A billboard for Comcast pitches a lineup of “reality” shows, with this caption, “Recommended for you. Because real reality is boring.”

In contemporary America, real reality is also less real than Big Brother’s cartoony version. While we’re driving, walking, at work, lying in bed or even in the bathroom, Big Brother dictates what we know. Big Brother’s hypnotic screens have become our arbitrator of reality.

What capture us most are not the propaganda images, which can be ludicrously unconvincing, but the voice over. If Big Brother says it, it must be true.

2012 Democratic National Convention

2012 Democratic National Convention

Unlike in Orwell’s 1984, Big Brother does not speak to us in one stern voice. Deploying many puppets, Big Brother will humor, cajole and even uplift. Despite apparent divergences of opinions or even contradictions, Big Brother’s essential messages will always come through most clearly and persistently.

Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders, for example, both speak for Big Brother. While Clinton compares Vladimir Putin to Adolf Hitler, Sanders states, “To temper Russian aggression, we must freeze Russian government assets all over the world, and encourage international corporations with huge investments in Russia to divest from that nation’s increasingly hostile political aims.”

Russia is a threat to world peace, they both agree. In boring reality, however, it is the United States that has surrounded Russia with missiles, staged provocative war games on Russia’s borders and pushed Georgia and Ukraine into wars with Russia.

Donald Trump, on the other hand, is used by Big Brother to fan hatred and paranoia of Muslims. From 9/11 to the Orlando Shooting, every “Muslim” terror attack on American soil has been framed and narrated, with no real evidence, by Big Brother. As with the Boston Bombing, Portland Christmas Tree Plot and the Shoe Bomber Plot, etc., Big Brother has either steered and coached the alleged terrorists, or had foreknowledge of them.

In boring reality, the US has also attacked Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Pakistan and Syria. Waging war on all these Muslim countries, the US has killed millions and generated millions more in refugees. According to Big Brother, however, the US is not a most brutal and systematic assailant of Muslims, but their hapless target.

Killing Muslims and stealing their land, Israel has also painted itself as a civilized, dignified and unbelievably restrained victim of barbaric Muslim terror.

Without Israel, the US would not be killing and demonizing Muslims endlessly, nor would it suffer these terror attacks pinned on Muslims. Without Israel, not just the US but the entire world would be much more peaceful.

No one remembers the Portland case. The FBI prevented Mohamed Osman Mohamud from working in Alaska so that he could be snared into a terror plot concocted by the FBI. A bomb-loaded van, provided by the FBI, was to be detonated to kill kids celebrating Christmas around a downtown tree.

Though the FBI had recorded and filmed Mohamud extensively, it could not produce the one tape where Mohamud supposedly incriminated himself. Big Brother tells us the recorder had a malfunction at that exact moment, and we don’t keel over laughing, such is our divorce from common sense.

After the Orlando Shooting, we have preposterous testimonies by purported survivors, witnesses and relatives of victims. Angel Colon was supposedly shot once in the hand, once in the hip and three times in one leg, all from an assault rifle at close range. On top of this, Colon was supposedly dragged over broken glass so that his back and buttocks were all cut up. Just three days later, however, Colon had recovered well enough to be presented to the press to recount his ordeal in amazing detail. Though lying face down and pretending to be dead, and in a darkened room, no less, Colon could see that the gunman was aiming for his head when Colon’s hand was hit. He also witnessed the woman lying next to him being killed. This sort of eidetic recall is typical of those whose only knowledge of shootings comes from movies. Colon has also been broadcast from his hospital bed, smiling and lifting, quite casually, his supposedly shattered leg.

Supposed witness Luis Burbano claims to have seen a bullet sticking about five inches from a victim’s leg. Even unfired, a R-15 bullet is just over two inches long, Luis.

Filmed repeatedly, from the very night of the shooting, Christine Leinonen is seen making all sorts of crying sounds and faces, but without actually shedding a tear. While her son was still unaccounted for, Leinonen blubbered, “This is a club that nobody wants to be in. Please, could we do something with the assault weapons so that we could stop this club from ever getting any new members? I beg all of you, please. I want you to know about my son. When he was in high school, he started the Gay-Straight Alliance, and he won the humanitarian award to bring gays and straights together. I’ve been so proud of him for that. Please, let’s all just get along. We’re on this earth for such a short time. Let’s try to get rid of the hatred and the violence, please!”

The Huffington Post deems Leinonen’s discharge “a powerful and devastating plea for more gun control.” Less prone to cow pie, Lucius Somesuch, a commenter at Unz Review, observes, “It’s not the language of anyone’s everyday speech, nor is it anything like good literary language—it’s more like a bad MFA creative writing student’s verbiage. These ‘average’ people use impossibly bad metaphors and unbelievable figures of speech—the supposed mother above has now “joined a club,” the club of parents who have lost a child to gun violence—how does this dolt of a woman come up with this trite nonsense on her own? It is not her language, it is the language of a Bolshevik Communications Major. Undeniably bad language—and yet completely not right coming from her mouth.”

Thank you, Lucius Nonesuch. If more Americans were like you, we wouldn’t be hoodwinked endlessly by Big Brother. As is, we’re doomed.

Trump is in serious trouble with the neocons for arguing that Israel shouldn’t direct U.S. foreign policy and for calling for a serious re-evaluation of U.S wars in the Middle East, but in this writer’s paranoid imagination, Trump is a stalking horse for endless war in the Middle East.

I don't believe he's saying "Orlando was staged in a production studio and didn’t really happen." Rather (and I apologize for putting words in his mouth), I think he's saying that the words that victims and observers use to describe the experience are so unnatural, so different from how an ordinary person of average education would typically speak, that they reflect a wholesale indoctrination of our society.

