It’s actually shocking that the media is referring to Ashli Babbitt as “a rioter.”

Assuming you could classify the Capitol Storm as a riot – which is debatable – she definitely was not rioting. She was protesting with a flag when she was murdered.

CNBC:

The family of Capitol rioter Ashli Babbitt is suing to force Washington, D.C., to hand over records revealing the identity of the police officer who fatally shot her during the Jan. 6 invasion.

The family is also demanding access to video footage of the shooting, witness statements and documents gathered during the Metropolitan Police Department’s investigation of the incident, according to the lawsuit.

The litigation is separate from a forthcoming lawsuit in which Babbitt’s family plans to demand “well above $10 million” from the U.S. Capitol Police, a lawyer for the family told CNBC.

The civil suit, filed last week in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, comes more than a month after the Department of Justice announced it would not pursue criminal charges against the Capitol police officer who fatally shot Babbitt.

Days after that mid-April decision was unveiled, Babbitt’s husband Aaron Babbitt filed a request for records from the MPD under the Freedom of Information Act, according to the lawsuit.

But the police department has “failed to comply” with the FOIA request, the lawsuit says, by missing a May 12 deadline to either provide the materials to Aaron Babbitt or notify him that he would not be given access to them.

A spokesman for the MPD declined CNBC’s request for a statement, saying that the department does not comment on pending litigation.

Babbitt family lawyer Terrell Roberts said in an email Tuesday that the purpose of the FOIA suit is to uncover the findings of the probe and the shooter’s identity.

Roberts also said that a yet-to-be-filed lawsuit, which will demand millions in recovery from losses, “does not hinge on the current FOIA action against DC’s police department.”

I hate to even say it, but: imagine if a black person had been killed by the cops and six months later the government was refusing to release the officer’s name.

That would not ever happen.

This is some hardcore police state business, this idea of a “secret killer.”

The government is arguing that the shooter did nothing wrong – but we all saw him rush into a room full of people and shoot an unarmed woman in the neck and then flee. This is surely much worse than George Floyd dying of a fentanyl overdose while being restrained for resisting arrest.

Meanwhile, Congress is still demonizing and attacking the protesters and refusing to acknowledge the indisputable fact that the crowd was waved into the Capitol by the cops.

The Guardian:

The deadly insurrection at the US Capitol was “planned in plain sight” but intelligence failures left police officers exposed to a violent mob of Trump supporters, a Senate investigation has found.

The Capitol police intelligence division had been gathering online data since December about plots to storm the building on 6 January, including messages such as: “Bring guns. It’s now or never.”

But a combination of bad communications, poor planning, faulty equipment and lack of leadership meant the warnings went unheeded, allowing the insurrectionists to overrun the Capitol and disrupt certification of Joe Biden’s election victory. Five people died.

Who were the other four people?

Three people died of heart attacks or strokes – all fat Trump supporters who were in the heat of the moment (there was nothing malicious, they were just fat people who got worked up and died).

The fourth was Brian Sicknick, who the sickening Jew media is continuing to say died because he was beaten to death with a fire extinguisher, despite it being admitted that this is a lie. He died days after the event for unrelated reasons, according to his family.

The bipartisan investigation does not examine the causes of the riot, assess whether Donald Trump incited it by calling for his supporters to “fight like hell”, or even use the term “insurrection”.

On the Senate floor on Tuesday, Democratic majority leader Chuck Schumer said: “Just as glaring is what the report didn’t consider. Indeed, what it was not allowed to consider. The report did not investigate, report on, or hardly make any reference to the actual cause – the actual impetus – for the attack on 6 January.”

But the senators do paint a portrait of bureaucratic flaws that left Capitol police scrambling to protect members of Congress and Vice-President Mike Pence. They also highlight the failure of the FBI to collect information on domestic extremists, despite a wealth of evidence on social media.

Gary Peters, Democratic chairman of the Senate homeland security committee, told reporters: “There were significant, widespread and unacceptable breakdowns in the intelligence gathering … The failure to adequately assess the threat of violence on that day contributed significantly to the breach of the Capitol. The attack was, quite frankly, planned in plain sight.”

The 127-page report by the homeland security and rules committees found that Capitol police became aware in December of detailed threats to the heart of American democracy.

“Through open-source collection, tips from the public and other sources, [the intelligence division] knew about social media posts calling for violence at the Capitol on 6 January, including a plot to breach the Capitol, the online sharing of maps of the Capitol complex’s tunnel systems, and other specific threats of violence,” the report says.

The division compiled online comments including: “Bring guns. It’s now or never”; “If a million patriots show up bristling with AR’s, just how brave do you think they’ll be when it comes to enforcing their unconstitutional laws? Don’t cuck out. This is do or die. Bring your guns”; and “Surround every building with a tunnel entrance/exit. They better dig a tunnel all the way to China if they want to escape.”

So they were posting that they were going to bring guns – but no one brought guns and the only person that died was an unarmed woman shot in the neck by a cop.

