In 2018, the most important thing in history is to keep Central American families together. Yet, in 2014, the most important thing in history was to let in to the United States unaccompanied minors from Central America rather than send them back to their families.

It’s almost as if the Establishment just tries different PR ploys until one works …

Of course, who can remember back as far as 2014?

Say, what ever happened to those unaccompanied minors? Strange that the media hasn’t done any follow up stories on where they, what happened to them, who is looking after them, are they actually better off than in their native villages rather than racist Amerika.

  2. Travis says:

I recall. this was a big change from the Clinton Administration which used federal agents to abduct Elian Gonzalez and return him to his long lost biological father (whom he had never met). And poor Elian was not even an illegal alien, since he was Cuban he was eligible for a green card.

Obama’s unwillingness to interdict the flood of drugs and MS13 members pouring over the border cost over 200,000 American lives. Yet I’m sure he still thinks of himself as a “lightworker” and “the smartest guy in the room.” Unless he is an utter sociopath, I have a hard time understanding how he can live with himself. I guess self-reflection and remorse are white things. He lived like King Farouk for eight years was utterly callous to the plight or middle and working class Americans.

  4. Well, at least there was Elián. He was reunited with his father.

…what ever happened to those unaccompanied minors

They were apparently 17 and 1/2 in age at the border, then turned 28 upon entry.

Want to know what happened to all the unaccompanied minors that crossed the border in 2014?

Just turn on NPR radio (National Propaganda Radio).

According to the daily reports on NPR, they all turned out to be budding medical doctors, brilliant scientists, talented artists, astute business women, and assorted geniuses, polymaths, ballet dancers, and transgendered dog-walkers.

They are far, far, far better people than the scummy and degenerate USA citizens that were born here. Thank God they came to our country to save us!

Sometimes to save a nation, you have to replace its people.

ICE recently arrested over 120 MS-13 gang members on Long Island, at least 13 of whom arrived on LI as unaccompanied minors (UAMs). News12, the local news station, did an in depth story on a single “alleged” gang member who claimed he was falsely accused. All the interviews were with the “yute” and his immigration lawyer, while law enforcement refused to comment. More generally, over 3000 UAMs were dumped on LI, and both the Suffolk and Nassau county police commissioners maintain that they have become a vital recruitment pool for MS-13. In 2016 alone there were 40 homicides in Suffolk County, 25 attributed to MS-13, 15 of those dreamers.

    ***

Elián??s parents, Juan Miguel González and Elizabet Broton Rodríguez, were both natives of Cardenas, Cuba. The couple divorced in 1991 after six years of marriage but continued their efforts to have a child until 1993, when Elián was born. The couple separated for good in 1996, but both remained close with their son, who spent up to five nights a week with his father or one of his grandmothers and the rest of the time with his mother, who had moved in with her boyfriend, Lazaro Rafael Munero. Rodríguez took Elián with her when she and Munero decided to flee the harsh economic conditions of Cuba in a boat bound for America.

  11. Somewhat OT, but related to the subject of immigration:

    https://diversitymachtfrei.wordpress.com/2018/07/11/huffington-post-germany-calls-for-the-german-people-to-be-abolished-and-germany-to-be-repeopled/

A writer for the German Huffington Post, one Veit Lindner, calls for the replacement of the German people by immigrants from Third World – akin to the population replacement that Max Boot and Bret Stephens wish might take place here.

Jeez I wish I was born on the Right Side of History…

  13. Veit Lindner from the German Huffpo says: The German right want’s the German Volk (=people) from the times of Hitler back. – His whole argument is based on this counterfactual presupposition and he is therefor only playing with the thought to exchange the German people. Clear intention of Lindner: To make people like you nervous… And indeed, he gotcha! – – - Wicked Games (Chris Isaak) people play…

  14. @MartinGale

It’s all good . . . if you’re a Democrat. This year voter registration for the Dems is way up. It seems that MS-13 likes to vote early and often!

  15. @Crawfurdmuir

You gotta love it when the Lefties stop lying and start telling the truth. You can then begin to see more clearly . . .

  16. David says:

In January 2014 the DHS issued an RFI for the transport of unaccompanied alien minors, which they projected would be 65,000 in that year, to every corner of the USA. This was well before the rush on the border that became so famous.

I had lived in Honduras a few years before, and watched the nascent stages of parents paying for a migrant’s Coyote if he’d drag one of their kids with him to America to be deposited at the first charitable institution that would take it. The rapidly growing rate of this form of migration tipped the Obama administration off to the impending need to look after a whole lot of other people’s children that year.

If you download the embedded file, you’ll see that the bidding organization is being called upon to provide all the services that the Dems now claim could never be provided in a humane manner, food, clothes, language services, security, shelter, etc.

    The Audacity in the Rye

That bastard who wrote that Audacity in the Rye book had some sweet property in New Hampshire.

I never read that book and I won’t. I ain’t reading no crap from those kinds of people. I’ll read Joseph Heller, though, he’s funny. Sidney Lumet in written word.

Unless you’re talking about monetary extremism and globalized central banks and money printing and zero interest rates and bond purchases and quantitative easing and conjuring up currency out of thin air, you ain’t seein’ clearly now, whether or not the rain is gone.

  21. “Yet, in 2014, the most important thing in history was to let in to the United States unaccompanied minors from Central America rather than send them back to their families.”

    Significant correction, Steve:

…rather than reunite them with their families [sic?] here in the United States, put them on welfare, and register their adult guardians in time for the 2018 midterms or, at the very least, the 2020 election.

The ctrl-Left is 100% consistent: it advocates anything that hurts white men of normal sexuality, especially white Christian men of normal sexuality.

    The only good white
    Is a dead white

  25. @Anonymous

Southwest? You mean all over. It started in the SW, and then when it began popping up all over the media crowed about how STUPID CONSERVATIVES got it wrong.

Then someone figured out the cluster coincided with where large populations of illegals were being sent and suddenly the Kardashians took over the news or there was a poop swastika somewhere.
