From The Root, the online black magazine owned by Hillary financier Haim Saban’s Univision:

The 5 Types of ‘Becky’

Michael Harriot
8/29/17 3:10pm Filed to: BECKY

… Not all white women are Beckys, but all Beckys are white women. … And after much discussion, our experts came up with five subgroups into which all Beckys can be categorized.

Rebecca

This is the standard, off-the shelf Becky with no adornments, around whom the entire world revolves. When “alt-righters” recite the 14 words, “Because the beauty of the white Aryan woman must not perish from the earth,” this is about whom they are talking. This is for whom they made Forever 21. This is for whom they make Pantene hair conditioner. This is for whom they made America.

… She begins every sentence with “Well, actually … ” She hates the term “Becky.”

Identifying call: “Well, actually, my name is Rebecca.”

Famous Rebeccas: Taylor Swift; Megyn Kelly; the girl in your study group who makes an A while doing none of the work.

Becca

The most innocent of all Beckys, she volunteers at the local Boys & Girls Club teaching underprivileged youths. She voted for Barack Obama. She wears a safety pin and has a Black Lives Matter T-shirt. One of Becca’s best friends is black. She is an “ally.” Did I mention she voted for Barack Obama? …

Identifying call: “I voted for Barack Obama. Twice.”

Famous Beccas: Hillary Clinton; Katy Perry; white women who work at “nonprofits.”

Beckeisha

Part of the privilege of Beckydom rests in its members’ unflagging belief that everything belongs to them. For this subset of Beckys, culture, history and black penis are all disposable commodities for them to use and discard at their whim. …

Identifying call: “I dated a black guy in college.”

Famous Beckeishas: Anyone with the last name “Kardashian”; Miley Cyrus; Rachel Dolezal; white girls who twerk.

Reba

Reba believes in equality. Reba is a feminist. Reba is “woke.”

Reba believes in a woman’s right to choose and wore a pink pussy hat to the Women’s March, but Reba believes all lives matter. …

Identifying call: “Not all white women … ”

Famous Rebas: Amy Schumer; Lena Dunham; Jezebel readers.

  4. This type of vitriol should be encouraged. The more unwelcome white women feel in the modern left wing media landscape the better.

I think that we will get the "Five types of Shaniquas" long before we get the "Five types of Esthers".

E.g. The Golda. For when the standard Jewish names are not enough, your parents have to Precious Metalically Jewify it to the point where no one can possibly consider that the name could be Gentile. And only out of filial piety you don't change your last name to Cohen.
    , @Yan Shen

Suppose you were a white person with a deep-seated dislike for black people, and you were intent on training your son to feel the same way. Suppose that, day after day, week after week, you instructed him to study the details of every instance of black-on-white crime. Say you advised your son to extrapolate from these incidents the notion that black people are generally dangerous, and that your zeal to present him with disturbing anecdotes along these lines never waned.

You would be wrong, in just about every possible way: statistically, sociologically, morally. You would be doing your son a gross and damaging disservice. For yourself you would invite, and earn, broad contempt. If your opinions became publicly known, you might well find yourself unwelcome in polite company and your job at risk. Indeed, the National Review contributor John Derbyshire was fired for expressing such sentiments in a blog post three years ago.

And yet for harboring roughly the same level of suspicion, fear, mistrust, distaste, and unease about whites as Derbyshire does about blacks, the essayist and blogger Ta-Nehisi Coates has found himself crowned America’s leading civic thinker.

Yeah this point was well noted by another columnist online. While the black John Derbyshire gets crowned America's leading civic thinker for obsessing over whites, the white Ta-Nehisi Coates gets called out on for obsessing over blacks.

In Britain today, he would probably face prosecution if reported to the police.
    , @International Jew
When it comes to hate, there seems to be some sort of universal conservation principle — Conservation of Hate. So the more carefully whites have to be tippy-toeing around what they can say about blacks, the more aggressive blacks get to be about what they say about whites.

And much as you'd like to blame "the likes of Haim Saban", Minnesota Lutherans and New England Episcopalians are way worse.
    , @Rosamond Vincy
A black woman named Shahrazad Ali DID do it back in the '80s. She escaped tar-and-feathers after The Blackman's Guide to Understanding the Blackwoman came out, but black women were calling her a race and gender traitor, self-hating black, Aunt Thomasina, etc.
(Meanwhile, black men were coming up to her in the street and THANKING her.)

  7. I hate to say it but hopefully a lot of tenured academics, national journalists and Washington think-tankers will be called Beckys early and often. The only way for this to be considered “problematic” is if it becomes a problem for the social circle that appears on CNN and MSNBC. As an aside, the two demographics most likely to date outside their race are asian women and black men. Unsuprisingly, the two demographics then most opposed to race-mixing are asian men and black women.

