Here are my first two video podcast interviews, in which I discussed the origins of the global Covid outbreak, presenting my theory that it was the result of an American biowarfare attack against China (and Iran).

The first interview was on Geopolitics & Empire, currently available on Youtube, several other video hosting systems, and SoundCloud:

Transcript of Geopolitics & Empire Interview

The second interview was on Red Ice TV, currently available on Rumble, Odysee and several other video hosting systems (embedded Livestream interview starts at around 1 minute 30 sec mark):

Some of the crucial points I emphasized in those podcast interviews are summarized in the following paragraphs, extracted from my long series of articles on this subject, which began in April 2020:

For example, in 2017 Trump brought in Robert Kadlec, who since the 1990s had been one of America’s leading biowarfare advocates. The following year in 2018 a mysterious viral epidemic hit China’s poultry industry and in 2019, another mysterious viral epidemic devastated China’s pork industry…

From the earliest days of the administration, leading Trump officials had regarded China as America’s most formidable geopolitical adversary, and orchestrated a policy of confrontation. Then from January to August 2019, Kadlec’s department ran the “Crimson Contagion” simulation exercise, involving the hypothetical outbreak of a dangerous respiratory viral disease in China, which eventually spreads into the United States, with the participants focusing on the necessary measures to control it in this country. As one of America’s foremost biowarfare experts, Kadlec had emphasized the unique effectiveness of bioweapons as far back as the late 1990s and we must commend him for his considerable prescience in having organized a major viral epidemic exercise in 2019 that was so remarkably similar to what actually began in the real world just a few months later.

With leading Trump officials greatly enamored of biowarfare, fiercely hostile to China, and running large-scale 2019 simulations on the consequences of a mysterious viral outbreak in that country, it seems entirely unreasonable to completely disregard the possibility that such extremely reckless plans may have been privately discussed and eventually implemented, though probably without presidential authorization.

But with the horrific consequences of our own later governmental inaction being obvious, elements within our intelligence agencies have sought to demonstrate that they were not the ones asleep at the switch. Earlier this month, an ABC News story cited four separate government sources to reveal that as far back as late November, a special medical intelligence unit within our Defense Intelligence Agency had produced a report warning that an out-of-control disease epidemic was occurring in the Wuhan area of China, and widely distributed that document throughout the top ranks of our government, warning that steps should be taken to protect US forces based in Asia. After the story aired, a Pentagon spokesman officially denied the existence of that November report, while various other top level government and intelligence officials refused to comment. But a few days later, Israeli television mentioned that in November American intelligence had indeed shared such a report on the Wuhan disease outbreak with its NATO and Israeli allies, thus seeming to independently confirm the complete accuracy of the original ABC News story and its several government sources.

It therefore appears that elements of the Defense Intelligence Agency were aware of the deadly viral outbreak in Wuhan more than a month before any officials in the Chinese government itself. Unless our intelligence agencies have pioneered the technology of precognition, I think this may have happened for the same reason that arsonists have the earliest knowledge of future fires.

According to these multiply-sourced mainstream media accounts, by “the second week of November” our Defense Intelligence Agency was already preparing a secret report warning of a “cataclysmic” disease outbreak taking place in Wuhan. Yet at that point, probably no more than a couple of dozen individuals had been infected in that city of 11 million, with few of those yet having any serious symptoms. The implications are rather obvious. Furthermore:

As the coronavirus gradually began to spread beyond China’s own borders, another development occurred that greatly multiplied my suspicions. Most of these early cases had occurred exactly where one might expect, among the East Asian countries bordering China. But by late February Iran had become the second epicenter of the global outbreak. Even more surprisingly, its political elites had been especially hard-hit, with a full 10% of the entire Iranian parliament soon infected and at least a dozen of its officials and politicians dying of the disease, including some who were quite senior. Indeed, Neocon activists on Twitter began gleefully noting that their hated Iranian enemies were now dropping like flies.

Let us consider the implications of these facts. Across the entire world the only political elites that have yet suffered any significant human losses have been those of Iran, and they died at a very early stage, before significant outbreaks had even occurred almost anywhere else in the world outside China. Thus, we have America assassinating Iran’s top military commander on Jan. 2nd and then just a few weeks later large portions of the Iranian ruling elites became infected by a mysterious and deadly new virus, with many of them soon dying as a consequence. Could any rational individual possibly regard this as a mere coincidence?

Ron Unz, again you are trying to sidetrack the whole issue. The whole story is not about virus but about so called vaccine .Virus was there to scare Goyim into submission. There is too much money made by Pfizer and other kill shot pharmas. It is very fruitful cooperation between Chinese commies and Zionist operated businesses. Nice try Ron.

THE PRESIDENT: Good afternoon. Since our country was attacked 15 months ago, Americans have been forced to prepare for a variety of threats we hope will never come. We have stepped up security at our ports and borders, we’ve expanded our ability to detect chemical and biological threats, we’ve increased support for first responders, we made public — made our public health care system better able to track and treat disease. By preparing at home and by pursuing enemies abroad, we’re adding to the security of our nation. I thank the members of my team who are here who are adding to the security of our nation.

One potential danger to America is the use of the smallpox virus as a weapon of terror. Smallpox is a deadly but preventable disease. Most Americans who are 34 or older had a smallpox vaccination when they were children. By 1972, the risk of smallpox was so remote that routine vaccinations were discontinued in the United States. In 1980, the World Health Organization declared that smallpox had been completely irradiated and, since then, there has not been a single natural case of the disease anywhere in the world.

One potential danger to America is the use of the smallpox virus as a weapon of terror. …By 1972, the risk of smallpox was so remote that routine vaccinations were discontinued in the United States.

Ron mentioned Robert Kadlec, Trump appointee who researched biological warfare.

Kadlec was a corrupt character. Failed to disclose in Senate hearing that he had been partner in a company that sold anti-small pox vaccine to US gov., and played a role in faulty Janssen vaccines:

Kadlec’s company RPK Consulting had provided consulting services to Emergent until 2015.[11] Soon after taking office, Kadlec pushed to increase the government’s stockpile of smallpox vaccine from Emergent BioSolutions, and HHS ultimately awarded a 10-year, $2.8 billion single-source contract to the company to purchase its smallpox vaccines at twice the previous price. While renewal of the contrast was initial sought on modest terms, Kadlec’s office finalized the deal with double the term length (10 years instead of 5 years) and double the number of doses per year (to 18 million). This raised concerns about a potential conflict of interest.

After 15 million Janssen COVID-19 vaccines were ruined due to an error by Emergent BioSolutions (who held a contract to manufacture the vaccines at a Baltimore production facility), a congressional investigation was launched “into whether Emergent used ties to the Trump administration to get billions of dollars in federal contracts despite a history of failing to complete contracts” as well as concerns about “inadequate staff training, persistent quality-control issues, and the company’s ‘unjustified’ 800% price increase for an anthrax vaccine” purchased by the government. The inquiry, launched by the Democratic chairs of the House Committee on Oversight and Reform and Select Oversight Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis, focused in part on Kadlec’s role; in a letter, the chairs of the committee wrote that Kadlec “appears to have pushed for” the $628 million award to Emergent to develop the factory “despite indications that Emergent did not have the ability to reliably fulfill the contract.”

Further controversy involving Kadlec in conflict with a BARDA employee and use of hydroxychloroquine. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Kadlec

Have to admit I’ve not read Ron Unz’s many essays on his theory but did follow his discussion carefully.
IMO there are several large holes in his data:
    — He implicates China and Iran, but how to explain the role played by Italy in scaring Americans out of their wits?
    — I recall that Anne Schuchet, Deputy at CDC and their go-to person for the SARS outbreak: in Oct 2019 she testified (or at least was interviewed on TV) that “vaping was cause of outbreak of [flu-type] symptoms that were worrying . . .” Was CDC part of a ruse to reveal/conceal the Covid attack on China?
    — TIMELINE: Fauci appointed end Jan 2019. Pence named head of Covid team end Feb 2019. –Mar 19 2019, Schuchet to be intervened on Yahoo News but Pence pulls permission at last minute. S chut second-tiered thereaf
–Ron mentions that NYC was “hit very hard” but does not mention that the “vector” was a Jewish lawyer from New Rochelle. iirc scuttlebutt, he may have been infected via an AIPAC contact. Significant information, imo: Ron does not suggest who those “few people” acting outside Trump’s knowledge & authority, might have been. We DO know Israelites are in the Covid-vaccine scam up to their yarmulkes. IMO Israelites are acting with- or on behalf of Chinese; their intents are: 1. to make money; 2. to so wound US economy that China will surpass it — and Jews can buy up US assets cheap, even as they ally with China (fill in the blanks).

