The slightly left of center blogger Kevin Drum of Mother Jones is an old-fashioned liberal who believes in science and rationality. He’s the same age and geographic background as me, with a similar career path.

Before each California election, I always look up Kevin’s column on how to vote on the various referenda. While he and I may disagree ideologically, most initiatives in California these days are not the product of public groundswells, but of careful design by special interests, and he’s excellent at pointing out when a proposition that sounds sensible in summary is really mostly a scam to line the pockets of whoever organized it.

One of Drum’s contributions is the term “nutpicking” to describe picking out the dumbest, fringiest takes by the most minor representatives of the Other Side to give them excessive prominence on Your Side. Kevin, for instance, decries how progressives love themselves a “Republican lawmaker” who says something idiotic. In reality, this country has a huge number of state legislators (which justifies calling them “lawmaker” as if each one were supposed to be Hammurabi or Solon), many of whom are poorly paid, and quite a few of whom are inconsequential nobodies.

Sadly, with Drum’s latest tweet, he’s nutpicking himself:

When even Kevin Drum is talking about “we also need to be Lincolnesque in our commitment to winning America’s latest race war,” in analogy to a war that cost 750,000 American lives, it’s time to turn down the rhetoric.

Seriously though, we are politically weak, so this is the path until we have some support.

    1. Make white babies. Make more than you think you need. Have 3+ at least.
    2. Get prepared. The country is on course for a demographic trainwreck. We see the broken tracks ahead but many don't. Even if 80% of whites were woke, it won't matter in 20 years as whites shrink to 40% of the population.

So basically, get ready. The 3rd worlders have been turned into violent, hateful killers by the Bolshevik left. Can you match and exceed their levels of hate? It's all we can count on. Whites have to become the mean machines they used to be.
  2. Lincoln and the Republican party were willing to accept slavery but not extend it.

  4. Drum like most gentry hereditary libs as our Jeffrey Epstein elites hates hates hates White men.

He’s picking this up from the Upper Class women around him.

Look, reality they have the power, leadership, numbers, military, police etc to make widespread Kulak final solution to the White problem a reality.

Trump is being impeached. Romney and fellow cucks may even force conviction. After that… all White men get the Killing Fields. Hell anti Fa is heavily armed.

Our job is to survive. Period. There is no hope for victory.

Kill hopium in you hearts. It is a nasty drug. Victory was impossible when women got the right to vote and started slowly then quickly turning against us. Survival in a sea of non Whites is possible.

  5. Liberal commentator calls for RAHOWA against whites.

It is from the body of an article in Mother Jones. I don't have the link, but some other commentator did. It's not even the choicest pull-quote. The prize goes to Drum ruminating that it will require either a figurative or literal (emphasis added) war to defeat white racists, which apparently means any white person not voting for a Democrat.
  6. Liberals have a curious love of Lincoln.

One reason they love him is because they think he ended nullification (and did away with the Tenth Amendment), but actually this is incorrect. Rhode Island nullified Prohibition. Of course, DC was quite a bit different back then, and probably more tolerant.

Nothing "curious" about it. They love him because he slaughtered over 7 hundred thousand white men to free black slaves and then didn't send them back to Africa so they could go on to "enrich" Baltimore, Detroit, Chicago, Washinton, DC, etc. And, ultimately, they'll destroy what's left of the "historic American nation" in allience with tens of millions of Mestizos/Amerindians and millions of Muslims and other non-Europeans.

That's it. Fight to win. Dems have know this for decades. There's no such thing as an honorable loss (ahem, McCain). Winning matters. The R's had to deal with dem interferenence in judicial appointments for decades, and Stevens' death today only underscores that. Gingerich had/has a lot of faults, but he was the guy who flipped congress to R and changed a bunch of stuff going on there. Not perfect, but new rules.

Trump is at best guilty of slightly rough language. The squad is guilty of straigh up anti-Americanism. I loved seeing all the networks describe his tweets as 'racist.' As if criticizing someone of a diffent ethnicity or race is necessarily racist. I don't think I'm looking through rose-colored glasses, but I think most right leaners and centrists know what's going on.
    , @SMK
What does he mean, exactly, concretely and specifically, by "Lincolnesque in "winning America's latest race war"? Totalitarian censorship of all forms of "racism" and "white supremacy," as defined by blacks and browns and Muslims and white left-liberals? "Hate speech" laws and the imprisonment of millions of "racists" and "white supremacists," "xenophobes" and "Islamophobes? The release from prisons of hundreds of thousands of violent and/or recidivist black criminals? Even more anti-white reverse discrimination: quotas, affirmative action, set asides, double standards, preferential treatment, systemic coddling of black criminals?

Many of them don't think or believe at all. They are simply conforming to what they think the "in-crowd" is doing, seeking friends and approval and status. They want to be clever and "cool" like the weeknight TV comedians who tell them what to think. Back in the sixties, the distinction was like this: "establishment" people (middle-class Greatest-Generation) were "squares." Those icky people who refused to use drugs were "narcs." Etc.

