To truly honor Black History Month, let’s see how the so-called area of Black Wall Street is doing nearly 100 years later. [As dollar stores move into cities, residents see a steep downside, Washington Post, 2-15-19]:

A black elected official in Tusla – home to the so-called Black Wall Street nearly a century ago – is fighting to ensure no more Dollar General’s are built in her district because of racism…

Vanessa Hall-Harper, a lifelong resident of this city’s poorest area, has viewed the opening of dollar stores in recent years with trepidation. The stores were a reminder of the blight, she said, and they blocked grocers and others from opening. So when she was elected to the City Council, she fought back, ushering in restrictions on new stores.

“The community said, ‘We don’t want any more dollar stores,’ ” she said. “We need grocery stores, clothing, shoes — things that you need to live.”

Tulsa is one of several cities grappling with uncomfortable questions from the rise of dollar stores in urban America. These stores have gained attention as success stories in the country’s most economically distressed places — largely rural counties with few retail options. Two main chains, Dollar General and Dollar Tree (which owns Family Dollar), operate more than 30,000 stores nationally and plan to open thousands more, vastly outnumbering Walmarts and other retailers.

In cities, dollar stores trade in economic despair, with many residents saying they are a vital source of cheap staples. But as the stores cluster in low-income neighborhoods, some residents worry the stores deter other business, especially in neighborhoods without grocers or options for healthful food. The Institute for Self-Reliance, a nonprofit advocacy group, argued in a December report exploring the effect of dollar stores in Tulsa that “there’s growing evidence that these stores are not merely a byproduct of economic distress. They’re a cause of it.” Dollar stores rarely sell fresh produce or meats, but they can undercut grocery stores on prices of everyday items, often pushing them out of business.

In Tulsa and elsewhere, the questions are whether dollar stores are the last retail option for low-income America — and whether restrictions like Hall-Harper’s can make a difference.

The companies say their target customers depend on them for items as basic as toilet paper, especially in areas where no other retailers will venture.

“The Dollar General customer is in a permanent recession, and we want to help them,” its former chief executive Cal Turner Jr. said last year on Fox Business.

Where dollar stores flourish

More than a century ago, a stretch of North Tulsa was dubbed “Black Wall Street” for its booming black-owned businesses. Much of that prosperity was wiped out during one of the worst episodes of racial violence in American history. In May 1921, a white mob set fire to hundreds of businesses and homes, killing as many as 300 people and scorching 40 blocks.

Many residents say the divide created by that massacre continues to this day. Development has largely shifted southward, including the wealthiest neighborhoods and ritziest shopping districts.

With fewer options for fresh food and health care, people in a North Tulsa Zip code have an average life expectancy of 11 years less than those in South Tulsa, according to a 2015 city report.

Hall-Harper has made North Tulsa’s lack of fresh food a priority. She was elected in 2016 in District 1 — where she grew up and lives with her police officer husband and teenage daughter.

Hall-Harper said she’s not against the dollar store altogether. But their unstoppable rise, she said, keeps grocers from opening. Supermarkets in the area have consistently failed, and there are few smaller bodegas or markets.

Tulsa’s nine council districts average six dollar stores apiece. But in District 1, where there are nine, residents are at a double disadvantage. “Other communities have access to quality grocery stores,” Hall-Harper said. “Mine is the only one that does not.”

Hall-Harper said the disparity is also racial. According to a citywide 2018 Gallup poll, nearly three times the percentage of black residents — 46 percent — say they have trouble finding stores that sell fresh food, compared with whites and Hispanics.

In 2017, Hall-Harper advocated for a six-month moratorium on new dollar stores in parts of District 1, which the council approved. In April, she led the call to restrict the stores, which also passed. Any new store within certain areas of District 1 can’t be within a mile of an existing one.

But even among those who see a need for more fresh food, not everyone agrees that targeting dollar stores is the right tactic.