-OK Ron, if we buy your theory, NAME NAMES. Who were the traitors who suborned the Trump admin (and are now pulling the strings on Biden admin)?

  5. Just finished watching the interview. Although we may differ on the issues regarding vaccines (as a former civil litigation attorney, I have seen firsthand the duplicity, callousness and greed, and the carnage such visits upon the commoner, from more than a few corporate elites, of which Pig Pharma has few equals), your eloquence and calm, measured manner of expressing your viewpoints is engaging in the extreme, and very persuasive. You would have made an exceptional trial or appellate advocate.

Great interview. Hope you get many more on this crucial subject. Cheers!

  6. Good interview but I tend to agree with Jeff Nyquist’s view of the origins of Covid. The vaccines which have been shown to be at best ineffective and at worst, deadly are part of the biowarfare against the West. We are have been fed alot of misinformation and lies about Covid, the vaccines, as well as many false conspiracy theories which has lead to us be outgunned and outflanked by our old enemies China and Russia on the eve of WW3…

Mustapha, God bless, brother, for speaking the truth. Amen. I’ve done a bit of local health care inquiry, and it’s just reality the American public can’t wrap its head around Big Medicine’s Iron Pyramid as the cruelest, most aggrandizing of America’s lobbies. They wrap their misery-making in the cloak of a “helping profession”, and most people buy into that.

Yeah, well, the Mob sells pomace as extra virgin, offers loans to the unqualified, and “protection” to small businesses, but nobody in his right mind regards the Mob as olive oil purveyors, financial institutions, or providers of corporate security.

Why do we accept that American medicine’s distribution is okay, even though it’s racketeerized in specific, articulable ways that, in my opinion, make it little different from the Mob?

The US has plenty of bioweapons.

    However:
There is no Covid 19 “virus”.
There is no test for “the virus”.
    The “variants” are a fiction.
The “vaccine” doesnt work; it’s a bioweapon.

How in the world can you continue to believe this fairytale?

And then, once the lockdown ended, it could be released again as bio-weapon or by some tourist, and it would have spread like wildfire as there’s no herd immunity.

Chinese lockdown was useless. It was done out of panic. But once China realized it isn’t so bad, they opened things back up.

I listened to the first interview with Geopolitics & Empire.

Mr Unz started off by making the assertion that “between 0.5-1.0% of those infected with Covid die”. We all know that is nonsense. It is around 0.1% – the same as for the flu.

It is so obvious that the whole thing is a massive hoax in which both the Chinese and the Five Eyes played a critical role. The Chinese did their part to help propagate this nonsense.

FYI, there have been no lockdowns, compulsory mask-wearing or anything of the sort in neighbouring Japan. They merely closed down their bars at 8PM because everyone knows that the “virus” is nocturnal. Lots of housewives were pleased. 🤣

In Israel, they are promoting the 4th injection. Their number of sick and the false metric “cases” is a multiple of that of the UK and the USA.

  17. You know, there is one fact that makes Mr. Unz’s assertions plausible: All of the entire world’s leaders are on the same page with this thing. How could that be? It really doesn’t seem likely to me that they’re all members of some kind of big worldwide Masonic cabal. On the other hand, what does seem plausible is that some biowarfare agent actually was released, and all the big guys knew it, but they had no idea how virulent it was going to be. So they over-reacted. Went full nazi there for a while. Only they’re no good at full nazi. Takes too much work, and if our owners are anything, it’s lazy. But anyhow, it’s plausible that they were all scared by the scenarios there, for a few moments, until they got a handle on it and turned it into an opportunity for more money extraction while they had maskless parties amongst themselves.

    @Insouciant

Ron has been saying “a million Americans have died” for years.
    Makes him sound hysterical.

Well, here’s the list of total annual deaths in America for the last few years, straight from the CDC website:

    2014 2,626,418
    2015 2,712,630
    2016 2,744,248
    2017 2,813,503
    2018 2,839,205
    2019 2,854,838
    2020 3,389,858
    2021 3,424,955

Notice how total deaths were generally around 2.8 million for the previous few years, then suddenly jumped by over 500,000 for both 2020 and 2021. Across the two years, “excess deaths” have totaled well over a million.

So more than a million extra Americans suddenly died. What are you saying killed them? Suicide? Car accidents? Or maybe Covid?

  19. @Ralph B. Seymour

Virology, like many of the other modern sciences such as nuclear physics and aerospace engineering (moon landing hoax of 1969 comes to mind) is nothing more than Jewish Voodoo Magic. But the greatest fraud–the mother of all frauds–is the social science of economics and Jewish Central Banking.

Flicking through at about 2/3 of the way through it was evident that he was taking the piss out of the audience. Listen to what he says about the derivation of “ribosome” as rib on the body (soma).

  21. @Ron Unz

Take three minutes to look at #16’s Merritt Medical Hour video as I did skipping to about 2/3 the way through and see if we are on the same page. Is he not taking the p**s?

If so, why? Not important but good for him if he’s helping to destroy fakes.

  22. @Ron Unz

So more than a million extra Americans suddenly died. What are you saying killed them? Suicide? Car accidents? Or maybe Covid?

    — “One million extra Americans did not “suddenly die.”

Based on CDC statistics (a dubious proposition at the outset), between 2019 and 2020 an “extra” 535,020 Americans died, and a year later, compared to 2019, and “extra” 570 thousand Americans died.

I don’t know what caused those deaths, do you? You have repeatedly asserted that they died of Covid.
    On what evidence?

In 2020 CDC had a budget of just under $11billion and over 8500 employees, or ~$1.250million per employee.
If the best CDC could do was count corpses/death certificates, taxpayers should demand their money back.
Isn’t it reasonable to expect that the Center for Disease Control would put some serious effort and resources into a granular examination of that large number of “excess deaths” in order to formulate rational policies?

What geographic region had more deaths?
    What ages were the deceased?
In a typical year, 17 million people are diagnosed with cancer and 600,000 of them die. Did those numbers change in any appreciable way between 2019 and 2020 – 2021? If so, WHERE? What caused the changes?

What if there is some other pathogen or atmospheric condition taking place that is causing deaths, but no one is aware of it because excess deaths are carelessly attributed to whatever media-propagandists-politicians say?

Did more children die in the bubble years? Or more immigrants?
Is it reasonable to expect a larger number of deaths as Boomers approach end-of-life? Surely HHS has statistics on numbers of people dropping off of Social Security and moving into Social Security system.

Furthermore, we can know from comments of the then-health director of Pennsylvania, R. Levine, now US Asst. Secretary for Health, that hospitals were instructed to include as a “Covid” death any person who had a positive Covid test, whether or not Covid was the CAUSE of that death: hospital administrators realized financial incentives for the practice.

In nursing homes, next-of-kin were not able to visit with relatives in the facility during their last days, nor even to oversee their burial. They could have been smothered with a pillow and no one would know.

In summary, the statistics are irredeemably sloppy and incomplete. It may be that it can never be known how many, where, and why so many more people died in 2020 and 2021 than in 2019.

I think these (unknown) details comprise an important data set that should be known — must be known, if for no other reason than to prosecute miscreants.

Your blithe use of such an “unscientifically” supported figure is disappointing. I thought you demanded more intellectual rigor and precision in your writing and public statements. If I baked you a cake with such inattention to detail you’d have to sip it through a straw.

