“My religion defines who I am. And I’ve been a practicing Catholic my whole life,” said Vice President Joe Biden in 2012. “I accept my church’s position on abortion as … doctrine. Life begins at conception. … I just refuse to impose that on others.”

For four decades, Biden backed the Hyde Amendment, which prohibits the use of the tax dollars of Joe’s fellow Catholics to pay for what they view as the killing of the innocent unborn.

Last week, Joe flipped. He now backs the repeal of the Hyde Amendment.

Ilyse Hogue of NARAL Pro-Choice America welcomed home the prodigal son: “We’re pleased that Joe Biden has joined the rest of the 2020 Democratic field in coalescing around the Party’s core values — support for abortion rights.”

But when did the right to an abortion — a crime in many states before 1973 — become a “core value” of the Democratic Party?

And what are these “values” of which politicians incessantly talk?

Are they immutable? Or do they change with the changing times?

Last month, Disney CEO Bob Iger said his company may cease filming in Georgia if its new anti-abortion law takes effect: “If (the bill) becomes law, I don’t see how it’s practical for us to continue to shoot there.”

The Georgia law outlaws almost all abortions, once a heartbeat is detected, some six to eight weeks into pregnancy. It reflects the Christian conservative values of millions of Georgians.

To Iger and Hollywood, however, Georgia’s law radically restricts the “reproductive rights” of women, and is a moral outrage.

What we have here is a clash of values.

What one side believes is preserving the God-given right to life for the unborn, the other regards as an assault on the rights of women.

The clash raises questions that go beyond our culture war to what America should stand for in the world.

“American interests and American values are inseparable,” Pete Buttigieg told Rachel Maddow. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo told the Claremont Institute: “We have had too little courage to confront regimes squarely opposed to our interests and our values.”

Are Pompeo and Mayor Pete talking about the same values?

The mayor is proudly gay and in a same-sex marriage. Yet the right to same-sex marriage did not even exist in this country until the Supreme Court discovered it a few years ago.

In a 2011 speech to the U.N., Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said, “Gay rights are human rights,” and she approved of U.S. embassies flying the rainbow flag during Pride Month.

This year, Mike Pompeo told the U.S. embassy in Brazil not to fly the rainbow flag. He explained his concept of his moral duty to the Christian Broadcasting Network, “The task I have is informed by my understanding of my faith, my belief in Jesus Christ as the Savior.”

The Christian values Pompeo espouses on abortion and gay rights are in conflict with what progressives now call human rights.

And the world mirrors the American divide.

There are gay pride parades in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, but none in Riyadh and Mecca. In Brunei, homosexuality can get you killed.

To many Americans, diversity — racial, ethnic, cultural, religious — is our greatest strength.

Yet Poland and Hungary are proudly ethnonationalist. South Korea and Japan fiercely resist the racial and ethnic diversity immigration would bring. Catalans and Scots in this century, like Quebecois in the last, seek to secede from nations to which they have belonged for centuries.

Are ethnonationalist nations less righteous than diverse nations likes ours? And if diversity is an American value, is it really a universal value?

Consider the treasured rights of our First Amendment — freedom of speech, religion and the press.

Saudi Arabia does not permit Christian preachers. In Afghanistan and Pakistan, converts to Christianity face savage reprisals. In Buddhist Myanmar, Muslims are ethnically cleansed.

These nations reject an equality of all faiths, believing instead in the primacy of their own majority faith. They reject our wall of separation between religion and state. Our values and their values conflict.

What makes ours right and theirs wrong? Why should our views and values prevail in what are, after all, their countries?

Under our Constitution, many practices are protected — abortion, blasphemy, pornography, flag-burning, trashing religious beliefs — that other nations regard as symptoms of a disintegrating society.

When Hillary Clinton said half of all Trump supporters could be put into a “basket of deplorables” for being “racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic,” she was conceding that many Trump’s supporters detest many progressive values.

True, but in the era of Trump, why should her liberal values be the values America champions abroad?

