about Polya Urns, Colored Balls and other such similar BS.
Page 10:
A far more interesting application of this simple math was reported in the Boston Globe on January 24, 1992 (p. 3), as part of the retrospective analyses then being conducted on the Gulf War. In particular, the Pentagon had gone on record with a claim that the Patriot antiaircraft missile system had “successfully engaged over 80 percent” of the Scud missiles Iraq had launched at Saudi Arabia.
An MIT physicist, Theodore Postol, disputed that claim; it was a remarkable claim, too, as the Patriot was designed to counter relatively slow manned aircraft, not supersonic ballistic missiles. Postol based his skepticism on what he saw after watching videotapes of fourteen Patriot – Scud engagements. There were thirteen misses and one probable hit. The Globe article ended with this quote from Professor Postol: “What are the odds I would see 13 misses and one hit if the Patriot was successfully shooting down 80 percent of the Scuds?”

The new world war is on multiple dimension, and the order of importance is first economy then enforcement. The new “belt and road” countries are “production” based industrial capitalism with sovereign money. Industrial capitalism and finance capitalism are rank enemies. The old canard about socialism/communism vs democracy was a duping operation to capture normies. It has always been about finance capital wanting to take sordid gain, to rent seek.
The most important thing is how a country deals with its money, taxes, and debts. Finance Capitalism wants to spread its debts internationally, and then enforce debt contracts with a blue water navy. Rim theory and other military doctrines grew up around the logic of finance.
Corporatocracy, or rule by corporations, was invented simultaneously with finance capitalism, while our Jewish friends were on sojourn in Amsterdam. They needed a new usury system. The Atlantacist system consists of power projection with deep water navies (initially) and now air power. A merchants ships bill of lading can be hypothecated by a private bank, while said ship is still in transit. Navies are also to insure “safe passage” of merchant vessels. Atlanatacism is also predicated on long supply lines, where heavy military goods transit across deep water oceans.
The second order of importance in the new multi dimensional war, is the advent of A2AD and ISR. This doctrine then thwarts Atlantacist offensive aggression. A2AD is close in, to maintain the land rims. Supply lines are short, across land, and cannot be easily interdicted. ISR, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance have gotten a big boost with drones. Decision making within ISR domain is now sped up (drones can do both recon and attack, and soon supply), as the Russians have demonstrated. Sped up ISR has NATO (Atlantacist) completely flummoxed.
There is a reason the Russian navy is bottled up in harbor; the same would apply to NATO. The rules of the game have changed. Surface ships are vulnerable, as even the Houthis are demonstrating.
Atlanticist sea powers (countries parasitized by Jews and Finance Capitalism) can still rain down ballistic missiles on the land powers (the new emerging multi polar world) and get through their defenses. But, so too can the land powers rain down missiles, especially onto Atlantacist America, which can no longer hide behind the ocean (I’m American).
The multidimensional world war currently unfolding is being won by the superior industrial capitalism and sovereign money of the emerging multi polar world. Civilizations not organized on industrial capitalism/sovereign money principle are destined for the Ash Heap, because they fundamentally are anti-life, and are predicated on stealing wealth rather than creating it.
It is the supreme irony that industrial capitalism and sovereign money was invented by the Colonials. This is why I am both a Nazi and an American, and why there is no contradiction. America was parasitized and has veered off-course from its founding. The colonials found themselves as a land-power, and they had sovereign money. Their Colonial Script was issued by Treasury along with Bills of Credit. The revolutionary war was to protect their new American System of Economy, invented mostly by Robert Morris in Massachusets Bay. The Jewish cousin-hood in London attacked with their “sea power” and finance capital, but only after causing an 8 year depression by demonetizing script.
U.S. Congress even has fascist symbols. Basically, if you are an American and go along with the “democracy” and finance capitalism is good propaganda, you are a dupe who has been brainwashed. We Americans are due a spanking because the founders allowed the Jew and other agents of mammon to insert themselves as parasites into our body politic. The founders did not put strong enough protections in place.
The spanking is coming, its a foregone conclusion; because all of the old jew methods that won wars, debt spread and turned the vanquished into debt slaves, no longer work.
Industrial Capitalism and National Socialism go together hand and glove. China is effectively national socialist. The Socialism is to lower production costs. Natural monopolies which are prone to privatization and rent seeking, are put in the public sector to lower costs.
The finance capitalists in their cat-bird seats of London/Paris/Wall Street, desperately want to cling to their past sordid gains. They like having Maria give them B.J.s and having Manuel mow the lawn.
The impotence of the Jews to defend their special “land,” of Zion/Israel, which is an offshoot of finance capital, is making the agents of Mammon go insane. Remember, Zionism was funded into existence by finance capital in the same way as was Bolshevism. It was not a god thing, it was the worst kind of people, like Rothschild, funding the operations and doing a death harvest.
Ultimately, the Jew is getting his comeuppance. You cannot hoax reality and take usury and rents forever. America is also getting its comeuppance, and of course, I am not happy about things as I will be tarred also.
The only card left to play by the Jew and FC types, is terror and color revolution. They can recycle more petrodollars (through their owned private banks) and channel it toward Takfiri warriors, or Kosher Nazis (in Ukraine).
If America joins WW3 as a direct combatant, all of her ships will be sunk while in transit across the Atlantic. If she goes nuclear, the oceans are not a barrier, and missile defense is easily penetrated.
All ballistic missiles are ‘hypersonic’ or nearly. This buzzword is not understood too well. Something falling out of the sky, with low air resistance, will accelerate to very high speeds. A Minuteman warhead reaches a terminal velocity of about Mach 20 (I think). What is new are warheads that can maneuver at those speeds (Avangard), and cruise missiles that can travel > Mach 6, like Zircon. Reaching a speed of Mach 10 or 13, doesn’t require anything exotic. The warhead has to get high enough. Targeting does require something highly technical.
I’m guessing that you do not have a degree in Physics?

Even more than Russia, Ukraine has proved it. They have taken out enormous numbers of Russia armored vehicles with ‘FPV’ drones. It is practically their main long-range weapon now. Something has to change. Both Russia and Ukraine are handing out shotguns to troops now, as a stopgap, but something more sophisticated will be coming I’m sure. Aside: Of course, it would help Russia to get rid of the crook Shoigu. His Deputy Minister of Defense and long-time friend, was arrested yesterday, after decades of stealing money.
Here is more on this topic Jojo. Sep 8, 2023 Yes, The Army DOES Have New Supercharged Lasers Weapons!
In 2021 the U.S. Armed Forces revealed that development was underway of a new laser weapon a million times more powerful than anything previously manufactured. The new laser would be capable of vaporizing a drone and, if improvements were made at a steady pace, would also be capable of much greater mobility than earlier incarnations of powerful lasers.