Some thoughts on the production and theatrical aspects of your podcast that occurred to me as I watched:

The camera lens is a bit too wide-angle. At the distance most viewers are from their computer screen this causes foreground to background distortion. Try using a narrower angle (longer focal length) camera lens and increase the distance between yourself and the camera.

In the video everything is tilted to the left, so make sure the camera is level.

The picture jiggles as you speak, as if you and the viewer were sitting in a train. Use a sold table to support the camera and computer keyboard, or put the camera on a separate table from the keyboard, or take care to keep your arms and hands off the table.

The camera height is OK but it could be a little lower so it is level with your eyes. (Take care it is not lower than your eyes. Higher is better than lower.)

You are always look below the camera rather than into it at the audience. Look into the camera.

You talk a bit too fast, which wastes your eloquence. Talk more slowly. Pause between sentences. Then listeners will lean into your voice and more easily pay attention and understand what you’re saying. For practice, speak so it sounds like you are speaking too slowly.

You say “in other words” when it is unnecessary. Just say what you have to say again in the new words. In speaking out loud, repetition is good. Even using the very same words again can be effective.

It’s good that you never uttered an “Um…” or an “Ah…” or made that smacking sound that happens with some speakers when they start to talk after having been quiet. You said “you know” a few times though.

You suffer from the chronic tension that most everyone does. Try taking Alexander Technique lessons, it will improve your delivery and “presence.” The Alexander Technique is a method of carriage awareness and improvement, carriage as in how you carry yourself. I highly recommend it. It’s popular among actors, classical music performers, and dancers, so if you know any you might ask them about it. For more see these videos of Walter Carrington and these of Marjorie Barlow. To find a teacher in your area, go to American Society for the Alexander Technique, type your zipcode in the appropriate field, and click “Find.”

Look. I am a real estate appraiser. I have to run numbers for a living. The absolute number of deaths or the absolute number of more deaths, is entirely meaningless because the population base of elderly people is increasing. So, all you are measuring is not an increase in deaths but an increase in the proportion of elderly in the population. Capish??

Here is the death rate in US since 2014

    2014 – 0.8%
    2015 – 0.8%
    2016 – 0.8%
    2017 – 0.9%

  31. I respect Ron Unz’s attempt to make coherent the social and political construction of the coronavirus epidemic. But, his science is flawed.

There is no coronavirus 19. Never been isolated or sequenced. Moreover, there has never been any virus germ ever. Read the book Virus Mania by Dr. Claus Kohnlein, MD.

Ergo, a virus is not contagious through air. It, however, can be injected by vaccine.

A virus is a detergent that is triggered in a cell to flush toxins out. It is not a bioweapon germ. Every winter the cold and sunspots trigger flushing out toxins – if it flushes out bacteria it is a cold. If it flushes out inorganic waste, such as metals or non-nutrient metabolites, it is called a flu.

If the liver is overwhelmed with detergent viruses and toxins, and we additionally eat food and ask the liver to do double duty and filter food and infection at same time, the body will look to another organ to help out. That organ is the lung which flushed with fluid called pneumonia. This is why it is said feed a cold, starve a fever. You can make yourself sick and get pneumonia when you eat protein and carbohydrate when you have the flu. Some 60 million people get the flu each year, of which 3 to 6 million are hospitalized. This is normal.

Radio waves from cosmic waves, sunspots, or cell towers, can trigger the same flushing process. Every influenza epidemic has been preceded by the roll out of new electronic technology.
1918 Spanish Flu started at the Naval Radio Station in New Jersey the there was a breakout at a Kansas army base when they installed new radio equipment.
    Asian Flu – radar rollout
Where was 5-G technology first rolled out? Wuhan China.

Unz needs to go back and study science. But he won’t find much help because science is all a social construction. Read Harold Hillman, The Living Cell. Science is made up.

Young people started getting vaccinated after older people. The increase in their deaths is displaced by at least 6 months compared to the elderly. Everyone agrees that the “Omnicon” is less “deadly” than the “Delta” version. Clearly, these toxic injections are responsible.

The “S” shape on the curves for the older people between weeks 10-15 of 2021 needs explaining. It was not there in 2020 so it was not because of the weather.

Look. I am a real estate appraiser…So, all you are measuring is not an increase in deaths but an increase in the proportion of elderly in the population. Capish??

Here is the death rate in US since 2014

Personally, I’d be very reluctant to trust any of your real estate appraisals. Those numbers you cited are total garbage, drawn from something published on the Conejo Guardian, which seems to be some random website. People who believe whatever nonsense they find somewhere on the Internet tend to be stupid people.

Do you seriously believe that the number of very elderly people in America suddenly jumped by a large fraction between 2019 and 2020? A sudden rise of half a million annual deaths doesn’t suggest anything unusual happened?

Flu Hoaxers such as yourself tend to be extremely gullible or extremely stupid.

  35. Ron Unz says:
    @Insouciant

I don’t know what caused those deaths, do you?

It sometimes irritates me that the crackpots who hang around my website are often too lazy to even bother reading my own articles. I’d discussed exactly those issues in a piece published a couple of weeks ago, that included this chart showing the CDC mortality categories for 2015-2020 (the 2021 numbers were still trickling in):

It is the cumulative increase in population, not. the annual increase. Thanks for comment

Maybe you should take up your criticism with Dr. Genevieve Briand, PHD, Johns Hopkins, who generated the annual death rates I reported. And personal attack almost always proves you have no argument. But I appreciate the attempt at criticism.

  39. @Insouciant

Data, all data in the public domain, are cooked. In finance, in medical matters, in politics, science. There is always a bend. It is never to be blamed on the “analyst”, the “paper”, statistical analysis looks reasonable, method, procedures do. A Ron Unz, as most others know this deep down. Why kill the generous source for more psy-ops, public opinion tweaking? Hard rational dense data and straightforward positioning into the public domain would mean a job drain for layers and layers of “sophisticated” societies middle classes.

The glass bottom layer above most of society would anyhow be an ungrateful audience. There is a need for controversy, myth, fiction, believe. Call it “religion” from the cave up to our day and age. Looking for “true” in public data is as searching for seeds in cow dung. Hence Ron Unz’s successful five thousand word narratives, his references to “widely available”, the “New York Times”, “well acknowledged”, “extensively”, “respectable”, and other monkey-ing.

  40. Ron

Maybe counting human deaths is not the appropriate measure? Should we be counting human life years lost?

If someone elderly does die of COVID then we should measure the number of years before they died anyway. Treating all deaths equally is too simplistic.

Major TV networks including their philanthropic pets have been relying on Johns Hopkins – Bloomberg School data for several years.

I’ll dig up the links, if anyone likes, but hopefully everyone also remembers 🙂 And remember the ‘cases’ were simply a ‘positive’ response on the PCR joke… which Fauci confirmed would be triggered by any cycle threshold setting above 30 or so, and the actual settings that were used were NEVER EVER mentioned (aside from original WHO protocol, designating a 40 Ct). This is sooooo blatantly, stupidly obvious, it is tragic.

Bloomberg is merely reporting the official government figures of “confirmed Covid deaths,” and obviously these may either be over-estimates or under-estimates given the uncertainty in designating the correct cause of death. The rock-solid numbers to use are “excess deaths” and these are already well over a million, probably closer to 1.2 million by now.

A very detailed mortality analysis last year by the researchers at University of Washington’s highly authoritative Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation had estimated that total American Covid deaths probably already exceeded 900,000 by May 2021, so I think my claim of a million Covid deaths by now is a pretty conservative one:

Back when I’d been involved in politics, I’d done quite a lot of public speaking as well as segments on Cable and radio interviews, but all of that was years ago.

This brought back memories, so I took a look at some of my old clips…

As readers may or may not know, almost 25 years ago I’d organized and led the “English Wars,” which became a very hot issue both in California and nationwide. Here’s my old website containing thousands of the MSM articles:

    https://www.onenation.org/

Back then “bilingual education” was one of the hottest issues in American politics. But I successfully got rid of it and it’s been almost entirely dead and gone for so many years that almost no one even remembers it once existed.