    "Unsuprisingly, ..."

    Unsurprising to whom?

As a white male, I find it incredible that Asian women (I'm talking about East Asian women, not whatever someone in England might think of when they hear the word "Asian") would be the most likely to date outside their race without horrific doses of delusional narcissism (either that or desperation to escape their homelands and co-ethnics).

I want to know on what evidence derived from what context you have based your claim that Asian women are the most likely to date outside their race. I presume that you have merely parroted some figures reported by a certain dating website used mainly or exclusively by people in the USA.

Nobody wants to live this mortal life on this fallen earth forever. Sad for his wife, though, he was apparently a fun guy to be around, and anybody who had the pleasure to know him will miss him, from what I have heard. I heard he died in his sleep - which, if my medical and spiritual knowledge is correct, means, if you are a good person who loves the Lord, you are sleeping and your heart gives out - there is really no other organ that can go bad while you are sleeping to such an extent and so quickly as to kill you in moments - well, your heart goes out, waking you up - seriously, that sort of thing would wake anybody up - and, God willing, you have time to reflect on the goodness of the Lord and all the gifts you have been given. Well, read the Bible like Jerry did, pray to God like he did. He set a good example in many ways. Forget the Rest in Peace: instead, Rejoice in Eternity.

Though I suspect a good many might realize just what a mean-spirited insult this is, given the extent to which so many white feminists have so clearly and enthusiastically chosen team everybody-against-white-men. It is enjoyable watching the Jezebel crowd, who were called out by name, degrading themselves in the process, however.

SJWs always double down. Somebody had that as a rule in some book.

"...to an ever greater level of obsequiousness?"

    , @ogunsiron
A lot of them double down. Every time the intersectionals come up with a really outrageous demand, we think "finally the white allies will wake up now!". They often don't.

Remember during the Bernie campaign when the 2 BLM "emotional laborers" shut down his speech to complain about white people ? Did that shock the white allies into stopping being doormats ? Not sure.

BLM has been complaining for a couple of years now about white allies taking too much space and not letting themselves be led by the nose. They loudly complained about this. One would have thought that this would have led to white allies rethinking their commitment. Not necessarily. During the evergreen events we saw that the younger white allies are gladly playing the role of hired help. They DO defer to "black students", more and more. The very idea of standing up for themselves seems repulsive to them.

I don't think they get this. The whole thing sounds like a pretty lame attempt at being witty.

As an aside I've seen more references to 14 words and whatnot (and whatever is up with Hitler and 7) from the left than I've ever encountered in real life or checking out this site.

Admittedly I don't look at Stormfront or any site like that. But exactly who is running around talking about 14 words and the other stuff? Frankly it sounds more like the kind of thing Farrakhan did with his "numbers" speech at the million man march. I.E. more a black thing than white.

I have never met anyone into Nazi .... things like paraphernalia. I have met people who have an attachment to the Confederacy. My take is the Root people see what they want to see.

Actually we've talked about it before on this site here and there, but you see more Nazi symbols and whatnot with biker gear and prison tatts. And I'm not real sure any of those guys have the slightest idea who Goebbels was or what's in Mein Kampf.

Weird that none of their black female writers had the initiative to step up and write this piece, which would seem to be up their alley. Perhaps just too much froth and spittle–impossible for the gals to calm down enough to actually write.

I don’t believe that Beckeishas are actually Beckys. At least as i’ve always understood the term. (They just coal burning sluts.) But perhaps–not black–i just don’t have a good enough sense for the full flavor of beckyhood.

    That would be nice.

Four of the types involve some relation to black causes or identity, so they can be seen in that light, but the first type, Rebecca, is nothing more than an envious description of a smart, pretty, white gentile girl. It is pure racial hatred and envy:

    Rebecca

This is the standard, off-the shelf Becky with no adornments, around whom the entire world revolves. Turn it around thus:

    Lekeishanna

This is the standard, off-the-shelf Lakeisha with no adornments, around whom the entire American entitlement system revolves. When "Black Lives Matter" marchers shout the six words, "What do we want? Dead cops!" they are exhorting all five baby daddies of Lekeishanna's five small children to take up arms and assassinate white police officers. This is for whom they made EBT cards. This is for whom they make hair weaves. This is for whom they bankrupted America.

She begins every sentence with "Shit." She hates the term, "Lakeisha" and cannot spell it.

    Identifying call: "You ray-siss!"

Famous Lekeishannas: any mob of fat black girls in a Mcdonald's caught on video beating the crap out of a white girl.

