It's a creepy joke, but still a joke. Less objectively creepy than all those little girls Joe Biden is always fondling.

Should have known better than to take a picture, though. That picture is too perfect for anyone to forget anytime soon.

Apparently he forcibly kissed her and put his tongue in her mouth. If he hadn't done that, she probably wouldn't be able to make hay out of that picture.

New rules. Get with em or get busy dying, grandpa.
    , @Chrisnonymous
Not only is the photo innocuous, it was clearly done as a joke and a joke that probably wouldn't have been made by a guy who had already been rejected in the forceful manner this woman describes. In addition to that, we have

1- the woman's description is about as straight out of a movie as the Hate Hoax descriptions we've been making fun of.
2- there is a man claiming he was with Franken all the time on base and the kiss didn't happen
3- Franken's extended apology for the photo still denies the kiss took place

If I had to bet, I'd bet the accusation is false. Also, I think the photo is pretty harmless.

iSteve shouldn't be jumping on this bullshit bus.
    , @ThreeCranes
Here's another picture of a sexual predator glad handling an innocent woman. No man has a right to depict a woman being degraded like this. The guy who painted this pornography needs to be called out and publicly shamed.

His brother took the photo fwiw.

Prior to the photo, the lady in question claims she had a beef with Al regarding his apparent confusion about in which mouth his tongue belonged.

Let's consider the possibility that this grotesque, Joker-faced, unfunny manlet did in fact clown in a way she found distasteful (ahem), that he doubled down on being a degenerate when she asked him to stop...and then he waited till she was asleep to "get even" by making her the brunt of his "comedy."

He's a POS who only is in office because of a Democracy Alliance project to infiltrate the Secretary of State offices in target states with the goal of influencing elections.

No, we shouldn't pretend on here. On the other hand, I don't see any problem making the Left adhere to the same strict rules they apply to the Right. That said, if that were my daughter, I would want to knock the shit out of Franken.

  5. I though the accusations were from something else and drudge just found the perfect photo to go along with it. I swear the conservatives going along with this just because the targets happen to be liberal and, in the generally more sensible subterranean spheres of the right, jewish are so fucking dumb. People are courting this horrible feminist backlash and sensible men are gonna wish they still had Al Franken as an enemy when the let gets filled up with unrepentant feminist bigots most of whose platform the right has implicitly promised to back.

Right wingers need to realize that it was their alliance of convenience that got us cheap labor and the immigration mess and realize that they suck at making alliances. And that if they think something is strategic and intelligent they’re wrong.

The thing is, "unrepentant feminist bigots" are not capable of running anything. Maybe they don't realize that. But I suspect they are going to eliminate every leftist man who has any vestige of manliness. I suspect that most of the actually somewhat manly guys who have prospered in leftist environments have had, as one of their chief incentives, the idea that the left is the realm of sexual freedom, and that if a man can claw his way to the top, he can have his way with women. They don't actually say that, of course, but I suspect they believe that. I think this is to some extent true in many of the traditional bastions of leftism: entertainment, publishing, academia and politics (broadly speaking). Once they eliminate the Bill Clintons and Harvey Weinsteins, it is the war of all against all. Clinton and Weinstein more or less got the job done. They are going to be left with no one in charge.
    , @unpc downunder
This isn't about conservatives versus liberals, its about right-wing liberals versus left-wing liberals. The right-liberal Daily Mail got the ball rolling when they used that Italian model Ambra Gutierrez to attack Weinstein. I say Italian, but she is of course Eurasian. The favourite racial blend of the liberal right.

They should put up a statue of her on Wall Street. Like a Rosa Parks for yuppies.
    , @anon
I swear the conservatives going along with this just because the targets happen to be liberal and, in the generally more sensible subterranean spheres of the right, jewish are so fucking dumb.

I wonder if the people who want to get rid of him for being Jewish have calculated the odds that, being from Minnesota, he'll be replaced by a Muslim.