This is one reason why we lost America. Politics is downstream from pop culture, and weak-minded conformists get their cues from that pop culture. The enemies of freedom and rationality took control of the culture, and here we are.

Note: terms at issue in this post are capitalized for ready identification, not because they represent static monolithic concepts.

    That's the liberal talking point.

Science (lit; "knowing in an abstract way)") is organized curiosity that assumes basic and unchanging laws of the universe exist, and tries to find them. It is founded upon Christianity (the "basic and unchanging laws" part) and upon Classical Greek society (the "laws of the universe") part.
The "religion that serves the powers who run things at any particular time in history" is Engineering, quite a different activity that predates science by several thousand years.
"Technology" was actually a realization that knowledge (logos) about making things "technos" involves considerable hands on experience, which is not part of Science and not part of Engineering. Today it is a term that means what "magic" still means and is ordinarily used where the word "equipment" was once used.

There is yet another activity, Propaganda, that claims to be Science, Engineering, or the 1960's term "Technology", depending upon who it is trying to deceive. You can detect Propaganda by its lack of curiosity (so it isn't Science), its inability to build things that meet speecs and make money (so they can't be Engineering), or that are synonymous with the world "equipment".

I like the way he admits that photo ID laws do not affect the vote in any significant way. This is yet another issue where I get infuriated because of the lack of real data. A couple of years ago there was an article in a college town paper, Madison?, that profiled three people affected by photo ID laws. First of all, the requirements allowed for a dozen different kinds of ID, not just drivers licenses. Secondly, you could still vote without an ID and they let you show up within a couple of weeks with the ID or provisional ID to activate your ballot. One of the women didn’t have ID because she had diabetes or something and limited mobility … who nevertheless mobilityized her to the polls. A second was complaining that her bus pass wasn’t accepted, but she was still allowed to provisionally vote. A third was an SJW male grad student who complained that neither his out-of-state drivers license nor his expired student ID was accepted … note, he could have voted twice since he never bothered to change his drivers license. I think these three examples pretty much cover the typical “suppressed voter.”

You can clearly see where things are headed, can’t you? We’ve reached the point where the democrat party is actually embracing open borders and open racism against whites*. They will win all elections soon due to artificial demographic change they helped institute with Hart-Cellar. That’s an existential crisis. Party’s over guys. Either the democrat party and its entire apparatus goes (banned, run out of town) or we need to go. There is obviously no solution other than secession at this point – none, zero. I know I’ve harped on that subject an insane number of times, but I’m not crazy, and I’m right about this. I can see where things are going because I hang out with some pretty vile people. I hear them talk. They scare me. Honestly, conservative red state whites have been backed into a corner and there is no way out. That may sound histrionic, but it’s not. If you think it is, please present to me a calm, clear, and realistic case of how things are going to turn around. I’m certainly willing to listen if you’ve got one. I don’t think you do, though. I think you think like me but aren’t willing to say it.

*I’ve been analyzing the second democrat debate in detail today, and it’s just astonishing the number of race-oriented, gender-oriented buzzwords/phrases that are in this thing; it’s pure venom. It’s incredible. The mainstream media carefully buried all of this by categorizing the debate broadly by subject and speaking time. Break it down by buzzword/phrase, carefully count each, and the democrat party’s true priorities come to light: we have no place in that party.

Also from this same guy (my guess is that he had to turn up the rhetoric as a diversion for his heresy in pointing out what the democrats are actually doing):

Are Democrats Now the Party of Open Borders?

    Kevin Drum
    Political Blogger
    July 12, 2019

Elizabeth Warren has an immigration plan. Here are the highlights:

Decriminalizes unauthorized immigration and returns to the civil enforcement we had before George Bush began Operation Streamline.

Eliminates abusive immigration enforcement and keeps law enforcement at arms length from CBP and ICE.

    Reduces and reforms immigrant detention.
    Reforms immigration courts.

Raises the refugee cap to 125,000 and affirms refugee protections.
Reforms legal immigration and creates a path to citizenship.

This is a curious plan. As near as I can tell, it recommends no actions to improve border law enforcement in any way. There’s nothing about either a wall or a “virtual wall.” There’s nothing about E-Verify. There’s nothing about “smarter” or “more efficient” enforcement. No one will ever be deported—except, presumably, for serious felons, though Warren doesn’t even say that explicitly. Expedited removal will be ended. The Border Patrol will be reshaped from “top to bottom,” and will focus their efforts on “homeland security efforts like screening cargo, identifying counterfeit goods, and preventing smuggling and trafficking.” The whole thing is very similar to Julian Castro’s plan.

I have previously criticized Republicans who accused liberals of wanting “open borders.” President Trump tweets about this endlessly. But I have to admit that it’s hard to see much daylight between Warren’s plan and de facto open borders. As near as I can tell, CBP will be retasked away from patrolling the border looking for illegal crossings; if border officers happen to apprehend someone, they’ll be released almost immediately; if they bother to show up for their court date, they’ll have a lawyer appointed for them; and employers will have no particular reason to fear giving them a job.

Am I missing something here? Does Warren’s plan explicitly make it vanishingly unlikely that anyone crossing our border will ever be caught and sent back?

