Hilariously, Kim Dotcom is only my second favorite fat guy named “Kim,” but he’s a great guy.

However, it was just stupid to be taking the positions he takes and doing the things he does while being in direct reach of the US government.

People need to stop getting screwed like this. I don’t want to see Kim crucified, but on an even bigger level than him personally, it is demoralizing to everyone opposing the US crime gang to see him get got.

There are not that many of us in the public who will come out very aggressively against the US government and its activities. At least there are not many people in the English-speaking world.

People need to be smart. If you want to do “copyright infringement” and use some of the proceeds to fund organizations that undermine the hegemony of the US empire, don’t live in New Zealand.

Come on.

(All that said, he doesn’t appear to think he’s actually going to be extradited. The US has been trying to do it for over a decade.)

Reuters:

Kim Dotcom, who is facing criminal charges relating to the defunct file-sharing website Megaupload, will be extradited to the United States from New Zealand, the New Zealand justice minister said on Thursday.

German-born Dotcom, who has New Zealand residency, has been fighting extradition to the United States since 2012 following a FBI-ordered raid on his Auckland mansion.

Justice Minister Paul Goldsmith signed an extradition order for Dotcom, a spokesperson for the Minister of Justice said.

Justice Minister Paul Goldsmith

I considered all of the information carefully, and have decided that Mr Dotcom should be surrendered to the U.S. to face trial,” Goldsmith said in a statement.

“As is common practice, I have allowed Mr Dotcom a short period of time to consider and take advice on my decision. I will not, therefore, be commenting further at this stage.”

Kim is a hero and maybe he has a plan.

Thus far, no one has been able to be in a Western-aligned country and stay out of reach. He’s done it for a long time. Maybe he has a back-up plan to escape on a boat to the Solomon Islands (Sino-Friendship believers). I just looked at a map and the map in my head seemed to think those islands were closer to New Zealand than they actually are.

But a daring escape would be exciting.

But we watched what happened to Assange in the UK. We saw what happened to McAfee as soon as he landed in Spain. We’ve seen too many good men go down.

Snowden was the only one who was smart. Him and that boomer who claimed asylum in Belarus after being persecuted over January 6th. He was based, because he said it was like eating cranberries.

If you’re going to go hard on the most powerful people in the world, you need to be smart about it. Again, maybe Kim is being smart – he’s not in a US gulag yet and he doesn’t seem worried.

But you hate to hear this sort of thing.

There are so few of us who have the balls.

  1. Where are your stupid quotation marks around every mention of dotcom’s name like you do with J.D. Vance? I thought birth names are absolutely immutable cuz andrew GOD anglin said so.

I have no idea why Anglin punctuates the way he does, but here’s the thing. Everyone who knows (and even those who never heard of) him, understands that Dotcom is not his real name, but a funny and clever play on words for business/celebrity purposes.

On the other hand, very few people understand that JD Vance is not his real name. But rather something he uses to obscure what is likely mental turmoil stemming from deep seated psychological conflicts related to a failed relationship with his father, etc.

Also, KD is not running for President of the United States. So one’s birth name is not as important for a guy like Dotcom as it is a politician.

Actually, I don’t think you have to be very insightful to figure these motivations out, and you could have probably done it on your own without asking– at least if you were sincere with your question, and not simply trying to disparage the author of this little article, whom you obviously have a personal grudge against, for some reason or another.

The worm turns now, at light speed.

The descent into Fascism all over the Western World, is measurable on a day to day basis. The headlines from State Media directing our attention to the heroes in the Jew controlled DOJ (Merrick Reinhard Heydrich Garland is like a Rottweiler with a bone when it comes to breaking Goy butterflies on the wheel.) in pursuit of pre crime and thought crime violations are ubiquitous.

Americans nod in approval as grandmothers in their 70’s with cancer are incarcerated for walking into the Capital while the police hold the door and Feds in disguise laugh up their sleeves at what they know will happen to them.

Free Speech, will now be determined at the whim and caprice of fat gutless retarded cunts like Tim Walz and innominate bureaucrats in conjunction with Jew pollsters who measure daily the vacuum they intend to fill in the empty heads of Americans who are sporting the IQ of inbred bacteria.

Kim, Snowdon, Assange Et al., all prosecuted, persecuted for telling the truth about the Jew controlled Federal Government are indeed, heroes. Real, actual heroes.