  9. New Fox News poll has Doug Jones +8. Now I’m skeptical of this poll as it is clearly a Fox News agenda poll meant to drive Moore out of the race, but I don’t think things are exactly looking up for Moore. His hardcore base is standing by their man, but that hardcore base is only about 30 to 40 percent of the electorate.

The whole snafu is killing him with moderate Republicans and other middle-of-the-road independents who enthusiastically voted for Trump. These voters could easily stay home, and a few will pull the lever for Doug Jones

Doug Jones is running a smart campaign and Democrats (including their black base) are highly energized and ready to turn out to vote. Granted, they are only about 40% of the electorate, but this is enough to win if the middle stays home.

Even more concerning in the Fox News poll is the antipathy in the poll for Republicans in Congress. It is clear that the Republican Congress is a drag on Trump, and not the other way around, as conventional wisdom would have you believe. In the poll:

-52 percent approve Trump, only 30 percent approve of Republicans in Congress and 27 percent approve of McConnell
-91 percent of Republicans approve of Trump, only 44 percent approve of Republicans in Congress and 29 percent approve of McConnell
-65 percent disapprove of Republicans in Congress
-The electorate is incredibly lukewarm on Strange, as he is also running 10 points behind Doug Jones in a hypothetical matchup (48-38)

The lukewarm Luther Strange numbers are very telling. Populist voters, (mostly working-class Republicans and Independents) simply do not want to go to the polls and vote for an establishment cuck Republican just because he has the same R next to his name as President Trump.

On the other side of the aisle, Democrats are very fired up to vote, either because they hate Trump, or because they hate the Republican Congress.

Even if Roy Moore ekes out this special election victory the Republicans are heading for a historic wave election and a shellacking in 2018. I have zero faith in this Republican Congress delivering on any populist agenda items, so the only thing that will stop a Dem wave is a massive scandal on the Democrats side.

For every poll breathlessly declaring Moore is polling -23% there's another poll showing him with a double digit lead.

Fox was regulalry showing polls with Hillary having a 300+ EV blowout. Its a strategic error to assume that they are on our side.
    , @res
It is interesting to see the variation in the polls. Intentional, or not?

Notice that one poll has about 5x the sample size of the other four recent polls. What is up with the gap between 10/19 and 11/9?

    , @Jack Hanson
FYI, I believe this is the same poll that has OBAMA as more popular than Trump, so I'm going to put it in the file with all the 2016s polls that say Arizona actually wants amnesty and more illegals which is why Hillary is gonna win.

How many Hollywood types would set a movie in St. Cloud, MN?

Btw, since we’re shockingly on the topic of Jews, the Minnesota contingent of the Chosen People is pretty impressive. Bob Dylan, the Coen brothers, Winona Ryder and Al Franken. That’s not bad – even by Jewish standards – given the size of the community.

I might as well use this opportunity to re-post a couple of videos that Dave Pinsen had posted here a while ago.

They are from the Hare Krishna-ish band Kula Shaker, fronted by Crispian Mills, the son of actress Hayley Mills—who was in the original early 1960s version of Parent Trap.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wh7r_f_rw0c

    , @Hare Krsna
I'm a Hare Krishna since 1979. The American phase of the movement was started in NY by a bunch of Jews and a gay Protestant preacher (Keith Ham), plus SF hippies, many also Jewish. Then they had sex and abuse scandals in the leadership resulting in a feminist takeover in about 1987 (they'd previously been totally male dominated hierarchy, which did not stop girls flocking to join). Then the Jews decided about 1990 their own mysticism was better and anyway Hindus are neonazi anti-semites. So early Jewish influence was replaced with Indian Hindu migrants newly rich from medical and later IT jobs, whose donations became now the main source of HK income. Then in India the movement exploded from being obscure to now being one of the most popular Hindu sects, with huge cathedral temples and many thousands of middle class members. A lot of us dropped out of the fanatical core, I personally could not stand the new feminist style. But it's a more attractive lifestyle than ever, if Millenials can ever commit to anything. Similar to Mormons or Amish, plenty of pan-historical insights. Many of the things Steve says ring true from my HK perspective. For example HK women were unbelievably hypergamous, always trading up for a powerful husband (American HK's did not value chastity or loyalty as much as the Hindu ones. Many, former hippies, also died of old Hep C infections...)