With secularism’s triumph, we Americans have no common religion, no common faith, no common font of moral truth. We disagree on what is right and wrong, moral and immoral.

Without an agreed-upon higher authority, values become matters of opinion. And ours are in conflict and irreconcilable.

Understood. But how, then, do we remain one nation and one people?

Patrick J. Buchanan is the author of “Nixon’s White House Wars: The Battles That Made and Broke a President and Divided America Forever.”

In 80 years, you haven’t even learned the basics of western society: females and homos are not inherently rational or controllable…….and they care little about your pedophile cult of weewee lickers or the laughable fat little fag in the gold hat you worship. That’s the way it is Pat. Only a fool tries to dictate female behavior…..ask any guy who has been married a couple of times.

  2. The misguided attempt by Christian Conservatives to use the State to enforce it’s moral code against non Christians has contributed to the rise of militancy on the left and the decline in Church attendance generally. Not to end the practice of abortion but merely to criminalize it. By their fruits you will know them.

Values attributed to a country or a religion mean nothing. eg Honour killings are nothing to do with protecting morals and values. Still rife, even in Europe.

There is nothing immoral or moral about sex, in whatever way you want it, as long as no one is being forced to something they dont want to do. It is that simple. For religious idiots the only moral sex is out of sight, missionary position only, oh and just to make babies.

Where would you want to be a 12 yr old pretty girl growing up in poverty? Central America, raped by your uncle, and all his mates, forced to go through with the birth, that kills the mother, just to keep moral integrity and values of the country intact and keep the catholics happy. Would you be any safer in a muslim country, say Afghanistan?

So what are these core values attributed to state or religion? There are none, they do not exist. Anyone who brings them up as a ‘thing’ is only playing the populism card, or ignorant, which at the end of the day is the same thing.

  8. C/mon Pat, when were we ever one nation and one people? The USA has been the refuge of the world’s riffraff since Zionist Emma Lazarus’ poem “The New Colossus” was, most unfortunately, placed on the base of the Statue. Lady Liberty was not given by the French as a symbol promoting immigration, although most now think it is.

Poland and Hungary are nations. The USA is just a quickly disintegrating country where the people, from all over the world, have little in common. I learned that from you when you wrote “Suicide of a Superpower.” You were right to question whether the country will survive until 2025.

  9. Biden’s flip on the Hyde Amendment shows that he is a lost man without a central core, who will do or say anything that he thinks might finally get him into the White House. It’s sad to see a man who has devoted his entire life to “public service” knuckling under to the high priests of the Fascist Left. Seems that the donkeys are determined to lose an election in 2020, that, by their majority numbers, and Trump’s unpopularity, they should win.

In any case, Ann Coulter may be right when she writes that Trump will be the last Republic president. Given the GOP’s total subservience to Israel, I can’t say that that would be a bad thing. Something better, I hope, will replace it. The ideal would be the non-violent break-up of the country.

  10. Mulegino1 says:

America is no longer a nation, but merely a cow hide shaped landmass containing a conglomeration of tribes held together by a kosher mindset and the military -industrial- financial -entertainment-media complex. It has nothing to do with the historic American nation, whose replacement by the kosher global-homo empire was completed on September 11, 2001.

Once America was severed from its European Christian roots, it lost its soul and its identity. In spite of the peculiar interests of its (mostly masonic) founders, America’s providential role was to be a great- and aloof- tellurocratic power which would serve as a homeland for Christian Europeans fleeing the overcrowding, economic stagnation and dynastic conflicts of Europe. It was never intended to be the world’s refuse bin or a staging ground for international Jewry’s intrigues and corruptive influence. Unfortunately, that role was traduced ever since the battleship Maine blew up in Havana Harbor. The usual suspects and their shabbos goyim corporatists saw an opportunity and piggybacked on the new “American” thirst for world empire until they and their neocons achieved virtual control of “American” policy vis a vis the rest of the world.

Kosher spectacle, such as Hollywood and the Stupor Bowl, is now the face of “America” to the world. In a society and culture dominated by the tribe, it is only natural that
death cults like the rites of sodomy and abortion should take center stage. Wherever the tribe predominates, you have corruption, decay and death. America has become Weimar Berlin on steroids.