That is precisely Warren’s intent. And also the intent of the rest of the Democratic candidates. Their first priority is to make the USA like California, a single party political system. Once The Party has absolute power, then and only then they can fine-tune what’s they want to do with it and how they can reconcile the demands of all the members of the coalition of the fringes.
As far as what happens next, it is obvious that something that can’t go on forever, won’t. The trick is to predict how it won’t. As Casey Stengel said, “It’s hard to make predictions, especially about the future “. I’m not dumb enough to think I can predict what will happen, but we can lay out possible alternatives in preparation.
Living in California since the sixties I’ve watched the whole thing sliding in slow motion and having people tell me for fifty years that I’m an alarmist and things are just fine. You almost have to live in California to understand the sheer numbers of the demographic change.
    1. The Democratic Party and it’s apparatuses are not going to be unseated. California is down to 37% White and the US down in the 60’s. The immigration rate including legal is now running at something like 2-4 million people a year.Just as critically:
    2. The new people are much younger than Whites. And:
    3. We are hobbled by liberals who are working for the other side, including a disheartening percentage of women.
    4. The entire power structure including law, finance, big business, government bureaucracy, the media, entertainment, education and even the senior officer Corp of the military is against us.
So, things are never going back to the old days.

    What will happen then? Possibilities;
    1. Most likely is a larger version of Brazil or Mexico. The financial house of cards is bound to collapse eventually as a system already spending a trillion dollars a year on an imperial military, running on borrowing and printing money, and being drained by massive trade deficits is strained by out of control immigration and an aging Baby Boom generation. Once the dollar ceases to be the international reserve currency it will be all over. The country will settle in as more chaotic, poorer and browner place run by an elite minority of Asians, Jews, Whites, mixed races, all drawn from the talented one-hundredth. There will still be some technology and raw resource exploitation hubs, propped up by the Chinese who will want to exploit the remaining talent for their own purposes. The rest will be helots, almost no middle class and people, like modern day urban Brazilians, will no longer stop their cars at red lights after dark.
    2. Organized secession is possible but less likely. The US does not have quite the same distinct cultural, racial and linguistic regions like Yugoslavia or the USSR that can fragment cleanly. If you look at even places like the Northwest, that is unlikely to break away like H. A. Covington’s novels. Even it is already too diverse at this point.
    3. A collapse maybe even reaching alveolar to the extent of the pessimist’s “roasting squirrels on a stick” is another possibility. Kevin Drum is signaling that his side can win by having a race war and killing hundred of thousands to enforce obedience just like Lincoln. Not going to happen. The US is not the same country it was in the 1860’s. Winning the Civil War was possible because the country was not as dependent on fast, long range logistics. The War could be confined to the South. Northerners suffered from losing relatives in battle, but the North largely didn’t suffer the destruction of war directly. Today a war will be fought everywhere. Guerrillas and terrorists can move too easily. The food, water and energy and goods people need are no longer sourced from millions of local farms, from wells and from forests. They have to be transported in mass quantities over large distances to enormous urban areas. Even partially impede the transport of water, electricity, and food to a huge city for three days, and the diverse inhabitants who longer have any social capital will start to tear it apart. People like Eric Swalwell who sneer that their side has the tanks and nukes don’t seem to have gotten the lesson that you can patrol a nation from inside a tank, but you can’t govern it. Those scary guys you mention would have the self-awareness and pragmatic will to carve out islands from the chaos and start to build new social systems. In this scenario they would be the Barons in a neo-feudal regime.
Sorry, I don’t see a happy ending at present and can only hope I’m wrong.

You and I are different races. We have between us a broader difference than exists between almost any other races. Whether it be right or wrong, I need not discuss; but this physical difference is a great disadvantage to us both, as I think. Your race suffer very greatly, many of them by living amongst us, while ours suffer from your presence. In a word, we suffer on each side. If this is admitted, it affords a reason at least why we should be separated.

Liberalism is something between a religion and a sports team fan base (like for the Packers). Trump’s election caused a “test of faith” for many believers. The fact that so many people still possess hopes and dreams for its ideas demonstrates the point. Sailer’s “All is Fog” article best captures the inability to address these failures. Sure, the failure of the 1960s flipped many Liberal Jews into Neocons but the majority of Jews (and northern WASPS) are still liberal. To them, liberalism was successful but nobody can remember when, how, or why? Its foggy.

You can clearly see where things are headed, can't you? We've reached the point where the democrat party is actually embracing open borders and open racism against whites*. They will win all elections soon due to artificial demographic change they helped institute with Hart-Cellar. That's an existential crisis. Party's over guys. Either the democrat party and its entire apparatus goes (banned, run out of town) or we need to go. There is obviously no solution other than secession at this point - none, zero. I know I've harped on that subject an insane number of times, but I'm not crazy, and I'm right about this. I can see where things are going because I hang out with some pretty vile people. I hear them talk. They scare me. Honestly, conservative red state whites have been backed into a corner and there is no way out. That may sound histrionic, but it's not. If you think it is, please present to me a calm, clear, and realistic case of how things are going to turn around. I'm certainly willing to listen if you've got one. I don't think you do, though. I think you think like me but aren't willing to say it.