If the US Navy installed it that´s ipso facto proof it didn´t work.
Well actually…
I don’t trust a word coming from the mouth of HIDUSTAN TIMES. Like their fake democracy is nonsense.
India news is fake. India is Zionist racist.
Shoigu is a Tuvan. Multiculturalism doesn’t work, it is a Tower of Babel. The Tuvan was left in place by Putin for some reason. Putin has allowed some grift to occur as he battled the mostly Jewish Oligarchs who rained death onto Russia in the 90’s. Putin has said that more people died due to the privations of the 90’s, than died in the great war.
The sooner Russia moves to a Tsar/Symphony system, the better. The new Tsar system has to be something like Hungary’s constitutional kingdom, which lasted nearly 1000 years. Hungarian Kings were not idiot sons or blood relations, they were selected by voting process (not a democracy). The King had to select the upper house, and the people selected the lower house. If the two did not get along, there was a new election. If the new election did not find individuals who could work together, the King was ousted. It was not a party system.
The Russian king has to always be a white Rus. Stalin settled the issue after WW2, when he noticed that the Rus did all the heavy lifting, while the Jews were shirking duty.
Stalin wrote a book outlining his theory, that a nation requires a culture bearing people. The other groups in the nation are subordinate, and are along for the ride. These subordinate people are still somewhat equal, but they are not the culture bearers. To that end, Stalin made sure that there was passports within the Soviet Union. A Tuvan could not easily move to white Rus areas like Moscow. Stalin also made Jews, Moslems and Christians identify their religion on their passports. So, Jews could not move about easily doing their nefarious work.
So, yes, Putin is screwing up big time by allowing immigration into former Rus areas. This then causes in-group enclaves to form, and in-group out-group friction then makes life less pleasant.
Anybody who doubts that in-group and out-group friction occurs should familiarize themselves with Putnam and “Bowling Alone.”
Normally, happa-like people, like the Tuvans are not hostile, as they go along with higher civilizational precepts (unlike the lower races). I suspect it is their religion, Islam, which makes them malfunction. Putin would do better to keep them in their regions, and not allow migration.
The Jew led west likes to use color revolution and to agitate minorities using grievance language. This then allows chaos, so the Jew may attach debts, much as they did in the 90’s. Putin has gone too far with his butt-smooching of the out-groups and allowing grift. He is too afraid of the West, the Rus (Aryans) can fight as they demonstrated during WW2. I admit this even though I am a Nazi. Hitler screwed up by not being a liberator. Rus don’t need the Tuvans or the Chechens to do any heavy lifting, as they are not the culture bearing people.
Even more than Russia, Ukraine has proved it. They have taken out enormous numbers of Russia armored vehicles with ‘FPV’ drones. It is practically their main long-range weapon now. Something has to change. Both Russia and Ukraine are handing out shotguns to troops now, as a stopgap
Do you have a source for that? I have seen zero evidence that either side is handing out shotguns.
There is a huge problem with FPVs which is that they do not have to fly in front of you like skeet.
They can hover out of shotgun range and then divebomb. What does the soldier do in this situation? Constantly scan the sky in all directions while holding a shotgun? Have you ever shot skeet for an hour? It gets very tiring and most people need a lot of practice before being able to shoot skeet that floats across their 180.
Shotguns won’t work. You need AI driven hunter-killer drones and by the time those are available there will be drone swarms.
Putin’s best move would be to go back to his borders and admit this was all a stupid mistake. That would prevent the most drone attacks.
Of course, it would help Russia to get rid of the crook Shoigu.
Both Prigozhin and Girkin said that early on. Putin told us that Prigozhin died in an accident involving cocaine and hand grenades. Girkin is in prison for posting online that Putin is clueless at war. Criticizing the government is not allowed in the dwarf dictatorship.
Quite a mafia that Putin has going. Not a single one seems to understand war strategy and their best general was an ex-chef who is now dead.
But the Americans and their minions believe best defence is offence, they have military bases all over the world as a complete ass-hole poking everyone everywhere nonstop.
And then we’re supposed to believe whatever Israel tells us about the damage these missiles caused on the ground, or about anything, like their 99% interception rate.
Iran’s Operation True Promise strikes on 13 April have reopened the deep wounds Israel incurred during Hamas’ 7 October attack. While Operation Al-Aqsa Flood shook the occupation state’s security bubble at its core, a single night of Iranian rockets and drones left Israelis straggling to hold on to even a sliver of their famed deterrence posture.
Israel’s military counter is now widely perceived as a dud, derided even within Israel itself by figures such as Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir, who describes it as “ridiculous.”
The Isfahan incident did little to bolster Israel’s deterrence posture, which has been eroding since Al-Aqsa Flood and further weakened by Hezbollah’s operations in the north and Iran’s True Promise. These events have deeply impacted the Israeli psyche, challenging the foundational sense of security that underpins the Zionist vision of a “secure Jewish state” established on the lands of Palestine.
https://thecradle.co/articles/the-isfahan-incident-a-nail-in-israels-coffin
Today, it is Iran – not the US, not Israel, and certainly not the Isfahan attack – which has restabilized the regional balance, even temporarily, pending the crystallization of the new rules of engagement.
Tel Aviv’s counterstrike tried hard to mitigate the possibility of any further Iranian retaliation – especially as Tehran’s next move would likely come without warning, involve Iran’s superior missiles, and potentially the mobilization of Iranian allies toward Israel’s borders.
There’s a flaw in your argument. Just today I was listening to a podcast with Ritter, Reportify and Carl Zha, where they were joking about Ukrainians assaulting Russians with bundles of 100$ bills as there are few weapons remaining that they can buy.
The West was proud of becoming a service economy and the manufacturing was offshored because it pays less.
You can’t reap what you haven’t sown even with all the money you print.

Satellite pictures of damage may mean a lot – or nothing at all. We’d need to know the honesty of the people providing them – and the cheerleaders for the Apartheid state lie about Everything! They could easily display a pre-attack photograph, or even of another place entirely, and who would know?
It appears that the Iranian attack jolted you badly meamjojo and now you are clutching at laser straws.
{… like their 99% interception rate.}
Most of the clueless, Zombified American public — tax slaves — will believe it.
Readers of UNZ.com are outliers: nothing like the general American public.
Prof. Postol’s writings will be deliberately memoryholed by “Them”.
Back in 2014 — 10 years ago — Postol wrote that the grandiosely named ‘Iron Dome’ (sic) was no more than a few percent effective against even the primitive Palestinian missiles.*
But the idea is to brainwash the American public that it is supposedly 99% effective, so US — American tax slaves — can continue shoveling untold $ billions into the maw of The Beast.
Brainwashing works: some members of Congress and other public figures blithely repeat the Israeli manufactured lie of “40 beheaded babies” and the alleged mass rapes by Hamas on Oct 7.