When one is in front of an audience, one tends to frame issues, and otherwise parrot the talking points, as they have heard in public discourse. In the case of the Orlando shooting, most people seem to have decided immediately which corner they were in -- "homophobia," Islamic terror, gun control -- and adopted the language that has been pre-packaged by their faction.

Reality TV, in which participants are of course performing for the camera in ways they would't normally, and internet comment boards suffer from the same manipulation of messages.

The very fact your comment was published proves your arguments' invalidity.

Try to go at one of the people you are likely to trust, a NYT's editor for instance, this way and see if your comments gets "approved".

I am afraid it's people who sell lies, not people who claim truth or, in any case, sell nothing, who will fear negative comments enough to censor them.

Someone who is honest in intentions can bear even the most boorish unthoughtful insult-ridden comments at their work come public. It won't matter.
And no, there is no need for "Unz Review's Picks" in comments here.

By the way, why were you reading here and not the NYT? They love you there.

This is how Big Brother operates. He mocks any questioning of his official version.

Not sure I have much to add here, but---FWIW, our local state university police chief, a politically connected man, was fired about six weeks ago. The ostensible reason presented to the public was excessive use of gasoline credit cards. Bullpuckey. I'm a very close insider-observer of my local campus. and one real reason for this guy's discharge was that he was using unwarranted TV surveillance of faculty and staffers in an attempt to be a Mr. Big on campus, including extortion.

I'm not sure that connects with the Orlando thing, but, yeah, whatever is presented to the public is probably not the real deal.

I read your stuff because it's hilarious. Shit, I live in Woodstock, NY, where people with your wild paranoid conspiracy theories are a dime a dozen.

They also particularly love one of your favorite pre-occupations... that some drunk in a bar in Newark or drug addict in Philly tells the story of the utter downfall of middle class life in the U.S.

Of course, this kind of conflicts with the reality of my life. Every member of my extended family is well educated and employed in quite a lucrative job or retired and living the Life of Reilly.

You're broke and aimless and you like to write so much that you're willing to live in poverty to do that, so that's the proof that everything is shit.

We have a lot of those in Woodstock, too. Music biz martyrs by the dozens, too. America is going to hell because they aren't rich and famous.

"Notice how the troll put words into my mouth."

Yup, using straw men is routine tactic of the simple minded, especially the snooty ones who worship the putrid clowns at the top.

Notice how the type measures most things by material standards, then thinks it's somehow superior to the rest of us: "Of course, this kind of conflicts with the reality of my life. Every member of my extended family is well educated and employed in quite a lucrative job or retired and living the Life of Reilly."

    Note to Mr. Shouting Thomas:

I have little doubt that members of your family are well schooled, but I also doubt that they are well educated. I am also quite certain that you have no clue as to the difference. And don't think I'm saying this as a result of sour grapes because I and my extended family are well schooled and well off as well, but I've noticed that it doesn't take much material success for many people to convince themselves that they're morally superior to everyone else, and their haughtiness and naivety are as sappy as they are disgusting.

Many of the people Mr Dinh writes about show signs of being far better educated than the plastic clowns who sneer at them. Enjoy what you can while you can and keep hoping that smug fools don't get what they deserve in the end.

You think yer well educated? You don't know JS!

    Two things:

    1. “every “Muslim” terror attack on American soil has been framed and narrated”

What about Fort Hood and San Bernardino? I realize they too have been framed and narrated but they do seem to be genuine cases of Muslims attacking Americans.

    2. Mrs. Leinonen’s poor use of language.

Americans don’t love their language and don’t study the proper use of it in school anymore. Poorly constructed sentences come pouring out of American mouths and American keyboards day in and day out. It is at least possible that Leinonen was genuinely speaking her mind, and her mind was not well furnished. Cf. the appendix on Newspeak in Nineteen Eighty-Four.

  11. I think the phrase “official version,” or some variant thereof, has become something of an overused catchword among conspiracy theorists. Where are these official versions? Is there some government office somewhere dedicated to publishing, in blue book format, “official versions” of every newsworthy event in American history? If there is an official version of the Orlando attack, I certainly haven’t read it. I do not believe that these things really exist. I think perhaps that minds already predisposed to conspiratorial thinking are also by their very nature prone to imagining a monolithic phalanx of government agents and media toadies promulgating an official version of events as if it were a creed. The official version, you see, is a structural necessity of the conspiracy narrative; it serves as a McGuffin, or at any rate an antagonist, for the narrative, but is in all cases simply another part of the story.

In reality, all we actually have is a collage of news reports, eyewitness testimonies, recordings, and pronouncements from authorities (who themselves are in the position of trying to figure out what really happened). The closest thing there is to an official version would be the court record of the trial of the perpetrators, where all the evidence and testimony is collated. But even that is not perfect. Any one who wants to risk a trip down the Heideggerian rabbit hole ought to write an essay deconstructing the myth of the “official version.”

But all the same, something actually happened. It is the job of civil authorities, journalists, and historians to figure out what that something is, or at least to figure it out to the degree necessary to settle whatever human affairs need settling. The whole process could be summarized as follows:

    1. There is an objective truth.
    2. The objective truth is knowable to us, though not perfectly.
    3. We can know the objective truth well enough to deal responsibly with reality, which includes meeting out justice in the case of crimes.
    4. However, the gap of possible ignorance is wide enough to allow for much fantasization, delusion, and lying. This is the theater of conspiracy theories and politicking.