*I've been analyzing the second democrat debate in detail today, and it's just astonishing the number of race-oriented, gender-oriented buzzwords/phrases that are in this thing; it's pure venom. It's incredible. The mainstream media carefully buried all of this by categorizing the debate broadly by subject and speaking time. Break it down by buzzword/phrase, carefully count each, and the democrat party's true priorities come to light: we have no place in that party.

Also from this same guy (my guess is that he had to turn up the rhetoric as a diversion for his heresy in pointing out what the democrats are actually doing):

Are Democrats Now the Party of Open Borders?

    Kevin Drum

Exactly right – that science is indeed a belief system, a religion. A religion that serves the powers who run things at any particular time in history.

Note: terms at issue in this post are capitalized for ready identification, not because they represent static monolithic concepts.

    That’s the liberal talking point.

Science (lit; “knowing in an abstract way)”) is organized curiosity that assumes basic and unchanging laws of the universe exist, and tries to find them. It is founded upon Christianity (the “basic and unchanging laws” part) and upon Classical Greek society (the “laws of the universe”) part.
The “religion that serves the powers who run things at any particular time in history” is Engineering, quite a different activity that predates science by several thousand years.
“Technology” was actually a realization that knowledge (logos) about making things “technos” involves considerable hands on experience, which is not part of Science and not part of Engineering. Today it is a term that means what “magic” still means and is ordinarily used where the word “equipment” was once used.

There is yet another activity, Propaganda, that claims to be Science, Engineering, or the 1960’s term “Technology”, depending upon who it is trying to deceive. You can detect Propaganda by its lack of curiosity (so it isn’t Science), its inability to build things that meet speecs and make money (so they can’t be Engineering), or that are synonymous with the world “equipment”.

Point taken. But while you are of course historically correct, I'm hunting for deer, not owls.

In the public mind, Sherman is associated with a mass escalation of brutality in the war, most people don't think much further than that about it. And his proximity to Lincoln makes him a better fit in this instance, rather than say Maoist, which is closer to what the Left really wants.

The best fit of course is the Red Terror, because while Mao mass-murdered his fellow Chinese, it was the Bolshevik Jews who led the last great Coalition of the Fringes in slaughtering the majority Russians and savagely persecuting Christianity. Bolshevism was a Jewish-led race war more than anything else.

This is of course what we have right now, a repeat of the Red Terror, only much softer and in slow motion. The Jews simply thought they'd sit back and use their pet duskies as proxies to wear down and destroy the goyim through simple erosion. But now that the duskies have got the numbers, turns out they have ideas of their own. They're not known for patience.

  67. The problem with this sort of thinking is that it supposes that Asians and even some or most Latinos would accept a US ruled by African Americans. I doubt that. The reason Asians and Latinos originally left their countries is because they wanted to live in a well governed society, and by definition a US run by African Americans would not be that. As Steve has saidy many times, any anti white coalition would soon collapse. Asians and Latinos have little love for African Americans (neither Whites of course, but they are consumed by this ridiculous guilt)

That's one thing absolutely no one will ever have to worry about. Negroes aren't in line for leadership. They are simply a cross between useful idiots and shock troops, the purpose of which is to terrorize white people. The actual Powers That Be, whom I note you avoided mentioning, won't even tolerate Asians past a certain point.

Asians are probably smart enough to figure this out, eventually. One tipoff, should they take interest, will be when they notice that they are no longer celebrated in the mass media, but vilified. It won't be soon, but it's as sure a bet as the sun coming up in the morning. It'll happen.

"Liberals don’t believe in science and rationality. Their beliefs are fixed in a number of ideas from the 1960s. There isn’t anything before or after of importance. Their thoughts on IQ and busing hasn’t changed a bit."

Its foggy.

Nah. Sherman was about property damage, not bloodshed (Try and find a decent massacre during his March to the Sea).

    Plus, Sherman didn't like Blacks:

I like ni***** well enough as ni*****, but when fools and idiots try and make ni***** better than ourselves I have an opinion.

Point taken. But while you are of course historically correct, I’m hunting for deer, not owls.

In the public mind, Sherman is associated with a mass escalation of brutality in the war, most people don’t think much further than that about it.

The Jews simply thought they’d sit back and use their pet duskies as proxies to wear down and destroy the goyim through simple erosion. But now that the duskies have got the numbers, turns out they have ideas of their own. They’re not known for patience.

Like the mob sings in Marat/Sade,

    “We want our Revolution NOW!”

I just finished this guy’s blog post. Honestly, I can’t see how Sailer ever thought anything of this guy. He strikes me as nothing special.

    Example:

“The famous post-election autopsy written by the Republican National Committee after Mitt Romney’s 2012 loss, said this: In 1980, exit polls tell us that the electorate was 88 percent white. In 2012, it was 72 percent white….According to the Pew Hispanic Center, in 2050, whites will be 47 percent of the country….The Republican Party must be committed to building a lasting relationship within the African American community year-round, based on mutual respect and with a spirit of caring.”