Leave Kim Kardashian West’s Surrogate Alone (VOGUE September 8, 2017)

No sooner did news break that Kim and Kanye were expecting their 3rd child via surrogate than TMZ began to pounce on the private life of said surrogate. We were informed that the woman carrying the Wests’ baby is a “fit, married mom in her 20s,” that both she and her husband are African-American and “their marriage is solid,” and, just in case anyone was wondering, she’s a college graduate and a registered Democrat.

Of course, the news that the Wests are having another child (aka America’s third royal baby) would be breathlessly covered news…. But a primer on the Wests’ surrogate is unnecessary and extreme….

TMZ’s report also hits an awkward note—and not just due to its dense comment that because the surrogate is a college graduate, “maybe the kid will pick up some of that through osmosis.”

Although nonwhite Americans would certainly suffer greatly, white American suffering under the dystopia of a Trumpist society would be dire and unending.

An America defined by white racial nationalism – an American Whitopia – would be an economic and cultural disaster movie. It would be a dysfunctional, crappy civilization, sinking into the fetid morass of its own decay. Some people think that an American Whitopia would be bad for people of color but ultimately good for whites, but this is dead wrong. Although nonwhite Americans would certainly suffer greatly, white American suffering under the dystopia of a Trumpist society would be dire and unending.

    Rebecca

It is easy to recognize a Rebecca. She can’t understand how anyone could be cruel to a puppy, but turns the channel when they talk about Trayvon Martin.

    Beckzilla

Beckzillas don’t give a fuck. They roam the streets stomping on everything, setting the world ablaze by spewing the flames of privilege every time they breathe.

I read this several days back when a commenter provided the link. Not bad.

Weird that none of their black female writers had the initiative to step up and write this piece, which would seem to be up their alley. Perhaps just too much froth and spittle--impossible for the gals to calm down enough to actually write.

I don't believe that Beckeishas are actually Beckys. At least as i've always understood the term. (They just coal burning sluts.) But perhaps--not black--i just don't have a good enough sense for the full flavor of beckyhood.

Please pass this on to as many white women as possible. Just understanding what their buddies *actually* think of them--their actual position in the pecking order--will be a key step in turning them.

Please pass this on to as many white women as possible. Just understanding what their buddies *actually* think of them–their actual position in the pecking order–will be a key step in turning them.

    Turn it around thus:

    Lekeishanna

This is the standard, off-the-shelf Lakeisha with no adornments, around whom the entire American entitlement system revolves. When “Black Lives Matter” marchers shout the six words, “What do we want? Dead cops!” they are exhorting all five baby daddies of Lekeishanna’s five small children to take up arms and assassinate white police officers. This is for whom they made EBT cards. This is for whom they make hair weaves. This is for whom they bankrupted America.

She begins every sentence with “Shit.” She hates the term, “Lakeisha” and cannot spell it.

    Identifying call: “You ray-siss!”

Famous Lekeishannas: any mob of fat black girls in a Mcdonald’s caught on video beating the crap out of a white girl.

If anyone were to do a Derbyshire and publish a reverse version of this anti-White piece of race-hate, say "The 5 Types of Beckesha," he would no doubt be fired, tarred and feathered. He would be Derbed.

It bears repeating: The only form of race-hatred allowed is anti-White hatred. This hatred is not only allowed but promulgated by the likes of Haim Saban. This is simply a statement of fact supported by evidence like this article.

While the black John Derbyshire gets crowned America’s leading civic thinker for obsessing over whites, the white Ta-Nehisi Coates gets called out on for obsessing over blacks.

That Texas A&M "racist letter" story stinks to high heaven. ESPN (of course) is swallowing it hook, line, sinker, boat and the entire lake. I suspect it's his (white) wife who is behind it. She knows her husband is on the way out, so she figures making him the victim of a racist letter will grant him immunity, at least for another year.

An America defined by white racial nationalism - an American Whitopia - would be an economic and cultural disaster movie. Some people think that an American Whitopia would be bad for people of color but ultimately good for whites, but this is dead wrong. Although nonwhite Americans would certainly suffer greatly, white American suffering under the dystopia of a Trumpist society would be dire and unending.

Hillary is not Becca. She hated, hated, and hated Obama and swallowed her pride for 8 yrs to finally win the prize. She felt Obama cut in front of the line. 2008 was her perfect yr after 8 yrs of Bush. But Obama stole it from her. She was just being a team player. She blames Trump, she blames Bernie. But privately, she hates Obama the most.

Also, the list is flawed because Rebecca is seen as having no agency. She is just a good-looker whose value is based on appeal to white males. She is a mere trophy.