In the case of Orlando, just like the case of 9/11, I believe that if all the knowable truth were actually known, it would reveal that the government was incompetently involved in some rather shady dealings. Both the incompetence and the involvement are being assiduously covered up. The conspiracy theorists (i.e. the “Truthers”) can sense that something is being covered up but they don’t know what, so they invent preposterous stories about thermite in the buildings and whatnot. This is absolutely false. But beliefs like this exist to subserve the larger narrative that we are being lied to, which is true.

The Truthers are correct that we are being lied to by people with agendas, but they are not correct about what the agenda is and they overstate the competence of the liars. The truth requires greater philosophical minds than theirs to figure out.

“...so they invent preposterous stories about thermite in the buildings and whatnot. This is absolutely false”

You can’t prove it’s false. Why say so? What are you covering up? You’re inability to consider what is just as likely true as not is so typical of the reactively but carefully planned manipulation of the masses mind-think. Why do you say they (CT’s) don’t know what is being covered up. You contradict yourself by explaining what they actually know and have provided testimony supporting what they know. It’s all a theory but it explains more than the Awe Shucks explanations of the attacks. I have a theory that everyone in government and in the United States knew damn well that Iraq had no WMD’s and no way of delivering them to us across thousands of miles of air. But since Bush said so, and Colin Powell showed a vial of Johnson's Baby Powder and Wolf Blitzer had a hernia reporting it, you and millions of people believed it. It didn't’ take a great philosophical mind to figure that out. Just common sense. By the way, some of the hijackers who couldn’t actually fly jetliners, did a remarkable job that day, don’t you think?

Thanks I.D, that's a great summary of the problems of "public truth".
May I just say that it is possible that "Truthers" of various extremes may, by accident even, be correct ? Take the thermite example you raise: ALL the official explanations of WTC7 are dubious-- at least thermite is within the bounds of science AND it's not (completely) outside the bounds of social possibility.
I guess what I'm trying to say is (old cliche) just b/c you're paranoid doesn't mean that they're not out to get you....

That would be NATO 5.56 (0.223 in in diameter). Yes, it’s not going to “stick out”, it will have ripped the leg apart, then wandered off to impact or pass through the nearest wall.

I haven’t followed the Orlando shooting he said/she said at all, but I can say that people say crazy stuff after traumatizing events occur. They basically make up a movie in their head, need not be real. First responders know the drill and keep the affected person away from cameras. Journalists, being the sharks out for a quick soundbite, do not.

No one leaves a story as they find it. Moreover, ordinary people act and speak strangely when in front of camera, and some make things up. Finally Journalism is the most competitive occupation there is outside of Hollywood, and the reporters will make things up or spice them up.

Remember the Indian bus rape murder . A young woman had her intestines ripped out through her vagina, you could not make that up and if you read in in s book you’r swear in real life it couldn’t happen. The Austrian keeping his daughter in the cellar for several years and having children with her is another one .

I know a few people that have been close to sensational cases, and with their inside knowledge of what happened they said the reports in the media events were mindbogglingly inaccurate. When all is said and done, media hyperbole, bad taste and falsification of quotes is exactly what to expect will happen to a story.

  16. Is there any way I can thank James F Tracy for all this fun? I suppose I should really thank Mark Lane but he’s dead (wonder why he didn’t write a book about that death, you’d think he’d be interested…)

I seems from now on whenever there’s a mass shooting or killing in the US (don’t know the minimum number of deaths) Unz.com is going to break out in a sweat. Minor problem-this won’t affect in any way the actual killings themselves. Oh well.

This writer of this article is a serious nutjob. Total disconnect from reality. Unz has all kinds.

Trump is in serious trouble with the neocons for arguing that Israel shouldn't direct U.S. foreign policy and for calling for a serious re-evaluation of U.S wars in the Middle East, but in this writer's paranoid imagination, Trump is a stalking horse for endless war in the Middle East.

This nutjob writer seems to have even fallen for the "Orlando was staged in a production studio and didn't really happen" trope.

    What a stinker!

I don’t believe he’s saying “Orlando was staged in a production studio and didn’t really happen.” Rather (and I apologize for putting words in his mouth), I think he’s saying that the words that victims and observers use to describe the experience are so unnatural, so different from how an ordinary person of average education would typically speak, that they reflect a wholesale indoctrination of our society.

When one is in front of an audience, one tends to frame issues, and otherwise parrot the talking points, as they have heard in public discourse. In the case of the Orlando shooting, most people seem to have decided immediately which corner they were in — “homophobia,” Islamic terror, gun control — and adopted the language that has been pre-packaged by their faction.

Reality TV, in which participants are of course performing for the camera in ways they would’t normally, and internet comment boards suffer from the same manipulation of messages.

So many pundits, news transcribers (some call journalists) and Liberal whitewashers dance around the issue of actually saying the word “Israel”. (Add one of my favs from UNZ, Pat Buchanan to the list.) Everyone knows Israel is the reason there is war in the Middle
East. That is a direct quote from Eric Cartman on South Park. But it’s true. I suspect Shouting Thomas is an aipac troll, one who hates what her reads on UNZ, has oodles of unlimited happiness from his and his families middle class cultivated snob gardens but for some reason rather than wasting his time reading about self congratulatory handjobs from Wall Street Journal and The New Yorker, he rails on one of the greatest american writers since Studs Terkel. (LD, you can send a check of any amount.) The truth is, Orlando was manufactured and either allowed to happen, or not. It doesn’t matter in the same way it doesn’t matter that many of the supposed 911 hijackers were subject of interest known to those who’s job it is to know. It’s all a charade. Nothing is as real as the interview of the woman who claims she was huddled around an exit point pushing on the door as one or two bulking “soldier like” looking men outside were holding the doors closed and telling them (they could see through a window) to stay inside for their own safety. Yeah, got it. That tidbit of reality never got repeated in CNN. No one investigated. No one cares.