Drum’s plan to get blacks voting republican: “reaching out to black voters would only work if Republicans also ceased their tolerance of white bigotry.”

BS. There is essentially no way republicans can EVER attract any sizable portion of the black vote without also sacrificing nearly the entirety of their constituents concerns and interests, which are divergent from black interests because 1) whites are wealthier 2) whites are better educated 3) whites care about things blacks don’t according to polling data, such as the environment and public parks 4) whites commit far less crime 5) blacks have far greater ingroup preference (are more racist) than whites 6) blacks inhabit geographic areas republican whites don’t. Even if they did, blacks would still vote democrat because that party would always be willing to offer them even more.

If this guy disagrees, he’s welcome to lay out a case backed by recent historical precedent, polling data, and statistics. I won’t hold my breath.

The guy he quotes, Mitt Romney, did reach out and got nothing for it in return. His share of the black vote? 6%. His share of the Hispanic vote? 27%. Pathetic. McCain didn’t do much better. Same with Bush. What’s the definition of insanity again? Funny how Drum left that part out.

What’s actually happening here is that these demographic groups are racist, not whites. Drum is upset because that is an obvious fact the moment you examine their rhetoric and the hate culture they’ve created: is there such thing as “black supremacy” in the culture nowadays? Or what about “black privilege” or any of the myriad dog whistles racist left-wingers use? Do republicans still bring up busing or Brown v. Board of Education in their debates?

No. In fact, republicans have done everything reasonable to court this demographic and be nice to them – to pamper them. They’ve disowned Steve King for, honestly, quite innocuous comments. Did the democrats disown Omar over her Benjamin’s comments? Nope. Instead, they passed a House resolution implicitly attacking whites. Hell, Trump spent years bragging about black low unemployment and sucking up to Kanye West … and all the left did was call the guy a racist in return (because he’s white, just admit it … doesn’t matter what he does). Does anyone really think a couple more social programs would have changed any of that?

This correct observation flies in the face of his religion, so he lashes out at the victims – those who point it out. These minority groups are voting against whites and white concerns because they don’t like whites (demonstrated in Bernie Sanders’s loss to Hillary in 2016 due to the monolithic black vote and the myriad number of white guys being chased out of the democrat party). THEY are the racists who refuse to compromise. THEY are the racists who’ve spent decades pushing all manner of racist conspiracy theories from stereotype threat to institutional racism – all implicit attacks on whites. We are the subject of mass hysterias, witch hunts (race hoaxes), various slanders (SRE’s A Rape on Campus) …

We are the best of everything in this country. Without us, it would collapse over night. We are 97% of airforce pilots defending this “Liberal World Order” with almost no thanks. We are subject to record high suicide rates; totally ignored by the democrats. We are the ones that suffer under the reverse discrimination imposed by affirmative action and other “diversity” initiatives. It’s our home prices that have skyrockted due to the insane immigration policies the left and their conservative amen corner promoted; we didn’t cause that. We are the ones that have to pretend we are stupid to foreigners to cover for low minority academic achievement. etc etc etc etc etc etc into infinity

    • Replies: @L Woods
The example of Air Force pilots is particularly telling. Unlike the combat arms ranks, which (rather amazingly) held out against the poz until only recently, Diversity was forced on the rated ranks of the Air Force decades ago. Despite obsessive affirmative action, and the ostensible lack of physical rigor that would preclude women, pilots (and navigators) remain overwhelmingly white and male.

    Kevin Drum
    Political Blogger

Does Warren’s plan explicitly make it vanishingly unlikely that anyone crossing our border will ever be caught and sent back?

    https://www.motherjones.com/kevin-drum/2019/07/are-democrats-now-the-party-of-open-borders/

    What will happen then? Possibilities;

    Same in the UK.

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7250831/British-military-brass-run-force-rife-sexism-racism-bullying-new-report-claims.html

Military chiefs are a 'pack of white middle-aged men' who run a force awash with sexism, racism and bullying and should be sent for diversity training, an explosive new report claims.

The study, the most in-depth the armed forces has ever commissioned, says 'an unacceptable level of inappropriate behaviour persists' across the RAF, Army and Navy.

It also describes its leaders as a 'generation not used to having people from other diversity groups serving alongside them' and their actions were 'shaped by an armed forces of 20 years ago'.

The paper said every senior officer from brigadier level and above should be sent on compulsory diversity training courses.

And it recommends appointing a 'culture and behaviour' tsar to lead changes in the the system going forward.

The report was conducted by Air Chief Marshal Mike Wigston, the incoming Chief of the Air Staff who will assume the role later this year.

The problem with this sort of thinking is that it supposes that Asians and even some or most Latinos would accept a US ruled by African Americans.

That’s one thing absolutely no one will ever have to worry about. Negroes aren’t in line for leadership. They are simply a cross between useful idiots and shock troops, the purpose of which is to terrorize white people. The actual Powers That Be, whom I note you avoided mentioning, won’t even tolerate Asians past a certain point.