The two foundation stones of the Left, abortion and gay marriage, are the product of two separate 5 Judge decisions declaring voters consent does not matter cuz Constitution. Not very democratic. Not legally supported in the Constitution’s limitation of Federal Powers. One could honestly say this is authoritarian abuse of democratic consent and diminishes the rights and freedoms of the fifty states individually. Given that no state found gay marriage or abortion as human rights before five Federal judges, twice, found such things, is not something the Judiciary should be proud of. But they are. Being called a irredeemable by someone the quality of Hillary is not a dishonor. Its just the opposite.

Isn’t the surge in Islamophilia and opening of our borders to this flood of higra migration spreading Islam diametrically opposed to what any sane goy would have expected to be our national reaction to the devastating apparent jihad attack 9/11/01?

The dynamics may mystify, but there is no disputing this truth describing our current reality:

  17. Abortion is a red herring. I’m really sick of conservatives harping on it. The people who are responsible for it have their own demons to answer to, but aside from themselves and their own unborn child, they aren’t hurting anyone else.

Gays are a whole other story. Homosexuality a sickness that must be eradicated from this earth, because 99% of gays are pedophiles, it’s also how they grow their population. They are a danger to society, and are responsible for the moral degeneracy of the west. The left, from the media championing gay rights and trying to portray them as “normal” people, to adoption agencies allowing them to adopt children, are complicit in this abomination. Unsuspecting mothers are carelessly letting their young boys shower in men’s locker rooms by themselves from age 5 and up, and sending them to men’s public restroom by themselves. These careless, clueless women bought into the media’s portrayal of honorable, harmless gay men and are directly putting their children in harm’s way.

As one example, H.R. 5 which is about to be voted on will compel bakeries, Christian or other, to bake wedding cakes for lesbians and homosexuals.

My memories are of a country that most certainly was more one nation and one people that we are now. I don’t agree that we were populated with nothing but riff-raff. We could have continued becoming a unique blend of Europeans with our own distinct identity, just as a new dog breed emerges and is recognized by the AKC. Instead, we foolishly changed our immigration laws in 1968 and now have become little more than an international flea market, and a bankrupt one at that (read Lawrence Auster’s essay, “The Path to National Suicide” — it was prescient and it’s free on the web). What image comes to mind when you think of an American today, in this nation of 300+ million and growing, as opposed to one of 100 years ago when there were only about 120 million people living here? Watch the Olympics and see who pops up as an “American”.

My views may be simplistic compared to some of the more sophisticated comments on this website (notwithstanding pithy, vulgar comments by some such as those by WC), but they are grounded in reality and a desire to persuade, even though it’s likely too late. We had a good thing going for a hundred years or so, and we blew it.

I don’t care what consenting adults do, but just don’t tell me I have to applaud it (and don’t tell us it’s what they “allegedly” are up to — there’s nothing “alleged” about it). It clearly is not what nature intends. Call me a “homophobe” if you will, but I am merely being honest when I say I am disgusted when I see that glib little creep, Buttegieg, parading on the stage and kissing his “husband” and think that this silly country could even consider electing him. I totally agree, but the growth of this problem may also have something to do with declining rates of marriage, and couples waiting until their 30’s or later to wed. With pre-marital sex no longer frowned upon, it is observed that 80% of young women keep chasing the top 20% of men even if they get used and discarded by them. Therefore, there are a huge amount of “Incels” (involuntarily celibate) young men who don’t make the cut and cannot get girlfriends. These men may be genetically programmed to be heterosexual, but they are lonely and could easily succumb to turning to homosexuality so that they feel wanted. When most young people were married in their early 20’s and then had children, and girls were taught to not have sex before marriage, this was much less of a problem. Feminism has greatly contributed to the growth of homosexuality.

I think so but H.R. 5 would likely supersede it. H.R. 5 amends the 1964 civil rights act to include sexual orientation. Trump loves homosexuals and if enough virtue signaling Republicans vote yes then Christian bakers better get ready to bake gay wedding cakes or face the full wrath of the FBI and DOJ in “free” merica.