Jack Henderson, who represented District 1 on the council before Hall-Harper, said dollar stores are crucial. The last Dollar General to open is across the street from a senior citizens home. That store, Henderson said, is a lifeline to residents. The restrictions mean that other businesses “would think, ‘hey, if they don’t want them, they probably don’t want us either,” he said.

Grocery chains do a lot of market research before opening up a new location, to ensure to shareholders they will turn a profit and not close due to theft and shrinkage. Dollar General fills a much needed market void, that somehow this elected black official in Tusla – the same city where the vaunted Black Wall Street once purportedly flourished but mysteriously has yet to take flight again in nearly a century – deems a threat to a grocery chain opening up in the area.

News flash Mrs. Hall-Haper: grocery chains have done risk assessments, analyzed your community for potential expansion and performed in-depth evaluations for opening up a new location.

They’ve all passed.

But for Dollar General to dare fill a much needed market void in heavily black areas – including the former Black Wall Street – is tantamount to a modern-day lynching…

Noticing America’s demographic trends and the waning of white America, it should be obvious to any sound investor an investment in Dollar General’s stock would be a wise long-term move.

With politicians any businesses opening up usually have to make some payoff in disguised form such as purchasing supplies, insurance, etc from companies controlled by the politician or cronies. Possibly this chain hasn’t paid up so various reasons are created to bring heat on them and deny them being able to do business. All for the good of the community, of course. It’s all shakedown with a racial component that can be exploited by cynical politicians who in fact care nothing about what’s good for whoever.

  3. I read recently that several Kroger Supermarkets were leaving the Memphis area (I believe). The problem was shrinkage (negro shoplifting). Black urban centers don’t have many businesses for a reason. This idiocy on the part of negroes is as stupid as a negro taking a dump in his pants and wondering where the smell came from. Yes…there is a reason people don’t want to live around you! They don’t want to get shot, raped, or robbed! I commend these stores for having the balls to go into your community and offer you toilet paper. Most Koreans will work those areas if they have Plexiglas for protection, but now Philadelphia wants to do away with that because some negro thug might get his feelings hurt.

  4. Grocery stores operate on notoriously thin margins. Extra costs for heightened security, vandalism repair, shoplifting losses, etc, would make them unsustainable in these neighborhoods.

The thriving black shopping districts of a century ago are not fantasies. They were the result of segregation keeping the “Talented Tenth” at home, where they took charge of everyone else.

Black flight, not white flight, killed off such zones.

I googled wikipedia about the race riot in north Tulsa in 1921. The article blames the riot on the arrest of a black shoe shine man for the alleged assault of a white girl. As I read further, the violence started when armed black men attacked the police station the shoe shine man was held in and shot dead ten white men. I imagine a number were police. Two black men were shot dead. Crowds then attacked the black neighbourhood and killed several hundred. A shocker all round. But it sounds like it began as a massacre of white men. That may explain why the story has never been turned into a movie or a best selling novel. Also why it is not called a massacre.

  6. I avoid these places like the plague. You have to deal with the black tribal mindset that you’ve entered their space. Even in a predominantly white area the tribe takes exception to non-tribe members picking fruit out of their tree. On top of the tribe psychology these stores are frequent targets for armed robbery. Enter at your own risk. And as far as this whining political parasite Councilor Hall-Harper goes it’s just more of the same old ‘O po pitiful us’ drivel that constantly flows from their whining mouths. Just another black political parasite desperate for political capital.

MACON, Ga. — Dollar General and Family Dollar stores have been a target for crime throughout Middle Georgia — and some employee who work in these stores said they’re scared for their safety.

Nearly seven family dollars were robbed in the last six months across Macon, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office. …

For instance, I had a potted meat sandwich with cheese and ketchup that held me until dinner. Since sugary drinks are poison, and dollar stores specialize in that garbage, I put water fountain water in a bottle. I save $$$$ this way.

  9. I believe some (White) fellows on Shark Tank had a plan to bring fresh foods to the hood, subsidized by the same foods sold at a higher price in tony areas.