The others, good or bad, have are shown to have agency and make their own decisions. They define themselves. Funny how they all define themselves against whiteness. But then, they are really nothing but cartoony dogs of PC or pop culture. The trick of PC is fooling white women into thinking they are 'liberated' when everything they think and do is controlled by the system of media and academia.

Someone made that point in a comment on his blog, and Noah acknowledged that pre-1965 America wasn't terrible, though not as great as it is now. Then he went on about "path dependence". In a nutshell, his argument seems to be: "Sure, >85% European-American USA was great, but if you tried to get back to that now using dystopian methods smart white people would leave and America would turn into Ukraine".

I suspect Noah reads a lot 1488-type stuff on the web and this is his reaction to it. An interesting tack, for someone he is willing to engage, would be to ask him what demographic balance he thinks would be optimal and why.

No. You haven't skimmed enough for (1), or you're suffering confirmation bias, or you're dishonest. If you looked over his ouvre, you'd see somebody who is basically interested in literature and science and became interested in the political ramifications of HBD because the issue was thrust on the country by his/our opponents.

I don't know if you live in the US, but if you don't, you're probably not aware of how unavoidable race is in everyday life there. If Steve Hsu doesn't talk about race on his blog, it's more likely that it's because he's professionally unable to than that he doesn't think about it.

As for (2), yes, Derb probably doesn't like blacks. I don't either. But if you don't live in the US, you don't understand what this means. Off the top of my head, except for blues music, I can't think of anything culturally black or culturally associated primary with blacks that I like. And I go beyond most readers of this blog in this regard because I don't like basketball or football or track events or stand-up comedy. And yet! And yet, there are black individuals, but the reality is that I have never--never--worked with a black who wasn't given to periodically throwing out racism "shit tests", which are basically ways of saying, "confirm you love black stuff and condemn the right people or you are a racist!" Ugh! Fuck you! I currently work with 2 blacks. One is a man who's smarter than I am. The other is a woman who I occassionally flirt with and might hook up with given the right circumstances. But I don't really like either of them. They're self-involved, their interests are shallow and boring, and their shit tests are bullying and stifling.

So, yes, I guess I don't like blacks. I'm still waiting for that black swan, as it were.

    And. So. What?

And so what if Derb doesn't really like blacks either? Really. So what? Your condemnation of his "racism" is the same bullshit that comes from the left. That is, that avoiding someone is the same as lynching, noticing a pattern is the same as genocide, and using stats and biology to inform public policy is... just, wow, I can't even...

If you think there is some intrinsic good to multiculturalism beyond de gustibus preferences like expanded cuisines, you should argue that. But only saying that two people who have fundamentally different approaches to public policy are the same because they don't shy away from race when race has important implications is just some sort of irrelevance like social signaling or working out your own psychological situation.

This may have been written by a man, but the "experts" he references are certainly female. This stinks of interracial jealousy. No hetero black man is sitting around thinking up insults for the Kardashians or Taylor Swift. But you know who is? The women who know that to the best men of their race, they are the second option, to be settled for if things don't go well with the "Beckys".

As an aside, the two demographics most likely to date outside their race are asian women and black men. Unsuprisingly, the two demographics then most opposed to race-mixing are asian men and black women.

    “Unsuprisingly, …”

    Unsurprising to whom?

As a white male, I find it incredible that Asian women (I’m talking about East Asian women, not whatever someone in England might think of when they hear the word “Asian”) would be the most likely to date outside their race without horrific doses of delusional narcissism (either that or desperation to escape their homelands and co-ethnics).

I want to know on what evidence derived from what context you have based your claim that Asian women are the most likely to date outside their race. I presume that you have merely parroted some figures reported by a certain dating website used mainly or exclusively by people in the USA.

The word "unsurprising" referred to the fact that the racial partners of the most interracially partnered would respond by denigrating interracial relationships.

You may find it incredible, but I encourage you to do your research.

A good starting point is the Pew surveys on interracial marriage: http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2015/06/12/interracial-marriage-who-is-marrying-out/

Key quote: "Among blacks, men are much more likely than women to marry someone of a different race. Fully a quarter of black men who got married in 2013 married someone who was not black. Only 12% of black women married outside of their race.
For Asians, the gender pattern goes in the opposite direction: Asian women are much more likely than Asian men to marry someone of a different race. Among newlyweds in 2013, 37% of Asian women married someone who was not Asian, while 16% of Asian men married outside of their race."

This reeks of sexual jealousy, not bitterness. He’s channeling black women, who are at the bottom of the racio-sexual hierarchy. They despise white women, who are at the top. (Some say Asians, but that’s a fad. I say by and large they lack requisite secondary sexual characteristics.)

Wonder if this changes Kim Kardashian's category?