A young woman had her intestines ripped out through her vagina, you could not make that up and if you read in in s book you'r swear in real life it couldn't happen.

The again, sometimes, such as during and after 911, the interviews you speak of are actually staged and performed by actors.

I think the phrase "official version," or some variant thereof, has become something of an overused catchword among conspiracy theorists. Where are these official versions? Is there some government office somewhere dedicated to publishing, in blue book format, "official versions" of every newsworthy event in American history? If there is an official version of the Orlando attack, I certainly haven't read it.

Any one who wants to risk a trip down the Heideggerian rabbit hole ought to write an essay deconstructing the myth of the "official version."

The conspiracy theorists (i.e. the "Truthers") can sense that something is being covered up but they don't know what, so they invent preposterous stories about thermite in the buildings and whatnot.

“…so they invent preposterous stories about thermite in the buildings and whatnot.

But since Bush said so, and Colin Powell showed a vial of Johnson’s Baby Powder and Wolf Blitzer had a hernia reporting it, you and millions of people believed it. It didn’t’ take a great philosophical mind to figure that out. Just common sense. By the way, some of the hijackers who couldn’t actually fly jetliners, did a remarkable job that day, don’t you think?

Try to go at one of the people you are likely to trust, a NYT’s editor for instance, this way and see if your comments gets “approved”.

I am afraid it’s people who sell lies, not people who claim truth or, in any case, sell nothing, who will fear negative comments enough to censor them.

Someone who is honest in intentions can bear even the most boorish unthoughtful insult-ridden comments at their work come public. It won’t matter.

Civilians, not least non-rational actors like journalists and Congressmen, tend to have a distorted view of the military. They assume that the phrase ‘military efficiency’ is an oxymoron, like ‘smart Democrat’. One thing the military do really well however, is paperwork, not least in peacetime.

Trump has called for a dramatic restatement of U.S. foreign policy, in essence, disavowing permanent war in the pursuit of “building democracies.”

He has not, as the author of this essay mistakenly claims, vilified Muslims for the sake of waging war.

“In boring reality, the US has also attacked Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Pakistan and Syria. ”

Author has forgotten to notice boring reality that BEFORE wars in Middle East and Norh Africa US and her NATO attacked Orthodox Christians in Europe, i.e. former Yugoslavia. First by siding with Moslems and Roman Catholics (Croats) vs. Serbs, after by bombing of Serbia and Montenegro (FR Yugoslavia) on behalf of Albanians (Moslems and Roman Catholics) in province of Kosovo and Metochia (“Kosovo”). That action of Biden/Clinton gang made Yevgenii Primakov, than Russian minister of foreign affairs, to turn his plane, heading to Washinton, D.C, back to Moscow.
    Y. Primakov, by chance, was protector and teacher of then less known V.V. Putin, also leader of “siloviki”, i.e. security services and Russian, let’s call that way, “deep state”.

He has also forgotten boring reality that Biden, at time of destruction of SFR Yugoslavia, was Congress majority leader, and that he is the one, now in capacity of Vice President of USA, that runs similar show in Ukraine, turning Orthodox Christians against each other.

What is interesting in both cases, and American public as usual fails to notice, USA support those who were on Nazi side in WW2: radical Croats (Jasenovac death camp), radical Bosnian Moslems (Hanjar SS division), radical Albanians (Skenderbeg SS division), Banderites in Ukraine.

There is a key to present crisis with Russia: John Biden. And key to the present crisis in Middle East is, obviously, Clinton. Less known is that she and M. Albright insisted on bombing of Serbia what Bill, caught with his pants down and busy inventing lies to Congress, Senate and public, readily accepted.

Obama took them both in his first mandate, amused himself with Obamacare, while they took over foreign policy, continuing Bush neocon drive in MENA.

They have missed to understand, American pundits and public too, importance of timing of Putin’s 2007 Munich speech, and his own words that bombing of FR Yugoslavia was turning point for Russia. So, listen or read again his Crimea speech and connect the dots with Kosovo right to Biden/Clinton gang. (“And once we put our hands on riches of Crimea …” A. Hitler, H.T. Roper, “Hitler’s Table Talk”, London, 1954.)

    So go on, vote Clinton.

So his method preceded neocon's 9/11 by 2 years and 6 days. After he cleaned up Russia he was still weak or lacked confidence. Still in 2012 during Libya he did nothing. He slept at the switch. Though later he watched the video of Gadaffi's brutal killing several times and supposedly that was the real turning point. That's why he went to Syria.

    “Big Brother’s Virtual Reality”

    Nice essay full of highlights.

Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders, for example, both speak for Big Brother. While Clinton compares Vladimir Putin to Adolf Hitler, Sanders states, “To temper Russian aggression, we must freeze Russian government assets all over the world, and encourage international corporations with huge investments in Russia to divest from that nation’s increasingly hostile political aims.

    And:

Killing Muslims and stealing their land, Israel has also painted itself as a civilized, dignified and unbelievably restrained victim of barbaric Muslim terror.

The Electoral Circus is the current Key misdirection of “Big Brother’s Virtual Reality.” Casino Trump might be the question, but he definitely is not the answer.

We need to restore our Democratic Republic, which was assassinated, along with our last Constitutional President, John F. Kennedy, on November 22, 1963. The revolutionary act of Restoration would enable us to free ourselves from Big Brother’s control, and enter the vibrant Reality that is not virtual, but as real as Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

    Hi Jacues Sheete,

Notice how the troll put words into my mouth. I never said, “Orlando was staged in a production studio and didn’t really happen.” I'm saying what happened is not anything like the farcical story we're being presented with. This is how Big Brother operates. He mocks any questioning of his official version.

