Indianapolis is roughly 59 percent white and 28 percent black. But the violent crime problem in Indiana’s biggest city is almost exclusively a black phenomenon. Thus, the need for a black organization to beg black people to dispense with the “no snitching” policy and help solve black on black crimes by talking with the police. [Indiana Black Expo launches anti-violence campaign,, April 24, 2019]:

Indiana Black Expo, Inc. (IBE) is pleading with the community not only to end violence, but to speak out when they know something about a violent crime.

IBE has created a public service campaign featuring the slogan “If you know something, say something.” The ads feature parents of murdered children, local celebrities and elected officials.

“Imagine it was your father, your brother, your cousin, your uncle, your friend” said the mother of Andre’ Stennette-Harrod, who was shot and killed on Father’s Day of 2012. “Wouldn’t you want to know?”

After Stennette-Harrod’s murder, no one in the community came forward with information.

The campaign is a response to Indianapolis’ most violent 24-hour period in the last five years, when six people were murdered in Indianapolis and one in Beech Grove on April 6 and 7. Three of the victims were teenagers.

The IBE website features a statement from the African American Coalition of Indianapolis (AACI) expressing sadness and anger about the rash of local violence, and encouraging the community to take action.

“We will no longer keep our private concerns about elected officials to ourselves but speak directly to them about our expectations and aspirations on both sides of the political aisle. The municipal elections cycle must be more than about potholes,” the statement said. “We will call on our philanthropic system to seriously address systemic issues dealing with poverty, systems of oppression, and racism. We will hold our business community responsible for being good corporate citizens through the conduct of their business, specifically hiring practices. We will support our youth.”

In addition to the recent violence, Indianapolis has seen record homicides the last four years.

Talk all you want about how the rise in racial diversity in a community erodes social trust (which is obviously true), but what does it say about social capital in nearly all-black communities when black criminals preying upon black children are protected and shielded from law enforcement? We call this the Detroit Corollary to Robert Putnam’s observations on diversity, homogeneity and social capital…

But don’t worry: as you can tell from the black organizations statement, white people (who long ago created “systems of oppression” and perpetuate ‘racism’) are the real culprits behind black people not only killing other blacks in Indianapolis, but the black community refusing to talk to police and snitch on black criminals.

Black lives matter, indeed.

Well, Dave, it looks like The Gibsmedat Army is mobilizing once again to start aggressively whining for programs and handouts from the very people they blame for all their self-created problems. And lo, the eternal cry of the shrieking negro will be heard throughout the land- “Gibs me dat, muthafucka! You owes me! It all yo’ fault!”

That’s right, Bob. And the latest march will include the usual suspects- fat rev’runs in purple suits, community organizers with a collective I.Q. of 75 and a host of obese ghetto sows with multiple fatherless children in tow marching down the center of the street and blocking traffic as they waddle towards city hall. This years march will once again be led by Ibeeza Chimpin who, as you know, is the founder of the Daughters of the American Crackwhore Revolution. Hopefully, things will turn out better than last year when Ibeeza tripped over a curb, squashed an unconscious wino to death and then had to be lifted off the wino by means of a tow truck.

We’ll see, Dave, we’ll see but I wouldn’t hold out much hope. It’s all just a LooksAtMe festival for the most part. They know they aren’t going to accomplish anything or change anything- especially when they’re calling on da community to snitch on their criminals. That’s a dead issue from the word go.

Hold on, Bob, wait….what’s that? Yes, this just in! A riot broke out at the zoo today when a child dressed as a giant banana for Halloween walked in front of the chimpanzee exhibit. We’re going live now! Holy shit! It looks like downtown on a Saturday night during a flash mob and rob by gangs of negroes! They’re going absolutely ape!

  3. At least give them credit for addressing an actual problem –
though this is far beyond repair.
The community do experience themselves as occupied, and no amount of accomodation will alleviate their hatred. John Steinbeck developed the dynamic well in “The Moon Is Down”.
Given that for every BellCurvious self-defended by evil wayciss YT over 40 are flatlined by their bruthas, can you imagine how much they HATE us to still refuse to “collaborate”?

  4. Leo D says:

Way to go, IBE and AACI!!

And kudos to FOX59 for totally mischaracterizing the statement from the AACI.

…expressing sadness and anger about the rash of local violence, and encouraging the community to take action.

“We will no longer keep our private concerns about elected officials to ourselves but speak directly to them about our expectations and aspirations on both sides of the political aisle. We will hold our business community responsible for being good corporate citizens through the conduct of their business, specifically hiring practices. We will support our youth.”