This is a farce.

Talking about this as an “attack” and even more remarkably, an “insurrection,” while everyone is totally aware – we’ve all seen the video – of the fact that the cops waved people in is just completely nuts.

They opened the grounds to them:

Then they opened the doors of the building itself and invited them in:

Contrasting the government’s obsession with the protest with the fact that they are openly and publicly covering up a murder by the cops shows where we are now.

We are living in a total police state.

  1. “We are living in a total police state”you surmise in the last line.

    Why would that be?

Who would be voting for this?

What supports a reality such as this?
    Where does “this” originate?
When does progress cease to progress?

    “WE”… is definitely the Question.

  2. My guess is he was put into position, given a gun, and told to shoot the first person who came through the door. Which he did.

  3. Despite government secrecy a number of sources have leaked the identity of the cold-blooded murderer as officer Bailey and have also revealed his race, which is not white. So long as the regime continues to protect this thug to the extent of hiding his identity, it has no legitimacy and reveals itself as an extra-legal imposition on the disfavored population, a majority of the country. Stealing somebody else’s riff because it is spot on, things have now degenerated into the Republica Bananero de Norte America.

Half of America owns a handgun. 327 Million / 2 = 160 Million or so ARMED Citizens. One could conservatively estimate that at least 50 Million of the 160 Million citizens would be very very well-armed -Semi-Autos, Armor Piercing, bulletproof vest, sniper rifles, flame throwers and .50 Cals (All of the South).

All US Military COMBINED = 1.8 Million. Maybe half of that trained to use a weapon. 1 Million US Military-VS- 50 Million Heavily Armed Citizens. Who would win???

We can take this country back anytime we want. We just have to be willing to UNITE and then KILL the enemy. Kill the communist traitors and stack their bodies in the streets. Our country has been stolen. Our justice is perverted. Floyd gets five funerals, a gold casket, and 27 Million and Ashli Babbot’s family won’t even be provided the damn name of her murderer.

When will we start killing???? We wait, we fret, we seek justice…and none is to be had. WHEN DO WE GET THE GREEN LIGHT TO START STACKING BODIES.

What is there really to stop 50 Million heavily armed Citizens from descending on the capital, pulling all of those traitorous shitheads out on the street, and stomping their heads in with our jackboots?

These scumbags think we will not kill. They think they are immune and protected. They hide behind their 12 high razor-wire fences and barricades. They hide behind laws and threaten us with imprisonment, call us Domestic Terrorists. Nothing can protect them when the time comes. They will be violently torn apart.

These people are communist fucking scumbags. They deserve no mercy. Every stomp of our jackboot we yell out Babbitt!!…Babbitt!!…Babbitt!!. 50 Million soldiers stomping and yelling Babbitt!!! The earth would shake. Windows would break. All of Washington DC would flee in fear.

Violent Blood and Guts Revolutions are needed from time to time to obliterate the corrupt, clean up the republic and restore the constitution.

  5. No shit? Ya think? For forty or fifty years now. The Soviet state, perfected. I knew we were dead when the United States was declared and only referred to as a democracy instead of a Republic, and the Constitution declared to be a living, breathing document subject to change at whim, by democratically appointed judges. Or ignored outright. Once they could do that without objection, they had it made. The Patriot Act sealed the deal. Here we are, hogtied and gagged and especially, followed by surveillance that would have made Stalin proud.

  6. @Anon

Read The Brigade. Then explain how you think you’ll get all your wishes to come true given the state of surveillance today.

They think they are immune and protected.

And there it is – the key to all our problems.

Our billionaire elite, our priveleged political class, and the Masters of the Universe including the likes of creepy Bill and Uncle Klaus, all firmly and truly believe that they are untouchable.

They know from experience that no matter how outrageous, illogical, immoral, illegal or genocidal the commands and instructions and laws they push on the “useless eaters”, there is no downside for them. There is no consequence, no backlash, no danger to any of them, no matter what damage is inflicted on the teeming lemmings beneath their omnipotent rule.

That’s the problem – a proletariat too neutered and timid to assert their interests and hold the self-annointed ruling class properly accountable for their actions. Billions of plebs ruled over by a global cabal of violent, ruthless, insatiably greedy gangsters.

How was Al Capone’s hold over Chicago finally broken?

How do any enslaved people finally (if ever) escape from oppression?

How do we excise a malevolent parasitic class from our societies?

RIP Ashli Babbitt and I pray for your family to receive justice here on earth but no worries, in the end, Almighty God is the final judge, jury and executioner of every single one of us and NO ONE escapes the shit they pull here on earth, NO ONE.

  10. “murdered”

This was a staged production. For someone who was shot point blank, there really was a lack of splatter on the floor, everyone around the scene was obviously in on it and her body was carried off by the people who performed the production. There was no funeral. There was no autopsy. Because there was no real shooting. The actors went outside and started yelling about how “they shot someone” rile up the crowd while the actress was carried off in a van. Thankfully, our populace is so used to these false flags, they mainly don’t believe them.