Leave Kim Kardashian West’s Surrogate Alone (VOGUE September 8, 2017)

No sooner did news break that Kim and Kanye were expecting their 3rd child via surrogate than TMZ began to pounce on the private life of said surrogate. We were informed that the woman carrying the Wests’ baby is a “fit, married mom in her 20s,” that both she and her husband are African-American and “their marriage is solid,” and, just in case anyone was wondering, she’s a college graduate and a registered Democrat.

Of course, the news that the Wests are having another child (aka America’s third royal baby) would be breathlessly covered news.... But a primer on the Wests’ surrogate is unnecessary and extreme....

TMZ’s report also hits an awkward note—and not just due to its dense comment that because the surrogate is a college graduate, “maybe the kid will pick up some of that through osmosis.”

“...through osmosis,” guess they can't use the word “genes.”

There is certainly a maternal effect on gene expression. The surrogate has a profound influence on the child in ways not fully appreciated or understood.

No no, I'm merely calling a spade a spade. Take for instance someone like Steve Hsu. My guess is he's probably every bit the race realist white Ta-Nehisi Coates is. But from reading Steve Hsu's blog posts, you never really get the impression that this is a person obsessed with race or more specifically obsessed with blacks, nor do you get the impression that this is a person who harbors animus towards specific ethnic groups.

I get the distinct sense though, from having read only some of the Derb's writings that 1) he's kind of obsessed with viewing everything through the prism of race and 2) he really doesn't like blacks all that much. By comparison when I read someone like Lion of the Blogosphere, I don't really get the vibes for 1) or 2) so much as I see that this is a person generally interested in HBD.

The word “unsurprising” referred to the fact that the racial partners of the most interracially partnered would respond by denigrating interracial relationships.

You may find it incredible, but I encourage you to do your research.

A good starting point is the Pew surveys on interracial marriage: http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2015/06/12/interracial-marriage-who-is-marrying-out/

Key quote: “Among blacks, men are much more likely than women to marry someone of a different race. Fully a quarter of black men who got married in 2013 married someone who was not black. Only 12% of black women married outside of their race.
For Asians, the gender pattern goes in the opposite direction: Asian women are much more likely than Asian men to marry someone of a different race. Among newlyweds in 2013, 37% of Asian women married someone who was not Asian, while 16% of Asian men married outside of their race.”

    • Replies: @üeljang
I have already seen that same survey quoted (and responded to it) elsewhere on unz.com, a fact about which I think you are probably aware despite your dissembling.

I am contesting the "unsurprisingness" of a high rate of interracial marriage for (East) Asian women because the rate of (naturally) good-looking women here is much lower than where I come from. A large percentage of them look like boys dressed up in drag: large faces with small features and excessive makeup.

Therefore, I presume that there must be several factors fueling this high rate of intermarriage on the part of Asian women:

    1. Percentages of the total population (Those results come from a survey of married couples in the United States. As shown in the first bar graph on the site to which you have linked, there is a very strong anticorrelation between the size of a racial group as a percentage of the total US population and that racial group's rate of interracial marriage. If Asians grew to comprise a greater percentage of the total US population, their rate of interracial marriage would surely decrease. Of course, this factor does not explain the excess of interracial marriage on the part of Asian women in the US relative to interracial marriage on the part of Asian men in the US. However, note that Asian men's rate of interracial marriage in the US is actually more than twice the rate of interracial marriage on the part of White people in the US.)
    2. A desire on the part of the women to disassociate themselves from their homelands. (Since the economies and governments of most East Asian countries actually function quite well these days, such a desire might be more likely founded on an intense disgust for their co-ethnics, especially male ones. Of course, for Southeast Asians, there is still a considerable possibility that women might be interested in marrying a non-Asian American for economic reasons, even to the point of migrating to the US. Personally, I suspect that the strongest motivation for many such Asian women is not disassociating themselves from their homeland or male co-ethnics so much as disassociating their offspring from the Mongoloid race as a whole.)
    3. Desperation on the part of non-Asian men in the US. (It takes two to tango, and I have noticed a trend of nerdy, unattractive White men dating plain-looking or unattractive Asian women. I suspect a large part of this trend is motivated by certain stereotypes that are current in American mass media and pop culture regarding attitudes of Asian women toward marriage and family.)
    4. Mental illness on the part of Asians. (The opinions voiced by many of my Asian friends and acquaintances reveal a very warped sense of physical attractiveness. They, both men and women, tend to make more verbal fuss about the physical appearance of males than they do about the physical appearance of females. At least ostensibly, they consider gynomorphic characteristics on men to be attractive. They are not so explicit about preferring andromorphic characteristics on women, but the choices that the men make when given a choice suggest that they either don't care about the physical appearance of women or they really do prefer women who have andromorphic characteristics, first among which must be counted a large facial frame bearing facial features that are small in proportion to the frame. Personally, I think the women are bullshitting, which would definitely not be a first for Asians, and that many of the men have some serious mental problems.)