Well, regardless of what happens, I loved him in "One More Saturday Night." ;)

How many Hollywood types would set a movie in St. Cloud, MN?

Btw, since we're shockingly on the topic of Jews, the Minnesota contingent of the Chosen People is pretty impressive. Bob Dylan, the Coen brothers, Winona Ryder and Al Franken. That's not bad - even by Jewish standards - given the size of the community.

And the two previous Senators from Minnesota, Norm Coleman and Paul Wellstone, were also Jewish.

New Fox News poll has Doug Jones +8. Now I'm skeptical of this poll as it is clearly a Fox News agenda poll meant to drive Moore out of the race, but I don't think things are exactly looking up for Moore.

For every poll breathlessly declaring Moore is polling -23% there’s another poll showing him with a double digit lead.

Fox was regulalry showing polls with Hillary having a 300+ EV blowout. Its a strategic error to assume that they are on our side.

Their bid for hard power by electing Hillary Clinton went down in flames while at the same time, their soft power over men (marriage, looks, the fairer sex thing) has never been weaker. Pretty much all they have is lobbing these false accusation hand grenades and seeing who gets blown up.

    I think that's pretty insightful.

Don't forget: the gay-run C suite can only prosper if Straight Male becomes a criminal nationality.

    Agree.
This kind of stuff has always gone on and will always go on.
Women like sex, but they can sublimate their desire .
To them it is a means to an end.
To men, sex is an end in itself.
    We are hardwired this way.
The dance around this will never end.

Feminism has been a bad deal for women viz a viz soft power.
The phrase about the cow and the free milk is as true now as it has ever been.
They still have some significant hard power: voting, divorce court, sexual harassment law, etc.
The worst thing is voluntary self-cuckism which is rampant.

Women want their cake and eat it too.
Men need to stick together on this, though in a big picture kind of way, not in every instance.
For example, it may be better that Moore gets elected and Trump doesn't get damaged, and Franken and Clinton get discredited, even at the price of some short term inconsistency.
    It is about winning.

Clearly, though, most of the stuff that has been in the news , while possibly "creepy" 40 years later,
    has all been voluntary.
If you are the right man with the right looks/money/power/situation, women can be down with almost anything.
Creepy is in the eyes of the (woman) beholder.
Look at the tens of thousands of gorgeous young women doing porn on the internet.

Women can't be allowed to change their minds after the fact.
Camille Paglia is correct that today's women are not being taught how to survive the real
    rough-and- tumble sexual world.
Married women get this the most; they were least offended by the Trump pussy grabbing comments.

And that if they think something is strategic and intelligent they're wrong.

The thing is, “unrepentant feminist bigots” are not capable of running anything. Maybe they don’t realize that. They don’t actually say that, of course, but I suspect they believe that.

Franken grew up there too. Seems to me he’s guilty of poor judgement, not sexual harassment. On Howie Carr today they were discussing things he said in writers meetings, script conferences, etc. Where does it end? He called his mom an asshole on stage. He used to do a bit called “How to drive when you’re drunk” . Lots of stuff in questionable taste. Now look, I think he stole the his seat, and was a carpetbagger, and I dislike his politics. But to resign over this?

Full disclosure- he’s a friend of a friend. We once took Franken’s parents to a closed circuit TV Grateful Dead broadcast. I found him funny as a comedian. I am less amused by his antics in the Senate

Franken is too funny-looking/ugly for me to get offended by the photo, and I don’t believe the Tweeden victim is sincerely traumatized by the events in *that* photo since she is basically a professional piece of A– however, I would fully concede it might be the tip of the Eissberg and the guy has committed some actually objectionable manhandling.