The Ukrainian government has regularly claimed they shot down most Russian drones and missiles in major attacks and sometimes claimed all were destroyed. Maybe this exaggeration has tapered off in the past six months because even gullible types like you and Hack no longer buy it. These claims are refuted by news reports of the damage from the Russian missiles. I was surprised by the Ukrainian successes, even with a big discount factor. My conclusion is they were able to conserve their Tunguska and Tor SAM systems for a long time and also that they have more NASAM-class missile launchers (Western) and AA cannons than is publicly acknowledged. Not to mention that most Russian attacks were somewhat tentative, apparently intended to coax and coerce rather than crush.
Your link says the Ukies shot down 44 out of 64. This might be possible. My understanding is they are asking for more Patriots to replace systems which have been destroyed or sent back to the depot.
This is easy: videos of the proper intercepts were simply classified. The reason for classifying such a thing would be to not give away the technical characteristics of the US missile.
The more compelling aspects of Postol’s work involved the kind of calculations missile designers use to establish the probability of killing a target at a certain speed with a certain radar cross-section. The missile can achieve a certain distance from the target, the fuse goes off and the warhead sprays shrapnel at the target. All these steps are carefully modeled; this was well understood by the 1970s. The US antiballistic missile site was shut down in 1976. This led to the Star Wars Anti-ballistic missile (ABM) heyday during the Reagan era. This was eventually discredited which led in 2002 to the USA dropping out of the ABM Treaty and establishing the Missile Defense Agency to work on more advanced interceptors to take out warheads. This led to US ABM sites in Romania and Poland, starting in 2013. This is directly related to the NATO expansion against Russia which is risking World War 3.
I spend much of the 80s working on missile defense, that is, ICBM defense (Star Wars), and at that time the military was conducing tests by launching an ICBM and then trying to intercept it. Most of the tests ended in failure, and it was my impression that the difficulties in hitting head on a missile travelling at Mach 10 could not be overcome, and I continue to believe that now.
However, I just searched in the internet for a second and got some conflicting info – a claim that the US did have the ‘limited’ capability of intercepting ICBMs, and conflicting claims that the Patriot system could intercept ICBMs?
What capability to intercept high speed ballistic missiles exists?
Note: ICBMs travel at much higher speeds than hypersonic missiles.
You are living in older times and letters sent to you by your cheap friends had no stamps and you had no money or were too cheap to accept them.
Let me give you the news Bon Marche, Gratis, free, Ukraine has lost the war. No amount of money will save them. America, as usual is playing a heartless game as any Ukranian or Russian causality is welcome as US money is free and the debt bubble is for the Goyim. But the USA has lost another war and this will lead to destruction of NATO and enfeeblement of Europe.
The unsinkable aircraft carrier in the Middle East will disappear soon and so will the rule based order.
The Chosen People only ever “excel” at bureaucratic awards where the judges panel is also carefully selected: Oscar’s, media awards, various scientific grants and awards.
It’s not a stupid mistake, NATO advanced relentlessly toward Russia borders. NATO and Washington also refused to sit down and take Russian security concerns seriously. It should already be common knowledge by now, that the State Department ran a coup in Ukraine, led by Cookies Nudelman. The last straw was when the dwarf Jew leader in Ukraine started talking about acquiring nukes.
Putin has allowed Oligarchs to stay in Russia, and yes Prighozhin was probably murdered. And yes, Putin is stupid for not ushering in a new Tsar system, especially given his popularity.
The Russians are the most advanced now at integrating drones into their military doctrine and practical experience. Their ISR and OODA loops are super fast. They can even drop glide bombs accurately, for which there is no defense.
Russia is going to pummel Ukraine, after the elections the special military operation was upgraded to war. They are not moving back, they are moving forward, and even now many Ukrainian cities are dark due to power plants being hit. The gloves have come off.
Ukraine is Jew-Kraine, run by international finance capital. The sooner Russia figures that out the better. International Finance Capitalist Oligarchy (Yes many Jews among this type) failed at breaking Russia up into pieces in the 90’s, to then attach new international debts. New debts pay old debts, and the agents of mammon want to be paid their usury tithe. Also, if Ukraine Slavs are all dead, why then Khazars can move back in to their former Pale of Settlement regions.
You are living in older times and letters sent to you by your cheap friends had no stamps and you had no money or were too cheap to accept them.
Heh? I’m younger than most here and your sentence reads like it is from crazy town.
Let me give you the news Bon Marche, Gratis, free, Ukraine has lost the war. No amount of money will save them.
Well why don’t you explain how Russia can win now that Finland is in NATO.
Putin said the war is needed to stop the Eastward expansion of NATO.
Well Finland has joined and shares more border with Russia than Ukraine.
Go ahead and explain that to us.
The unsinkable aircraft carrier in the Middle East will disappear soon and so will the rule based order.
When Putin’s war started we had cheerleaders of death telling us that the end of the dollar was happening.
The dollar ended up ahead of both the Ruble and the Euro. US defensive industries finished on a high. Way to go dwarf. A war that kills Orthodox Slavs on both sides will lining the pockets of the US military industrial complex. Some real genius stuff.
Russia will finish this war with a GDP smaller than Mexico and a higher % of Muslims compared to when they started. They have Europe’s largest Muslim population and it will be even larger. Putin has been bringing in Central Asians as labor just like the US brings in Mexicans. Of course you won’t learn that on tradcon shows like Tucker Carlson where he dupes his fans into thinking they are some healthy Orthodox state. But not you of course, right?
The story goes that a nuclear warhead (reentry vehicle) is set onto its trajectory when it is dispensed from the warhead bus. From then on it flies ballistically to the target with a predictable trajectory. Once that is defined an interceptor simply has to be directly in front of the warhead at a defined time and place and the kinetic energy in the impact destroys the target (hit to kill). In the past, video has been published of the “energy control” maneuvers required to hit this intercept point at exactly the right time. The intercepter doesn’t really have much flexibility so it may fly these non-intuitive extra maneuvers to nail the intercept. The kill vehicle is obviously very maneuverable to do the final course corrections. I think it took a number of full tests to credibly demonstrate this technology. The existence of the Avangard suggests the Russians believe the US has this capability (see below).
Since the capability of the intercepter is limited it can reportedly be defeated if the warhead maneuvers gratuitously. The US had this capability, but supposedly only deployed a simple version on the Pershing II reentry vehicle which in turn led to the INF Treaty. The Russians put the apparently more substantial Avangard reentry vehicle into service recently with significant maneuvering capability to defeat US ABM intercepters and retain the balance of power. It probably has enough cross-range capability that the intended target is not clear until the warhead arrives.
It is known that Iskander and Tochka missiles have been downed in Ukraine, probably by S-300 systems or maybe PAC-3 interceptors. These short range missiles are actually maneuverable but are not as fast as ICBMs. The Iskander uses decoys (shown in debris in Ukraine) which confirms the missile can be intercepted and the decoys are used to reduce the probability of destruction.
PS: I do not work in this area but have kept up with it for 40 years. This is the publicly known “conventional wisdom”.
It’s not a stupid mistake, NATO advanced relentlessly toward Russia borders.
Did Ukraine qualify for NATO? A yes or no question.
Putin has allowed Oligarchs to stay in Russia, and yes Prighozhin was probably murdered. And yes, Putin is stupid for not ushering in a new Tsar system, especially given his popularity.
You are saying that Putin is not a Tsar even though he launched a war without running it by the Duma? How exactly is he limited in power compared to Tsars of the past?
Russia is going to pummel Ukraine, after the elections the special military operation was upgraded to war.
MacGregor and Ritter both said that at the start of the war. Neither believed it would last more than a month and in fact Scott Ritter claimed the bulk of the fighting was over….which was 2 years ago. MacGregor claimed his “inside sources” told him that Ukraine has no more men and it’s over. Also 2 years ago.
But you are certain that the real war begins now….and Ukraine is doomed…again. Got it. Making a note of that.
Ukraine is Jew-Kraine, run by international finance capital.
You do acknowledge that Russia does far more business with Israel and Putin is close friends with Netanyahu?
Why did Israel turn down a weapons request to Ukraine if it is a Jewish nation?
=I spend much of the 80s working on missile defense=
I have a friend who did 8 years at FCC Lompoc located in the corner of Vandenberg AFB. Jailbirds were absolutely mesmerized by the ICBM launches. I bet my uneducated a$$ that every FCC Lompoc graduate succeeds in acquiring a PhD in Missile Technology and, when back in da ‘hood, can explain to Lil’ Homies how MIRVs can be MARVed:
“Each individual nuclear weapon carried aloft by a missile is called an IRV (Independently Targeted Reentry Vehicle). The final stage of the missile’s warhead that goes aloft is called the bus. As it flies through space, the bus fires out IRVs at different targets, or several IRVs at the same target. Since the bus has more than one IRV on board, the missile is said to be MIRVed, or to be a MIRV (Multiple Independently Targeted Reentry Vehicle). If the IRV can maneuver after it enters the atmosphere to better hit its target, the IRV is then known as a MARV (Maneuvering Reentry Vehicle). The MIRVs are then said to have been MARVed. MARVed MIRVs are the next step in accuracy.”
=Patriot system could intercept ICBMs?=
No, it can’t. It was not designed for this task.
There are a limited number of systems worldwide that can intercept intercontinental ballistic missiles:
-The Russian A-135 anti-ballistic missile system (upgraded in 2017 to A-235)
-The Israeli Arrow 3 system entered operational service in 2017. It is designed for exo-atmosphere interception of ballistic missiles during the spaceflight portion of their trajectory, including those of ICBMs. It may also act as an anti-satellite weapon.
-The Indian Prithvi Defence Vehicle Mark 2 has the capability to shoot down ICBMs. It has completed developmental trials and is awaiting the Indian government’s clearance in order to be deployed.
-The American Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) system, formerly known as National Missile Defense (NMD), was first tested in 1997 and had its first successful intercept test in 1999. Instead of using an explosive charge, it launches a hit-to-kill kinetic projectile to intercept an ICBM.
-The Aegis ballistic missile defense-equipped SM-3 Block II-A missile demonstrated it can shoot down an ICBM target on 16 Nov 2020.

What are the Shias of Iran going to gain by taking up the cause of Sunni Palestinians when the entire Sunni world hates their guts and considers them worse than the Kafirs?
They’re just like the Ahmedias of Pakistan who spearheaded the Partition of India to find themselves at the mercy of the Poonjabi Sunnis who hate them as if there is no tomorrow and have them classified as non believers.
There is something in Islam that makes Muslims feeblemided. It’s a shame!

INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

yes, the u.s. does have minutemen, from 3 decades ago (their last test was a failure), if they want to go that route, the russian will be glad to send their brand new sarmats. what you fail to address is that the u.s. has no “useable” hypersonic missiles such as the russians are using, to demonstrate the huge gap in missile technology, and humiliate our ponzi scheme miic. you dont mention the kinzhal (or dagger to the heart of our corrupt, murderous, military occupation of the world), that reached kiev from crimea in about 4 minutes, taking out their patriot systems, making the hohols scream for more patriots, but what good will that do, when they will receive the same fate in the end.
by the way here’s a tutorial on the s-500, and the s-550 can shoot down your hypersonic icbms before they leave orbit (along with all your satellites). they say it’s hard to teach an old dog new tricks, but i will continue to try.