As a kid, I used to listen to Paul Harvey. At the end of his broadcast, he always said “and that is the rest of the story.” As you did by looking further into what happened in Tulsa, you sought out the rest of the story. Things don’t usually happen in a vacuum; just like physics, things happen for a reason.

By helping them we are destroying our society. They cannot be changed, or helped, but only contained. They would be happier, and we would be happier, in our own communities without the other. The time has come to break the shackles that bind us together; we must be free of them. If we save them from drowning, then we will drown with them! Two bad things happening together don’t make a good thing.

  14. At one of my local Dollar General stores, the manager was sick of negro thieves. He noticed one trying to leave the store with lots of items stuffed under his shirt. He asked the negro what he had under his shirt. The negro claimed it was his back brace. The manager asked to see it and the negro took off running with packages falling out from under his shirt everywhere. The manager chased him into the parking lot where two sows were waiting in a car. They asked what was going on and the manager told them that the negro was in the store shoplifting. The sows got mad and one screamed at the negro thief, “You know we got drugs in the car!” and they drove off since they were afraid the cops would get involved. The negro thief then got mad at the manager and yelled, “You done cost me muh ride!” and ran off down the street.

Employees at this same store told me they wished the store would get rid of all the negro “beauty products” as that seemed to be the main attractant for negro thieves who would also steal other items while in the store. That particular store lost tens upon tens of thousands of dollars (retail value) in the first year they were open.

The aforementioned manager finally quit after a negro came in and robbed the store at gun point and was waving his gun in everyone’s faces.

At another Dollar General near my house, a black thug went in to rob the place with a gun and was threatening the staff and customers. The manager (who was black) was armed and got in a shoot out with the punk. The punk fled but was found dead in the woods behind the store. The manager was fired.

A restaurant not too far away from this particular Dollar General has to have a security guard posted inside due to the number of times negroes have tried to rob it. The police used to keep a police cruiser parked outside as a deterrent to negro thieves but that seems to have ended. Further down the street, Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Taco Bell closed down and relocated miles away. Guess why. A grocery store also in the same area was declared a public nuisance by the city due to all the robberies and assaults in the parking lot. It didn’t help that the negro employees were dealing drugs out of the store too. Further down the road, a couple of other businesses were also closed by the city as public nuisances thanks to negroes. One was a bar near the Greyhound Bus Station. It was closed and torn down after a murder took place but was well known for tons of trouble.

In any case, that concludes this episode of The Wonderful World of Negroes.

Most people don’t know this, but a couple of weeks after the cops played LAPD Poker with ol’ Rodney (LAPD Poker-“Four clubs Beat a King”) another incident occurred that was nearly as big a catalyst for the riots as the police beating of King.

Latasha Harlins, a 15 year old, 160 pond negress from South Central L.A., was stopped by a Korean convenience store owner at the counter for shoplifting a bottle of orange juice. Harlins punched the woman in the face several times then turned to exit. The store owner shot and killed her.

I bet the Korean who shot the young black Latasha doesn’t feel bad at all about it. Koreans are not plagued with white guilt like whites are. Blacks support abortion on demand: one way to look at this is as a non-black (a Korean in this case) aborting a black uppity female for the betterment of mankind. Also, blacks killing blacks would be called “after birth abortion”. The only whites who are against blacks doing after birth abortions on themselves would be brain dead liberals (and equally brain dead conservatives) who claim all lives matter.

I am going to step out on a limb here and make a BOLD prediction: If a place becomes less black, then crime and misery will go down commensurate with the loss of negroes in the community. I know this will blow a lot of minds away, and Paul Kersey is saying: You know…this guy might have something here! It’s always entertaining to read the latest example of negro “logic.” In south Fl, my wife frequently shops at the dollar stores for many items. They are all in nice all-White areas, usually in outdoor strip malls. In these mall are many other stores, like Target, Barnes & Noble, Publix grocery stores, etc. They all thrive regardless of a dollar store being among them. So, as Reg Caeser so correctly stated: “Grocery stores operate on notoriously thin margins. Extra costs for heightened security, vandalism repair, shoplifting losses, etc, would make them unsustainable in these neighborhoods.” These extra considerations are non issues in an all-White or mostly White area. If you tried to explain that to this councilwoman, she’d either never understand it or think Whitey was trying to somehow fool or mislead her. They are not like us nor do they “think” like us, which, everyone here I’m sure would agree.