Or it might not be. Generally I tire of the women bragging about how much they’ve been molested, or complaining of not getting all the molestation they’re entitled to. I could believe that Roy Moore is a sleazebag but the timing of the charges, and the laughable “yearbook” ruse (only a woman would come up with such an idea of “evidence”–was Jackie Coakley consultant on that), don’t pass the smell test. It’s a frame-up, even if there is fire with the smoke

But anyway: back to average broads sharing their story of being raped by Elvis, and the non-Ringo Beatles all at once, and by David Bowie and by Keith Moon… I am sure someone will claim to have been raped by Abe Vigoda pretty soon–it totally changed the course of her life

The main problem is that there's a small number of men who account for a awful lot of molestation. Most men don't molest. But the ones that do go after a lot of victims. They don't just do it once and then quit. They do it every opportunity they get throughout the course of their lives. It's exactly akin to how a small number of criminals commit most of the crime.

Realistically speaking, there's no strategic reason for anyone on this board to defend any of these guys getting hauled over the coals unless the stories don't pan out. The men going down are nearly all liberals. Let them get wiped out. Don't bother defending them just because they share your gender. They are the enemy, period. Remember, these liberal males would be going after you if they weren't having to defend themselves right now. Their goal is to destroy conservatives. So let liberal donors, politicians, and Hollywood types take their lumps.

Not only is the photo innocuous, it was clearly done as a joke and a joke that probably wouldn’t have been made by a guy who had already been rejected in the forceful manner this woman describes. In addition to that, we have

1- the woman’s description is about as straight out of a movie as the Hate Hoax descriptions we’ve been making fun of.
2- there is a man claiming he was with Franken all the time on base and the kiss didn’t happen

Not at all a fan of Franken, glad to see him getting his comeuppance but can't help feeling that the rules by which this takedown is being played out, in addition to being potentially unjust (to Franken as well as to others) are eventually going to be tweaked and refined to specifically target the good and the decent. (Roy Moore may not turn out to be one such example.) To give just a crude and not-so-subtle example, remember right after the Weinstein incidents broke, Hillary Clinton was interviewed and asked to give her take on the matter as well as on the state of women's rights everywhere. She spent her answer trying to divert attention to Donald Trump and "well, look, we have a confessed sexual assaillant in the White House!" If I've learned anything from the Obama years and their rotten afterstench, it's that the American left will do ANYthing to channel the energies of the latest buzz to their pet project. Again, the aforementioned example is not particularly well-hammered-out, but they'll learn and refine.

Of course, I'm assuming things keep going as they are. With all the high-profile accusations flying about sooner or later there are bound to be at least a few that turn out to be unfounded in an equally high-profile manner. (Nobody knew who the Duke Lacrosse players were and therefore the facelessness of the actors softened the impact of the affair.) We'll see how well the Overton window closes in the feminazis' favor then.

Whatever happened to the Hare Krishnas?

Could it have been like Scientology? Mormons? Or more fantastically, suppose Hares became as powerful as Jews or Worldwide Hindury.

Maybe its aesthetics doomed it. 'Optics' matter.

I mean how many people want to look like this?

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XCcHw58cA3w

I’m a Hare Krishna since 1979. The American phase of the movement was started in NY by a bunch of Jews and a gay Protestant preacher (Keith Ham), plus SF hippies, many also Jewish. Then they had sex and abuse scandals in the leadership resulting in a feminist takeover in about 1987 (they’d previously been totally male dominated hierarchy, which did not stop girls flocking to join). But it’s a more attractive lifestyle than ever, if Millenials can ever commit to anything. Similar to Mormons or Amish, plenty of pan-historical insights. Many of the things Steve says ring true from my HK perspective. For example HK women were unbelievably hypergamous, always trading up for a powerful husband (American HK’s did not value chastity or loyalty as much as the Hindu ones. Many, former hippies, also died of old Hep C infections…)

    Interesting.

Hare Krishna was in the cultural radar in the 70s. Not a big thing but noticeable enough to show up in movies and TV shows. I guess their exotic looks and festivals had something to do with it. In contrast, Moonies, weird as they were, dressed like normal people.

I recall seeing Hare Krishna festivals on the park in the mid 70s. They were dancing and passing out free veggie food. Yech. And they were all white.

And when I began college, there was a day when Hare Krishna had a big recruitment drive on the quad. That was in 85.

