AMAZON stole my company’s trade name, brazenly posted it at an Amazon page that represented a competing product, which was covertly owned by Amazon. They essentially stole all the web traffic for our product. Amazon even has a dummy page to lead consumers searching for my company’s product to their website. I complained to Amazon attorneys but they never responded. This is unfair competition. Who can legally stand up to Amazon?