Here is an article from a month ago. After millions of dollars spent on a project they knew would not work.
“The US Air Force has canceled its plan to equip the AC-130J Ghostrider gunship with a high-energy laser weapon due to technical challenges. ”
https://www.aerotime.aero/articles/us-air-force-laser-weapon-gunship-cancel#:~:text=The%20US%20Air%20Force%20has%20canceled%20its%20plan,a%20spokesperson%20for%20the%20USAF%20Special%20Operations%20Command.
But some made lots of money.
“conventional military strategy has to be abandoned in the wake of relatively inexpensive ‘drone war’ weapons.”
If – and it’s a decent sized if – Dragonfire (Brit laser weapon in development) is effective against drones it might change the calcs, as it’s reported to cost £10 a shot – about 12 dollars.
I’m sure there’ll be countermeasures (smoke?) or that it may not work in the rain.
why don’t you mention the s-550, the most advanced of the anti-ballistic missile systems, which leaves these other systems, burried in the sands of time?
the russian systems are so advanced you might call them a “star wars strategic defense initiative” wow, that’s a catchy name and unlike us, they have actual systems to back it up. that ought to teach the evil empire a thing or two.
by the way how did that israeli arrow system work against iranian hypersonic missiles?
Could you provide this book’s reference ?
I surmise that Bibi, and his advisors, expected Iran to get very emotional over the Israeli bombing of their Syrian embassy; and that Iran would attack everything in Israel.
However, Iran did not do what Bibi and Israel expected them to do.
Iran, was cool and composed, and displayed wise diplomacy, strategy, and fortitude. Iran does not posses nuclear weapons at this time; but that may soon change.
When Israel finally sours public opinion in these United States to turn its back on Israel; Israel will be up the creek without a paddle or a life raft.
Donald Trump might bomb Iran for Israel; then again he might not. President Biden will keep saying ” ironclad ” friend when speaking of Israel but his actions, and lack of actions are going to indicate that Bibi and his gang are not in charge of U.S foreign policy any more.
Devil’s advocate here, despite a lot of anti-missile and anti-drone tech, NATO are still getting drones past Russian defences and doing damage – admittedly on nowhere near the scale of Ukrainian damage.
wunderwaffe, der fuhrer tells us this will finally end the evil russian empire, all we need is a few trillion dollars and we will have a working prototype by 2090.
“With 120 ballistic missiles fired, and the author claimng most hit Israel, how could the damage be so minimal? ”
Because the author is a fool. Are you going to believe a fool or your lying eyes?
There is an equally small and STOOPID contingent of people who believe that The Holocaust was a hoax.
reread your last line and figure it out. then look at the 1.3 billion dollar hurting iran just put on the ignorant u.s. taxpayer in israel, with a total cost of 3 to 30 million dollars to them, do the math. i know we have an infinite amount monopoly money to burn but zato cannot match the level of production of the russian federation, let alone china, iran and korea.
they will bleed us to death and if we go all sampson option, we will find out what they haven’t been showing us.
Updated news from Ukraine. Putting the hurt on Russia even w/o F-16’s and other high tech weapons.

The Russians are not sacred of these sites. They simply recognize the installations are a dead serious, no kidding declaration of hostile intent by the West against Russia. The sites are a physical confirmation of the very aggressive moves by the USA dropping out of the ABM and other nuclear treaties. Since 1991 the West has been playing push, push, push against Russia. In 2022 they found the line of serious pushback.
In the West, the A-235, Nudol and S-500/550 missiles are often considered to be closely related. The large fixed site radars for the A-235 are probably better, but the S-500/550 radars are mobile.
Really?
“New Scientist has reported that a prototype of the ultra-short pulse laser (USPL) system is expected to be ready by August 2022.”
Lots of stories from a couple years ago, but no actual weapon yet.
Or was the holohoax a cost?
Usually people have pre-conceived notions, and it comes out in their first utterances. Also, people that are old, usually have brains that are “calcified” and they are beyond reach, they believe what they believe. Another reason, why I am a proponent of concentration camps.
You are saying that Putin is not a Tsar even though he launched a war without running it by the Duma? How exactly is he limited in power compared to Tsars of the past?
It was a special military operation. It has only now been legally updated to a war. Tsars are even more authoritarian than Putin. Putin has to tread carefully to not antagonize the Atlantacist fifth column still in Russia. Russia was broken by the 90’s Jew Oligarch invasion. They were attempting to grab all the resources, including Yukos, that way they could take rents forever. If it is good for the tribe!
It is a war now, not a SMO. They have taken the gloves off. There are already 5 towns without power. Under the law, they can now escalate to whatever level is required. They also admit they are surprised that the SMO didn’t end sooner. Of course, Boris swooped in and stopped the peace negotiations, but you seem to have conveniently skipped that knowledge, or perhaps it didn’t stick because it doesn’t fit with your narratives?
But you are certain that the real war begins now….and Ukraine is doomed…again. Got it. Making a note of that
This is what I mean by having brain neurons calcified, they are unable to uptake new information. It takes upward of six times the effort to undo brainwashing, than to learn original info. The human animal has many defects. Jews especially are defective and prone to hysteria.
Why did Israel turn down a weapons request to Ukraine if it is a Jewish nation?
It is more than just Jewish, the cousin-hood of finance capital includes London, and diaspora Jews. It is also called the international. The idea is to spread debts and take rents/usury. I guess the predominance of Jews in Jew -Krain government, and the Jewish Oligarchs getting rich on death, is something we should just ignore? Many of the Ukraine lands have already passed to Black-Rock.
MI6 funded the so called Azov Nazi’s after WW2 as a way to antagonize the Soviet Union. Stalin de-jewed the Politburo with the show trials, and doctors plot. It wasn’t just happenstance that the west turned against the Soviet Union in 1946. JewKriane has long been on the finance capitalist tit.
The Navy has determined that ships need entirely integrated high power systems, that are not on almost any existing ships (there are a few), and will not back fit energy weapons on those older platforms. If something the size of the existing ships don’t have the power, I can’t see it being provided by a C-130.
The weak link in the Iron Dome system is the Detection component. The Iranians will send over a volley of missiles that instead of warheads will contain chaff. The chaff will blind Iron Dome sensors and the follow-up Iranian volleys will elude detection. Instead of 99% interception there will be 99% hits.
The only way to win is not to play.
Yes and Flash Gordon too. Yes we have all the stolen Nikola Tesla technology too.
=why don’t you mention the s-550=
My friend, the book I referenced in my last comment – “Ballistic Missile Defense Technologies” – was published in 2002.
Let somebody more knowledgeable process gigabytes of info floating out there and publish it as a readable book.
=the russian systems are so advanced=
No shit.
During the Cold War Russian defectors usually wrote books after defecting. Bazhanov, Orlov, Krivitsky, Deriabin, Golitsyn, Suvorov, Penkovsky (“Penkovsky’s Papers” was written for him), Lunev, Gordievsky, Levchenko, Kalugin… I read all of them…
Maybe the new generation of Russian spies will enlighten us about the mysteries & capabilities of S-550 ? Spicing up their books with “feminine mystique” and providing feminist perspective.

The idiot you replied to obviously doesn’t understand how US government procurement works these days(and for quite some time) It’s not always what works best that is purchased. The F-35 is but one good example. It’s not a great aircraft and, worse yet, it never will be.
Aint that the truth.