Regarding abortion, these extreme fetal heartbeat bills will come back to bite republicans.

What about abortion bills in New York and Virginia that allow abortion up to the third trimester and ninth month? Why won’t those come back to bite Democrats nationally?

I do think abortion should be totally up to the states to decide for themselves but the short sighted kosher cucks don’t realize that an across the board ban will only lead to an increase in the black and Latino populations and more people who hate whites and vote against our interests. And more people who need government services that a shrinking white population can no longer subsidize.

We Boomers (born in 1951 I am one) sure did little to change the self-destructive course that the country took after our victory in WWII. But my father’s generation (Tom Brokaw’s “Greatest Generation”), through their incredible Made-in-America hubris, set the stage for the country’s downfall.

We Boomers had nothing to do with the nation wrecking 1965 Hart-Celler Immigration Act. We were too young.

We had nothing to do with starting the Vietnam War, outside being drafted to die in it, and doing everything we could to stop it.

We did not recklessly sign treaties obliging us to defend countries all over the world (NATO, SEATO) because of the overhyped non-existent “Red Threat.” We did not start the Military Industrial Complex, the Nuclear Arms race, etc., etc.

Only a small minority of us are devoid or morals and ethics. Younger generations are, IMO, equally responsible for our morality being in the gutter. As Billy Joel sang, “We Didn’t Start the Fire.” But we didn’t do enough to put it out either.

I did address NY as having an extreme abortion law, bordering on infanticide. That should bite the dems equally, I think. So the extremes may cancel each other out.

As for those Christian conservatives who would like to force mothers, a high percentage being minorities, to have unwanted babies, then they better be ready to provide them with welfare, Medicaid, and Food Stamps and quit complaining about it. On a recent program, it was reported that 40 million black fetuses have been aborted since Rowe v Wade became law. Perhaps those whites pushing to ban it should think about that.

The Supreme Court can’t outlaw, i.e., criminalize, anything. What they can do is say that an issue does not implicate a Constitutionally protected right and is therefore a policy decision for the States to deal with as they see fit. Roe v. Wade is terrible jurisprudence because it’s tendentious analysis to gin up a right out of thin air, and jam it into the 14th Amendment. Same for gay marriage, and contraception.

The Founders wanted democracy and federalism, so they drafted the Constitution. People need to grow up and become self-governing.

  49. n 1973, the American Psychiatric Association (APA) asked all members attending its convention to vote on whether they believed homosexuality to be a mental disorder. 5,854 psychiatrists voted to remove homosexuality from the DSM, and 3,810 to retain it.

The APA then compromised, removing homosexuality from the DSM but replacing it, in effect, with “sexual orientation disturbance” for people “in conflict with” their sexual orientation. Not until 1987 did homosexuality completely fall out of the DSM.

Meanwhile, the World Health Organization (WHO) only removed homosexuality from its ICD classification with the publication of ICD-10 in 1992, although ICD-10 still carries the construct of “ego-dystonic sexual orientation”. In this condition, the person is not in doubt about his or her sexual preference, but “wishes it were different because of associated psychological and behavioural disorders”.

These men may be genetically programmed to be heterosexual, but they are lonely and could easily succumb to turning to homosexuality so that they feel wanted……

Feminism has greatly contributed to the growth of homosexuality.

I’m inclined to agree. If heterosexual marriage seems unattainable then some heterosexual men will be tempted into the homosexual lifestyle. Just as many men in prison indulge in homosexual activities because nothing else is available. In both cases it’s situational homosexuality.

Plus there is immense social pressure to turn homosexual. Being heterosexual is boring and unfashionable and it makes you a potential evil racist homophobic Nazi. Being homosexual is cool and it’s fashionable and no-one can suspect you of being a Nazi.

So undoubtedly the rise of feminism and other disastrous social changes in the 60s (the contraceptive pill, easy divorce, the cult of homosexuality, the Sexual Revolution) have contributed to an increase in the incidence of homosexuality.