Kim will be marched up the hill to Golgotha, humiliated in court, then crucified – incarcerated (Probably at some place like Pelican Bay, where prison authorities will be instructed to stand by while he is sodomized by some BLM Mau Mau nigger on camera for the enjoyment of the Jews in charge.) and at some point, will break, grovel in front of a Jew judge and beg for mercy.

I hope you fuckers are learning your lesson.

The descent into Fascism all over the Western World…

That would be good news if it was actually the case. But it’s not, and there’s not much hope of it happening. So although you seemed concerned for some reason, I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

Since too many (IMO) have no idea what Fascism meant and what it attempted, below links to an essay about its theoretical ground, which can be summed up as a political movement to counter Jewish Bolshevism. Written by Benito Mussolini (with much influence from Giovanni Gentile), it is worth at least skimming–especially for those who have no clue.

Does anyone remember Napster? It was sued into bankruptcy for providing free music for download. Well now you can get free music on you tube and numerous other platforms. So basically they used the law to put Napster out of competition and then legally provided the same service they ruled was illegal.

It is astoundingly foolish that so many still believe in all this “rule of law” bullshit! How many people do you have to see crucified under “the rule of law”, before you figure-out that it’s all rigged, corrupt, and arbitrary?

Assange should be in the forefront of everyone’s mind, when it comes to the rule of law and selective prosecution/legal persecution!

If “they” don’t like you, they will find a way to destroy you, especially if you are high profile in anyway.

Obviously that doesn’t mean that people shouldn’t push-back, fight back, speak out, but you do have to be very careful, and super cognizant of the possible ways that they can come after you.

One thing that Tucker gets exactly correct is the inherent vulnerability between your electronic devices, and the ease with which various intelligence agencies can place kiddie porn on them, then come after you for possessing the same, and the fact that too many will just assume it’s true, that you are some kind of perv, and turn their back on you completely. I saw some tech wiz talking about this hazard 20-30 years ago.

We now live in an explicitly lawfare universe.

So his legal name now is Kim Dotcom.

Of course. But everyone knows (if they think about it) that it is not his ‘real’ (i.e., birth name). It is something he made up for business reasons. When was the last time anyone met a genuine Dotcom? LOL

The JD Vance thing is completely different. He’s running away from something in his past.

Certainly ‘made up’ names have their place. Jews do it to hide the fact they are Jews. And then there are blacks. How could anyone distinguish black people from each other without their goofy names? But with blacks its usually the first name.

Occasionally you run into a made up ‘last name’ black…, maybe an X, like Malcom. Understandable… if my last name was ‘Little’, I might exchange that for an X. X is pretty cool. Especially if you carry around a rifle. But I’d draw the line at ‘el-Hajj Malik el-Shabazz’. I think Malcom went over the top with that. At least for a guy born in Omaha.

JD Vance was abandoned by his father. His grandparents, the Vances, raised him as their own. Changing his name to that of the blood relatives that raised him, instead of the piece of crap that ran away, is an honorable thing. A very honorable thing. In other words he insists on “real” names because the election is serious business? Then how do you square that with anglin’s other article about only stupid and delusional people taking the 2024 election seriously? Suddenly his motivations are not quite clear anymore, are they. You can’t say the election isn’t real but at the same time it’s so important it requires “real” names.

And what the hell does “real name” mean, anyway? We’re not talking about someone’s race or his biological sex. Names are one thing that truly only exist in the mind.

Say we have nuclear war. You survive but with permanent amnesia, everyone you know died and all records of your life were destroyed right down to the I.D. in your pocket. Where the fuck is your “real” name then. genius? Maybe it’s metaphysical? Was your birth certificate a magickal device that cattle branded your very soul? Nobody has explained yet how a birth name is “real” and not allowed to be changed.

Your dumb psychoanalysis of vance’s childhood isn’t worth the time. What are you, a jew?