I guess by ‘community’ they mean elected officials, businesses, and groups that hand out money…you know…those who are really causing all of these problems, right? Nothing about the ‘community’ members COMMITTING the violent acts. I also don’t see anything in that statement mentioning the violence. Meh.

And there is some naked self interest at play. Living in west central Indiana about an hour from Indianapolis, I’m vaguely familiar with the IBE, particularly that they have an annual summertime weekend long event in downtown Indy that is billed as a major black cultural something or other. Big dolla!

In reality, it has been pretty much a combination of a wilding and the purge, or at least that is the perception of the general public. If memory serves, Circle Center Mall in downtown Indy, or at least many of the stores within, have threatened to close down for that weekend due to the roving gangs of ‘youts’ who shoplift en masse, fight, and accost other customers. There is usually the accompanying gunplay at some point. It is now a well recognized annual event that is as eagerly anticipated as a root canal.

Nobody wants to talk about it, and there is always incredible pressure on the city to just ‘grin and bear it’ and get through the weekend, instead of cancelling it outright given the obvious optics of that path.

Not exactly sure what, ‘support[ing] our youth’, is supposed to mean…

  5. Even if we could afford a permanent National Guard occupation of all melanin-majority sinkholes, nothing would change. There is no seedling of orc excellence waiting to bloom.

Severe punishment of orc-on-White crime, ending affirmative action and cash incentives to voluntarily stay on birth control until age 24 might make a dent, except they won’t ever be tried with Shlomo pulling strings behind the scenes.

  10. …to seriously address systemic issues dealing with poverty, systems of oppression, and racism.

I’m so freaking tired of this “systemic” bullshit constantly interjected in the place of the real problem: black behavior.
If these fools care to stop and think instead of using such mechanical phrases as above, they would note that the “system” is the lifeline of their existence, not some organized process of negative discrimination.
The system provides shelter, food, education, job opportunities (where realistically, there would be little or none) and many other advantages that prevent these people from living in ramshackle huts with little to eat and fetid water to drink.
Sick and tired of being blamed for what nature has given them while at the same time, financing a system addressing their shortcomings.

I have lived in Indianapolis my whole life. The joke here in Indianapolis is that the yearly state fair held here in town is the White Expo. It’s safer to go to though crime has increased in recent years as it is held in an area of town that was formerly white middle class but is now increasingly black underclass. Suburban and rural whites still will go to the state fair but usually avoid even going downtown during Black Expo.

“Black Expo”, I think I’ll pass. We have a few black expos here in S. Florida a couple times a year, the first one is during MLK Day, when groids come from all over to ride dirtbikes and 4 wheelers recklessly on the streets and freeway, usually starting right around the afternoon rush hour, when they are waking up. They claim it’s in honor of MLK, “Bikes Up, Guns Down” stop the violence rally, even though there’s still shootings that weekend. They get drunk & high, block freeway on ramps so they can “do stunts”, run red lights, blow threw stop signs, run from the cops, and ride into on coming traffic. God forbid you go thru a green light and hit one of these dipshits while they are running a red. Their friends will surround you and you’ll become the next Reginald Denny. I keep a SBR AR in my truck with a few spare mags during that weekend, just for that reason alone, and the cops don’t do anything to crackdown or deter that behavior.

Then we have BET Spring Break down here, usually in March or April, and it’s pretty much the same shit as MLK weekend, but longer. I have a few cop friends in Miami who usually save their vacation days for those weeks as well.

Now we have Urban Weekend in South Beach on Memorial Day weekend, which has become such a shit show the city of Miami is trying to change the laws so clubs can’t be open until 4am, and other things to deter the amount of chimping that goes on during that weekend. Doing drugs, selling drugs, drive bys, shootings, prostitution, skipping out on restaurant and bar tabs, hotel rooms trashed from wild parties, beaches full of litter, and so on. Miami is a party city, fueled by tourist dollars, so imagine the amount of shennagins it would take for the city to try and deter “them” from coming down spending money.

The ones who are in the middle of gang and drug crime, should never be released. And I agree prison should not a place blacks can go to network so they can commit more crime later. Just keep them there permanently and that takes care of most of the black crime problem.

  28. I couldn’t help myself- I got into the Japanese sake again! Only two cups rice wine! Ok, they were HUGE cups. Well, actually they were large coffee mugs. Or maybe it was the blackberry brandy I added to the rice wine? So flavorful and heated to perfection! Tickles my funny bone! No! Not that one! Stop it!