That did cross my mind but I didn’t know Postol wrote about it. And then, imagine the cost of all those Iron Dome missiles fired against the cheap Palestinian rockets, not that Israel pays for it.
I recently read somewhere that America only produces a couple of hundred Patriot missiles each year, though we’re hoping to raise annual production to 400 or so by 2025.
When you consider the number of such missiles fired in Ukraine and Israel, you can see that despite a trillion dollars a year in military-related spending, our entire force structure is just a total joke.
United States weapons makers are only concerned with profit so the weapons bought bring in the money. The quality and practicality of those weapons are not considered which is why buying U.S. weapons is stupid.
Countries buying U.S. weapons are forced to buy them as a quid pro quo to other situations.
Hypersonic missiles are a game changer putting the West at a great disadvantage.
You made a good point, which I missed. Western satellite pictures about Israel must have been doctored.
The Times of India showed extensive damage to the air base — Indian satellite pictures in all likelihood. But I don’t know why no one is looking at those pictures?
Hypersonic bombs are produced 24/7 in the city I live in. If weapons run low the military Industry will ramp up and tax payers will fill the banksters coffers.
It is to be remembered that U.S. officials, including Gen. H. Norman Schwarzkopf, commander-in-chief of Allied Forces, said two weeks after the Gulf War began in January 1991 that “the Patriot’s success, of course, is known to everyone; it’s 100 percent so far.”
Studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and Government Accountability Office (G.A.O.) later forced the government to revise the numbers downwards.
Later, M.I.T. Professor Theodore Postol said the success rate was less than 10 percent and probably zero percent. The G.O.A. used the figure of 9 percent. Furthermore, Israel waited 30 years before admitting that 14 Israelis were killed and tens injured from Iraqi scud missiles in 1991, after having denied casualties at the time.
And even in the Iranian attack on the U.S. base in Iraq in the wake of the assassination of General Qasim Suleimani in 2019?, the Trump administration lied to the public. Trump first denied that any US troops were injured in the attack. Later, “American officials admitted that eight American service members had been evacuated for injuries.”
Over time, the number of injuries increased from 34, then to 50, then to 64. Defense officials finally announced on Feb. 10, 2020 that 109 U.S. troops had been wounded.

Israel lies.America is little better .But neither can be trusted .
Not a joke but a mind-bogglingly profitable con for a select group of individuals.
Presumably most of the much-publicised $61 billion “for Ukraine” will actually go straight to US arms manufacturers, and by the time the arms have been manufactured the “war” in Ukraine will be long finished. Seems to me like this $61 billion is actually to re-arm the US itself…
Jews decided they didn’t like spending the money to hire so many white gentiles to manufacture their weapons and aircraft, the way they did during the war and post-war.
In a sense the computer revolution is responsible for this situation. In the early computer revolution, companies like IBM and Digital Equipment Corporation could make huge profits by helping to automate clerical work. Those skilled at carrying out long or complex calculations with adding machines were no longer needed. The notion that one could charge enormous sums for programming and maintaining machines on a subscription model was one that couldn’t survive the ubiquity of computing power and high bandwidth communication allowing for easy transfer of programs on non-proprietary and open platforms. Computer controlled weapons produced by the ZOG’s military industrial complex are still being sold according to the old model. And they’ve cut way back on the number of relatively high wage workers who are needed to manufacture goods – the pool of such manufacturing workers is greatly reduced, in any event. We can see by what is happening with Boeing that manufacturing and quality control capabilities have actually been lost.
Of course the Jews aren’t going to manufacture the weapons for their wars. So who is going to make the weapons for the Jews? Oriental biological laboratories?
Right.
btw: I wrote this in my #54 above {Brainwashing works: some members of Congress and other public figures blithely repeat the Israeli manufactured lie of “40 beheaded babies” and the alleged mass rapes by Hamas on Oct 7.}
Just ran into this clip: these people are so stupid or so terrified of AIPAC, that they can stand there and repeat Israeli Manufactured Lies* with a straight face.

As Prof. Sachs and Max Blumenthal say at pretty much every interview re Israel: “Israel lies all the time”.
Thanks for the info in your previous post, I was unfamiliar with those systems, I obviously have not been keeping up with the subject.
I did discover that wiki has a good article on the subject that discusses the various types of threat missiles and the various defense systems. I was reminded that ICBMs travel at Mach 20, not Mach 10.
I also queried Bing copilot which gave a good overview of the US ‘system’.
Bing notes that the US ground based exoatmospheric system has problems, i.e. it doesn’t work.
As for the Russian and Israeli systems I would be very skeptical. How in hell would we know if they actually work?
I also read about the Israeli Arrow system intercepting missiles in the Iranian attack, but there were no details on the type of treat missile.
Also, note that any system that relies on solely on ground based radars has no chance of working against high speed threats for more or less obvious reasons. In the 80s I worked on simulating the performance of a phased array targeting radar in the interreceptor nose cone. I can’t remember the details, or even whether the radar was built and tested, but the ongoing actual tests at that time were generally not successful.
I also note that it is trivially easy for ICBM, suitably modified, to defeat any anti-missile system by juking, or occasionally changing course, as estimating target position/velocity requires a sophisticated algorithm to combine the current estimate with the incoming noisy radar data, and it requires that the target fly a ballistic, i.e. non-juking, path.

When getting buttraped by Russian soldiers there is really no better time to reflect on your life decisions.
When you consider the number of such missiles fired in Ukraine and Israel, you can see that despite a trillion dollars a year in military-related spending, our entire force structure is just a total joke.
The joke is that we have a massive land based force that will never be used.
Why do we need half a million troops in the Army? What kind of war are we preparing for?
The US military budget needs to be cut. Everyone knows it but no one in Congress has the balls to say it.
Its an interesting time.
Today lawyer for Trump was arguing that Trump cant be prosecuted for doing what is an official act .
Trump has been delivering whats he has been and that is an official act . Circular and tatulogical.
Lawyer then refered to Obama’s drone – killing of American abroad and Bush’s conducts of Iraq war as examples of Official act.
Judges kept quiet .
If Bush and Obama’s official acts could be condoned disregarded and the choregraphed multi -layered illegalities could be dismissed ,then he was basically reaffirming Nixon’s claim- Its not illegal when president does it- to be valid .
And judges agreed .

Here’s the dog they will be taking with them:
Here’s another sad story of an idiot who thought he was going to Russia to work as a taxi driver but wound up on the front lines fighting against Ukraine. And lost his life.
You know what they say:
People recognize that the West is trying to bully the strongest nuclear power in the World. Not only is this insane, it is extremely dangerous for all of us.
Are you really confused by all of this? You don’t need to like Russia to comprehend this. It is simply Superpower brinksmanship entirely driven by the West. Since Russia became weakened after the fall of the USSR this project to crush her became popular for some Western leaders. The weakness is what made this “crush Russia” project tempting, but also made it dangerous since Russia kept their nuclear arsenal to protect against this very type of attack on her sovereignty.
NYT: The Pentagon secretly delivered over 100 ATACMS missiles with a range of up to 300 km to Ukraine.
New deliveries of weapons to Ukraine are not able to radically change the situation on the battlefield, retired NATO General Marco Bertolini also assessed, who emphasized that there are no weapons capable of providing the Ukrainian Armed Forces with a decisive advantage.
He reminded that Kiev and the West had previously placed their hopes in the Leopard, Abrams and Challenger tanks, but that they did not bring any significant results.
Allow me to introduce a bit of reality into your addled little brain:
If Putin tries to go nuclear, do you think he is just going to randomly start shooting nuke missiles off? Who would he target? Cities in Europe? Perhaps lob a few smaller ones at say the UK & Germany as an example and see what happens?
But of course, there is the issue of nuclear fallout. As the world wind blows west to east, any radioactive cloud might wind up over Russia. Or China and they won’t be happy about that.
Given what we have learned of Russian military capabilities since the start of the Ukraine war, it is likely that at least 50% of Russia’s nukes will not work, either having been stripped of useful parts that could be resold or poorly maintained over the years, or not able to get replacement parts due to sanctions.
If Putin shoots his nuke missiles at the USA, I would expect that most would be shot down. Some will get through. But a lot more of ours will then hit Russia, making large parts of Russia unlivable for decades or longer.
Assuming Putin would be buried in some deep bunker when he initiates a nuclear strike, a huge price would be set on his head and people would be hunting him down. He would never be able to come out of his hole.
So, his country is radioactive and destroyed. Most Russian citizens are dead. Those still alive are suffering radiation poisoning to varying degrees and are starving. He can never leave his hideout. So what would he have accomplished?
The threat of using nukes by a major power is baseless in today’s world unless some maniac is in charge who wants to destroy the entire world and his underlings are willing to do the actual deed.
For minor powers like India, Pakistan, North Korea and possibly Iran, the threat of using their nukes is meaningless as their whole country would be immediately destroyed, possibly by the USA, Russia AND China together.
I point out known risks of WW3 and nuclear war. I don’t know how to scale the risk absolutely, but I can see when it is rising.
People are very confused about fallout. It is not a military showstopper. The radioactive contamination from Chernobyl and Fukushima was extremely serious and the details were largely swept under the rug worldwide. The long-term radiological health effects are likely much worse than those from a serious but not apocalyptic nuclear exchange. Many hundreds of nuclear weapons were detonated above ground after 1945 and people lived and had a lot of unnecessary cancers and birth defects. Some of those older bomb designs produced vastly more fallout than modern weapons.
Fallout and nuclear winter (a theory) are not keeping nuclear weapons from being used, concern over full escalation and destruction does this. The Western pressure on Russia in Ukraine is an intense escalation compared to the past, much worse than the Cuban missile crisis. The biggest concern is that something accidental will happen, most likely caused by some rah-rah, incompetent Western idiot which will lead to a nuclear exchange. If there were any upside to this “Ukraine Project” there might be some twisted calculation to show why this was a good risk. But there is no upside. With the current mess in Ukraine everyone loses, all because of hubris by the West especially (((neocons))) and angry, gullible Ukrainians and Poles.
The biggest risk from a most-probable medium-scale nuclear exchange is collapse of world commerce and disruption of high-tech agriculture leading to billions of deaths by starvation. Don’t forget that while nukes are bad, bioweapons make them look tame.
“unless some maniac is in charge who wants to destroy the entire world”