This is the reverse of what we find with black men and white women, who have half again the likelihood of ending in divorce as same-race pairings.

I’m not sure exactly how to model that. Could be selection bias, in that only the most committed black females overcome that social pressure to cross racial lines. Could be to do with SMV, black males tend to pair off with some truly ugly white women, and all the black women I’ve seen with white men are above average. Could be the differential relationship expectations of each group. Most likely, it’s all of that along with a bunch of stuff I haven’t thought of yet. Interesting nonetheless.

Look man, I'm not saying I agree with the PC police who ousted white Ta-Nehisi Coates from the National Review. I'm not even saying that factually speaking Mr. Derbyshire is wrong per se.

I do disagree that his version of the talk should be construed as merely trying to make a point by turning the anti-white animus of the black John Derbyshire on itself. I think white Ta-Nehisi Coates spoke from a place of honesty in his Talk in that the obsession and animus that he seems to have against African Americans in that article is often reflected in a number of his other writings as well. It wasn't exactly an isolated incident, but rather fit a larger pattern of the kinds of topics that interest him in general.

White Ta-Nehisi Coates may have only written 1 article explicitly about being white, as he argued in his own self defense, but he sure seems to write a lot about race, hence the equivalency to black John Derbyshire!

Referring to John Derbyshire as the “white Ta-Nehisi Coates” makes you look like a total fool. Mr. Derbyshire is a very intelligent man and an excellent writer. You may not agree with his opinions, but I challenge you to refute them with facts, not ridiculous name calling.

No. You haven’t skimmed enough for (1), or you’re suffering confirmation bias, or you’re dishonest. If you looked over his ouvre, you’d see somebody who is basically interested in literature and science and became interested in the political ramifications of HBD because the issue was thrust on the country by his/our opponents.

I don’t know if you live in the US, but if you don’t, you’re probably not aware of how unavoidable race is in everyday life there. If Steve Hsu doesn’t talk about race on his blog, it’s more likely that it’s because he’s professionally unable to than that he doesn’t think about it.

As for (2), yes, Derb probably doesn’t like blacks. I don’t either. But if you don’t live in the US, you don’t understand what this means. Off the top of my head, except for blues music, I can’t think of anything culturally black or culturally associated primary with blacks that I like. And I go beyond most readers of this blog in this regard because I don’t like basketball or football or track events or stand-up comedy. And yet! And yet, there are black individuals, but the reality is that I have never–never–worked with a black who wasn’t given to periodically throwing out racism “shit tests”, which are basically ways of saying, “confirm you love black stuff and condemn the right people or you are a racist!” Ugh! Fuck you! I currently work with 2 blacks. One is a man who’s smarter than I am. The other is a woman who I occassionally flirt with and might hook up with given the right circumstances. But I don’t really like either of them. They’re self-involved, their interests are shallow and boring, and their shit tests are bullying and stifling.

So, yes, I guess I don’t like blacks. I’m still waiting for that black swan, as it were.

    And. So. What?

And so what if Derb doesn’t really like blacks either? Really. So what? Your condemnation of his “racism” is the same bullshit that comes from the left. That is, that avoiding someone is the same as lynching, noticing a pattern is the same as genocide, and using stats and biology to inform public policy is… just, wow, I can’t even…

If you think there is some intrinsic good to multiculturalism beyond de gustibus preferences like expanded cuisines, you should argue that. But only saying that two people who have fundamentally different approaches to public policy are the same because they don’t shy away from race when race has important implications is just some sort of irrelevance like social signaling or working out your own psychological situation.

    I'm guessing the latter.

A lot of them double down. Every time the intersectionals come up with a really outrageous demand, we think “finally the white allies will wake up now!”. They often don’t.

Remember during the Bernie campaign when the 2 BLM “emotional laborers” shut down his speech to complain about white people ? Did that shock the white allies into stopping being doormats ? Not sure.

BLM has been complaining for a couple of years now about white allies taking too much space and not letting themselves be led by the nose. They loudly complained about this. One would have thought that this would have led to white allies rethinking their commitment. Not necessarily. During the evergreen events we saw that the younger white allies are gladly playing the role of hired help. They DO defer to “black students”, more and more. The very idea of standing up for themselves seems repulsive to them.

Interestingly, the least likely interracial pairing, that of black women and white men, has the smallest rate of divorce, 44% less than a same-race pairing. This is the reverse of what we find with black men and white women, who have half again the likelihood of ending in divorce as same-race pairings.