No one wants to open in your sewer. Be grateful a dollar store opens to give your keeds someplace to steal from.

Grocer? Really? Maybe a Mercedes dealership or Zales jewelry store was eyeing the location?

I hear Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse was adding grape soda to the menu in the dregs of Tulsa. How these ‘leaders’ are not laughed out of existence by those they pilfer all the ‘gibs’ from escapes me.

If it were free, no one would choose to open there. Let’s wait till one of your local entrepreneurs (dealers) decides to rent on Main Street. At least then the nogs will be controlled then because when you steal from them, they wipe out your family.

That’s the only justice they understand.

Using political office for a cause as ridiculous as this may serve to wake up a few deluded whites. It’s tough to get concerned about the prevalence of a chain store that fills the niche between the convenience and big box store in neighborhoods with limited retail options.

  25. Mark G. says:

A local group here in Indianapolis received a government grant to open a store selling healthy food in the worst ghetto area in town. Imagine something like a smaller “Whole Foods” store. It just recently shutdown after four years because the store wasn’t doing enough business to pay the salaries of the employees and other costs involved in keeping it open. This was for several reasons. The prices are somewhat higher for organic types of foods and the locals weren’t willing pay the extra amount for organic anything. Even healthier foods in general weren’t being bought at the store due to a preference for junk foods. The local black activists demanded the store start selling what the local neighborhood wanted but the philosophy of the store owners that they wanted to bring healthy foods to a poor area prevented that. The local black activists also complained about the high prices but if the store lowered prices on what they sold they would most likely lose even more money since there was really little demand for health food in the ghetto. Unstated, but pretty obvious, was that if they switched to selling low priced junk food that would cause more of the type of people coming into the store who would shoplift unless more was spent on store security. Also people engaging in other undesirable behaviors would come into the store and scare off the few paying customers from outside the area unless large amounts were spent on store security. So the experiment finally failed and now there is just another empty building down in the ghetto.

  26. PW Herman says:

People should be glad that any merchants at all would take the chance of putting in a store in crime-plagued north Tulsa!

Where are the educated, middle-class Blacks who wish to give something back to their own community? You would think that a few of them would join together to supply grocery stores to their own people. Where are the Black entrepreneurs?

One Black enterprising man founded a shop in Oklahoma City. But it was a marijuana shop, not a grocery store. I believe the choice got him killed.

Jussie Smollett Charged With Faking His Own Assault

    By Sopan Deb

    Feb. 20, 2019

Jussie Smollett, the “Empire” actor who said he was the victim of a hate crime, was charged Wednesday night by an Illinois grand jury that found probable cause that he had actually staged the assault he reported to Chicago police in January.

Law enforcement officials said a grand jury had decided that Mr. Smollett falsely reported being attacked in a case that quickly drew national attention, and charged him with a felony count of disorderly conduct.

Mr. Smollett, who is black and openly gay, had told the police that, while walking in downtown Chicago, he had been confronted by masked men who hurled homophobic and racial slurs at him, and announced it was “MAGA country,” a reference to President Trump’s campaign slogan.

[A timeline of the Jussie Smollett case.]

Mr. Smollett had received an immediate outpouring of public support. Many cited his account as an example of another in a rising tide of hate crimes, which the F.B.I. reported last fall had increased for the third straight year.

But the change in thinking by investigators as the case progressed began to unleash criticism against the news media and politicians who many critics said were too quick to embrace a sketchy account in their drive to tarnish the president. It became a nightly topic on Fox News for Tucker Carlson, who called it a case of identity politics run amok. “Identity politics is a scam,” he said, “and it is not so different from the one that Jussie Smollett just pulled.”

