The judge in question was an Obama-era minority appointee. This may have played a role in her imposing the maximum sentence of 18 months requested by the prosecution, despite the ridiculousness of the case.

reiner Tor comments:

If I were a Muslim detainee arrested by the Dubya Government, I’d probably want a black judge. But being a white Becky from Russia, supporting Republican causes like the NRA, and helping them defeat the Democrats?

There must’ve been a convergence of Democratic resentment of redneck Republicans, black racial resentment of whites, normie Russiagate resentment of Russians, and feminist resentment of a prettier and younger woman here.

I was hoping AK was already paying you and Thorfinsson a percentage of his fees, like Steve Sailer is allegedly paying Tiny Duck. And credit where it's due. As a comment generator, you work a lot harder than the miniscule water fowl.

  2. And yet:

    https://www.npr.org/2018/09/10/646400980/judge-orders-gag-chastens-prosecutors-in-case-of-accused-russian-agent-butina

But the judge also had a warning for prosecutors in the case, who recently acknowledged they had misinterpreted messages between Butina and a friend to make the false claim that she was trying to trade sex for a job.

Actually, as Butina’s lawyer has argued, it was a lighthearted exchange.

“It took me approximately five minutes to read those emails and tell that they were jokes,” Chutkan said. “It was apparent on its face.”

Chutkan said she was “concerned” that officials at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C., and the Justice Department would read the exchanges and somehow find otherwise.

Apparently, the judge still felt some vestigial female solidarity; enough to cost the government some embarrassing headlines.

At long last, we’ve found a way to get American judges to take a hard line on visa and immigration issues: convince them it’s all part of a Russian plot!

  4. Sorry for this innocent person caught up in proxy Russiagate war.

  5. From what I saw of Judge Chutkan (#26 and replies), calling her ‘Black’ loses a lot of important nuance.

For one thing, Chutkan is definitely not a classic “U.S. Southern Black” (or early-mid 20th-century transplant to a northern city therefrom), but is foreign born (Jamaica). For another thing, it seems Chutkan may be Black-Hindu (like Kamala Harris), and perhaps from an elite background. For a fourth thing, her husband has an exclusively Jewish surname (Krauthamer), but appears to be a Jewish-Black mulatto himself.

So there is an alternate Quadruple Whammy of sorts, and evidence enough to file this under Steve Sailer’s “New Mulatto Elite.”

Yes, Tiny Duck is to Steve Sailer what the Nigerian brothers were to Jussie Smollet.

Paranoid much? There is much to criticize feminists for, but this isn’t one of them. Organizedsfeminism has made no objection whatsoever to the mail-order bride phenomenon, unfortunately.

? Opposition to "sex trafficking" is a major issue for most feminists.

    From your link:

In enacting IMBRA, Congress was responding to claims by the Tahirih Justice Center (TJC), a woman's advocacy group, that mail-order brides were susceptible to domestic abuse because they are unfamiliar with the laws, language and customs of their new home.

    Good point.

It's just as disloyal to send for foreign brides as it is to hire foreign labor.

You're a one-man freak show. In any event, the assumption that men and women think in the same way about a given issue is not a bad working assumption in the absence of evidence fo the contrary. In the case of hostility to immigrants, it turns out that it's just projection. Women are, in fact, more hostile to out group men than to outgroup women, which makes sense of you think about it.