Where do American values come from?
The United States Declaration of Independence was adopted in 1776, time at which Enlightenment ideas were incubating in Europe and preparing the way for the great French revolution to come. Adam Weishaupt founded his Illuminati (Enlightened ones) Masonic order also in 1776. It is not difficult to see that the ‘light’ of the Enlightenment had a close relationship with the ‘light’ of the new Masonic ideas created at that time. “Liberté, Egalité, Fraternité” and the concept of Human Rights, were born in the Masonic lodges and destined to be the ideological foundation of the New World Order to come, the “Novus ordo seclorum” of the One Dollar Bill. Egalitarianism and Human Rights are today totally integrated in the ideological power structure of our society, and have morphed into all the toxic forms of ‘progressive’ decadence that we know today.
The first US president was also a Freemason. The French Freemason Bartholdy designed the “Liberty Enlightening the World”, commonly called the Statue of Liberty. This was the official gift of French Freemasonry to their “brothers” in the new republic. The statue representing a “light bearer”, translating in Latin as “Lucifer”, is certainly the appropriate symbol to represent the deleterious light of the Enlightened ones destined to be spread over the world. Freemasonry being the the Synagogue’s weapon of mass subversion, the American values, born under those auspices, could only become what they are today: ideological tools designed to “ultimately destroy all that is good and decent”.

The excesses of the Sixties would have flamed out, just as the excesses of the Roaring 20s did, if we hadn’t changed the immigration laws in the mid- and late-sixties. We had very little immigration between 1925 and 1968, as we thought it important to assimilate the great wave of immigrants who came in the early part of the 20th century. Since 1968, we have allowed millions of unassimilable people into this country, and a certain percentage of Leftist whites have moved dramatically farther Left in recent years as defenders of these invaders and also in reaction to Trump (whose election was in reaction to Obama). Our society is now like a Newton’s cradle.

Over a million people a year continue to come to this country legally (on top of all of the illegal ones). In the early 1900s, the population of the U.S. was no more than about 120 million. It is now about 330 million and growing by at least a million a year. Do you want to live in a U.S. of 500 million or more, with at least a third of those coming from the Third World? I think you’re wrong on both counts.

The excesses of the Sixties were not going to flame out because so many of the social changes were irreversible – the introduction of the contraceptive pill, feminism, the homosexual agenda, the push fir easy divorce, the removal of the stigma of illegitimacy, the drug culture, the continuing decline of Christianity, the insane growth in the numbers of people getting college educations, the continuing growth of globalist capitalism, the decay of the family – these things were not going to magically put themselves right.

And they didn’t. The 60s/70s were not just a phase we were going through – that period represented a permanent change, a permanent very destructive change. Society was no going to spontaneously fix itself.

And it had nothing whatever to do with immigration. I don’t like immigration any more than you do but it was not the cause of the disintegration of society. We in western societies cannot blame immigrants for the follies of the 60s and 70s – we did all that to ourselves.

Just because Boomers weren’t old enough to have put the legislation in effect in the late 1960s doesn’t mean that the Boomer generation doesn’t share any responsibility for where we are now. If it hadn’t happened in the late 1960s, it would have in the late 1970s.

It had already started in the 50s, with a ludicrous increase in the number of people getting a university education. If you have universities churning out enormous numbers of more or less unemployable arts graduates you’re going to have big problems. Feminism was already starting to raise its ugly head (Betty Friedan published her poisonous The Feminine Mystique in 1963). Agitation for the homosexual agenda had already started by the early 60s (the British pro-homosexual movie Victim was released in 1961).

And the process didn’t stop in the 70s. It became less flamboyant and less overtly clown-like in the 80s and 90s but the process of undermining society was still going on.

So the generation that preceded the Boomers had already done a huge amount of damage while the Boomers were still mostly in nursery school. The Boomers, Gen X, the Millennials, have all made their own contributions to wrecking western civilisation. Since every generation has contributed it’s pretty obvious that trying to make sense of what happened in generational terms is pointless.