Ramesh Ponnuru, a senior editor at National Review, said on Wednesday: “I think that the initial reaction suggested that there is a lot of credulity, especially among liberals who were looking at a story that seemed to confirm their impressions about Trump supporters.”

Mr. Smollett has continued to vehemently insist the incident occurred just as he reported it. A representative for him, Pamela Sharp, said that she was “aware of the news” but had no further comment.

From the start, investigators had difficulty corroborating Mr. Smollett’s story, even with about a dozen detectives assigned to the case.

No surveillance cameras caught the attack. There were no witnesses. He had not reported it from the scene, and when he got home was still wearing a noose that he said the perpetrators had placed around his neck.

Investigators, though, were able to track two men who appeared on video footage not far from the scene that night. Using ride share data, they discovered the two were brothers who in fact knew Mr. Smollett. One had acted as an extra on “Empire.”

The police initially identified the brothers as possible suspects in the attack, but then released them without filing any charges. The men had reportedly told investigators that Mr. Smollett had coordinated a faux attack and paid them to participate in it.

The brothers, Olabinjo and Abimbola Osundairo, were brought in as witnesses to the grand jury Wednesday evening with their lawyer.

Filing a false police report in Illinois is technically referred to as disorderly conduct and can be charged as either a misdemeanor or a felony. In Mr. Smollett’s case, the police said the grand jury had decided on a felony count, which carries a maximum sentence of three years in prison.

Mr. Smollett’s lawyers, Todd S. Pugh and Victor P. Henderson, have said their client denies the police account. “Jussie Smollett is angered and devastated by recent reports that the perpetrators are individuals he is familiar with,” they said in a statement Saturday.

It added: “One of these purported suspects was Jussie’s personal trainer who he hired to ready him physically for a music video. It is impossible to believe that this person could have played a role in the crime against Jussie or would falsely claim Jussie’s complicity.”

Mr. Smollett’s possible motive in pursuing a plan the police now suspect him of drafting remains mysterious. Various theories have surfaced, one suggesting he might have been worried he was about to be relegated to a lower profile on “Empire,” perhaps being written out of the Fox series entirely. The network vehemently denied that was the case.

On Wednesday, in fact, before the police made their announcement, Fox had put out another statement saying it was standing by Mr. Smollett. It called him “a consummate professional on set” and said, “as we have previously stated, he is not being written out of the show.”

A week before the reported attack, Mr. Smollett said he had received a virulently racist and threatening anonymous letter containing a white powder, later determined to be harmless. The F.B.I. is investigating the letter but has declined to comment.

As Mr. Smollett first described the attack it occurred at 2 a.m. on Jan. 29. He said his assailants hit him in the face, bruising him, then poured a chemical substance on him as he walked back home along Lower East North Water Street, after a trip to buy a tuna sandwich. Mr. Smollett, in a follow-up interview with detectives, said the attackers had mentioned “MAGA country.”

Mr. Smollett’s manager, Brandon Moore, said he had been on the phone with Mr. Smollett and overheard part of the attack, a statement later confirmed by phone records released to the police.

Within days, the police released an image of two men they considered “potential persons of interest wanted for questioning.” Mr. Smollett would later say in an interview on “Good Morning America” that he was convinced the men in the pictures were his attackers.

“Because I was there,” Mr. Smollett said. “For me, when that was released, I was like, ‘O.K., we’re getting somewhere.’ I don’t have any doubt in my mind that that’s them. Never did.”

On Feb. 13, the investigators detained the Osundairos after they landed in Chicago on a flight from Nigeria where they had flown just after the reported incident. Police raided their home and, according to CBS Chicago, removed items including an “Empire” script, a ski mask, a red hat and a magazine.

Held for two days without being charged, the brothers, who have both acted and who train as bodybuilders, were reported to have ultimately provided investigators with an account that depicted them as pretend assailants in a bit of street theater intended to shake up public perceptions. Investigators came to believe that the rope used may have been bought by the brothers at the Crafty Beaver hardware store in the Ravenswood neighborhood on Chicago’s North Side.