I don't claim to know exactly what happened. I'm pointing out some of the many holes in this story.

    Linh

“Notice how the troll put words into my mouth.”

Yup, using straw men is routine tactic of the simple minded, especially the snooty ones who worship the putrid clowns at the top.

Notice how the type measures most things by material standards, then thinks it’s somehow superior to the rest of us: “Of course, this kind of conflicts with the reality of my life. Every member of my extended family is well educated and employed in quite a lucrative job or retired and living the Life of Reilly.”

    Note to Mr. Shouting Thomas:

I have little doubt that members of your family are well schooled, but I also doubt that they are well educated. I am also quite certain that you have no clue as to the difference. And don’t think I’m saying this as a result of sour grapes because I and my extended family are well schooled and well off as well, but I’ve noticed that it doesn’t take much material success for many people to convince themselves that they’re morally superior to everyone else, and their haughtiness and naivety are as sappy as they are disgusting.

Many of the people Mr Dinh writes about show signs of being far better educated than the plastic clowns who sneer at them. Enjoy what you can while you can and keep hoping that smug fools don’t get what they deserve in the end.

You think yer well educated? You don’t know JS!

Dinh would indeed be stretching reality were he to claim that all this policy-connected terror is staged. But that’s not his intention and that’s not what he’s doing. Dinh’s just sounding an alarm. He sees false piety (and outright manipulation) on virtually all matters involving Zio-America’s destructive role in the Middle East. The Zionist-as-victim meme is a fraud. He understands this. Dinh’s cynicism is therefore well-placed. America’s ‘marketplace of ideas’ is a rigged trading zone. It’s time to wake up.

Dinh gets the Big Picture. That’s what matters. He correctly rejects the popular view that pretends to comprehend the genesis of anti-Western resistance. “They hate us for our freedoms”. That’s 100% kosher baloney.

Dinh penetrates this vain hysteria succinctly:

“In boring reality, the US has also attacked Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Pakistan and Syria.

Without Israel, not just the US but the entire world would be much more peaceful.”

That captures it perfectly. In a nutshell, Dinh rolls out the hard and ugly truth behind Zio-America’s wild and reckless foray through the Middle East. And if what Dinh says is true (and it is) then his contrarian analysis is an bombshell (which it also is.)

Are Zionized Americans living a big, fat, enormous lie? Of course they are.

    How could this be?

The proles are taking their cues from political and intellectual figures who are themselves compromised. Elite America speaks with a forked tongue. It’s part of their job. Plus there’s the matter of taboos. Violate them and face oblivion. So why bother? Go with the flow and collect your paycheck. This is how America rolls.

The contrived and synthetic narrative that’s merchandised as ‘news’ is absorbed by well-meaning spam-heads and interpreted as fact.

Which candidate will transform America this election cycle?

Will it be Candidate ‘A’ or will it be Candidate ‘B’? Which one!? (Neither)

Yes, it’s an empty spectacle on many levels. Countless big deals are made behind closed doors. That’s where the money changes hands. But if you want to fathom who actually runs America, find the projects and policies that are not subject to reform or revision.

Dinh understands that the hoax which justifies Zio-America’s righteousness and indispensability has given the world a roving, pro-democracy Jihad. ‘Nation-building’ and the War on Terror have become preposterous euphemisms for naked aggression. But these lies are working. Political morality has been turned on its head.

Thus, not only are all of America’s presidential candidates on board with the canard of superpower-as-victim, but so also are our elite news professionals. Just don’t call it a ‘conspiracy’! (Even when the shoe fits.)

Living a lie however puts us deep into zombie-land. Dinh gets this. So what if he speculates a bit on the murky details of a terror incident? False flag ops do happen. And Americans are constantly being fooled. So watch out.

With that in mind, it’s not unreasonable to believe that many eruptions are being orchestrated. Who knows for sure? Are the good guys from Washington really so virtuous? Not!

For instance, under the guise of ‘nation building’, US and NATO and Zionist forces have caused more death and ruin than Saddam, Khadafy, ISIL, Hamas and Al Queda combined. The number of victims is not even close. Besides, it’s not our turf anyway. It’s not our fight. We have no legitimate mandate to interfere and drop bombs.

None of this matters to Global Washington however.

Not only is Wall St. Hillary totally on board with Zio-Washington’s ongoing criminality, even ‘America First’ Trump is carrying water for our Zionist overlords. That’s the price that ambitious US politician pay in order to reach the top. But since it’s taboo to critique this process–and suicide to openly oppose it–few do.

Candidate Trump–who may yet re-rediscover the appropriateness of US ‘neutrality’ in the Middle East– has decided now that its necessary throw Palestinians (and Americans) overboard in order to curry favor with Israel’s vast US-based wing. But this will surely produce more blowback (‘terrorism’).

Trump has pledged that, as President, he will not only happily fund Israel’s ongoing expansion into Palestine, but will allow Israel to dictate the terms of peace with its weak, tormented subjects. America First? Ha! One cannot serve two masters.

Even billionaire bomb-thrower Trump doesn’t dare challenge the entrenched pecking order in Official Washington. His political calculation speaks volumes about real power in America.

Dinh gets this. He spells it out. He speaks truth to the Zionist power. Thank you, Mr. Dinh, for another penetrating article.

It should just be called virtuality. ‘Virtual reality’ is both redundant and misleading.
Redundant because virtuality is inherently an imitation of reality. Also, associating ‘virtual’ with ‘reality’ gives the impression that what is being experienced is a kind of reality.

But then, such associations are powerful because the human mind is essentially associative. It’s like Pavlov’s experiment with the dog whereby the dog comes to associate the bell with food.