Many people view Mussolini as one of the fathers of modern fascism, and I call baloney on that. I starting reading the pretentious claptrap you linked to, and bailed out almost immediately. In fact the essence of fascism is amalgamation of corporate and government interests, with each providing services to the other that they themselves cannot do. An example is political speech – our government (theoretically anyway) cannot directly regulate political expression, but they exert pressures on privately owned platforms to attack “hate speech” and “disinformation” in order promote the agendas of private actors (of which many are campaign donors). The process almost always entails consolidation of political power and enfeeblement of lesser sovereignties. The father of fascism in the western world in fact is Abraham Lincoln. Do you know how many newspaper editors he jailed, and how opprobrious the term “consolidation” was generally held to be in his time, inasmuch as it connoted destruction of liberties? Before the War, the Bill of Rights was a shield to be raised by the states to deflect the spear of aggression from the central power, but after the War, many of the Amendments somehow were transformed into the spear itself. For instance, do you know the First Amendment was initially understood to protect everyone’s right to an established church? Many early states did in fact have an established church – Ohio for example, in its original constitution of 1803. Now, if you don’t understand that preference for any particular religion transgresses the fundamental law of the land, you’re some kind of knuckle-dragging backwoods ignoramus, like that Southern judge (Roy Moore, I think his name) who thought he could get away with posting the Ten Commandments on his courtroom wall. Getting back to Lincoln – in his Memorial, have you noticed the decorative motif of fasces in the supports for his chair, and do you think there’s not a logical reason for it? Likewise for the fasces of the back of the Roosevelt dime. It was the fad then and is now, despite the emblem being avoided.
Establishment of the European Parliament and diminishment of the European national identities is the most striking example of modern growth of fascism. Expanding NATO aggression also should be mentioned. To wrap it up – to say fascism is growing is true, and it’s a very, very unfortunate development.

ah yes yes, marriage of government and private interest definition, pretty retarded but lets roll with it anyway. corporate entities are a fact of modern era, so government has to handle the relation in some way, lets examine some relevant examples:
    – fascism (of the 1930s) tried for sort of traditional marriage (it mostly failed, lets call it wife in pantsuit)
    – socilism with chinese characteristics keeps their wives in the kitchen, naked and barefoot
    – west has ‘open marriage’ of sorts, with all the pegging and cucking implied (its really just a natural evolution of oligarchy to contemporary toolbox)

but guess its all the same thing

From Mussolini’s essay, to which you provided the link:

The rights of the State as expressing the real essence
of the individual. And if liberty is to he the attribute of
living men and not of abstract dummies invented by
individualistic liberalism, then Fascism stands for
liberty, and for the only liberty worth having, the
liberty of the State and of the individual within the
State. The Fascist conception of the State is all
embracing; outside of it no human or spiritual values
can exist, much less have value. Thus understood,
Fascism, is totalitarian, and the Fascist State — a
synthesis and a unit inclusive of all values —
interprets, develops, and potentates the whole life of a
    people.

I’m not sure I’d support that philosophy. Fascism, then, becomes just one more form of the suppression of the genuine human spirit given by God to man at his creation. Freedom of Will is the basic philosophical force in social relations. It’s no more welcome from a State than it is from a private overseer.

No one who lived under it was unaware of what it meant and those who lived under it were grateful when millions who didn’t died in its destruction. Fascism / National Socialism were anti-Communist only because it was a competing totalitarian ideology. The idea that the individual has no meaningful existence other than as a slave, whether of the State or a private corporation, should be repellent to anyone who is a thinking human being with a moral compass.

Your response is a little oblique, with its blending of disparate marriage metaphors of man/wife and government/private, and hard for me to understand, so rather than replying, I’ll simply append a short meander to my original trickle of meaning. The great weakness in our Constitution that allows its present advanced state of collapse apparently is the lack of enforcement mechanism. The fundamental law of the land binds the useless dullards bearing the authority of government from committing offense against the rest of us. You and I can’t violate the Constitution can we, at least not without being somehow entangled with the government? There was a recent thread on Moon of Alabama (an excellent site, by the way) where the commenter deplored cooperation between private parties and government to throttle speech, but he proceeded to identify the private parties as culpable, and I wanted to jump through the screen to throttle him. How can people be that obtuse? We all know the Good Old Boy social club of crazed avaricious weasels that meets under the Capitol Dome commits multiple depredations against the Constitution during every week with seven days, and who is going to perform enforcement against them? Themselves, by the impeachment process? You must be kidding. I have no solutions to the problem, but somebody has to come up with one, or the condition of this country is most definitely terminal.

As Mussolini said, ‘Fascism is corporatism plus State power’. Western fascism is of the totalitarian type, inflicted at the behest of western oligarchies. They see the West crumbling, Russia, China and the BRICS etc rising, and they have gone ape-shit with rage. If they lose The Ukraine and, hopefully, Israel, it’ll be Hell on Earth.