  29. Mark G. says:

You will notice that the AACI statement seems to be blaming whites for black crime in Indianapolis. John McWhorter in his book “Winning the Race” devotes an entire chapter to Indianapolis using it as a typical example of a city that developed a large black underclass. The book debunks claims that black crime, unemployment and illegitimacy are due to whites and white racism and are instead caused by a shift in black culture that now refuses to take responsibility for oneself and ones actions and devalues the importance of hard work and education. He shows how this shift took place in the sixties and the causes of it. In many respects the Indianapolis black community was better off before the nineteen sixties with lower crime rates, higher employment levels, and more children being raised in intact families. He also shows how Indiana Avenue before the sixties had a thriving black business district that had multiple black run businesses serving the black community. By the seventies all these businesses had largely vanished.

  35. Freedom says:

    The black/white experiment has failed.

For almost 150 years the United States has been conducting an experiment. The subjects of the experiment: black people and working-class whites. The hypothesis to be tested: Can a people taken from the jungles of Africa and forced into slavery be fully integrated as citizens in a majority white population?

The whites were descendants of Europeans who had created a majestic civilization. The former slaves had been tribal peoples with no written language and virtually no intellectual achievements. Acting on a policy that was not fair to either group, the government released newly freed black people into a white society that saw them as inferiors. America has struggled with racial discord ever since.

Decade after decade the problems persisted but the experimenters never gave up. They insisted that if they could find the right formula the experiment would work, and concocted program after program to get the result they wanted. They created the Freedman’s Bureau, passed civil rights laws, tried to build the Great Society, declared War on Poverty, ordered race preferences, built housing projects, and tried midnight basketball. Their new laws intruded into people’s lives in ways that would have been otherwise unthinkable. They called in National Guard troops to enforce school integration. They outlawed freedom of association. Over the protests of parents, they put white children on buses and sent them to black schools and vice versa. They tried with money, special programs, relaxed standards, and endless handwringing to close the “achievement gap.” To keep white backlash in check they began punishing public and even private statements on race. They hung up Orwellian public banners that commanded whites to “Celebrate Diversity!” and “Say No To Racism.” Nothing was off limits if it might salvage the experiment.

Some thought that what W.E.B. Du Bois called the Talented Tenth would lead the way for black people. A group of elite, educated blacks would knock down doors of opportunity and show the world what blacks were capable of. There is a Talented Tenth. They are the black Americans who have become entrepreneurs, lawyers, doctors and scientists. But ten percent is not enough. For the experiment to work, the ten percent has to be followed by a critical mass of people who can hold middle-class jobs and promote social stability. That is what is missing. Through the years, too many black people continue to show an inability to function and prosper in a culture unsuited to them.

Detroit is bankrupt, the south side of Chicago is a war zone, and majority-black cities all over America are beset by degeneracy and violence. And blacks never take responsibility for their failures. Instead, they lash out in anger and resentment. Across the generations and across the country, as we have seen in Detroit, Watts, Newark, Los Angeles, Cincinnati, and now Ferguson, rioting and looting are just one racial incident away.

The white elite would tell us that this doesn’t mean the experiment has failed. We just have to try harder. We need more money, more time, more understanding, more programs, more opportunities. But nothing changes no matter how much money is spent, no matter how many laws are passed, no matter how many black geniuses are portrayed on TV, and no matter who is president.

Some argue it’s a problem of “culture,” as if culture creates people’s behavior instead of the other way around. Others blame “white privilege.” But since 1965, when the elites opened America’s doors to the Third World, immigrants from Asia and India–people who are not white, not rich, and not “connected”–have quietly succeeded. While the children of these people are winning spelling bees and getting top scores on the SAT, black “youths” are committing half the country’s violent crime–crime, which includes viciously punching random white people on the street for the thrill of it, that has nothing to do with poverty.

The experiment has failed. Not because of culture, or white privilege, or racism. The fundamental problem is that white people and black people are different. They differ intellectually and temperamentally. These differences result in permanent social incompatibility.

Our rulers don’t seem to understand just how tired their white subjects are with this experiment. They don’t understand that white people aren’t out to get black people; they are just exhausted with them. They are exhausted by the social pathologies, the violence, the endless complaints, the blind racial solidarity, the bottomless pit of grievances, the excuses, the reflexive animosity. The elites explain everything with “racism,” and refuse to believe that white frustration could soon reach the boiling point.

They will be the only ones who are surprised when real revolution comes to the United States, and that it is white people who lead the revolt.