This is how the homo agenda got so far. Homomania would have been impossible if not for its associative tricks and sleights-of-hand. After all, what is homosexuality about? It is about men sticking their penises into the poop-holes of other men. It is about fecal penetration. It is gross and ewwww. Lesbian stuff isn’t physically gross and filthy but it’s ridiculous, with its silly antics of hole having ‘sex’ with another hole. Also, many lesbians are ugly as hell though not all are.
And what is trans-genderism or transvestitism or transsexualism? (These labels keep changing.) Trannies are into having their healthy sexual appendages chopped off and replaced with fake organs of the opposite sex. It is gross. Just do google-image search on trans surgery. It is sick and putrid, a total perversion of medicine.

BUT, so many people got fooled into worshiping homomania because of the associative power of media and propaganda. They associated homosexuality and tranny stuff with ‘rainbow’ colors, clean-cut characters in TV sitcoms, and sun-kissed images of the homo flag in news story after story.

Homo agenda was associated with ‘love’, ‘equality’, ‘family values’, and even ‘conservative values’(like in the cucked out National Review). (If love redeems everything, why not celebrate adultery, polygamy, and incest? All three can involve genuine love among all involved.) For the bohemian types, homos were cool for their deviancy and subversion. But the homo agenda needed to win over the mainstream. And they took a page out of Saul Alinsky’s RULES FOR RADICALS. They dressed homosexuality into the semblance of ‘new normal’ and ‘middle class’.
Fruitcake was made into white-bread. Homos were associated with green suburban lawns.
The mass public was also won over to homo deviancy because Hollywood, MTV, and even education promoted cultural deviancy as the fun and healthy among the normal masses. So, we now see so many normal straight people with ugly tattoos and piercings. Since normal straight people are into such deviancy, why would they judge homos and other sexual deviants and freaks? Freakery is now the New Normal for everyone. The trashy narcissism of ugliness. The media no longer promote stuff like the Waltons. Instead, we Lena Dunham and shows that promote teenage sex and even adultery as fun and cool.

If people were to see homosexuality and tranny-stuff for what such stuff really are — fecal penetration among men and cutting off dicks to get fake poons — , they would have been content with stopping at tolerance for homos. But because homos were associated with fun, color, holiness, clean-cut-ness, ‘rainbow’, and sun-drenched images(more like advertising than journalism), many people came to worship the homos as the best of what America is all about. The new Americana is Homo-Trannicana. It’s Pax Homorica.
People are now so swept up in holy homomania that they are willing to support a New Cold War with Russia because Putin, as ‘new hitler’, won’t allow massive homo parades on Red Square. Germans failed to invade Russia, but Jewish globalists seek to gain control of the Russian soul by using their homo-imperialist proxies. (Notice how Jews and homos try to associate anyone they don’t like with Hitler. But then, neocons have been calling people ‘Hitler’ left and right to destroy them. And of course, Netanyahu associated Iran’s non-existent nuclear arms program with the ‘holocaust’.)

Anyway, we need to be alert to the associative power of the mind.
After all, language itself works purely according to the dynamics of association. No word is the actual thing it describes. If there were a factual relation between word and object, then all cultures would have the same word for the object. But in truth, all words are arbitrary. Any word can mean anything. It all depends on how that word/sound is associated with a certain object. Take a word like ‘shit’. ‘Shit’ isn’t actual shit. Indeed, different cultures have different words for shit. But because we’ve been raised in a culture that associates ‘shit’ with shit, the word ‘shit’ conjures up images of poop. But suppose in another culture, ‘shit’ is associated with beautiful clouds. Then, the word ‘shit’ will be poetic stuff in that culture. So, the meaning of ‘shit’ is totally different between our culture and the other hypothetical culture.
Or take the word ‘beauty’. To us, it means something that is beautiful. But in another culture, the sound ‘beauty’ could mean shit or vomit. Its associative power would be totally different for that culture.

This is why words in another culture is often funny to us. It means one thing to them but sounds like something else to us.

    https://www.thrillist.com/travel/nation/foreign-words-that-sound-funny-in-english-thrillist-nation

Words are supposed to be mere tools of communication, but their emotional impact goes much further. When we hear a word, we don’t dryly think it’s just a symbol for communication but take it as reality itself even though it only represents something that has no real name. (Everything has to be named by us.)

So, what does this tell us about how our minds work?

If our minds come to associate ‘shit’ with the real thing — as if ‘shit’ really is shit — , then our minds can be made to associate anything with anything.

And this is how Jews play the game. They trick us with associative mind games.
    Just listen to Barbara Spectre:

She is very clever Jewess. Notice how she associates ‘multiculturalism’ and ‘diversity’ with ‘survival’.
Now, to any sane person, Europe can survive as Europe only by protecting its borders against non-European invasion. After all, name one civilization that survived by being invaded by others. Europe can only survive as Europe with Europeans.
The foreign tide poses a threat to Europe.

But the clever Jewess Spectre says Europe must go into ‘multicultural mode’ in order to ‘survive’. She associates what will destroy Europe with the ‘survival’ of Europe.

Furthermore, Jews can get away with such lies because Holocaustianity has associated Jews with nobility, holiness, and wisdom. So, when a Jew(with such elevated association) comes to speak, Europeans listen not with critical skepticism but worshipful devotion. They are under a kind of hypnosis or hypnowicz.

As Europeans listen uncritically and admiringly, the clever Jewess associates ‘survival’ with ‘multi-culturalism’, the very thing that most threatens the REAL SURVIVAL of Europe. She works like a medical quack associating what is harmful with what is said to be helpful.