Asians are probably smart enough to figure this out, eventually. One tipoff, should they take interest, will be when they notice that they are no longer celebrated in the mass media, but vilified. It won’t be soon, but it’s as sure a bet as the sun coming up in the morning. It’ll happen.

    • Replies: @ATBOTL
I don't see any reason to believe that this will happen. Why wouldn't the elites "tolerate" Asians? The elites are importing massive numbers of Asians and using them to replace whites. You are just wishful thinking.

Why do some older whites have so much trouble being pro-white? They always want to fantasize about having some non-white ally like Asians or native born blacks. It's not going to happen. Get over that kind of cucky thinking.

Accept the truth. The only way to save ourselves to embrace white nationalism and stand alone as a people. We are not going to have any allies outside of our group when we do this. They will ALL be united against us. Deal with it.

And they absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead.

Great point. Anti-Whites aren’t ever going to moved by sympathy for us.

I believe the word this guy is really looking for is "Shermanesque," he's just too deceitful to come out and say it. And I'm sure the good General's tactics would downright give him a woody.

    Nah, Sherman was an Anti-Semite.

The world’s white population is 16%.

    16%.

We are not the brightest, but we do have the better genes for creativity. If that gene pool is wiped out, the dark ages or centuries of Chinese bureaucratic stagnation is what our children have to look forward too (until some isolated gene pool recreates what has been lost).

We are maybe not endangered but by definition we are vulnerable.

Shouldn’t this be something that is discussed more (beyond this site?). Certainly you won’t find it if you look up world demographics on Wikipedia.

Protect this nation as it is. Protect humanities greatest hope. Even against the idiocy of the libs.

USA 300 million, EU 400 million, add Canada, Australia, South Africa. Of course, not all of those millions are white at that. World population: 7.5 billion and rising.

So, the portion of whites is, generously speaking, about 10% and shrinking.

    What will happen then? Possibilities;

    Same in the UK.

Military chiefs are a ‘pack of white middle-aged men’ who run a force awash with sexism, racism and bullying and should be sent for diversity training, an explosive new report claims.

The study, the most in-depth the armed forces has ever commissioned, says ‘an unacceptable level of inappropriate behaviour persists’ across the RAF, Army and Navy.

It also describes its leaders as a ‘generation not used to having people from other diversity groups serving alongside them’ and their actions were ‘shaped by an armed forces of 20 years ago’.

The paper said every senior officer from brigadier level and above should be sent on compulsory diversity training courses.

And it recommends appointing a ‘culture and behaviour’ tsar to lead changes in the the system going forward.

The report was conducted by Air Chief Marshal Mike Wigston, the incoming Chief of the Air Staff who will assume the role later this year.

Quisling whites trying to limit the coming PoC massacre to only “reactionary” whites are counting on the mob to be calm and rational is deciding exactly which whites are “reactionary”. Many People of Color may decide that all whites are reactionary and start targeting “goodwhites” as well. After all most PoC’s live in Blue States and don’t run into a lot of badwhites on a daily basis. And Blue State racism is rampant. Just look at how blacks are being gentrified out of their historic neighborhoods. Or for example, Berkeley CA has the widest black/white achievement gap in the entire US. Since we all know that every race has exactly the same intellectual abilities, racial achievement gaps are solely caused by local racism, which arguably means the goodwhites in Berkeley are the most racist whites in the country.

When it comes to foolishness, Jeff Davis was the champ. God knows how things might have gone for the Confederacy if they had had a competent guy in charge. As Grant noted in his memoirs:

It may be that Longstreet was not sent to Knoxville for the reason stated, but because Mr. Davis had an exalted opinion of his own military genius, and thought he saw a chance of "killing two birds with one stone." On several occasions during the war he came to the relief of the Union army by means of his superior military genius.

That’s the point, though. That’s what he intends. That’s what he wants. And that’s what some of the commenters here arguing finer points in regards to Davis v. Lincoln are missing. Much of the left wants to do exactly what you accuse Lincoln of doing, regardless of fact, to their enemies; they admire the critique as being both true and desirable. They think it’s a plus. And they’ve been doing it low-grade for decades through university and mass media gatekeeping, public shaming, numerous doxing groups such as the ADL and SPLC, and now social media deplatforming. They don’t think that works anymore, so they escalate.

As I’ve said before, the Left isn’t motivated by facts or logic. They are motivated by morality – theirs. And the desire to create a utopia on earth. Problem: if someone stands in the way of what is moral, then they must (in their minds) be immoral and, therefore, deserving of punishment; those who stand in the way of utopia deserve extreme punishment. Much of that psychology underlies what we’ve seen the extreme left do in history – the French Revolution, the Russian Revolution, etc. For example, the ideology of communist revolution was predicated on pitting a disaffected, envious underclass against their privileged, wealthy rulers by implying their victims were somehow immoral – that their gains were somehow ill-gotten or not being shared properly (unfair). That justified doing anything to them: secret police, gulags, show trials, theft, executions, unpersoning, brainwashing, etc.* Same happened during the French Revolution. Notice the pattern? Think about it. If you’re a virtuous Leftist (in your own mind), how is it wrong to punish the wicked? Don’t they deserve it?