Krishna was in AIRPLANE. There was a Hare/Krishna number in HAIR movie.
People didn't know much about it but knew they existed out there.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OVXrNzPN7Dk

So, over the yrs, Hare became more normalized and attracted wealthy Hindus. But that's sort of strange. Hinduism is an ethno-religion. One has to be born Hindu.
Hare Krishna, like Buddism, is open to all, so strictly speaking, it can't be a Hindu sect though I guess modern Hinduism has room for that.

But I guess Hare Krisha fell out of the radar once whites left it and it turned into just some high-tech brown thing.

Naval Air Station Lakehurst sounds far far better than the current name: Joint Base McGuire–Dix–Lakehurst.

The "High-Mast" was used by the USS Shenandoah and USS Los Angeles during their years at NAS Lakehurst. It was from this mast that the former made her spectacular January 16, 1924 "breakaway flight" in a gale, and the latter provided one of the most interesting "photo ops" of the rigid airship era by standing on her nose on August 25, 1927. Not the Hindenburg, but a tough mooring nonetheless.

He may be the top fundraiser in the Democratic-Farmer-Groper party, but Rudy Boschwitz, who held the same seat, was once the top fundraiser in the other party, and where is he today? Back to selling plywood and giving away flavored milk?

    @Hare Krsna

There’s infinitely more evidence, and it’s tangible, that Franken sexually assaulted a woman than Trump had any contact, let alone collusion, with Russia. (And sexual assault is a crime. Collusion in politics is not).

This hostile little troll Franken got in my face once in front of a MPD cop in front of a D.C. hotel a number of years ago. I put my hands up and told the LEO to watch him. This sawed-off creep Franken has been pushing the Trump/Russia bullshit for a year and a half and I hope this sexual predator’s fall from grace and landing goes as smoothly as a docking at the mooring mast at NAS Lakehurst.

I used to work in a government job where I had personal contact with many MOC. I know a lot of dirt.

Naval Air Station Lakehurst sounds far far better than the current name: Joint Base McGuire–Dix–Lakehurst.

The “High-Mast” was used by the USS Shenandoah and USS Los Angeles during their years at NAS Lakehurst. It was from this mast that the former made her spectacular January 16, 1924 “breakaway flight” in a gale, and the latter provided one of the most interesting “photo ops” of the rigid airship era by standing on her nose on August 25, 1927. Not the Hindenburg, but a tough mooring nonetheless.

And that if they think something is strategic and intelligent they're wrong.

This isn’t about conservatives versus liberals, its about right-wing liberals versus left-wing liberals. The right-liberal Daily Mail got the ball rolling when they used that Italian model Ambra Gutierrez to attack Weinstein. I say Italian, but she is of course Eurasian. The favourite racial blend of the liberal right.

What I find especially weird about these guys, rich or powerful or famous, is that they seem to be inclined to go after women who clearly reject them. Are they really too dense to understand that the lady is not interested? Or is pushing themselves on women against the women’s will, and getting away with it, the whole point of it for these guys?

New Fox News poll has Doug Jones +8. Now I'm skeptical of this poll as it is clearly a Fox News agenda poll meant to drive Moore out of the race, but I don't think things are exactly looking up for Moore.

FYI, I believe this is the same poll that has OBAMA as more popular than Trump, so I’m going to put it in the file with all the 2016s polls that say Arizona actually wants amnesty and more illegals which is why Hillary is gonna win.

I never liked Franken, but are we going to all pretend that this isn't a photo of a man pantomiming grabbing the breasts of a woman who is wearing a flak jacket?

No, we shouldn’t pretend on here. On the other hand, I don’t see any problem making the Left adhere to the same strict rules they apply to the Right. That said, if that were my daughter, I would want to knock the shit out of Franken.

I get that we don’t let women make the rules, and don’t give women a veto over any man they don’t like but the facts on the ground are what they are. If they want to use their emancipation such as it is tear down all their male “allies” then why get in the way of that?