There are some Central Europeans, who argue that the expulsion of the Ethnic Germans destroyed the culture of their countries.
It has long been the case that even newspapers have carried the following details:
– Ground-base mid-course correction (USA) works. We can infer it has always worked due to the propensity of the US propaganda to understate its military capabilities.
– Arrow does not work. I have the opinion that the US fleets are so close to the Jews to maintain the illusion their equipment works. Aegis interception presumably works.
– It is surprisingly difficult to avoid missile interception. Imagine you had two copper wires which had one end poked into Earth and the other reaching out into space. Gravity gradually curves the two wires, one the icbm and the other the interceptor. Every time somebody “jukes” you sharply bend the wire. It is easy to visualize that the interceptor wire has more free wire to work with than the icbm.
Precisely why air2air missiles are comically ineffective in the face of this is a mystery, but I think at least USA and Russia can easily intercept arbitrarily many icbms. But in the air… maybe the retarded engineers work on that stuff, and that’s why their respective militaries seem incompetent in actually wars?
Thanks again, I had forgotten about Janes. They have a report on the recent Iranian attack … https://www.janes.com/intelligence-resources/open-source-intelligence-podcasts/podcast-details/iran-israel-analysis
which has a lot of info, but apparently most of it comes from Israeli sources and … social media. First .. everything but the ballistic missiles were intercepted. I believe that.
They say Iran launched 120 ballistic missiles !!! … 60 failed before reaching Israel, the US shot down 8 ???? , Israel used the Arrow 2 and/or Arrow 3 missiles to shoot down a large number, the number that got thru is 3 (according to Israel) but probably more.
They don’t specify which Iranian missiles were used … they imply that the warheads have a ‘homing’ ability which is news to me, but that the one Iranian missile that has a powered warhead (!), the Khorramshar , was not used.
All in all it pretty interesting, Iran has a wide assortment of ‘medium range’ ballistic missiles but it’s not clear which ones are operational.
Only the Arrow-3 is an exoatmospheric interceptor. It would be interesting to know how the Arrow 2 and Arrow 3 track their targets. And how they intercept them, i.e. a direct hit, a net, a proximity warhead ? It sounds like an interesting project !
According to Iranian News reports, the government has not revealed the exact nature of the missiles
used in the retaliatory attack against Israel on April 13, 2024. But, some report analysis say:In the following article, the weapons and military aspects of this operation will be analyzed.
Iran used three types of its projectiles to attack targets in Israel in the “Honest Promise” operation.
1- Ballistic missiles
2- Cruise missiles
3- Suicide drones
Iranian ballistic missiles are generally divided into two main parts:
1- Classical ballistic missiles
2 – Hypersonic missiles
Ballistic missiles include Shahab, Khorramshahr, Emad, Khyber Shekan, etc.
and hypersonic missiles include Fatah missiles.
Iran has not yet officially announced the type and model of the missiles fired, but it seems that most of the missiles that managed to pass through the enemy’s defense shield and hit their targets were the new “Khyber Shakan” missiles and/ Or “hypersonic” missiles.
One of the most interesting images of the moment of the Iranian missiles captured by the cameras was the image before the final hit on the target, the missile suddenly changed its direction in order to deflect the interceptor missiles and gave a so-called gap, then successfully hit its target. to do this kind of maneuvering shows that”Khyber Shakan” or “Fattah” hypersonic missile were used.
Hypersonic missiles are very important and effective because of their high speed (5 to 25 times the speed of sound), and at least, at the present, almost no defense system can deal with it.
when hypersonic missiles are used together with ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and drones, is that those missiles and drones play the role of bait and saturation of defense systems, the success rate of hypersonic missiles will be higher than before. It seems that this tactic was used in the attack against Israel.
Stalin revealed his thoughts on the national question in his work, “Marxism and the National Question.” Remember, the Bolsheviks were Jewish internationalists, taking their usury pay from their cousins in London and Wall Street.
Stalin writes that the Russian question is a question of uniting all nations. Culture is socialist in content and national in form.
The Russian (Rus= Aryan) are the leading force in the inter-ethnic community, but they are not the master people.
Stalin, even though he was a Georgian came to this conclusion by the end of the war, as it was the RUS, who did the heavy lifting. Meanwhile, Jews were shirking duty, and on-selling Russian goods into the far east. The merchant cannot help himself. This of course sickened Stalin, whose views came around to the national question.
Stalin also supported racial studies in the Rus regions, feeling this would build up Russian pride, and thus weaken the Jews.
The Ind0-European Aryan people likely spread out from the southern Russia-Ukraine regions; this occurred likely after the gene for lactose tolerance became prevalent. The Aryans farmed animals, they did not farm grain. The Neanderthal’s did hand to hand combat with large ice-age animals, and hence are much more aggressive and were not “good shepherds” or civilizational bearers despite their claiming that mantle.
Goebbels could not understand why the Nazi’s and Rus were battling, as they had much in common. Hitler totally screwed up by not “liberating” but instead conquering. Putin in spreading his Nazi and Great War propaganda is also screwing up, when it would be better to just tell the truth.
Here’s another sad story of an idiot who thought he was going to Russia to work as a taxi driver but wound up on the front lines fighting against Ukraine. And lost his life.
Well at least he died like a man and not in some horrifying Pulp Fiction ass rape scene like the Putin supporter from Texas. Bentley was a confused Texan but he didn’t deserve to be raped. They won’t give his wife the body which means it most likely happened. The original source on the story was Russian and he wasn’t near the frontline. Sounds like they thought he was a NATO spy and raped him.
I think it speaks volumes that Putin is recruiting poor Indians and Bengalese.
The MacGregors and Ritters tell us that Putin has unlimited reserves.
Well why are they scamming poor Indians? From what I have read they not only scam them into combat but then do everything to avoid paying the families.
Truly despicable.
Hopefully more of these stories get back to India so they stop going.
If Putin shoots his nuke missiles at the USA, I would expect that most would be shot down. Some will get through. But a lot more of ours will then hit Russia, making large parts of Russia unlivable for decades or longer.
Russia’s population is concentrated in two cities that can be completely obliterated by a single submarine. No survivors whatsoever or usable infrastructure within a 25 mile radius. The Russian state would not be able to function and areas like Siberia and Chechnya would become their own countries. This is in part why Putin’s claims of “nuke towers on the border” were complete horse shit. NATO no longer builds nuke towers and also didn’t stick them in the Baltics. If they had an actual media he would be called out on his lies but they are of course a totalitarian state where humiliating Putin on television will get you prison time or worse.
The anger management dwarf was just making up a threat to justify yet another Russian invasion of a neighbor. They have never gone 50 years without trying to invade someone.
I would also point out that Putin cannot launch a nuke on his own. They have a similar system where two or three people have to turn a key at once.
The FSB supposedly has a secret protocol where they can kill the president if they think he will start a nuclear war. A supposed leftover from KGB days. Makes sense and the CIA probably has one as well.
If Putin decides to cheat he won’t go for the nukes. He would probably use chems like they did in Syria.
NATO also gave him a warning of what would happen if he used a tactical. It was not made public but there is clearly some type of plan for conventional retribution if he goes that route.
If there were any upside to this “Ukraine Project” there might be some twisted calculation to show why this was a good risk. But there is no upside. With the current mess in Ukraine everyone loses, all because of hubris by the West especially (((neocons))) and angry, gullible Ukrainians and Poles.
It is indeed a mess and it was Putin that believed it would be a 2.5 week special operation.
The best way to reduce the risk would be for Putin to return to his borders as requested by the UN in their 143-5 vote.
That 5 included Russia and Belarus.
Which means it was really 145-3 for countries not directly involved in the war.
What is it with you jews? Sheldrake thinks that species can communicate subconsciously, and that is perhaps why you are evil?
There are actually other possibilities that you so conveniently ignore:
First off, Russell disappeared on Russian-controlled territory. He was in Donetsk when his kidnapping occurred. Donbass is a gangland. Organized crime is rampant. As is the drug trade. People disappear and people are killed off with ease and almost as frequently as in a black city in America. Yes, Jews – thanks for making negroes your agents of destruction by funding NAACP and organizing it.
Russell was critical about the handling of the war and the treachery of the “Russian” spook state. Many of the people running Russia are not ethnic Russians, they are of the tribe. Russia has not been completely de-jewed, and there still is a significant number of confused Atlantacists still about.
The Tuvan, Shoigu has also been running a skimming game for his cronies, to then fund his in-group fellow Tuvans. Putin has allowed this for some reason.
All of the critics of Russian war efforts are dead or silenced: The original militia commanders who led the rebellion are all dead (except Khodakovsky, who is Chosen, and a “former” SBU spook, of course). The rest got arrested, or killed themselves, or narrowly escaped death and toned down all their criticism. Prighozhin was a march, not really a rebellion, they wanted Russian leadership to be pro-Russian and were marching in disapproval.
So, here you Jews are all antagonistic toward Russia, not realizing that Russia is still Jew infested, or compromised by materialistic greedy types (your type) and Putin has been forced “against his nature” to elevate Russia to a war footing.
There is another possibility despite your morbid Jewish desire to see “butt raping.” Bentley was in a zone that had lots of drug trade.
There is a large and very noxious drug trade that flourishes in Donbass. This might be related to the Kremlin spook presence. The spook agencies are the primary drug dealers in America also in Kiev-controlled Ukraine, and in Russia. Ukrainian soldiers and Russians to some extent use pain-killers, marijuana, meth, synthetic heroin and so on while on the job.
After the actual butt-raping of Russia in the 90’s by Jew Oligarchs, the only center of power left was the KGB spook state. Putin was a ne0-liberal acceptable to the American spook state, working hand in glove with Jews and finance capital to rape and dismember Russia.
Only Putin has gone off the reservation, as he learns reality, much as how Stalin changed over the course of the years. A naturally moral person can only take so much jewing from the jew, and then they become a proper anti-semite.
It’s time for Putin to convert the Russian spook state into a Tsar system.
Odd, the Janes report said that all the missiles that made it thru were ‘ballistic missiles’. But then again it referred to the maneuverability of at least some of the missiles. I just checked (Bing AI) and hypersonic missiles are maneuverable, ballistic missiles are not. My guess is the Janes guy was wrong!!!
Note: ICMBs, IRBMs, etc., are ‘hypersonic’ in that they go fast, way faster than hypersonic missiles, but ballistic missiles like ICBMs are not referred to as hypersonic missiles, because they follow a different type of trajectory, a ‘ballistic’ trajectory, like a thrown ball, after the boost phase. The new hypersonic missiles have an altogether different trajectory, a rocket powered boost phase followed by a long jet powered glide phase, and are maneuverable. And for that reason present an entirely new set of problems for missile defense, probably unsolvable.
Cruise missiles are slow.