This is about punishing “The Other”. The same other that they delude themselves into thinking has disadvantaged them, despite the wealth of evidence to the contrary. You’ll notice how the left doesn’t even bother to address white concerns anymore, certainly not explicitly. The democrats could defuse the entirety of the dissident right (or enough of it to comfortably win national elections) by explicitly making this appeal to them as a group. It’s easy enough. Yang did it a few times and got support for it. The Left does exactly that for blacks and women (they say it directly in their debates), so why not with white men? Reason: this is about morality, not facts; this is about feeling virtuous by pitting their groups against an immoral “other” (all of us).

They dismiss this group outright or ignore them as a result because you can’t have a diverse coalition without an enemy (us). That makes peace impossible. The phrase “LGBT” was used more times in the last democrat debate than suicide (zero mentions); buzzwords concerning women’s issues were used over a dozen times in various combinations by multiple candidates but issues concerning men were mentioned hardly at all:

The word “men” was used in terms of positive group identity zero times; suicide was not mentioned at all; “opioid” was used exactly once by white guy Joe Biden; “father” was mentioned three times but usually in the context of the candidate being a father himself or having one (mother was used repeatedly to shame border enforcement and as a democrat constituency group identifier); prostate cancer was used once by a male candidate admitting he had it; no mentions of divorce proceedings, custody issues for men (not immigrants), etc etc. In contrast, the debate was filled with women’s issues: abortion had numerous mentions, “women” as a positive group identifier was used multiple times, ERA got several mentions etc etc etc.

And don’t even get me started on race issues. The number of times “busing”, “race, systemic racism, institutional racism”, “Brown v. Board of Education”, “civil rights”, “voting rights”, “voting rights act”, “black”, “reparations”, “gerrymandering”, etc etc etc was used was just astonishing. “White” was used numerous times in terms of racism or police shootings; this included the phrase “white supremacy”. Question: did any of the republican debates in 2016 mention “black supremacy” or “black nationalism”? Seriously. Get the transcript and start color-coding this stuff. You’ll be shocked at what you find. It is so obviously filled with racist and sexist dog whistles.**

Why exactly is it right for the democrats to do this obvious race and gender pandering but not republicans? Why must republicans pander to other groups when the democrat party does nothing of the sort for republican constituency groups? Literally nothing, I mean. Lots of conservative phrases and issues came up with exactly zero mentions (or used in the context of violent, racist acts when they were used).

In my opinion, the extreme left cannot be negotiated with. The best we can hope to do is remove them from power and then let their low birthrates remove their genes from the population. If we survive this, 200 years from now the last Leftist will be gone and we will be back on track towards the future of Star Trek*** and Babylon 5.

*FBI director J. Edgar Hoover was so scared of the communists he formed an alliance between what was left of the WASP elite in the 1950s and the American Jews to oppose them (successfully). In fact, he wrote a small pocket book entitled “Masters of Deceit” where he dedicated an entire section to claiming communism was anti-Semetic. That observation also illuminates why it isn’t possible to form another coalition with Jews in the modern world: conservative whites no longer have a spokesman like Hoover anymore with whom to negotiate; they no longer have much representation among the elite either, so there is no place for Jews to sign on the dotted line. In order to make such a gentleman’s agreement, you need two organized groups that can cut a deal and then enforce it among their members. Hoover did this in his fight against communism. That’s why the Jews then suddenly became anti-communist Reaganites later in history and why those pesky conservative guys who opposed Jewish identity and Israel were simultaneously sidelined. Unz has briefly touched on this mystery, I believe.

**This is why I continue to attack libertarians. It is obviously foolish to allow your opposition (especially the dangerous left) to control all the levers of power and information distribution. The left can get away with this unfair situation because the entire media covers for them while attacking their opponents. Imagine republican debates mentioning “men” or “men’s rights” dozens of times in a positive manner or mentioning “black supremacy” or any of the myriad racist buzzwords and phrases used by the democrats in their two debates so far. If your ideology requires you to lose, you change your ideology.

***Useful aside: Star Trek was based on the concept of different nation-states and their representatives getting along, not so much modern day American multiculturalism; it was supposed to be like the U.N. but in space (same for Babylon 5). Nearly all the human characters came from areas of the earth that represented distinct human tribes, same for most federation alien members in terms of their planets. That’s why Star Trek is anachronistic and, therefore, no longer works anymore in the modern world. That’s why they had to change it for Discovery and the movies. It’s probably also a bit too much to show a white audience what could have been. Despite the slur of “white nationalism” used by the Left, most so-called “white nationalists” wouldn’t have had a problem living in the world of Star Trek – getting along with other groups as long as you had your own group, home, and culture. THAT is a powerful realization, and one that must be covered up at all costs. Thus, the franchise has been turned into just another shoot’em up version of Star Wars for the masses. And Babylon 5 has all but disappeared from public consciousness.

  108. Sherman offered terms to Johnston that were even more generous than those Lee accepted at Appomattox. In fact, Johnston was a pall-bearer at Sherman’s funeral (probably contributing to his own death by taking off his cap in bad weather).