I'm not sure exactly how to model that. Could be selection bias, in that only the most committed black females overcome that social pressure to cross racial lines. Could be to do with SMV, black males tend to pair off with some truly ugly white women, and all the black women I've seen with white men are above average. Could be the differential relationship expectations of each group. Most likely, it's all of that along with a bunch of stuff I haven't thought of yet. Interesting nonetheless.

Simplest explanation, since black women have to overcome the severe handicap of being black women, who are lowest on the racio-sexual hierarchy, “only the best survive.”

I don't date or have relations outside my race, (I did at one time but never with blacks) but I have certainly worked with a few black females who were funny, likeable, and at least somewhat intelligent. A couple were smarter than I am, probably. I liked them as people and as co-workers. But most of the ones I worked with would not meet any of those descriptions. They tended towards being the opposite of all those things.

Often they had serious dysfunctions in their private life which rolled over into work. Many were surly and had entitlement issues. Some were plain stupid.

Now some of the white females, and some of the white males too, had those issues. We had few black males because we did not hire high school dropouts (GED was acceptable with one year of vo-tec or community college) or felons and those black males smart enough to do what we did had a tendency to get Affirmative Actioned into better jobs. But the trends of surly, inept, and stupid skewed black, and there was no way to not notice.

As far as to which males, assuming they are heterosexual, wouldn't like to knock the bottom out of the women in question-I wouldn't touch a Kardashian with a ten foot pole. Taylor Swift, I'd find tough to turn down for the celebrity value alone. Most famous women don't especially appeal to me because the kind of woman I really go for isn't much sought after in today's Hollywood. The redhead in Mad Men is the last one that really rang my chimes.

I have already seen that same survey quoted (and responded to it) elsewhere on unz.com, a fact about which I think you are probably aware despite your dissembling.

I am contesting the “unsurprisingness” of a high rate of interracial marriage for (East) Asian women because the rate of (naturally) good-looking women here is much lower than where I come from.

As shown in the first bar graph on the site to which you have linked, there is a very strong anticorrelation between the size of a racial group as a percentage of the total US population and that racial group’s rate of interracial marriage. If Asians grew to comprise a greater percentage of the total US population, their rate of interracial marriage would surely decrease. Of course, this factor does not explain the excess of interracial marriage on the part of Asian women in the US relative to interracial marriage on the part of Asian men in the US. However, note that Asian men’s rate of interracial marriage in the US is actually more than twice the rate of interracial marriage on the part of White people in the US.)
They are not so explicit about preferring andromorphic characteristics on women, but the choices that the men make when given a choice suggest that they either don’t care about the physical appearance of women or they really do prefer women who have andromorphic characteristics, first among which must be counted a large facial frame bearing facial features that are small in proportion to the frame. Personally, I think the women are bullshitting, which would definitely not be a first for Asians, and that many of the men have some serious mental problems.)

Hey, your comments here are valuable. Don't get discouraged. Jews like to argue, right? I think you said it yourself here. Stick around and have fun. You taught me something awhile back, and I'm sure you have more to give.

New England Episcopalians don’t own very many media outlets

Depends what you mean by own. They sit on plenty of boards.

They don’t own the presidency either, but they’ve got enough of a gun to Trump’s head that they’ve been calling the shots for months.

I don’t know why the heck you think that picking on one of the best columnists on Unz makes you look like anything but a total idiot. So much for that Confucian awareness.

Hillary was much healthier in 2008 than in 2016.

She had some kind of health disaster in late 2012 and never really came all the way back, the way Reagan never really recovered from being shot in 1981.

Reagan never really recovered from being shot in 1981

He got shot 2 months into his first term! The remaining 8+- years he didn’t get anything accomplished???

The leftys are still chewing the rugs over the Reagan Revolution and how he changed the direction of the country….hoping Trump can do the same thing. With all the other news, the lefty media has cut waaay back on the Trump bashing….

Iran Contra was when things started to go south….and that was middle of ’86 or so.

OT (why aren’t there iSteve open threads?), but Steve would have a lot of fun with Noah Smith’s recent paean to diversity:

Steve, the Gentlemen is correct. This one could be great fun for the assembled.

I flipped over and just got started on it and the ways in which Noah is nitwit just come bubbling up. Seriously his analogy--what the whitetopia America will be like is ... the Ukraine! And on and on from there, stupidity piled upon stupidity.

Hey Noah, I've got an even better whitetopia prediction than the Ukraine--America from 1924 to 1965. Yep, an absolute hell hole that was!

Someone made that point in a comment on his blog, and Noah acknowledged that pre-1965 America wasn’t terrible, though not as great as it is now. Then he went on about “path dependence”. In a nutshell, his argument seems to be: “Sure, >85% European-American USA was great, but if you tried to get back to that now using dystopian methods smart white people would leave and America would turn into Ukraine”.