I was flying a lot in the eighties so I ran into a lot of Hare Krishna's at airports. I developed a defense. I was a Democrat at the time so when they came up to me chanting "Hari Krishna", I chanted right back "Harry Truman".

It confuse the hell out of them.

At soccer matches in England the fans would sometimes goad the cops by singing “Harry Roberts” (a notorious cop killer) to the Hare Krishna tune.

This would probably be classed as a macroaggression these days.

Make that same joke at the office and watch how fast you get shit-canned.

I don’t deny that for a second, but that’s true of a lot of jokes, including lots of your standard “A priest, a rabbi, and a minister walk into a bar…”-type jokes.

Usually, though, you wouldn’t get fired if someone found out you told one of those off-hours, though.

And that if they think something is strategic and intelligent they're wrong.

Unless you’re referring to a separate case, I haven’t seen any evidence yet that Franken assaulted a woman. Your grasp of “evidence” seems pretty strong based on your comment about Russia. If you apply the same rigor here, I don’t see how you can think Franken is guilty of anything significant.

I keep looking for the bigger picture and all I can come up with is that women / feminists are playing the last card in their hand. Their bid for hard power by electing Hillary Clinton went down in flames while at the same time, their soft power over men (marriage, looks, the fairer sex thing) has never been weaker. Pretty much all they have is lobbing these false accusation hand grenades and seeing who gets blown up.

For example, it may be better that Moore gets elected and Trump doesn’t get damaged, and Franken and Clinton get discredited, even at the price of some short term inconsistency.
    It is about winning.

Clearly, though, most of the stuff that has been in the news , while possibly “creepy” 40 years later,
    has all been voluntary.
If you are the right man with the right looks/money/power/situation, women can be down with almost anything.
Creepy is in the eyes of the (woman) beholder.
Look at the tens of thousands of gorgeous young women doing porn on the internet.

Women can’t be allowed to change their minds after the fact.
Camille Paglia is correct that today’s women are not being taught how to survive the real
    rough-and- tumble sexual world.
Married women get this the most; they were least offended by the Trump pussy grabbing comments.

(Except for a couple of months of Lutheran Reform/Venturist Dean Barkley, after Wellstone’s untimely demise.) Anderson was an appointment, so the last goy elected to the seat was Walter Mondale– in 1972.

Yeah, there's a lot of BS gossip there, but long time readers can figure out which ones have a grain of truth to them, particularly if the blinds repeat themselves over an extended period. Suffice to say, the scuttlebutt there today is tomorrow's Daily Mail headlines, regarding the entertainment industry.

Thanks, I took a look. This blind, probably about Trump and the AT&T and Time Warner merger, could also bring about a big political scandal by proxy of so many people in Hollywood being vocal about their political affiliations.

On Howie Carr today they were discussing things he said in writers meetings, script conferences, etc. Where does it end?

Not at all a fan of Franken, glad to see him getting his comeuppance but can’t help feeling that the rules by which this takedown is being played out, in addition to being potentially unjust (to Franken as well as to others) are eventually going to be tweaked and refined to specifically target the good and the decent. (Roy Moore may not turn out to be one such example.) To give just a crude and not-so-subtle example, remember right after the Weinstein incidents broke, Hillary Clinton was interviewed and asked to give her take on the matter as well as on the state of women’s rights everywhere. She spent her answer trying to divert attention to Donald Trump and “well, look, we have a confessed sexual assaillant in the White House!” If I’ve learned anything from the Obama years and their rotten afterstench, it’s that the American left will do ANYthing to channel the energies of the latest buzz to their pet project. Again, the aforementioned example is not particularly well-hammered-out, but they’ll learn and refine.

Of course, I’m assuming things keep going as they are. With all the high-profile accusations flying about sooner or later there are bound to be at least a few that turn out to be unfounded in an equally high-profile manner. (Nobody knew who the Duke Lacrosse players were and therefore the facelessness of the actors softened the impact of the affair.) We’ll see how well the Overton window closes in the feminazis’ favor then.