During 1997-1998, I probably did something like 200 TV, radio, and public forum debates in California, and perhaps another hundred or so during my campaigns in other states in following years. About a decade ago, I’d digitized some of my old video clips and put them up on Youtube (which back then required the longer ones to be broken into segments).

I just watched bits of a few of them, and was astonished how much younger I had looked back in the late 1990s. If anyone’s interested, here’s a few of them, followed by the link to the entire Youtube channel:

But this hypothesis of covid origin helps to spread the fear of covid and subseqently compliance to goverment’s covid measures and policies.

Covid is a natural, opportunistic patogen harmful mostly to fear-ridded elderly individual with prior heavy medical conditions.

Excessive deaths attributed to covid are mostly caused by covid policies themselves, like here in Poland, with the most important: chronic fear factor, which is known immunosupressant.

  68. I think proposing that COVID-19 was an intentional, biological attack on America’s enemies is putting the cart before the horse. I think the first question that needs to be answered is, “Did the SARS-CoV-2″ virus originate in an American lab, mostly likely the US Army biolab at Ft. Detrick, Maryland?” If that can be proven to be the case, by giving the WHO or virologists/epidemiologists in general a free hand to investigate all the facts, then we could explore the issue as to whether it was a leak or intentional attack. So, I think our efforts to arrive at the truth should be directed at opening up the US biowarfare program to inspection. (For different evidence that the virus may well have come out of Ft. Detrick, see my blog posting “COVID: A Crime Against Humanity” (https://kiaskblog.wordpress.com/2021/05/30/a-crime-against-humanity/ ).)

10–14-year-olds, on the other hand, run the risk of dying almost by a factor of ten following the first dose while the second dose brings a 51.8 times greater risk of death than if they had remained un-jabbed.

    Thanks Ron.

I suppose one question that will only be answered over the next 2 – 4 years is whether or not the first waves of more deadly COVID variants “pulled forward” a significant number of deaths by a few years. E.g. if there were a population who would have died in 2023 – 2026 but instead were killed by COVID in 2020 – 2021 or 1H 2022, then we would expect to see something of a correlated decrease in death rates in 2023 – 2026, correct?

    A couple other observations.

First, I think it is a valid point that the U.S. population is aging but that does not explain the step function in total deaths.

Second – those “flu/pneumonia” numbers look very low to me. I thought they were about 5x the rates shown in the CDC table you posted. (I’d always thought the Canada number for flu/pneumonia was about 30K/year.) I think W. M. Briggs has some good info on this I will try to find.

Regarding excess deaths, there will be a huge downturn in deaths over the next few years since the virus burned through the old and weak. Many people that died were probably only months or a year from death regardless.

  78. I like Ron Unz. He’s an entrepreneur and independent thinker. But, he, like most of us, has a social location that influences his worldview. That social location is as a member of The Knowledge Class. He’s a trained physicist, financial guru and self-styled intellectual. This influences his theory of the coronavirus, which he sees as blowback from an American bio-weapon attack on China.

There is a worldwide class war going where the Knowledge Class has declared war on the Working Class by forcing them to get vaccinated, putting a class marker of the shot on their bodies, and, thus, also extinguishing them. Unz can’t seem to perceive this reality, instead preferring a “conventional” explanation. The putative reason for this class war is that the Welfare State of social security, medicare, university subsidies, etc. is coming to an end that the Knowledge Class depends on, as it is no longer affordable now that industry has been shipped overseas to China. But the Knowledge Class wants to maintain a hegemonic domination over the Working Class. As we can see from the Ottawa Trucker protest, the virus mania is no longer working because the media can no longer portray vaccines as the moral high ground now that they are resulting in massive deaths and disease. So, leaders like Trudeau have resorted to calling the truckers “racists”, “homophobes”, etc. as the only remaining accusation of working class immorality that he can think of.

How did the virus leap from China to Iran in a couple of days? Unz says it was some sort of CIA plot to take down elites in both countries. How did the 1918 Spanish Flu instantaneously jump from an army base in Kansas to South Africa when the method of travel at that time was by boat taking at least a month? I would suggest Unz the physicist read Arthur Firstenberg’s book The Invisible Rainbow about the effect of electro-magnetic fields on influenza outbreaks. The 1918 Spanish Flu began on the US Navy Radio Station facility in New Jersey and spread to Kansas when a similar radio facility was erected there. Then, electric power lines were rolled out all over the country. Each flu (the Asian Flue, Hong Kong Flu, Swine Flu, etc.), occurred after the adoption of some new electronic technology: radar, power lines, satellites, cell phones, etc. Radiation poisoning has the same symptoms as the so-called flu germ. This is why treating the coronavirus symptoms as a germ outbreak does not work. Moreover, the bromides promoted by political conservatives do not work either (hydroxyclorquine, Ivermectin, etc.) because they do not address the underlying poisoning. I would suggest those who are skeptics of this notion of radiation poisoning to read Thomas Cowan, MD, new book Breaking The Spell: The Scientific Evidence for Ending the Covid Delusion – LINK https://drtomcowan.com/products/breaking-the-spell-the-scientific-evidence-for-ending-the-covid-delusion?variant=41299699171481

If the top 2 quintiles of the population have grown it may explain the excess deaths as not necessarily due to covid. Also some of the excess deaths are probably due to the vaccine rollout. Anyway I’d be surprised if there wasn’t some massaging of the stats by big gov to support their narrative. There’s also the idea that Americans poor diet & lifestyle choices have lead to these excess deaths. Could this be why excess deaths are so high for US but not so much for China.

  80. Thim says:

Best timing ever to break in, just as Joe Rogan is going through his ritual humiliation. He is cucking hard, and going down.

Ah, the excess deaths. RFK Jr. attributes them to Covid in his book. He also quotes numerous experts who say these deaths in 2020 were unnecesary.

The deadly combination of Remdisivir and the very deadly vent caused most of the deaths. He goes into great detail how teams of doctors using other methods had great success treating Covid in 2020, some in America (until Fauci had them shut down) but mostly in foreign countries.

Clearly RFK Jr. believes these were Iatragenic deaths, the result of Fauci’s brutal protocol, as approved by Trump and his Task Force leader Pence.

No other country had such a bad performance. Fauci and the Trump administration banned all drugs and treatments that worked, approved only one murderous protocol that was known by March 2020 to kill 1 in 4 patients who endured it, and provided a massive financial incentive for the medical cartel to essentially murder the useless eaters, which they gleefully proceeded to do.

So then, the position of RFK Jr. is contradictory. Either they all died of Covid, or they were killed by the deadly protocol the doctors used. It is clear to me, most of these excess 500,000 deaths in 2020 were iatragenic. The doctors murdered them, pursuing Trump’s filthy lucre, which appears to have been some $150,000 per corpse when all added together.

The 2021 holocaust is different entirely. How could the deaths rise even higher as Covid steadily weakened? The cause is already well documented. These are vaccine caused deaths, listed by the murderers as heart failure, cancer, stroke, organ failure, and my favorite, the new category called SADS, Sudden Adult Death Syndrome. Took the vaxx and now they are SAD.

As Covid-19 simply disappears over the next year and the deaths keep rising, this vaxx holocaust cannot be covered up. They tried but failed to vaxx everyone. They failed. A control group still exists.

Actually, Ron is generally right that covid is a bioweapon, but he’s running a limited hangout here by trying to frame the issue as America attacking China. Initially it was most likely that China and the US Deep State were collaborating on this, as they had common interests. First, they needed to camouflage an impending financial collapse (recall JPM’s run on the repo market in Sep19) that would have harmed them both, and second, they needed to undercut Trump’s reelection prospects (or more accurately the nationalist/populist forces he gave hope to, he himself is an ineffective blowhard, he’s irrelevant). An engineered “pandemic” would have accomplished these ends.