Police scoured the area, recovering some videotape from neighboring stories in an apparent effort to corroborate the brothers’ account.

Public opinion, once so strongly behind Mr. Smollett, began to waver in recent days. Al Sharpton, for example, who was among the people who had initially condemned the reported attack, said that if the incident was shown to have been a hoax, those responsible “ought to face accountability to the maximum.”

In some ways the marked shift in opinion resembled the aftermath of last month’s incident in Washington where videos appeared to show high school students from Covington, Ky,. wearing “Make America Great Again” hats, engage in a standoff with an elderly Native American man. As more videos surfaced, the encounter appeared to have been more complicated. The students themselves had been subjected to ridicule by African-American protesters nearby and their defenders suggested they had been unfairly portrayed by a liberal media too quick to judge.

In the Smollett case, the Chicago police continued for weeks to assert that Mr. Smollett was considered a victim. But in recent days, the demeanor of investigators changed. On Tuesday, they released an unconfirmed tip reporting that Mr. Smollett had been seen with the brothers in an elevator on the night of the attack. The report was later debunked but the change in perspective by the police was clear.

Statistically white men dont rape negresses. A man would really have to hate his penis to want want sodimize either the male or the female of this disease ridden, filthy species. Personally… I would rather have cancer.

  38. Build it and they will come. Not.
Grocery stores leave these neighborhoods in part because of the high crime rate but also because they just don’t do well selling healthy foods . If they made money selling cabbage and potatoes they would find a way to stay open at these locations. Dollar General and other such stores put up with the crime because they sell what these people buy. The idea that you can make people eat healthy is ridiculous. Nobody is going to swap Skittles and sweet tea for oatmeal and milk.

If Dollar General is the only cactus that grows in your food desert be glad for that.

  40. Mr. Smollett should also be charged, separately, by the Feds for using the U.S. Mail to deliver the phony threat letter. I have no confidence that he will get any meaningful punishment from the state court in Cook County, IL. Two separate incidents should each be prosecuted. Hopefully, Federal goes last, so he’ll have a state conviction on record to increase his Fed sentencing guidelines punishment. BTW, thanks Jussie, for giving us deplorables a perfect “shutdown comeback” to use next time we hear a SJW cry about the next “Whitey Hate Crime” – “Oh, another Jussie Smollett deal, huh?”

Black Wall Street, such that it was, was rebuilt after the 1921 riots. What “killed” it was integration in the 1960s.

Whites literally dropped bombs from the air on Black Wall Street to destroy it. Dozens of black residents in the neighborhood were massacred by whites. How do you expect it to be rebuilt after that?

‘Emory University makes plans to review racist photos in past yearbooks’

    Updated: Feb 21, 2019 – 11:33 AM

ATLANTA – Emory University in Atlanta says it’s forming a commission to review racist photos that appear in past yearbooks.

The school announced the commission Wednesday after a review of decades-old yearbooks uncovered portrayals of blackface.

The school hasn’t identified the people in the photos, including one portraying a theatrical mock lynching. …

And then a well connected lawyer (politically) went to city hall and the Smollett was brought back the very next day! The Smollett then had boardmembers who questioned his need to be there actually were removed from their positions.
And the forensic investigator? Off the job, too!

$50,000,000 per year is the operating budget for this fine organization. The chairSmollett even wears some kind of funny “Africky-hat” like he’s some kinda Nigerian.

So, basically, the end of segregation did to America’s inner cities what brain drain is doing to Sub-Saharan Africa right now?

  50. Mr. XYZ says:

You mean as a result of the smartest Blacks moving elsewhere?

  51. @countenance

Yes, desegregation killed the hilariously named Black Wall Street because once negroes were no longer forced to live amongst their own and provide the services they needed for themselves, blacks abandoned shopping at black businesses. The businesses could no longer survive due to the increased competition from businesses outside the area that drew away their customers. Essentially, blacks killed it by not supporting their own when no longer forced to by segregation.