After Maidan, the local Donbass resistance forces had a lot of success, but they couldn’t prevent infiltration. Local leaders like Givi, ‘Brains’, Zacharchenko, and others were killed. Probably by Ukraine/NATO or ?. It is impossible to protect individuals against this in such an area. Thus Russel could have been targetted by … the usual suspects. I wouldn’t automatically suspect Russians (nothing to gain), more like someone trying to pin it on them. Cheap media victory. Unprofessional fail.
On second thought, it’s about “don’t even think about helping the Russians…”
Subtext.
News: Kiev Independent: German defense minister reports Russia already produces surplus weapons.
They don’t need any help. They can open more fronts.
The concentration of Russian civilization in Moscow and Saint Petersburg (and Kiev) is surely a major factor in their nuclear posture. This has been obvious at least since the early 1970’s when Russia put their anti-ballistic missile site near Moscow while the USA put our site in North Dakota. The Moscow site is still operational and probably supported by many other intercepters. If someone nukes a major American city it is a catastrophe, but does not represent destruction of our heritage, which historically came from London anyway. Many people would consider the loss of New York or Washington, DC. to be a blessing except for the loss of life. I think this fundamental difference is one factor behind Russian development of the Poseidon and Burevestnik “doomsday” weapons. The USA leadership showed they were irrational about nuclear weapons policy when we dropped out of the ABM treaty and then later built the missile sites in Romania and Poland. Russia decided to counter this irrational behavior with alternative weapons which cannot be readily defeated by a missile defense system. This should not have been necessary after Russia had disclosed her “dead hand” system decades ago, but people in Washington ignored that message and decided to revive nuclear brinksmanship. Great job, morons.
I think the recent updates to the Russian nuclear strike policy somewhat sanction preemptive strikes if their civilization is threatened. I hope some of the senior people in the Pentagon understand this better than you do. It is never clear how to “win” these sorts of nuclear standoffs. The best Russian gambit might be a set of crushing EMP detonations over North America which can be blamed on Israel or maybe on the aliens rumored to be flitting about ;(
To clarify, two different types of weapons are often mixed together:
Hypersonic cruise missiles and
Maneuvering ballistic missies.
The USA and USSR were pursuing both of these technologies before the fall of the Soviet Union. At that point the US slowed development and focussed on bombing goat herders. After the US started dropping out of nuclear weapons treaties and expanding NATO Russia revived or accelerated her development efforts on a very limited budget.
There is little new about drone technology except a non-military price point and progressive miniaturization. They fit into missile warfare as a low cost way to jam or confuse the expensive radars which are supposed to be shooting down the high performance missiles. When AI is applied to drones that will be new, since it will free them from limitations due to communications links which may be unreliable. In a real war, low-cost microsatellites inspired by commercial “Cubesats” will probably play a similar role in orbital warfare.
The Arrow system (missiles and radars) has always seemed to be three parts American Spartan/Sprint/Safeguard technology and one part Soviet ex-pat ABM engineering. The Russians have always placed more emphasis on a multilayered missile defense system; the Israelis have such a system. I believe the US worked on the Arrow system when it was politically inconvenient to work on our own systems due to the ABM treaty. This constraint went away entirely when the US dropped out of the treaty by 2002.

Surprised (looking through the comments) that nobody has asked
YES
EVEN ADAM WAS SERBIAN ACCORDING TO YOU.
Can I humbly offer the etymology of it in Hellenic with maybe more than a hundred derivatives ?
Apo=(in this case) going away from the current place + stoli=noun of send : means something very close to mission.
If you think so provide the etymology and the multitude of derivatives in your lingo bro.
If not what is said in the previous post holds 100% true.
Not to mention some of your other weird ideas. If I may ask what and where have you studied ?
Hi, barefoot man going away on a mission – obviously in your frustration you are trying to distract from the point by mentioning Adam.
Let’s see the first thing first – when the Greeks came to Europe (Balkans), where from and what were they called then?
The next question after that will be – did they bring the Olympic mythology and the Olympic spirit to Europe from their homeland?
=I believe the US worked on the Arrow system=
😁
Straight from Aesop fable “The Gnat and The Bull” – we tilled the soil together !
Boeing designs and builds Arrow.
Arrow Weapon System (AWS)
Manufacturer: Boeing [BA] and Israeli Aircraft Industries (IAI) signed a strategic teaming agreement that will lead to Boeing building parts of the Arrow missile system.