They lost control of this plan when the WEF creatures slithered out of their snake pit and hijacked the response to support their “Great Reset” agenda. It needs to be kept in mind that modern China is a product of global finance capital, they do not oppose the NWO in principle. They’re opposed to the lunatic, GloboHomo aspects of it that the Davos crowd is hell-bent on pushing. Hence the current conflict here.

Russia as usual is sitting there with their thumbs up their asses, they’ve been several steps behind from the start. The Luciferian globalists are pushing for war with Russia, and China is waiting to see what pieces they can pick up. Russia has done an abysmal job in preparing for war with the US/EU, and in securing a solid partnership with China against these forces.

Yes, she did the analysis for a student publication. And JH immediately ditched it without addressing the question raised by the data, with the usual ‘possible confusion’ mumbojumbo.

Actually, I’m pretty sure I know what happened because other data analysts I know made exactly the same sort of mistake, and a couple of ignorant commenters quoted her error to me in a past discussion-thread.

She or her researcher probably went to the CDC website near the very end of 2020 and obtained the total number of American deaths for that year. They then used that number and noticed it was roughly the same as the total for 2019 and earlier years, thereby seeming to prove that the Covid epidemic was just a hoax. Maybe hundreds of thousands of people were officially classified as “dying from Covid” but if total deaths for 2020 hadn’t changed much, that was obviously just a statistical artifact produced by hospital classification incentives.

However, what she didn’t realize is that the deaths are recorded by the CDC with a huge time-lag. Basically, local officials have to mail their death certificates over to the CDC, which eventually totals them up. That’s obviously a ridiculous system to use in the computer-age, but that’s how it works. Therefore, you need to wait until March or April 2021 before you start to get roughly correct totals for 2020, and the 2020 totals are still slightly changing even months after that.

So her erroneous findings for 2020 got out before she realized her mistake, and huge numbers of Flu Hoaxers widely circulated it. I’m pretty sure some version of her paper was published on LewRockwell, because some ignorant commenters quoted it to me, and were then astonished when I pointed out her 2020 totals didn’t match those on the CDC website.

That’s one reason I pay much more attention to articles in the MSM than those produced by random people on the Internet. MSM journalists working in the health-care beat are aware of all those sorts of quirks or kinks in official government statistics, but random activists often aren’t.

The excess deaths in 2020 can be attributed to:
    1. medical malpractice,
    2. lockdowns causing suicides, murders and lack of care for the usual maladies, and
    3. the CDC lying,
    4. the Baby Boom in the U.S. started in the late 1940’s to early 1950’s, which is 70-80 years ago, so it is about time for a Death Boom.

In 2021, you can add the clot shot to the list of causes for excess deaths.

If SARS-COV-2 was released by U.S. military intelligence posing as athletes then did they transport the virus to China, which would have been risky, or was it provided to them upon arrival? If the latter then who provided it? Possibly rogues working in Chinese labs? That’s a major unanswered question in Ron Unz’s theory.

Reading the book Viral it was determined early on that the SARS-COV-2’s genome was 96.2% similar to the bat coronavirus (RaTG13/CoV4991) that killed four of six miners in Mojiang, China in 2012. This was the closest genomic match in any database. The minors were exposed to massive amounts of bat guano in caves. The minors who survived were younger and spent less time in the caves so they suffered less exposure than the four who died.

The difference was that while this pneumonia like virus that afflicted the minors was very deadly it had very low human to human transmissibility since it did not spread to anyone else unlike SARS-CoV-1 and SARS-CoV-2. However, the Chinese tried to conceal the fact that this virus was studied in previous Chinese abstracts under the name CoV4991 but they were busted by online sleuths.

The low transmissibility of this coronovirus between humans is where gain of function engineering comes into play to make it more so and I’m starting to work my way up to that point in the book or so it seems.

Covid-19 does not exist, it is a myth, an illusion perpetrated by the zionist WEF, the Rockefeller and Gates Foundations, the World Bank and the zionist privately owned central banks ie the FED in Americas case, UN Agenda 2030, etc., and via this covid-19 myth people have been driven via hysteria and fear to take the MRNA injections, which are not vaccines, but are gene therapy that changes the DNA and destroys the immune system thus acting as the genocide agent that these injections are.

The head of Bayer said on video some months back, that MRNA injections are gene therapy and that they called them vaccines as they knew if they called it gene therapy no one would take them, thus the lie of the MRNA that has caused the deaths of vast numbers of people across the globe, this is genocide on a scale that has never been seen in the history of the world.

As some of you might know, in 2016 I jumped into the U.S. Senate race in California as an absolutely last-minute entry. I fully recognized that I had zero chance of winning in such an overwhelmingly Democratic state, and sure enough, neither I nor any of the other Republican candidates even made it to the November ballot. Just as everyone expected, Kamala Harris won the open seat, then ran for President a few years later, and is now currently serving as VP.

  92. The Virus used by China to create Covid came via the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. They were doing gain of function studies for Fauci. Those were outlawed during the Obama misrule, so Fauci packed everything up and shipped it to Wuhan, and laundered the funding through an NGO (this is not even close to arguable). The Wuhan lab took the virus and did some genetic engineering to change the virus for study. The epidemiology showed the Covid virus came from China. It is strongly believed it came from Wuhan because of the trail Fauci created.

To say the US created Covid is simply a conspiracy theory that holds no water.

If SARS-COV-2 was released by U.S. military intelligence posing as athletes then did they transport the virus to China, which would have been risky, or was it provided to them upon arrival?

They obviously would have brought it with them. There were many thousands of military athletes attending, including 300 from America, and since no one at the time suspected a biowarfare attack, the Chinese obviously couldn’t carefully inspect all of their personal items. I’d assume the virus could be very easily concealed in personal health-care items, like deodorant or shaving cream. America has spent over $100 billion on its biowarfare capabilities, and surely some of that funding went to produce disguised release-devices.

Since the virus was entirely new, it was undetectable and remained so until tests were finally developed several months after the outbreak. So even if someone had very carefully inspected the release-device, they wouldn’t have found anything.

If you’re interested, I’d strongly suggest you read my series of articles on the subject:

In an earlier comment I alluded to the numbers of people who, it was claimed, “tested positive for Covid” but survived. That number is between 98% and 99%.

The focus on 1 million dead is vaguely reminiscent of another talismanic number.

One other thing: you are correct, I have not read your extensive writings on Covid, but I did listen carefully to the podcasts–but only once. I do not recall hearing you explain how the virus got from China-Iran-Italy to USA, even though “your New York Times” (and also PBS) reported on “Patient Zero” —
    from PBS:

How America’s First Coronavirus Patient Recovered: On January 19, a 35-year-old man walked into a clinic in Snohomish County, Washington, complaining of a cough and fever. He described his symptoms to the medical staff — and then he told them he’d recently returned from Wuhan, China. https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/frontline/article/how-americas-first-known-coronavirus-patient-recovered/

Probably just a coincidence that the man was treated just 10 miles from headquarters of Gates Foundation. And that most of the people who subsequently died were from a nursing home in the area.

Westchester Co. New York lawyer Lawrence Garbuz was the first known case of the virus in New York, the place where Coronavirus had its earliest and fiercest impact. Garbuz is thought to have become infected in late February 2020 but was not diagnosed with Covid until March 3, 2020. Your New York Times reported For 4 Days, the Hospital Thought He Had Just Pneumonia. It Was Coronavirus.
NYTimes explains how Garbuz’s infection spread through the hospital system and elsewhere, and was tracked through contact tracing, but to date, it is not known how Garbuz became infected.