It wasn’t any particular generation that was at fault. The undermining of the foundations of society was carried out by a small minority of the population, the elite classes. The rich, the well-connected, Big Business, big wheels in the bureaucracy, academics, media and cultural elites, Hollywood scum. These people have been engaged in civilisation-wrecking for a very long time.

The fact that Jesus is sometimes called the Morning Star, the last star (light) visible in the morning (Venus) and that this light is also called ‘Lucifer’, that is just the litteral meaning of the word (light-bearer) and has no pejorative meaning when used in the liturgy of the Easter Vigil . ALL YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT PROJECT ADAM .

    Part 0:NATURE OF YAHWEH:

Yahweh is the ‘Holy Father’ in heaven and Satan is the ‘Lord of the air’ (Ephesians 2:1-3).
Yahweh is technically a superpowerful Extra-Terrestrial entity with ability we mortals can’t fathom. I’ve no intention to paint Yahweh as a green skin creature descended from a flying saucer. But sure ‘He’ is not of this world. If Yahweh is a biologist, then Earth is a petri dish and human are the micro-organism inside the petri dish sustained by the all powerful Yahweh. Praised be Yahweh
Yahweh is omnipotent and can pick on multiple gender combos and its blasphemy to say He is ‘male’ only . He is technically a multi-gender/hermaphrodite extra-terrestrial entity with ability beyond human reach. (Early semite chieftains were so patriachal that they could only relate powerful entities to males)
    http://articles.chicagotribune.com/2008-08-15/news/0808141093_1_god-yahweh-backward.

Part 1: PROJECT ADAM –Something went wrong…

When Yahweh created non-human higher animals or mammals, both male and female genders were created; but when it came to creating human, Yahweh had a different scheme.
Genesis 1:26-27–And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness… So the original plan is making a hermaphrodite human species capable of self-fertilisation or same gender sex.

Genesis 2:7–And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
When Yahweh created human, Eve OBVIOUSLY was NOT part of the original plan.
    Now something went very wrong:
Genesis 2:20 And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.
Apparently Adam was looking for a sex mate/’helper’ among the animals(male or female).
The Original Sin of Man had nothing to do with that piece of apple(from the tree of knowing good and evil). Obviously the Original Sin WAS bestial lust if not the actual act of bestiality. What your pastors told you about the original sin is WRONG !!

Part 2: RESCUE PLAN B or the cloning of Eve

    Genesis 2:21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
Genesis 2:22 And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
Genesis 2:23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
Genesis 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
    ….
Because the bio-engineering experiment of Yahweh the powerful extra-terrestrial went terribly wrong and Eve was created to salvage the project. The creation of Eve was likely delegated to Lucifer, an obvious female member of Yahweh’s pantheon. An alternative possibility was that Yahweh’s grand hermaphrodite plan(like Adam with bulging breasts capable of milking, phallus plus a posterior cavity doubled as both digestive exit and birth canal) was sabotaged by Lucifer the radical feminist.

Project ADAM part C—JESUS the ‘Son’ of God

Jesus, the Son of God and was obviously a result of cloning(or self-splitting from the entity of Yahweh)and growth inside the womb chamber of Virgin Mary without hetero interaction with the latter. There’s no confirmed heterosexual record of Jesus. Jesus was finally the ‘successful’ conclusion of Project ADAM

Other evidences regarding the original intended biological attributes of man:
    — Males also have nipples(like all other mammals), ie according to Yahweh’s original grand plan, males should also be able to breast feed new borns
    — Male prostate glands enable male to male sex (otherwise why can’t the prostate gland be placed away from the rectum ?)
    — Roman Catholic priests are forbidden to engage in heterosex but a significant % are homos. Those priests are servant of Yahweh and thus act the way Yahweh intends for them.

    Final Conclusion:

1)Homos are true (but unconscious) followers of Yahweh
2)Heteros and (anti-trans)feminists are (unconscious) followers of Lucifer.
(Lucifer is not an ugly male with horns as Christian preachers want you to believe; rather most likely a winged naked humanoid seductress belle )
ALL YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT PROJECT ADAM

    Genesis 2:21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;

Those priests are servant of Yahweh and thus act the way Yahweh intended for them.