As for the name “Black Wall Street,” that’s just another example of blacks giving something an overblown name and exaggerating its significance and importance. It was nothing more than an ordinary business district that can be found in any small to medium sized town. Equating it with Wall Street (a major dealer in stocks, bonds and banking on a grand scale) is absurd, ridiculous and laughable. It’s the equivalent of sticking a bunch of paintings by blacks in a two story building and calling it the Black Louvre or having some black seamstresses open a few dress shops and calling the area the Black Paris of Fashion.

  52. TheJester says:
    @Reg Cæsar

The thriving black shopping districts of a century ago are not fantasies. They were the result of segregation keeping the “Talented Tenth” at home, where they took charge of everyone else.

    Good insight …

In the era of segregation, there also used to be black barbers, lawyers, doctors, dentists, educators, etc. supporting their black communities. As I understand it, with integration the “Talented Tenth” decided to move to white neighborhoods, work for whites within affirmative action frameworks, and frequent white stores.

When vital economic activity within black communities collapsed, black communities turned into marginalized communities existing on welfare and other “gibsmedats”. Vanessa Hall-Harper expresses this mentality: ban Dollar General (which is earning a profit in Tulsa selling what blacks want to buy) and cajole Albertsons to open mega-grocery stores to replace them with its losses covered by taxpayers.

The Bulllshit of integration killed of this 1/10% business model.

Once the 1/10% could get away from the neggro, they did, and moved to where the WHITE RACE lived.

This resulted in the 80 IQ neggro take over of those areas, and the results you see to day.

    • Agree: Mr. Rational
  54. @Dr. Pepper

I am going to step out on a limb here and make a BOLD prediction: If a place becomes less black, then crime and misery will go down commensurate with the loss of negroes in the community.

Well, you don’t have to stay in suspense.  San Francisco, Compton and Harlem have all had lots of Mahogany Moved and replaced by beaners.  Do your comparison of the crime rates vs. demographics and tell us what you found.  Extra points for doing graphs a la Audacious Epigone.

  55. @Gunga Din

These extra considerations are non issues in an all-White or mostly White area. If you tried to explain that to this councilwoman, she’d either never understand it or think Whitey was trying to somehow fool or mislead her.

Oh, she knows perfectly well that this is the case, but playing the race card still profits her so she’ll do it.  Honesty?  That’s a White thing.

Blacks complain when whites won’t open businesses in black neighborhoods. (“racism”)

Blacks complain when whites open businesses in black neighborhoods. (gentrification -> “racism”)

Blacks complain when grocery stores finally give up and shut down in black neighborhoods. (Kroger)

Blacks complain when stores take a gamble and open up stores in black neighborhoods. (Dollar Gen’l)

Blacks complain there’s no fresh fruit and vegetables to buy in black neighborhoods. (“Food deserts”)

Blacks won’t buy fresh fruit and vegetables when retailers are badgered into stocking it.

Blacks complained about not being allowed into white universities.

Blacks complained the culture was too white at universities once they were allowed in.

Blacks complain until they are included and wildly over-represented in everything white.

Blacks demand their own exclusive black organizations, media, graduations, etc.

Blacks complain about lack of police protection when they rape, murder and rob their neighborhoods into hellish african dystopias.

Blacks complain when police arrest black criminals when restoring order in black neighborhoods.

They’re never, ever happy. We’ve spent 150 years taking their complaints at face value and acting accordingly, instead of realizing we’re dealing with a population of retarded savages who are complaining because their lives and communities are not like white people’s. They want what white people have, but they can’t mentally make the connection between behaving and working a certain way and the resulting peace and prosperity. The entire concept of cause and effect eludes them. As someone else said: They’re like a man walking around with shit in his pants complaining it stinks everywhere he goes.

There comes a point where we, as a culture, have to end this. It seems like there’s an awakening happening. But final resolution might be a long way off still. I think once someone of note breaks the silence on what we all see, there will be a beginning to the end of this insanity. It will likely get worse before it gets better. But this can’t continue.