It’s curious that the source of Garbuz’s infection could not be traced, inasmuch as on Jan. 30, 2020, Dr. Robert Redfield, then-director of CDC, speaking from the White House, said:

As of today, there are nearly 9700 cases in China, with more than 200 deaths. Additionally, currently, there are another 23 countries that have confirmed totally 132 cases. This also includes 12 individuals who have been confirmed in six countries, who did not travel to China.
The CDC has launched a public health response focused on Early Case Recognition, isolation of the cases identified, and contact tracing around those individuals. This response is a layered response, which includes both targeted airport screening, as well as heightened education and awareness of the American healthcare community to be vigilant in ascertaining the possibility of recent travel to China when they are evaluating cases with upper respiratory tract infection.
To date we have confirmed six (6) cases of this novel virus in the United States. The most recent case had no travel history to China, but was a close personal contact of one of the previous cases that we had identified through our aggressive contact tracing.
In addition, there are currently 191 individuals that are under investigation.
Once again, I want to emphasize that this is a significant global situation and it continues to evolve. But I also want to emphasize, again, that the risk at this time to the American public is low.

One assumes that PBS’s Man from Wuhan, sickened by Jan. 19, 2020, is counted in the “six cases” Redfield mentioned on Jan. 30.
But how is it that the measures that CDC had established of “Early Case Recognition” and “education of the healthcare community” were ineffective in discovering how Lawrence Garbuz became infected with the virus?

Which leads to this hypothesis: GIVEN the information CDC has about the earliest infectees, shouldn’t it be possible to discover, at least to the level of evidence suitable to prosecute in a court of law, those “rogues” that Mr. Unz asserts executed an extra-legal bioweapons attack on China that “blew back” upon the American people?
Was mass infection of Americans “blowback,” or was it deliberate?

Because those “few rogue elements” responsible for the bug sure do seem to have friends in high places, not least in major media.

That being the case, how, and why, should I believe anything posted by CDC or Bloomberg or (heaven help us) University of Washington’s highly authoritative Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation With initial funding provided by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation ?

“China is assuredly America’s economic nemesis.”

Hardly. China and the U.S. are joined at the hip. A pact was made decades ago to send U.S. manufacturing to China. The U.S. corporate elite made huge profits as they benefited from the low wages and having no pollution controls.

But another part of the agreement was that every U.S. corporation must have one-half Chinese ownership, so consequently the Chinese elites made out like bandits too. This money (along with the Chinese elite) flooded out of China toward the West.

The elites were elated at the money rolling in.

Now, that situation may have soured somewhat in recent years. Any anger directed towards China by politicians or media in the West might be real or might be bullsh*t. We don’t know and can only speculate.

What we DO know is that in the fall of 2019 something was seriously wrong in the U.S. markets, necessitating the Federal Reserve to step in and ramp up QE. There was talk of the Chinese economy rolling over too.

And then, voila, as if by magic, Covid came along a few short months after the trouble began. We all know what happened next – trillions of dollars were manufactured, interest rates were dropped to nothing, and citizens were showered with money.

My thinking is Covid (real or not) was a “planned” pandemic, engineered by the world elite to save the corporate and banking industry that were leveraged to the hilt. They are now doing everything they can to stoke inflation in order to bail themselves out of this leverage (artificially creating shortage of labor and goods).

Do I think China was involved? Yes, I do, although it might have been reluctantly as they had no other choice. China was made by the West and is still too reliant on it to just step away. It must play along, and play along it did, IMO.

I agree with you on Russia. It is a diversion.

It’s always a good thing when there’s a convergence of opinion among those who don’t know each other. And there’s a lot of that going on now. In fact, enough for it to become a full blown cultural convergence.

You don’t. Obviously! Hence the need for Jewish Supremacy Inc. to abolish, not just Freedom of Speech, but Freedom itself! Not that they were ever into it. And now we’re back to your comment and the convergence of opinion.

Everything else is just Show Business, which of course JSI controls. Still, it has not stopped the aforementioned cultural convergence. In that lies our only hope. It very well may be.

I suppose one question that will only be answered over the next 2 – 4 years is whether or not the first waves of more deadly COVID variants “pulled forward” a significant number of deaths by a few years.

Since Covid primarily kills the elderly, there’s obviously some sort of pull-forward effect. But the estimates I remember seeing floating around a year or more ago were that the Covid victims probably had mean remaining live-expectancy of 10 years.

I don’t remember the source and it’s perfectly possible this was considerably exaggerated. But my guess is that the pull-forward period would be more like 5-8 years than just a couple. And obviously, with a sufficiently long pull-forward period, even the mortality impact of explosives and the Bubonic Plague would also disappear.

    https://www.unz.com/runz/american-pravda-the-covid-epidemic-as-lab-leak-or-biowarfare/#false-narratives-based-upon-false-positives

    https://www.unz.com/runz/american-pravda-the-covid-epidemic-as-lab-leak-or-biowarfare/#promoting-a-ft-detrick-lab-leak-as-a-failure-of-nerve

As I emphasized, I think both the blood sample evidence and the Ft. Detrick scenario were mostly promoted by mediocre pro-China propagandists, and since the claims made are so overwhelmingly implausible, those arguments just make them very look foolish.

Great Podcast, Mister Unz. How about booking yourself with Rogan on Spotify and/or Weinstein on DarkHorse? DarkHorse allegedly get data feeds from DarkWeb Sources – I’d like to see Non-Streamable COVID Content Published here.

Thanks for the kind words, and sure, I’d obviously like to do additional podcasts about this issue. However, I think that Weinstein fellow is apparently very committed to the Wuhan lab-leak scenario, and I doubt he’d be willing to have me on to provide the overwhelming evidence in the other direction.

I have never bought this narrative that covid was a bioweapon, because every smart person in biology field knows that live bioweapons are indiscriminatory, evolving, uncontrollable and therefore counterproductive.

    BINGO!!

I was never taught “geopolitics and how to use bioweapons against your enemies” in high school. It was a good Christian high school and that subject matter was never on the curriculum.  But “Poison & Antidote” is a basic concept and paradigm that all evil geniuses learn at a very young age. You don’t use a bioweapon (poison) unless you already have an antidote for it.

Are the vaccines the antidote then? Is Ron Unz arguing that the ‘deep-state perps’ who unleashed COVID-19 on China already had the vaccines for it? If so, why weren’t the vaccines immediately used in the USA, when reports of COVID-19 infections began to increase in March of 2020?

The so-called “vaccines” are killing thousands of people within days of getting it and many of those who don’t die from it are suffering from chronic health problems associated with blood clotting. This begs the SIX million dollar question: what is the ethnicity of Ron Unz’s ‘deep-state perps’ and if they are truly American patriots, why would they use such a deadly vaccine for their fellow citizens?

Moreover, the idea that a deadly virus leaked from a Wuhan bioweapons lab never made any sense to me. How does a virus “leak”? The virus is invisible; so how do you trace and prove that the virus leaked from the Wuhan bioweapons lab? How did the deadly virus get from the lab to the wet market in Wuhan? Did the wind blow it there and nowhere else?

I am reminded of the late Robert Faurisson who questioned the Jewish Holocaust and simply asked for a technical drawing of a functioning Nazi gas chamber to prove him wrong. No one did, of course. Instead he was smeared as an anti-semite and viciously attacked by pro-semites.

Can anyone who believes in the “virus leaked from a Wuhan bioweapons lab and ended up in a dead bat in the Wuhan wet market and quickly spread to the rest of the world” provide me with a scientific paper to prove this ridiculous theory?

I’m not holding my breath, as they say, because this is the same ridiculous conspiracy theory that was propagated by the CIA and MSM at the very beginning of this bogus “pandemic” in 2020.

You seem seriously confused by the nature of expected life-span. According to your figures, the average life expectancy for men at birth was 79. But for individuals who have already reached the age of 81, it’s obviously much higher. Here’s a link to a mortality table from the American CDC:

    https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/vsrr/VSRR10-508.pdf#page=2

The table shows that men who are already age 80 would normally expect to live 8.6 additional years, so if Covid kills them, they’ve lost nearly a decade of life. For women age 85, they’d normally live 7 more years.

Furthermore, a significant fraction of Covid deaths are of individuals in their 50s or 60s or 70s, and those cohorts would probably have lost 15-30 years of life.

So given these sorts of numbers, I’m actually starting to think it’s quite plausible that the Covid victims lose an average of about a decade of remaining life.