So, the brainwashed Europeans come to believe that they can ONLY SURVIVE BY HAVING NON-EUROPEANS INVADE THEM. After all, the wise Jewess Spectre associated ‘survival’ with ‘multi-culturalism’.

And of course, Jews have also associated ‘whiteness’ with ‘genocide’, ‘Nazism’, and all the evils in the world. Also, whiteness has been associated with ‘white bread’, thereby implying that whites are bland and generic and have no culture and identity of their own.
So, in order for whites to be redeemed and gain character/color, they must be invaded by non-whites and racially mix with them.

And of course, there is the zinger word ‘racism’ that is associated with whites.

But the very word ‘racism’ is a dirty associative trick because it associates the mere belief in race and racial identity with ‘white supremacism’ and ‘Nazism’ and ‘Holocaust’.
Ism means belief or consciousness, but Jews have associated belief in race among whites with extreme far-right white supremacism. This is why so many whites are afraid to harbor even the slightest racial consciousness. The perverse use of the term ‘racism’ demands that whites must have ZERO identity because even the slightest white racial consciousness is said to be ‘racist’, a term associated with the Holocaust.

Of course, such castrated whites do indeed become bland, generic, and ‘nice’ because they are careful not to ‘offend’ anyone(not even micro-aggressively). But then, such ‘nice’ whites are then mocked for their white-bread bland generic-ness.

It’s damned if you do, damned if you don’t if you’re white.
If you are white and proud, you are ‘racist’ and ‘Nazi’.
But if you surrender white identity and go into ‘nice’ cuck-mode, you are mocked and ridiculed as generic, white-bread, and colorless.

If you have identity, you’re a Nazi. If you have no identity, you’re a ‘white bread white boy’.

It is about time white folks fought back with their own War of Association. Associate Jewish Power with all the horrible things Jews have done. Associate homos with images of fecal penetration and cut off tranny dicks and balls. Associate blacks with black rampage and crime.

Dinh would indeed be stretching reality were he to claim that all this policy-connected terror is staged. But that's not his intention and that's not what he's doing. Dinh's just sounding an alarm. He sees false piety (and outright manipulation) on virtually all matters involving Zio-America's destructive role in the Middle East. The Zionist-as-victim meme is a fraud. He understands this. Dinh's cynicism is therefore well-placed. America's 'marketplace of ideas' is a rigged trading zone. It's time to wake up.

Dinh gets the Big Picture. That's what matters. He correctly rejects the popular view that pretends to comprehend the genesis of anti-Western resistance. "They hate us for our freedoms". That's 100% kosher baloney.

Dinh penetrates this vain hysteria succinctly:

"In boring reality, the US has also attacked Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Pakistan and Syria.

Without Israel, not just the US but the entire world would be much more peaceful."

That captures it perfectly. In a nutshell, Dinh rolls out the hard and ugly truth behind Zio-America's wild and reckless foray through the Middle East.

It's part of their job. Plus there's the matter of taboos. Violate them and face oblivion. So why bother? Go with the flow and collect your paycheck. This is how America rolls.

The contrived and synthetic narrative that's merchandised as 'news' is absorbed by well-meaning spam-heads and interpreted as fact.

Which candidate will transform America this election cycle?

Will it be Candidate 'A' or will it be Candidate 'B'? Which one!? (Neither)

Yes, it's an empty spectacle on many levels. Countless big deals are made behind closed doors. That's where the money changes hands. But if you want to fathom who actually runs America, find the projects and policies that are not subject to reform or revision.

Dinh understands that the hoax which justifies Zio-America's righteousness and indispensability has given the world a roving, pro-democracy Jihad. 'Nation-building' and the War on Terror have become preposterous euphemisms for naked aggression. But these lies are working. Political morality has been turned on its head.

Thus, not only are all of America's presidential candidates on board with the canard of superpower-as-victim, but so also are our elite news professionals. Just don't call it a 'conspiracy'! (Even when the shoe fits.)

Living a lie however puts us deep into zombie-land. Dinh gets this. So what if he speculates a bit on the murky details of a terror incident? False flag ops do happen. And Americans are constantly being fooled. So watch out.

With that in mind, it's not unreasonable to believe that many eruptions are being orchestrated. Who knows for sure? Are the good guys from Washington really so virtuous? Not!

For instance, under the guise of 'nation building', US and NATO and Zionist forces have caused more death and ruin than Saddam, Khadafy, ISIL, Hamas and Al Queda combined. The number of victims is not even close. Besides, it's not our turf anyway. It's not our fight. We have no legitimate mandate to interfere and drop bombs.

None of this matters to Global Washington however.

Not only is Wall St. Hillary totally on board with Zio-Washington's ongoing criminality, even 'America First' Trump is carrying water for our Zionist overlords. That's the price that ambitious US politician pay in order to reach the top. But since it's taboo to critique this process--and suicide to openly oppose it--few do.

Candidate Trump--who may yet re-rediscover the appropriateness of US 'neutrality' in the Middle East-- has decided now that its necessary throw Palestinians (and Americans) overboard in order to curry favor with Israel's vast US-based wing. But this will surely produce more blowback ('terrorism').

Trump has pledged that, as President, he will not only happily fund Israel's ongoing expansion into Palestine, but will allow Israel to dictate the terms of peace with its weak, tormented subjects. America First? Ha! One cannot serve two masters.

Even billionaire bomb-thrower Trump doesn't dare challenge the entrenched pecking order in Official Washington. His political calculation speaks volumes about real power in America.

Dinh gets this. He spells it out. He speaks truth to the Zionist power. Thank you, Mr. Dinh, for another penetrating article.

And thank you as well for one helluva fine comment! Bravo!