I suspect Noah reads a lot 1488-type stuff on the web and this is his reaction to it. An interesting tack, for someone he is willing to engage, would be to ask him what demographic balance he thinks would be optimal and why.

That doesn’t mean they wouldn’t fuck the hell out of them if given a chance though.

Honestly, what is your point with that? Showing sexual inadequacy/resentment towards black guys? Are they the only race of guys who would do that to them?

    Really, what is your point?

Oh, and to another commenters point, educated/upscale black women can be delightful companions. It is a big generalization, but I often find them to have wicked senses of humor.

I can see where the white guy/black women divorce rate is low.

Whether positively or negatively, every single person you encounter "notices" you/the pairing.

    Everyone.

A lot of the noticers, invariably white, take great pains to not be noticed noticing you. So there is often a lot of unspoken social awkwardness, curiosity, etc.

That is a lot of social matrix distortion to have factored in as a continuous part of one's life. Basically, you are always on stage.

If you make it to marriage in that type of pairing, likely you have a higher than average commitment to each other than some of the other interracial marriages.

I don’t date or have relations outside my race, (I did at one time but never with blacks) but I have certainly worked with a few black females who were funny, likeable, and at least somewhat intelligent.

As far as to which males, assuming they are heterosexual, wouldn’t like to knock the bottom out of the women in question-I wouldn’t touch a Kardashian with a ten foot pole. Taylor Swift, I’d find tough to turn down for the celebrity value alone. Most famous women don’t especially appeal to me because the kind of woman I really go for isn’t much sought after in today’s Hollywood. The redhead in Mad Men is the last one that really rang my chimes.

This is going to come as a SHOCK to many or even most readers here but….

After long and careful study, I discovered the yes, SHOCKING TRUTH that the Gambino Crime family was an Italian American organized crime Mafia family.

I also discovered that from ~ 1920 – 1970s the top of American organized crime was dominated by Italian American mafia families.

Who would have thought this to be the case?

In similar manner, I learned that a different ethnic group donates the top of the American mainstream media, dominates all Hollywood movie studios.

The owner of Univision – the largest Spanish Language American TV station is Haim Saban, who isn’t Hispanic and I doubt he even speaks Spanish. He was born in Egypt, but wasn’t an Egyptian Arab. He went to school in Israel, then somehow wound up in Southern California where he achieved fame and great wealth producing a children’s live action TV show the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers – somehow this translated in to him becoming the largest Spanish Television media mogul, backing Hillary Clinton and other Lib Left Dem causes like open borders immigration to the USA.

Now some people might find this path to American media power kind of shocking as Haim Saban’s life isn’t very typical “American” – but it isn’t so shocking when you understand the reality of American ethnic media mafias.

This doesn’t tend to work well for Trump supporters, middle Americans, Blue Collar Reagan Democrats, Good ol boys, those people who want our immigration laws enforced, those who want an America First foreign policy etc.

A black woman named Shahrazad Ali DID do it back in the ’80s. She escaped tar-and-feathers after The Blackman’s Guide to Understanding the Blackwoman came out, but black women were calling her a race and gender traitor, self-hating black, Aunt Thomasina, etc.
(Meanwhile, black men were coming up to her in the street and THANKING her.)

The more this gets out there to White women, the more they will respond the way women always respond to dominance: SUBMISSION.

This is just another dominance display by a non-White male. And White women will do what they always do when non-White males engage in dominance displays: SUBMIT. Its wired into their DNA so you can’t blame them. White women are literally incapable of responding any other way.

So there you go. What White men need to do is play the social dominance game, which is very demanding and negatively affects the ability to earn a living. Try playing dominance games in the office as a White man and see how long you last — as opposed to a Muslim man who is allowed to scream about how he will behead the infidel and has all the women in the workplace getting special lady tingles. [Paging Maj. Hassan, paging Maj. Nidal Abu Jihad Hassan!]

The author knows this; which is why this dominance display. He’s probably gotten laid off this article by multiple White women just eager to submit.

An America defined by white racial nationalism - an American Whitopia - would be an economic and cultural disaster movie.

As far as I can tell, “Becky” refers to entitled white women. Yes, they feel entitled but mainly by gender and not by race. “Rebecca” is apolitically entitled by her looks, while “Becca” and “Reba” show varying degrees of political entitlement. Maybe there should be a scale of looks vs. politics as a basis of entitlement, with beautiful Rebecca and ugly Reba as its end members. “Beckeisha” seems to be a cross-racial category that includes entitled black women as well as entitled wannabe black women.