Individuals who lack quantitative skills should avoid letting their intuitive mislead them on these sorts of mortality issues.

  119. Patricus says:
    @Ron Unz

According to a CDC spokeswoman (Walensky) there is no record of deaths by Covid. There is a record of people who died WITH Covid. That is an important distinction. 78% of those who died with Covid had four or more “risk factors”, she said. Another equivalent word is “co-morbidities”. These include age over 70, Type 1 diabetes, heart conditions, cancer, obesity and other risk factors. Essentially this 78% consists of older sickly people. One can be older but in pretty good health and the chances of death with Covid are remote. No one knows how many have been killed by the Covid viruses. Some of those who died with Covid had three, two or one risk factor(s). Some people just die of old age. Actual deaths caused by Covid might be a few per cent of 900,000, if any at all. Just about every person in America would have tested positive at some time in the last few years. About those dubious PCR tests…well a subject for another time.

I appreciate the death statistics Ron quoted. Starting in 2014 deaths increased a few tens of thousands each year until 2020 when the increase was more than half a million. In 2021 hundreds of millions were vaccinated but deaths continued to increase. Does this suggest the vaccines had no ameliorating effect whatsoever? Is it possible some other—yet unknown—factors explain these death numbers?

Our military industrial organizations may be wicked enough to try to inflict a pandemic on China. Odd that they had no plan to isolate the pandemic in China. I find myself equally skeptical that the Chinese manufactured a world wide pandemic and chose to inflict it on their own population first. Maybe there was some lab accident? Maybe the virus came from nature? The dozen deceased senior Iranian officials might have contacted some Iranian who happened to visit China. That explanation is simple and requires no elaborate conspiracy involving Jews, globalists or Free Masons. I think it is entirely plausible that one or more Iranians could have visited China and caught the virus. There are probably 100 other reasonable explanations.

He also makes a very good case of why it cost us more and the utter incompetence of the American Government and Military.

A Totalitarian Government will always have the advantage of locking its population down. We had 52 independent states bickering about lockdown measures.

When you think about it. Make no mistake, China has learned from this attack. I read somewhere where they have built massive quarantine camps – capable of holding millions — in preparation of America’s next attack.

What will America do??? We now no longer trust Big Pharma, our Government, and Mainstream Media. There is little to zero chance we move in unison to the next pandemic.

Imagine facing a foe with more men, better technology, better training, better minds and that are one hundred percent united and committed to their mission.

While we rot from within and promote gays, transgenders, and all other malcontents in our military, China’s military grows incredibly powerful. While we wrestle with the design of comfortable maternity smocks for our pregnant female fighter pilots, they genetically engineer supermen.

On the other hand, presumably the ones who were more sickly and would have died earlier anyway, made up a greater proportion of those whom Covid tipped over the edge. So you’d have to discount those 8.6 and 7 year figures.

Also, keep in mind that just because some people died with Covid as a major causal factor, doesn’t mean that they couldn’t have lived if, for example, they were treated early, or if the governors of their states hadn’t mandated that nursing homes accept other Covid patients who might never have infected them in the first place. So saying that a lot of people died doesn’t automatically make all or even any any policies that were implemented correct. (Not that you said that yourself.)

    Ron,

I’ve chosen to respond to your first comment in the hopes you will see it. So that it won’t get overlooked amidst the bulk of comments.

There is an aspect missing in your bioweapons case:

All major countries have large, and presumably highly-skilled intelligence agencies. China can be no exception.

    1. Chinese intelligence would have been aware in detail of the US bioweapons capability.

    2. They most certainly would have had an in-depth familiarity with Kadlec’s writings on the all aspects of bioweapons theory and use.

    3. They would have known, at minimum, of the previous use of African swine flu virus against the Cuban pork production in the 70s.

    4. Then too, they would have noted and paid attention to the gain-of-function bat corona virus research being funded by the US in the Wuhan lab. Since gain-of-function research is simply bioweapons research “rebranded” as defensive research, I have to assume that they would have been particularly attentive to that activity.

    5. With Kadlec brought into the Trump administration in 2017, Fauci resuming GoF research in Wuhan in 2017, and then Kadlec conducting the Crimson Contagion exercise in 2019, the Chinese must have looked very had at these facts, particularly after the bird flu of 2017 and the swine flu of 2018.

    6. Finally, in the context of a bioweapons attack, the GoF research at Wuhan looks to have played the crucial role of providing a “patsy” for the source of the virus. (Did Ralph Baric of EcoHealth Alliance have connections to US intel? Was he the intel intermediary who went to Fauci and suggested the resumption of GoF reasearch at Wuhan?)

Now I can’t say how smart Chinese intel is, but I would guess ***VERY*** smart. Smart enough to put these pieces together. And if they did, they would have seen this attack coming and recognized it instantly for what it was. As such, they would have been prepared with a defensive strategy, which would explain how they were immediately ready to respond with the extreme measures they employed to stamp out the virus.

Bonus element; psychopath Pompeo was CIA head before moving to State. He is just the guy to execute a bioweapons attack.

In summary, what it seems you have left out of your analysis is the role of Chinese intel.

The fact that CoViD19 kills almost exclusively the old and those suffering from co-morbidities means that these groups ought to be the focus of preventative and protective measures. In that case these groups would have Vitamin D supplementation, have useful early treatments like IVM and HCQ available, and be the vaccinated, but with real vaccines, not experimental BigPharma gene therapy shots.
In contrast, everyone has been FORCED to have these experimental gene therapies, even those groups at virtually NO risk, even though these ‘vaccines’ have caused more adverse reactions than ALL previous vaccines taken together, and even though they are useless, not stopping infection or transmission, and, allegedly, giving increasingly briefer ‘protection’ from hospitalisation and death. More and more ‘boosters’ forced through mandates that are in direct contradiction to ALL the bases of medical bioethics, Nuremberg, Helsinki, UNESCO etc.
Moreover the useful medications have been attacked with filthy propaganda lies, slander and faked research, even to the extent of giving lethal overdoses of HCQ to hospitalised patients, in order to denigrate the medication. The utility of Vitamin D has been ignored, or denied, the dangers of obesity ignored, and natural immunity from infection actually denied in direct repudiation of all heretofore demonstrated immunological science.
Whatever the reason, BigPharma mega-profits, social control through vaccine passports or population reduction, the powers that be, and particularly the MSM scum vermin liars, MUST be held to account for these crimes against humanity.

  130. Thousands of words have been written by Ron Unz on Covid-19 describing a hypothetical American biological warfare initially aimed at China and soon after Iran and that subsequently went awry as America took the lead – and still does – in numbers of infected subjects and fatalities. None of what RU has proposed can be regarded as conclusive evidence. Even if what is described may seem like compelling evidence, definitive proof it most certainly is not.

The appeal that this kind of conspiratorial hypothesizing holds for its proponent is that minuscule amounts of speculative details can be added to the initial hypothesis making it more compelling, yet still remaining inconclusive. Ron can therefore be expected to extract maximum mileage with this line of hypothesizing, ad infinitum, making the core hypothesis appear incrementally convincing, but never quite definitive.

Short, of course, of some unprecedented whistle blowing with the equivalent ground shattering impact caused by the revelations of Assange and Snowden. That, I’m afraid, is not quite likely. A government that, according to Ron’s hypothesis, has killed about one million of its own citizens and many more elsewhere, will just not let the whistle blower off the hook. The victims this time around are not “worthless” ragheads or sand niggers, but bona fide citizens of the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave.

You’re confusing infection fatality rate with case fatality rate.

In principle you are correct and the data I used from Worldometer is labelled as “cases” so I should have used CFR instead of IFR. Although IFR should be higher than CFR I would have thought with so much testing being done that for Covid-19 there wouldn’t be that much of a difference between the two as everyone is running for a test with the slightest sniffles, sore throat or temperature and even without any symptoms because of contacts. What can be confusing is that “cases” may be repeats of the same individual getting infected again but then you can die only once.