As I read it the Green Pine radar is used for both the Arrow2 and 3
The Green Pine radar –
Something is amiss here. Arrow 3 is an exoatmospheric interceptor, from wiki … ICBM
Thus the radar cannot even detect an ICBM for most of its flight, much less track it.
The idea that an exoatmospheric interceptor uses only a ground based radar is, IMHO, absurd.
I worked on this very problem 40 yrs ago! but … can’t remember a damned thing. And of course, the interceptor had a homing radar. Even a Sidewinder has a homing sensor. The idea that the Arrow 2 and 3 don’t have homing sensors of some type I believe is absurd.
The technical details are interesting, and I have to admit I can’t remember anything …. for example .. a radar sends out a pulse, and listens for its return …. by timing the return it can estimate distance to target, but how does it estimate direction ???, i.e. the pulse wave spreads out so all targets in a cone of some dimension will reflect the pulse, so.. how accurate is the direction estimate?
I just Bing AI’d how does a radar determing direction given pulse spread … as I realized I didn’t know that and I know I didn’t incorporate it into my model way back when (but, I was modeling a targeting radar so the signal spread might be negligible at close range?), i.e. I assumed the direction the antenna was pointing was the target direction. The answer: it has to scan the target and the direction where the return is strongest is the direction, but then, you have to scan twice, up and down, then left and right, and the target is moving at Mach 20 … That is the idea of a ground base targeting radar is absurd.
Note – my response is delayed as my posting is limited by Unz
=The idea that the Arrow 2 and 3 don’t have homing sensors of some type I believe is absurd=
Just like our beloved IRS uses different methods & sensors to discover and then home in on High Net Worth Non-Filer-
“The 500 kg (1,100 lb) kill vehicle section of the missile, containing the warhead, fusing and the terminal seeker, is equipped with four moving delta aerodynamic control fins to give low altitude interception capability. The dual mode missile seeker has a PASIVE INFRARED SEEKER for the acquisition and tracking of tactical ballistic missiles and an ACTIVE RADAR SEEKER used to home on air-breathing targets at low altitudes. The infrared seeker is an indium antimonide focal plane array. The kill vehicle is designed to achieve a hit-to-kill interception, but if this is not achieved, the proximity fuze will direct the warhead fragments at the target shortly before reaching the closest point to the target.”

What is that truth, that the jews are out to get him for going “off the reservation?” You do realize that the jews will then go full bore in calling Putin the new Hitler, and all the Holocaust-propagandized mindless hordes will then help them wipe Russia out.
You cannot tell the truth when your enemy controls the media, as they will just say Putin hates the jews “for no reason,” and leave out all the jew crimes that he enumerates.
No, the best bet is what is currently happening, the implosion from internal contradictions of the jews genociding Gaza then demanding the US support them:
In the medium-term, only after the legacy media has been destroyed and completely replaced with impartial, independent online media can you start telling the truth to the masses. Tucker Carlson interviewing Putin and only making it available online was a big step in that direction.
Sound almost right …. but ….
Dual-mode missile works both above the target and above the atmosphere ???? Nah.
And then what’s a ‘tactical ballistic missile’ … certainly not an ICBM.
Anyhow, cutting to the chase – why is all this of ENORMOUS importance? Because the MAD doctrine has been abandoned and forgotten by the neocons in DC, and fools like Macron, et. al., in Europe, and the Doomsday clock is closer than ever to midnight.
And I believe an important factor in this is that #1 – most of the world population is comatose, and #2 – the small fraction that isn’t comatose has been deluded into believing that missile defense works.
So, you’ve kept up with the available info – do you think there is a operational missile defense against the only missiles that count when is US vs. Russia, ICBMs, And if you do, try to convince a skeptic … (not that I’m a skeptic, I know it’s BS 🙂
Note: I’ve learned a lot here and will try to pay more attention in the future.
Also note – the fact that a system is ‘operational’ means nothing, the US had an operational Nike system (around DC?) way back when. Pure hype.
For Saggy:
Radars can get direction information on every pulse. One method is to compare the returned energy of left/right and top/bottom parts of the beam. When these are all the same the target is centered in the beam. This information can be used in a control loop which means the target position is known.
It is unrealistic to expect accurate public information on topics related to nuclear defense such as ABM radar capabilities. On the other hand, it is possible to simply infer the range of a radar if you know the size of the antenna/array and power so the published information may be legit. This assumes a specific target radar cross-section (~size). I wonder if Israel uses real-time missile tracking information from Western satellites?
=do you think there is a operational missile defense against the only missiles that count when is US vs. Russia, ICBM=
No, there is not. One or two birds will be shot down, the rest will get thru.
=Around DC?=
Ahh…
Somebody still remembers Nike missiles… variable yield 2kT/20kT/40kT… Invokes the image of General Ripper played by my favorite actor Sterling Hayden.
They were located worldwide:

If you are into real estate – look up at Google maps:

I contributed 2 pictures.
You fail MISERABLY to answer VERY SPECIFIC questions.
Answer them and I will answer yours.
I have lived near four different Nike launch sites in my life.
My view is the USA dropping out of the Anti-ballistic missile (ABM) treaty is a crucial factor behind the war in Ukraine. Russian military motivations cannot be fully appreciated without understanding this point.
The relevance of ABM to Ukraine is not so much that the USA can put missiles in Ukraine. They probably would do so (because the Ukies are stupid enough to allow it) but the big picture issues are even worse. The big picture about dropping the ABM treaty is that it shows western intent to destroy Russia at any cost. Gone are the days of treaties for mutual benefit and subtle diplomatic maneuvering designed to keep a balance of power as we mutually work to undo the nuclear terror arms race. After the star wars era, some leaders in the West believed that we can hold the upper hand in a nuclear conflict.
It seems the Russian Poseidon “doomsday weapon” was created specifically as a result of morons who believe missile defenses can save them.
Historically I don’t think the typical US citizen ever had any real angst against Russia. There was some anger against communism and scientific atheism from 1940-1980. The contemporary manufactured anger at Russia always strikes me as very un-American. It seems more like UK/France revival of the Great game or simply Jewish petulance. The Jewish elite view seems to be they hate Russia (both the Orthodox/Czarist aspect or just the Russian psyche in general) and want to either control it or destroy it, preferably both! This hatred is very strange and seems primeval.
“The idea that an exoatmospheric interceptor uses only a ground based radar is, IMHO, absurd.”
That is exactly what the Aegis BMD system does, (although I believe the Standard missiles to have a terminal homing ability) so it is definitely NOT absurd.
Wagner is saying it was Buryats who killed Russell, basically a Mongolian ethnic mob. It is unflattering to have Shoigu’s diversity mob murder a prominent pro Russian American and then try to do a cover up. Normally I am ok with ethnic northeast asians, but the dynamic is different with these types in the Russian federation. Their being Muslims maybe is why they are undesirables.
The Rus Slav’s are being besieged by die-versity in their midst. You have the Jew Krain ethnic mob using their finance capital to indebt and kill Ukrainians, and also steal their land.
Then in Russia you have the spook state allowing infiltration of Tuvans, and Buryats into the Donbass regions. Not to mention Muslims building mosques everywhere.
Putin is no Hitler, but maybe he is at a time in his life, where stepping it up is advised. Your job as a statesman is to protect your people, and the Rus have it in them to protect themselves and don’t need ethnic mobs to live amongst them.
As any objective observers would be well aware, Scott Ritter has provided excellent analysis on the Ukraine proxy war and subsequent geopolitical events in recent years.
The video below, where he appears on Jimmy Dore’s show, is one of his best.
It’s well worth watching in its entirety (watch the first 10 mins at least if you’re pressed for time, because it’s just saturated with pearls and priceless insights):
In it he explains in simple terms why the Iranian missile attacks on the Apartheid Israeli state were a stupendous victory for Iran and why there will be no large scale attack on Iran by the Israeli misfits and the rest of the Anglo Zionist empire.
It shows how Israel’s Iron Dome is useless and that superior Iranian technology ensured that most of their missiles got through and struck their intended targets.