The footage was sold to CNN and NBC to show how “violent” the protest was. It was not violent in the least. The narrative around this entire episode has completely fallen apart. It’s very clear Pelosi & GOPe co-ordinated w/ the Capitol Police & a compliant media to make Trump look bad in an attempt to ensure he could never run for federal office again. Sicknick, bear spray, the Capitol Police opening the gates so the rubes could enter. All rigged. So why would you assume this part of it is actually legit? Because it benefits “our side”?

If puling this thread were to expose the entire charade, then I am all for it, so let’s go. But understand – there is no there there.

I am really sorry for her family that Ms. Babbitt took the ticket to “die”, but I assume she got a nice cheque to start over somewhere else.

Well, obviously what is needed to “fix” this “total police state” situation is _not_ a much much smaller, [95% smaller] constitutionally limited federal government -no, no , no! What “we” need is :

  14. @Darkwing

These “early revelations” happen repeatedly. For example, when the attack occurred against the Alfred E. Murrah Federal Building, the earliest investigations mentioned two men captured on video camera who distinctly looked Middle Eastern. Twenty four hours later, this was never mentioned again and everything focused on McVeigh and Nichols. As a personal side note, I have never observed the government being in such haste to execute someone as they were with McVeigh. True, it was claimed he wanted to be executed, yet, when has the government ever cared what even the worst criminal wanted when it came to the death penalty?

  15. It’s funny that they seize on some specific ‘incitements’ in the past communications of the people involved as evidence of criminally treasonous intent.

Yet somehow the flood of readily available and clear literal incitements for murder and overthrow of the government among AntiFa and related leftist/activist individuals are just considered idle talk?

  16. @Anon

“These scumbags think we will not kill. They think they are immune and protected.”

Wrong. These scumbags know we will not kill. They know they are untouchable. At least 100,000,000 American males were ordered by Democrats to strap a demeaning and medically useless diaper on their faces for 15 months now, and they did so without a fight, without ever brandishing a weapon in opposition. Many males were ordered by Democrats to close their businesses, many of these businesses closed forever, and almost none of them fought and demanded their God-given right to earn a living.

99% of gun-owning American males will never use them, QED, so your 50 million man army is whittled down to half a million nationwide that Uncle Samantha would handily mop up in a few days time.

Watch any “crime show” and the cops always talk about blood splatter, whether from a knife or gun, and differentiate gunshot wounds by caliber and velocity. They also talk about the volume of blood lost during “bleeding out”. The absence of blood on the floor from her wound struck me as suspicious, as did the “guards” moving away, as if on cue.

This conservationist website must be part of the conspiracy:
    https://danger.mongabay.com/gunshot_wound_bleeding.htm

Why Gunshot wounds may not bleed profusely.
Remember gunshot wounds are serious. Just because they may not bleed profusely it doesn’t mean you are out of the woods yet.
    – Entry and exit wounds are often small.
    – Bullets rarely transect or sever major arteries and blood vessels
    – Surrounding tissue acts as a barrier to blood loss
    – As blood pressure falls, bleeding slows.

While bleeding can be visually distressing it is one of the easiest problems to manage since treatment is straight forward. That said, gunshot wounds may not bleed profusely — most of the damage is internal and inherently more serious than typical wounds. Bullet wounds are especially damaging because they penetrate deeply, take an unpredictable path through the body and are accompanied by a shock wave.

Hi Ms Trinity. When I was in the service (AF), was surrounded by white people, (my father was white, my mother native american and my appearance is Mexican). I did pass as Mexican any way. I never received any insult or any disrespect by any body. I was happy with my best friend from PA, whose grand parents were from England. What I loved the most was that every white kid knew his pedigree. From Germany, Ireland, England, Poland, etc. And we chatted while on break about it, and all were eager to tell the story of their ancestors, i.e. Irish and German, English and French, etc.
I live now in Mexico, and tell my friends that white Americans are the nicest people on earth! No one comes close. It really upsets me that the ‘Spanish’ channels in the USA are such dirt, and follow the MSM demonizing most things ‘white’. Some one, some where who controls the narrative, has come to the front and demonize whities’ some how. But just stand up, cowboy up as they say in Texas, and just be your selves, proud of your pedigree. I am a Christian who left churchianity, and only believe in the NT, and oh boy, churchianity was a curse on my life. Now ekklesia is much better. In churchianity, they worship the kazhars, and talmudists, instead of Christos.

the plan is to have people in churchianity, deceived, as they are, and unable to think and have them slaved to the ‘chosen people myth’. Remember, if you follow Christos, you are the chose people.

You did not chose Me, but I chose you and appointed you, that you should go and you should bear fruit, and your fruit should remain, so that whatever you might ask the Father in My name, He may give you.

And I heard another voice from heaven, saying: “Come out of her, my people, so that you may not have fellowship in her sins, and so that you may not receive of her plagues.