Koontz’s premise in the novel is deliberately conspiratorial and blames secret organizations within the USA, if not exactly the US Government, for conducting horrific biological experiments. Remarkably, Koontz predicted–with gematria–the COVID-19 pandemic in the year 2020. In the novel, the virus is called… wait for it… “Wuhan-400”!

I guess it would be easier to secrete a biological weapon like a virus on a military aircraft but I’m not sure how either military personnel or CIA agents would have seeded Wuhan with SARS-CoV-2 virus without being noticed since scientists wear HazMat suits when handling deadly viruses and bacteria. They would have needed some drug to inoculate themselves as they were doing the deed so to speak.

To me the devil is in the details and how America (might have) seeded Wuhan with COVID requires a more granular and detailed analysis to gain credibility.

I will say it is very suspicious that Iran’s leadership was disproportionately affected by the virus and only weeks after Soleimani was assassinated. That members of Iran’s top leadership seems more than just a coincidence.

But even though America’s leadership was lightly affected it destroyed the strong economy and unseated Trump which was a policy objective of both the Chicoms and the American intelligence community.

How did the USA introduce three types of avian ‘flu and African Swine Fever into China in the years and months prior to SARS CoV2? The Chinese found ‘gangsters’ spreading ASF (which the USA introduced into Cuba back in the 70s)with drones. There is NO Evil that the US State will not commit.

I’m not sure how either military personnel or CIA agents would have seeded Wuhan with SARS-CoV-2 virus without being noticed since scientists wear HazMat suits when handling deadly viruses and bacteria.

I’m hardly a biowarfare expert, but I very much doubt that. America has spent $100 billion over the years developing bioweapons, and I’m sure at least a little of that money was allocated to producing lots of surreptitious release-devices, perhaps along the lines of the ones in James Bond films.

Perhaps the entire viral load was just contained in a couple of simple spray-devices, such as an asthma inhalers, and just casually sprayed onto various surfaces or confined locations by the operatives while they were sightseeing around Wuhan along with the thousands of other foreign military visitors. The food stalls of that Seafood Market that was one of the early epicenters of the outbreak might have been among the targets. Or maybe the devices could be left somewhere with a timed-release mechanism.

Remember, we’re not talking about some deadly nerve gas, just an undetectable virus whose release wouldn’t be noticed by anyone for six or seven weeks, until large numbers of individuals began to feel a little sick. And the operatives were young and healthy, so they themselves would have had a 0% chance of dying even if they were careless enough to accidentally infect themselves, though I’d assume they washed their hands pretty thoroughly and might even have been isolated once they got back to the US. Keep in mind, Covid isn’t an anti-personnel bioweapon, it’s an anti-economy bioweapon

When you spend seventy years and $100 billion creating the world’s largest biowarfare program, I assume you’ve developed all sorts of training exercises and standard protocols for this sort of situation.

If you haven’t already done so, you really should read the discussion we published in early 2020 by a retired 40-year veteran of American biodefense:

Another curious detail about the Wuhan Military Games – there were a number of sick Americans and instead of recuperating in a Wuhan hospital or flying commercial they used a military transport plane to fly them home. Remember this was BEFORE there was any hint of a pandemic, and therefore most could think that they were down with regular colds or flus.

The participants of other countries also reported falling sick upon returning to their home countries, especially European athletes.

I though some of the American military were treated in a local Wuhan hospital, at least I think I read so somewhere, including here on UR.

As far as I know, there’s absolutely no solid evidence that any of the many thousands of participants at the Wuhan Military Games became infected with Covid, and I’m extremely skeptical of that possibility. There’s always a lot of smoke and wild rumors floating around, and I think these claims fall into that category, possibly promoted by pro-China propaganda-activists.

To some extent, I discussed these issues in sections of one of my long articles:

I’d bet that was how they did it. It’d also explain how the US intel agencies know there’s an outbreak in Wuhan one month before the Chinese doctors noticed it.

They can track the mobile phone movements that pass the locations of release. If enough phones entered the locations and later went to hospitals, they’d know the operation was succeed. Not some ridiculous satellite images as the journalists claimed.

Actually, Chinese officials are using the same method to track close contact cases. If a person has close contact with a confirmed case, then his phone will show a yellow code, he should go get a test to see if he is infected.

I’m interested in the subject of the debate so watched it all. You were on the “con” side and, despite your partner who I think did a poor job, swayed the audience amazingly, especially the undecided:

Taking a look at these old videos of my public appearances and debates prompted me to track down quite a number of them, and use a video-editing program to extract my own clips and put them up on Youtube for anyone interested.

Here’s the Intro and my own clips from that 2013 Intelligence Squared/NPR debate in NYC on immigration/employment issues:

Here’s my 2013 Minimum Wage presentation at a DC New America conference that went over very well. Astonishingly enough, within a couple of years both CA and NY had enacted a $15 MW, and $12 had become the centrist Democratic position:

Here are my clips from other 2013 Minimum Wage discussions, an Aspen Institute event in DC and a debate early in 2014 at UC Berkeley:

And here are my clips from the two 2016 U.S. Senate debates in California:

Personally, I think I did much better than Kamala Harris or any of the other candidates.

There are hundreds of other old MSM clips, and I think I’ll see about organizing some of them into a few accounts of the history of some of those important events from the past.

I agree. You did better than the others.

And, of course, it’s pretty darn clear that nobody understands economics.

  154. The evidence suggests that SARS-COV-2 originated in a lab, and there is substantial evidence for the involvement of the EcoHealth Alliance (EHA) and the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV).

Ron Unz presents evidence that the virus was American biowarfare attack on China.

The two theories may both be true. This article suggests that Peter Daszak of the EHA was working for the CIA, and had been funded by them through USAID.

In early 2018, the US was worried about safety issues at the WIV. The US Deep State might have decided that the most effective way to implement a biowarfare attack on China was to use the EHA to finance gain-of-function experiments at the WIV, in other words to create a virus that would infect humans, knowing perfectly well that the WIV would not be able to contain the virus. In 2018 Peter Daszak and the EHA applied to DARPA for funding for such work at the WIV, including the insertion of the furin cleavage site into the virus. DARPA turned down the application, but the work probably proceeded with other funding.

This scenario has a big advantage: there would be no need to send a team to distribute the virus, risking their capture.

The timing of the escape, just before Chinese New Year, was fortuitous.

And of course the culpability of both the Chinese and Americans prevents both from looking too hard for the origin of the virus, or blaming each other.

Alternatively, the purpose of the research funded at WIV was to give the US plausible denial.

You have more than once given reasons why China might have chosen to say nothing of what it knew or suspected about the truth of your theory but it occurred to me to wonder why Russia hasn’t beaten it up when I read recent suggestions that means of biowarfare was being developed in Ukraine – and also this

This is how Russia weaponizes disinformation – https://on.ft.com/3u9pj70 via @FT

BTW especially if you don’t insist on proximity to the Chinese New Yer being vital to any plot against China there are surely plenty of surreptitious ways that might be used to start a pandemic with viral material. As long as you didn’t face a compelling time line some could be trial runs e.g. using goodstuffs, ointments or used clothes sent through the post.

Welcome to the task of trying to introduce more possibilities into RU’s world of “highly probable” conspiracies with details he falls in love with. It would be interesting yo know what direction his theorising would take if he lost faith in his “smoking gun” report alleged to have told the intelligence community that US Intel knew about Covid 19 before China did. (I am increasingly confident that the alleged report was cooked up as fake news by anti-Trumpers. Indeed I have offered to net on it ).

excellent about corona war 1 & corona virus 2, thanks !

But: THE virus ? as the wuhan virus could be egineered, other corona variants could be engenered as well and they are.

Corona war 3 is the mRNA + other poisons. (grand jury)

The real infections in China & Iran supported the narrative to panic people in Angloamerica & EU, where there are public funds to plunder, into the needle and the ‘infections’ produced by the Drosten Fake did the same + helped to hide Corona war 1 & 2.

There are more than one conspiracies and they tend to be connected by windows of opportunity.