"In boring reality, the US has also attacked Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Pakistan and Syria. "

Author has forgotten to notice boring reality that BEFORE wars in Middle East and Norh Africa US and her NATO attacked Orthodox Christians in Europe, i.e. former Yugoslavia. First by siding with Moslems and Roman Catholics (Croats) vs. Serbs, after by bombing of Serbia and Montenegro (FR Yugoslavia) on behalf of Albanians (Moslems and Roman Catholics) in province of Kosovo and Metochia ("Kosovo"). That action of Biden/Clinton gang made Yevgenii Primakov, than Russian minister of foreign affairs, to turn his plane, heading to Washinton, D.C, back to Moscow.
    Y. Primakov, by chance, was protector and teacher of then less known V.V. Putin, also leader of "siloviki", i.e. security services and Russian, let's call that way, "deep state".

They have missed to understand, American pundits and public too, importance of timing of Putin's 2007 Munich speech, and his own words that bombing of FR Yugoslavia was turning point for Russia. So, listen or read again his Crimea speech and connect the dots with Kosovo right to Biden/Clinton gang. ("And once we put our hands on riches of Crimea ..." A. Hitler, H.T. Roper, "Hitler's Table Talk", London, 1954.)

    So go on, vote Clinton.

“They have missed to understand, American pundits and public too, importance of timing of Putin’s 2007 Munich speech, and his own words that bombing of FR Yugoslavia was turning point for Russia. ” – Putin had a long road for him but he was a trailblazer. He started 2nd war in Chechna after brutal false flag apartment bombings in several places in Russia. So his method preceded neocon’s 9/11 by 2 years and 6 days. After he cleaned up Russia he was still weak or lacked confidence. Still in 2012 during Libya he did nothing. He slept at the switch. Though later he watched the video of Gadaffi’s brutal killing several times and supposedly that was the real turning point. That’s why he went to Syria.

You're missing the point. I was not discussing Putin, but J. Biden rather than Clintons. Haven't seen any counterargument to my point. I will use this opportunity to ask you to pay your attention on human rights situation of Russians in Baltic states: last accident is that European Court supported Latvian ban on Russian names for children. For example: Anreii has to be Andreiis. We are talking about elementary minority rights, pure basics. And US of Biden Democrats which support all the imaginable rights here at Balkans, also in Europe, (but not in Saudi Arabia where they chop heads like ISIS does, in public, at main crossroads) keeps mum. When minority rights of Orthodox Christians are in danger somewhere - Craotia for example, Syria included - they do not give a damn.

Duty of each European nation or state is to protect rights of its minorities. Isn't support for such a policy of minor NATO allies obvious provocation, like in Ukraine? Instead of more troops there, defenseless and helpless in case of war, Obama should call Riga and tell them to stop provoking trouble and give to a minority, Russian in this case, due rights. Who provokes whom there?

And Chechenia: after dissolution of federation of USSR that was attempt to dissolve Russian federation. It is so natural that Russia didn't let it happen: it very existence was questioned that way.

Libya? You've forgotten that Medvedev was RF president at the time, Putin prime minister. UNSC Resolution 1973. which he accepted was about no-fly zone, not aerial support to rebels. (Now you can understand why, among other reasons, Russia entered Syria. It was, again, all about no-fly zone, public was prepared with "barrel bombs campaign".) By the way, politics and power in Russia is not all Putin, Putin, Putin - it is much more complicated. Read some Stephen Cohen or at least Sakker's analysis here on Unz.

And Libya happened AFTER M. al Gaddafi gave away his chemical weapons in exchange for security guarantees. Once he wanted to be a good player, and what did he get? "We came, we saw, he died" as H. Clinton famously said. What N. Corea and Iran have learned? And, more important, what Russia have learned? Putin was back to presidency to stay, I can bet on this one, for another seven years. I can only suppose that there is secret part of Iran deal in which China and Russia are obliged to protect Iran, since after Libya nobody sane can trust US any longer.

As I'm not supposed to paste links here, here you have titles of important, crucial documents: Barack Obama, David Cameron, and Nicolas Sarkozy, Libya's pathway to peace, International Herald Tribune, April 15, 2011, (also Sarkozy, Obama, Cameron: «Kadhafi doit partir», Le Figaro, 15/04/2011). Saif al Gaddafi interview to WP: An interview with Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, son of the Libyan leader, The Washington post, April 17, 2011

I guess, it will be enough: these are primary sources, not MSM BS. There you'll see nothing, but nothing else than pure hubris of Hillary R. Clinton, since Obama himself ("Atlantic interview") said that it was all her war,

    So vote Clinton.

  40. @Intelligent Dasein

Any one who wants to risk a trip down the Heideggerian rabbit hole ought to write an essay deconstructing the myth of the "official version."

The conspiracy theorists (i.e. the "Truthers") can sense that something is being covered up but they don't know what, so they invent preposterous stories about thermite in the buildings and whatnot.

Thanks I.D, that’s a great summary of the problems of “public truth”.
May I just say that it is possible that “Truthers” of various extremes may, by accident even, be correct ? Take the thermite example you raise: ALL the official explanations of WTC7 are dubious– at least thermite is within the bounds of science AND it’s not (completely) outside the bounds of social possibility.
I guess what I’m trying to say is (old cliche) just b/c you’re paranoid doesn’t mean that they’re not out to get you….

They love you there.

hahahaha! right on! This individual completely fits in he narrative,

Civilians, not least non-rational actors like journalists and Congressmen, tend to have a distorted view of the military. They assume that the phrase ‘military efficiency’ is an oxymoron, like ‘smart Democrat’. One thing the military do really well however, is paperwork, not least in peacetime.

hahaha, I found this to be really, really funny!

could be a democrat, who knows.
