De’Aaron Fox scoring at will on Lonzo Ball’s white half

LAVAR BALL SAYS UCLA DIDN’T WIN TITLE BECAUSE WHITE PLAYERS ARE TOO SLOW

… “Realistically you can’t win no [NCAA] championship with three white guys because the foot speed is too slow,” Ball said, per Clay Fowler of the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin. …

The father of UCLA star Lonzo Ball likely was referring to Bryce Alford, TJ Leaf and Thomas Welsh, three white starters for the Bruins.

Or maybe three and a half white starters ..

UCLA fell to Kentucky in the Sweet 16 by a score of 86-75.

While Ball might have wanted his son to score 30 points, Lonzo ended with just 10 points on 4-of-10 shooting from the field, including a 1-of-6 effort from three-point range. Meanwhile, his counterpart, De’Aaron Fox, scored 39 points for Kentucky.

  1. I do not miss watching sports one teeny tiny bit. And this is coming from someone who spent sunday morning with the sports page memorizing baseball stats at an early age while playing varsity athletics through college.

If I could turn back time, I’d have gotten involved with vaulting.

Loss of interest in (and in fact contempt for) college and professional sports seems to be a common side effect of "red pilling". I used to be an obsessed ESPN junkie, but I pay almost zero attention now.

I welcome more statements like this.

    More HBD.

Because whites are slower than blacks, they will be easier prey to black thugs and crime.

Apply truth in sports to the streets.

Yes, I welcome blacks putting down white athletes.

Ken Pomeroy has UCLA as the #2 Adjusted Offense in the NCAA, so draw your own conclusion.

That said, perhaps Lavar has an algorithm from which he drew his conclusion.

Perhaps Whites deserve some credit for the fact UCLA exists — and UCLA credit for bending admissions standards to admit his son.

  8. High School Notes:

Last year, the Ball brothers won a state title led by South Korea-born Coach Steve Baik.

The renowned St. Anthony’s High School in Jersey City, NJ will close this year due to declining attendance. Basketball Hall of Fame coach Bob Hurley has won 28 state titles, the latest in 2016. His sons Bobby and Dan are currently DI basketball coaches.

The football coach at Las Vegas Bishop Gorman has been suspended after a domestic violence arrest. Charges were filed by his baby mama. In his two years as head coach, Coach Kenny Sanchez, led the team, including Muhammad Ali’s grandson, to back-to-back perfect seasons.

Why is anyone interested in “Blacketball?” It is a sport realistically only playable by Blacks for Blacks when done at a high level. Black people are just faster and have longer arms. That favors them and as a White man I have zero interest in watching one huge tall Black dude dunk over another huge tall Black dude.

By contrast, I can listen to James Brown for hours. No his music is not beautiful like Ray Charles, Nat Cole, Duke Ellington, or Miles Davis. But it certainly is rousing and entertaining. Modern Black music is nothing more than a minstrel show for hipsters, no interest in that.

[Brown's horn section on "Sex Machine" was tight!]

Yeah, realistically having White team-mates lost the game for Ball; and realistically having a Black President has been a disaster for White people in America. So there’s that. Lesson: let Black people do things they are good at — dunking basketballs over other Black people; and let White people do what they are good at: leading the nation, math, science, building Western Civilization.

Lavar Ball is just trying to keep his son’s draft stock as high as possible following a mediocre performance on his biggest stage yet. He knows his two younger sons are not as good as Lonzo and so this is the meal ticket for the entire family. From the little sports writing I still read it looks like pretty much everyone finds him annoying as hell.

Lavar strikes me as delusional on a clinical level. If I were running an NBA front office charged with making draft decisions, he would make me think twice about drafting his son (who seems to be exceptionally talented and poised).

I read some of the comments to an ESPN story on this controversy and the dozen or so I seen would disabuse anyone of the notion that HBD-type thinking is becoming more mainstream.

Almost all were of the PC ‘stereotyping is the height of ignorance’ variety.

“Realistically you can’t win no [NCAA] championship with three white guys…

    Mike Krzyzewski, call your office.

This Lavar has a lot of nerve. He thinks he can use his three sons to leverage control of the entire sport of basketball, when none of them have actually done anything that noteworthy. The older one is a one-and-doner at UCLA, and could turn out to be a total bust in the NBA. The middle one will be at UCLA next year, and we don’t know how that will pan out, and the younger one is famous for scoring a boat load of points in a high school game.

So, those slow white guys were only capable of contributing to a 31-5 record? All three of the white starters averaged in double figures. Two of them averaged over 8 rebounds a game. And, they all shot better than Ball.

UK’s Fox ran circles around Ball. It seems like his foot speed might be a little lacking as well.

Lavar Ball needs to sit down and shut up.
