In defense of Warren, which I am loath to do, and the newest kerfuffle over her campaign claims…she never said she was fired from her teaching job…but she sure as hell implied it.

  4. George says:

While not a citizen of an American Indian nation (whatever that means), if elected, she might be the first president of American Indian descent. I am heartened that although she could have played the race card as Senator, she does not seem to have offered the Cherokee or any other ‘nation’ anything, no dual loyalty issues with her I tells’ya.

  5. Richard B says:

Her humorless reply will be, “Of course! I’ve got Georgia on my mind.”

  6. ‘ELIZABETH WARREN IS RIGHT ABOUT HER NATIVE AMERICAN HERITAGE’

I thought a major reason treaties were broken with tribes in those areas was because after the civil war ended, many of those tribes refused to give up their negro slaves, whom they had become accustomed.
So giving southern lands to the indians would be akin to giving Georgia back to the confederacy.
And ain’t no good gonna come of that, I reckon.

    Her answer:

“Hell, I’m going to give the whole country back; to somebody; maybe the subcontinentals; I like their claims to all this stuff. Or maybe the Chinese; they’re looking strong.”

  11. Arclight says:

Although trolling her like this would result in howls from the media class as it being vaguely racist, Trump and other partisans should never miss an opportunity to point out her ethnic fakery.

Trump’s personality is hard for a lot of people to stomach, but it’s recognized that it’s not an act – we see Trump unvarnished. People don’t like those who pretend to be something other than what they are, particularly in such a blatant example of a blond haired blue eyed woman claiming Cherokee ancestry and that her presence on Harvard’s faculty represents some kind of triumph for the continent’s native peoples.

  12. Jack D says:

Apparently Democrat candidates (and the media) have a sort of “gentlemen’s agreement” not to use this issue against Warren in the primary campaign. When was the last time you saw a mention of the fake Indian thing in the NYT?

They had the same sort of deal going for Hillary – not to attack her regarding the emails, the corruption of the Clinton Foundation, etc. They probably figured that the Republican candidate would be a gentlemanly RINO like McCain who would also hold to this agreement and lose like a gentleman. This completely backfired on them in the general election campaign because Trump is not a gentleman and Twitters directly with the voters so he doesn’t care if the NYT embargoes anything that is off message for the Dem candidate.

  13. BB753 says:

Whatever happened to this young vet who came forward and declared he’d been Warren’s BSDM toyboy? A hoax? Fake news? Though I can well see Warren’s presidency being a very long session of scrotal torture for American men.

  14. @Jack D

Do you think Twitter might ban Trump? I give it a 50/50 chance.

  15. @Jack D

I’d love to see Warren called on it, and “agree and amplify.” Yes,I did it. The action is the reaction to that.

  16. @International Jew

You know that Dorsey and his SJW and libtard minions would love to exile Trump from Twitter, but it would be corporate suicide to (1) ban the President of the United States (2) antagonize 65 million followers and (3) get rid of a guy who brings huge numbers of eyeballs to the site.

I’d put the odds at less than 10%.

  17. BenKenobi says:
    @International Jew

Maybe then there will be some movement on the deplatforming issue.

Trump: “The internet support base that arguably led to my election is being systematically eliminated — I sleep. My twitter account banned — real shit.”

  18. Will she give Aboriginal Americans reparations? What are those beads worth today? Maybe we give the Aboriginal Americans carried interest in the GDP of their former territories.

  19. Trolls should ask Elizabeth Warren: “Will you be proud to be the first American Indian President?”

And ask her and Kamala whether they will be paying for or receiving the reparations checks.

  20. @International Jew

More details–court records contradict her claims she was fired:

To me the most important takeaway on this stuff is that Warren is a cold blooded sociopath–her lies are _very_ convincing even when you know they are lies.

Biden is not even in her league.

  24. Barnard says:

It would be great if Warren’s ex-husband would just out her as a liar on the getting fired from teaching for being pregnant claim. Why doesn’t a reporter contact him, certainly they can’t consider that off limits. Is there no one from the school board while she worked there who is still alive and can call her on it or sue her for defamation?

  25. JohnnyD says:

You could take the trolling to the next level by telling her you’re a descendant of George Custer, which entitles you to reparations because of the shame and humiliation your family has had to endure.

  26. I think “Silent Cal” Coolidge was the first President thought (by himself!) to have Indian blood. In any case, he was formally adopted into the Sioux nation, so he definitely has the advantage there.

  27. @Justvisiting

To me the most important takeaway on this stuff is that Warren is a cold blooded sociopath–her lies are _very_ convincing even when you know they are lies.

Even more impressive sociopathically is to say something quite true, and have everyone take it to be a lie, to your advantage.

Bill Clinton was a black belt at this:

“I did not have sexual relations with that woman.”

No, he had sodomitical relations with her. He wasn’t man enough for sexual.

Everyone thought, “Oh, you snake!” But he wasn’t a snake, he was a worm.

    “But I didn’t inhale.”

As John Craig pointed out, not inhaling is exactly what a manipulative sociopath would do in such a situation, to gain an edge over his compromised buddies:

    http://justnotsaid.blogspot.com/2010/08/sociopath-alert-bill-clinton.html

Biden is not even in her league.

He’s more the Kinsley gaffe type.

This was done during the Jackson administration, well before the Civil War.

No. As someone else noted, that was all done during Jackson’s term, long before the war.

However there were Indian Nation forces under Stand Watie who fought for the Confederacy out in what is now Oklahoma, in part because they did not want to give up their slaves. Slaves that they brought with them from the Southeast. Also probably because they just didn’t like bluecoats very much.

  32. @BB753

This guy needs more than one bodyguard imho.

    As I suspected–Warren is a dead-eyed freak.

  35. Well, babies are, after all, the other, other white meat – and heaven knows they are out to eat the whites….

  36. @Realist

“The principal did not invite me back” were her exact words.

I suppose that experts in public school teacher personnel policies can quibble about how that works, but her words were chosen to convince the audience she was discriminated against because she was pregnant.

Context matters–and imho if your intent is to deceive your audience you are _lying_ (even if philosophers continue to debate about the meaning of what “didn’t invite me back” means).

As was posted here earlier, that is exactly the same kind of Law School “super clever” garbage that was the specialty of the Clintons. It is a trademark of the sociopathic personality.

Intent matters in the real world outside the courtroom.

That is why we call lawyers liars.

Yes, it appears she was implying that she was fired , but she never said she was fired. You are being selective in your outrage how about…Trumps lies. All politicians lie that’s why they have a bad reputation.

There is a damn good reason why your opinion is humble.

You’re spinning your interpretation on her comment and claiming she said she was fired…not true.
