Words are used in such a manipulative way by the media.

When I hear “sex trafficking,” I think of prostitution, because that’s how it’s been used. The term “sex-trafficking” was also used when Matt Gaetz was accused of flying a 17-year-old girl out to Las Vegas to have sex with her. It turns out the feds were lying when they accused them of that, but I’m just talking about the term.

Think of that: she was willing to have sex, she was excited about it, getting on a plane to go see him. Also, it would have been legal for him to have sex with her in her home state, it was only illegal because she was crossing state lines.

So that’s what I think of when I hear “sex trafficking.”

But you know what is also “sex trafficking”? Kidnapping a girl in a bathroom.

New York Post:

Eight people were arrested in Oklahoma City for allegedly trafficking a 15-year-old Texas girl at a Dallas Mavericks game last month and now the girl’s family is questioning why more wasn’t done to get their daughter home quicker.

The teen went to the bathroom at the Dallas’ American Airlines Center on April 8 while attending the game with her father and never returned, her family’s attorney Zeke Fortenberry of the Fortenberry Firm, PLLC said in a release, obtained by Fox News.

She was missing for 10 days until she was located by law enforcement at an Extended Stay America hotel in Oklahoma City — roughly 200 miles away — on April 18.

The Oklahoma City Police Department arrested Saniya Alexander, Melissa Wheeler, Chevaun Gibson, Kenneth Nelson, Sarah Hayes, Karen Gonzales, Thalia Gibson and Steven Hill in connection with the trafficking case, according to Fox.

“We are thankful for the work of the Oklahoma City Police Department and the recovery of our daughter,” the girl’s mother said in a statement on May 5. “My heart breaks for the unimaginable things my daughter had to endure for the 11 days she was taken, and I am so glad she is safe as we work toward her recovery.”

When the girl did not return to her seat, her father immediately notified arena security and Dallas police officers of her disappearance, Fortenberry told the outlet.

The family was able to track down the teen with the help of the Texas Counter-Trafficking Initiative (TXCTI) — a nonprofit organization that was able to track down nude images of the girl on a prostitution website.

Here are the gang of kidnappers:

Now that’s what I call a Motley Crew.

But there’s a bigger point here:

What is the point of using the same term to describe both voluntary (although technically illegal or of questionable legality) behavior and literal bathroom kidnapping?

Well, the only possible point of that would be to cause confusion. Part of it is obviously to make prostitution or borderline age of consent situations seems much more extreme than they actually are, but it works the other way too. I literally saw this term and thought it was just some slut whoring it up and only the pimp getting punished because women are always victims.

You see this with the term “pedophilia.” You see that in the media and you think “oh, it’s just some 15-year-old girl who lied about her age on the internet” – but then you might find it’s some homosexual that raped a 3-year-old. They use the same word for a 15-year-old lying about her age and for baby-rape.

They’ve only recently stated doing this. Well, it’s been a decade or so, but it’s gotten much worse.

This is just another example of how unserious our society is, I suppose.

The fact that girls can be kidnapped in the bathroom of sports match games is also an example of the lack of seriousness.

  2. Yes, was the Daily Stormer actually booted from China, even after he did t he obligatory post repeating Chicom propaganda about Tibet? Not that I’m condemning him for it, you do what you gotta do sometimes. It’s just scary to think that Uber-Paranoid World Jewry is extending its reach into the Middle Kingdom. I thought, here’s the one place (besides Iran perhaps) that doesn’t weep over the world’s Most Innocent and Powerless Victims.

Here is an interesting article that appeared this morning at the Gateway Pundit website:

    https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022/05/alt-right-incels-deep-state-daily-stormer-site-celebrate-buffalo-shooting-call-attacks/

I have attempted to leave a comment, under that article, at the Gateway Pundit site, but it’s been more than an hour, and it’s still awaiting approval from their forum moderators, … so I am still not sure if it will actually be posted or not (I felt compelled to post my comment because otherwise, the commenters, were falling for, what looks like to me, to be Hoft Brother misdirection, to cover for their limited hangout operation). Here is the comment I attempted to post there:

“I don’t know anything about this weev character. Interesting. But on Anglin, … he has been mainly spot-on, on geopolitics. So what about that? You know what Hoft brothers? (and you do know) …. Anglin is pretty much the ‘Gateway Pundit’ but with the misogynistic viewpoint, but also with a much deeper analysis of Israel’s influence, geopolitics-wise, … and so maybe the question should be … why don’t the Hoft brothers, who do a pretty good job of covering the happenings within all these globalist-created and forced topics, look more towards, precisely who these globalists are? It’s time. It’s high time. It’s actually well past high-time. Do it already. If you don’t soon…. your publication just becomes another political rag then, ….. because the Gateway Pundit, otherwise (though I like it) features a ton of tit-for-tat political crap meant to instill misplaced emotion within its readership. If you want to continue to do that, you need to temper that political partisanship with deeper analysis, then. Otherwise: It’s ragship. Hoft brothers: Who the heck, in very precise terms, are the faux-western globalists, running roughshod over all western jurisdictions, at the moment? I got a great idea, Hoft Brothers, …… why not interview Mr. Ron Unz, about his take on Anglin, on Israel, on the Jewish lobby, but especially, about Mr. Unz’s take on this faux-west globalism that has befallen us all? That would be interesting. Mr. Unz is much braver than the Hoft brothers in that way, yet even Mr. Unz has not been completely straight with his readership, with regards to precisely what this faux-west globalism is. Get on with it already, please.”

