My employer decided to reward me with a substantial “raise”. All went well until my “union” (which I was FORCED to belong to) found out about it. My “union’s” position was “if he gets a raise, everyone else in the bargaining unit must get a raise”. My “raise” was promptly rescinded. Efforts by my employer to create another “bargaining unit” job classification was met with hostility by my “union”. Here I am, FORCED to pay “union dues”, to a “union” that is keeping me down.
It took TWO YEARS, upon the expiration and renegotiation of the “contract” , for me to get my “raise”.
I have NO USE for unions and can stand on my own two feet to get ahead.
P. S. I know about the “Beck” decision…most unions make it extremely difficult to utilize it…

My mother (born in Ireland shortly after WW2) sometimes says “working like a black.” Her generation saw blacks roughly the same way that people in more recent decades have seen Hispanics: able and perfectly willing to quietly work hard at menial jobs including domestic servants and tough outdoor manual labor, low-profile and in the background, and — when not working in view of their white paymasters — living somewhere “else” out of sight and out of mind. Certainly not having any kind of high political or media profile.

But eventually the blacks became unwilling or unable to be reliable menials, became criminally dangerous and politically noisy, which is why Hispanics were brought in as the “new, improved” blacks. And so they have been, but the gigantic oversight that never seems to occur to people (including conventional conservatives) who praise the Hispanic work ethic and low profile etc is that we didn’t export and rid ourselves of a black for each imported Hispanic. So the net result has NOT been an overall improvement in the population, but rather a sharp rise in the combined total low-IQ non-white population.

I think it was Steve Sailer who pointed out that while the long-predicted rise in Hispanic media profile and political clout has been very slow in coming, in part because heavily Indian mestizos simply seem to be less charismatic, outgoing, and skilled at improvisation, music, and running or jumping… they have begun to follow the same footsteps blacks did, at becoming politically radicalized, criminally inclined, and otherwise troublesome.

And so we should be alert to efforts to bring in yet another non-white group as the “new improved Hispanics” – whether they be low-caste/low-IQ South Asians, Indonesians, Pacific Islanders, Turks, Arabs, Filipinos, or what have you. As before, we won’t be expelling a Hispanic for each one of these types we bring in.