2)Heteros and (anti-trans)feminists are (unconscious) followers of Lucifer.

    From Michael Wolff’s Siege on—

how Trump would do an abortion: “When Marla Maples became pregnant in the early 1990s, before their marriage, he debated with one friend how he could avoid both the marriage and the baby. The scenarios included pushing Marla down the stairs to cause a miscarriage.

This thread is getting cold. But if you are still here I have a couple of questions.

“That is a Jewish value, straight out of the Talmud.”

“Jews began enforcing their immoral code on America in 1973.”

I have no reason to argue with these assertions. But what is it they imply? Is this an argument for the criminalization of abortion? Women who believe that abortion is a moral wrong will not have abortions. It’s you who wants to enforce a moral code. Telling women to choose their own moral code is the opposite.

Current law differentiates between the born and the unborn. Between children and adults. And for some purposes between adults and seniors. Words have meaning. A fetus is not the same thing as a baby. If the State would criminalize abortion it would need to prescribe a penalty for violation. What penalty would you recommend for a woman who has an abortion?

Absolutely. It’s the same with murder. People who believe that murder is a moral wrong will not commit murders but the state has no right to impose that moral code on everyone. We should be free to choose our own moral codes. If someone’s personal moral code says that murder is OK then they should be free to murder.

Similar here in Los Angeles. The perverts ruining our public spaces and trying to indoctrinate our children with this disease-spreading deathstyle, should be prosecuted for indecency and imprisoned.

“Today, those same people are crying “white is evil.”

That’s a pretty broad brush you’re using, Art. “Woodstock Nation” represented a tiny slice of my generation, just as the Yippies made up only a small segment of the antiwar youth of the ’60s. Any generation you choose will have members who are easily led and who turn out later to be holders of reprehensible views.

How many of the “white is evil” cohort are members of your generation?

I think the Yippies were about 80 percent Jewish, 100 percent of the founders. Presumably they were just straight out of the standard cultural subversion playbook. Given its proximity to NYC, I’m guessing a very large percentage of Woodstock Nation was as well. They weren’t really a representative sample of my generation.

Betty Friedan published her poisonous The Feminine Mystique in 1963

Simone de Beauvoir beat her by a decade. She was more influential in America than in her native France, where she was better known as the consort of a Communist.

Jews began enforcing their immoral code on America in 1973

Roe was decided by six Protestants and one very bad Catholic. It was brought to the Court by a trio of Dixie chicks. No fair shifting blame.

If you want to go after Jews for pernicious influence, try relativity, nuclear weaponry, or Aryeh Neier, who said an elected town council had no right to disallow a parade permit.

True. And she seems to have been a nasty piece of work. Amazing how many of the second wave feminists seemed to be complete failures as human beings. A bunch of unpleasant women who were determined to blame society for their own failures and miseries.

  105. @Stick

“John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!”

If we had any President with an ounce of common sense, they wouldn’t enforce any edict of the Supreme Court. It’s just nine buffoons in black robes.

  106. @SBaker

Plus, it’s just plain gross when you end up with shit smears on your dick every single time you have sex. To the token homo “receptionist” at the office, the whole 1st floor can smell your “quickie” when you come back from lunch. Gross!!! BTW – The fact gays aren’t designed to reproduce and multiply their genes should serve as a very obvious hint as to how nature, evolution, and the ancient aliens and/or God that originally created man (you get to choose) truly feels about the value and worth of a homo. As far as I’m concerned, gay rights should consist of a handicap placard for the car and that’s it.

  107. @gsjackson

My view exactly. Yippies were upper middle class fuckoffs infesting colleges and playing revolutionary. “Woodstock Nation” was just a little fantasy made up by media of the day and didn’t ever amount to anything much.

I’m used to seeing that one dragged out in an attack on my Boomer generation which is supposed to be the root of everything wrong today.