Look, we need people like Mr. Unz, and people like those that run the Gateway Pundit, Revolver News, Breitbart, Zerohedge (heck, even InfoWars for that matter), … to finally get to it, as to being much more precise as to who exactly the faux-western globalists, actually are. Mr. Unz does the best job, among the group, around this topic (followed by InfoWars), but still, not nearly good enough.

This has been going on forever. Plus the larger conflation of human trafficking with sex trafficking. Most trafficking involves economic migrants. But only sex sells.
Great case study is the well known self promoter, NY Times columnist, Nick Kristof. He actually bought 2 sex workers to “free” them. https://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=1661010

Naturally, this ended poorly, but was glossed over to the extent possible.

Actually, I just wanna know if this victim was white or black….not that it matters. Much.

  5. Now that’s what I call a Motley Crew.

indeed. and when chicks voluntarily prostitute themselves out, they join the “Yachtley Crew”, and “cruise” around the high seas of dubai.

  6. There are some states where grabbing someone’s phone while they attempt to record a cell phone video or make a phone call constitutes domestic violence and felonious kidnapping.

I know a guy who grabbed his wife’s phone during an argument. She was going a hard time and distraught and taking her frustrations out on him. She was using the phone to record video of him during an argument which, she told him, she was going to post on Facebook. He told her to stop, grabbed her phone, and he called 911 from his phone. When the cops showed up he explained what had happened and was arrested for domestic violence and kidnapping. He never hit her but merely grabbing of the phone constituted domestic violence and by grabbing her phone during the domestic violence, preventing her from calling the police, constituted kidnapping.

The wife told the cops it was a misunderstanding, he didn’t touch her, and it was she who was at fault. Didn’t matter. Later she told the DA that her husband did nothing wrong, it was all a big misunderstanding, and that she would not testify on behalf of the prosecution but on behalf of her husband. Didn’t matter. He spent two years and ~\$60k to eventually get the case thrown out.

He’s a laidback professional guy with not even a prior speeding ticket. Now he has a permanent arrest record. Doesn’t matter that the case was thrown out and sealed by a judge. There is a permanent FBI/NCIC record of his arrest for domestic violence and kidnapping. Arrest records can’t be expunged, they’re permanent. If you’re arrested and booked/fingerprinted then the arrest becomes permanent in the FBI/NCIC database irrespective of what the courts do or even can do. It’s a form of extrajudicial punishment few know about.

I really struggle to think of a situation where calling the police isn’t a mistake.

Even if there’s a literal riot, they’ll likely be ordered to stand down instead of putting it down.

Substitution of terms is part of the propaganda push, using neutral sounding words to replace older terms that have connotations. Prostitutes are sex workers, pedos become minor attracted, etc. It’s as if it’s mapped out as part of a campaign at some ad agency. Was the girl in this case white or something else?

    Exactamente.

They do. Though it’s not confined to just Biden.

Or are you talking about Republicans? Republicans aren’t right-wing.

Anyone interested in this subject might want to review the history of “White Slavery” in the early 20th century. Basically, they were unable to find any “slave”, or even unhappy prostitutes. It did give us the “Mann Act” (named after Senator Mann) This is the law that makes it illegal to transport a woman across state lines for sexual purposes. There have been remarkably few prosecutions under this law. Largely against celebrities; in the main, black celebrities with white girlfriends.

  14. @Hang All Text Drivers

Speaking of pedophilia, why doesn’t the right ever blast pedodent biden for his proven child groping .? Many internet vids prove it.

Because people who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.

  15. SafeNow says:

Penal Code 647.6 is California’s annoy-a-teen statute. To molest a child under 18 or annoy a child under 18 both fall under the law. When I am walking toward my mailbox at the curb and a teen is about to pass, I stop walking to avoid getting near him or her, and I avoid eye contact. (I hope the teen does not find my avoidance to be annoying.)

This blending-together of trivial with severe sexual-type misbehaviors is nothing new. A zillion years ago in New England, a university classmate road-tripped to an elite girls school, one of the “seven sisters.” It was after midnight, and so the dorms were locked. He was waiting for his ride, had to urinate, and there was no restroom to use. He went to a totally secluded place behind the dorm and urinated into the shrubbery. A security guard saw him. Result: Indecent exposure, and having to register as a “sex offender.”

  16. Putting up a ‘It’s OK to be White’ sign in a bus shelter or gassing six million: both are ‘hate’ crimes.

‘Hate’ crimes are treated as way more serious than killing some random White or Asian person for his stuff. There’s no malice of thought in “ordinary crime”, we have been assured.

  17. @Fidelios Automata

‘Chicom propaganda about Tibet’?? Oh, you mean the doubling of life expectancy, the elimination of illiteracy, the ending of serfdom with its inheritable debts, debt bondage, hideous tortures and all that. Those naughty ChiComs.

  18. What is the point of using the same term to describe both voluntary (although technically illegal or of questionable legality) behavior and literal bathroom kidnapping?

I agree it is disturbing. There is very little nuance. One offense deserves a fine the other probably some prison time.

Matt Gaetz was accused of flying a 17-year-old girl out to Las Vegas to have sex with her.

Either he’s got the fire down below:

Or he’s a goddamn marvel of modern science.

  19. Alfred says:

The teen went to the bathroom at the Dallas’ American Airlines Center on April 8

How did someone in her family not wait for her outside the toilet. I really don’t understand. At a place with crowds of thousands no doubt.

Many years ago, when I lived in Paris, I knew an American guy from Texas. He told me that he had met in Paris the American father of a girl of 15. The girl had been sent to a modelling agency in Paris by her family. The guys who owned the modelling agency passed her around in their chateau outside Paris. The father showed up to reclaim her. He tried to file a complaint at the French police and they laughed at him.

Frankly, parents who are so negligent should be punished.