Franken is too funny-looking/ugly for me to get offended by the photo, and I don't believe the Tweeden victim is sincerely traumatized by the events in *that* photo since she is basically a professional piece of A-- however, I would fully concede it might be the tip of the Eissberg and the guy has committed some actually objectionable manhandling.

Or it might not be. Generally I tire of the women bragging about how much they've been molested, or complaining of not getting all the molestation they're entitled to. I could believe that Roy Moore is a sleazebag but the timing of the charges, and the laughable "yearbook" ruse (only a woman would come up with such an idea of "evidence"--was Jackie Coakley consultant on that), don't pass the smell test. It's a frame-up, even if there is fire with the smoke

But anyway: back to average broads sharing their story of being raped by Elvis, and the non-Ringo Beatles all at once, and by David Bowie and by Keith Moon... I am sure someone will claim to have been raped by Abe Vigoda pretty soon--it totally changed the course of her life

You are assuming everyone here is conservative.

You're "playing by the new rules" on a little-read niche blog where almost everybody agrees with each other and disagrees with the rest of the world. Mental masturbation is doing that and thinking you're fighting any battle. I spend my time on iSteve cause I live in a foreign country where I don't care to talk to anyone and can't get books easily. How bout you? Go play by the new rules on Twitter or get a fucking life.

Lmao cuck gets called for cucking out yet again, gets mad. News at 11.

Protip my weaboo friend who fled to Japan, not everyone agrees on here by a long shot(except on the fact that you are an always wrong crybaby). Now go put on your ball gag and go back to crying about how doomed we are, eeyore.

Still, not as impressive as the Hungarian Jews: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Martians_(scientists)

  142. Poor Al – the Democrats won’t defend him because they are aligned with the mob, and the Republicans won’t defend him because he’s a Democrat.

The press is so cowed that it is leaving a salient point from the reporting – she was on that tour as a professional sex object. Just run a Google Image search with her name and all you are naked and half-naked photos – make sure you have Safe Search off and you even see nipples.

Yes, I get that even a nude model should not be groped against her will. But, it is certainly relevant to the discussion, and Franken’s mental state, that he did this to a nude model Playboy bunny type (she even tweeted her condolences at Hugh Hefner’s death.)

You have to figure they had been in war zones for a while, the schtick likely involved Al wanting the beautiful woman that he couldn’t get, and there was the type of camaraderie that would result from being with the same people day and night in a war zone. So, he took a gag photo of his nebishy self feeling up the schikse model. BFD.

Speaking of nebishy – Franken did this in a nebishy, not a alpha male kind of way. Harvey wouldn’t have waited until she was asleep to fondle her. And, Harvey wouldn’t impulsively stick his tongue in her mouth, he would have done something fare more aggressive.

Some of you still don't get it, here at ground zero for supposed Big Brain commentariat. Many of you are not serious about victory, but looking for a safe space to engage in mental masturbation.

    @Hare Krsna

People didn’t know much about it but knew they existed out there.

So, over the yrs, Hare became more normalized and attracted wealthy Hindus. But that’s sort of strange. Hinduism is an ethno-religion. One has to be born Hindu.
Hare Krishna, like Buddism, is open to all, so strictly speaking, it can’t be a Hindu sect though I guess modern Hinduism has room for that.

But I guess Hare Krisha fell out of the radar once whites left it and it turned into just some high-tech brown thing.

Since "Wendy" Anderson retired a few days early in 1978, the seat has been Jewish-- Boschwitz, Wellstone, Coleman, and Franken. (Except for a couple of months of Lutheran Reform/Venturist Dean Barkley, after Wellstone's untimely demise.) Anderson was an appointment, so the last goy elected to the seat was Walter Mondale-- in 1972.

I was at a Gopher hockey game a couple years after Wendy “retired” from the Senate. I was walking down the crowded concourse and happened to notice that none other than Wendy Anderson himself was right next to me. All of a sudden I heard a voice booming down from the rafters “HEY WENDY! YOU’RE LUCKY WE LET YOU BACK INTO THE STATE AFTER THE SHIT YOU PULLED! “ I looked at him and said , “tough day, eh, Governor?” He said , “Kid, you have no idea…!”