  109. @anon
I just finished this guy's blog post. Honestly, I can't see how Sailer ever thought anything of this guy. He strikes me as nothing special.

    Example:

"The famous post-election autopsy written by the Republican National Committee after Mitt Romney’s 2012 loss, said this: In 1980, exit polls tell us that the electorate was 88 percent white. In 2012, it was 72 percent white….According to the Pew Hispanic Center, in 2050, whites will be 47 percent of the country….The Republican Party must be committed to building a lasting relationship within the African American community year-round, based on mutual respect and with a spirit of caring."

Drum's plan to get blacks voting republican: "reaching out to black voters would only work if Republicans also ceased their tolerance of white bigotry."

BS. There is essentially no way republicans can EVER attract any sizable portion of the black vote without also sacrificing nearly the entirety of their constituents concerns and interests, which are divergent from black interests because 1) whites are wealthier 2) whites are better educated 3) whites care about things blacks don't according to polling data, such as the environment and public parks 4) whites commit far less crime 5) blacks have far greater ingroup preference (are more racist) than whites 6) blacks inhabit geographic areas republican whites don't. Even if they did, blacks would still vote democrat because that party would always be willing to offer them even more.

If this guy disagrees, he's welcome to lay out a case backed by recent historical precedent, polling data, and statistics. I won't hold my breath.

The guy he quotes, Mitt Romney, did reach out and got nothing for it in return. His share of the black vote? 6%. His share of the Hispanic vote? 27%. Pathetic. McCain didn't do much better. Same with Bush. What's the definition of insanity again? Funny how Drum left that part out.

What's actually happening here is that these demographic groups are racist, not whites. Drum is upset because that is an obvious fact the moment you examine their rhetoric and the hate culture they've created: is there such thing as "black supremacy" in the culture nowadays? Or what about "black privilege" or any of the myriad dog whistles racist left-wingers use? Do republicans still bring up busing or Brown v. Board of Education in their debates?

No. In fact, republicans have done everything reasonable to court this demographic and be nice to them - to pamper them. They've disowned Steve King for, honestly, quite innocuous comments. Did the democrats disown Omar over her Benjamin's comments? Nope. Instead, they passed a House resolution implicitly attacking whites. Hell, Trump spent years bragging about black low unemployment and sucking up to Kanye West ... and all the left did was call the guy a racist in return (because he's white, just admit it ... doesn't matter what he does). Does anyone really think a couple more social programs would have changed any of that?

This correct observation flies in the face of his religion, so he lashes out at the victims - those who point it out. These minority groups are voting against whites and white concerns because they don't like whites (demonstrated in Bernie Sanders's loss to Hillary in 2016 due to the monolithic black vote and the myriad number of white guys being chased out of the democrat party). THEY are the racists who refuse to compromise. THEY are the racists who've spent decades pushing all manner of racist conspiracy theories from stereotype threat to institutional racism - all implicit attacks on whites. We are the subject of mass hysterias, witch hunts (race hoaxes), various slanders (SRE's A Rape on Campus) ...

We are the best of everything in this country. Without us, it would collapse over night. We are 97% of airforce pilots defending this "Liberal World Order" with almost no thanks. We are subject to record high suicide rates; totally ignored by the democrats. We are the ones that suffer under the reverse discrimination imposed by affirmative action and other "diversity" initiatives. It's our home prices that have skyrockted due to the insane immigration policies the left and their conservative amen corner promoted; we didn't cause that. We are the ones that have to pretend we are stupid to foreigners to cover for low minority academic achievement. etc etc etc etc etc etc into infinity

Liberals have a curious love of Lincoln.

One reason they love him is because they think he ended nullification (and did away with the Tenth Amendment), but actually this is incorrect. Rhode Island nullified Prohibition. Of course, DC was quite a bit different back then, and probably more tolerant.

Nothing “curious” about it. They love him because he slaughtered over 7 hundred thousand white men to free black slaves and then didn’t send them back to Africa so they could go on to “enrich” Baltimore, Detroit, Chicago, Washinton, DC, etc. And, ultimately, they’ll destroy what’s left of the “historic American nation” in allience with tens of millions of Mestizos/Amerindians and millions of Muslims and other non-Europeans.

He didn't do it to free slaves. He did it to keep in the Union the kind of mad diversity advocates any sane leader would have rushed to expel.

The South Africans had the right idea with "grand apartheid". But they dragged their feet because they'd have to change their own linens.

The problem with this sort of thinking is that it supposes that Asians and even some or most Latinos would accept a US ruled by African Americans.

I don’t see any reason to believe that this will happen. Why wouldn’t the elites “tolerate” Asians? The elites are importing massive numbers of Asians and using them to replace whites. You are just wishful thinking.

Why do some older whites have so much trouble being pro-white? They always want to fantasize about having some non-white ally like Asians or native born blacks. It’s not going to happen. Get over that kind of cucky thinking.

Accept the truth. The only way to save ourselves to embrace white nationalism and stand alone as a people. We are not going to have any allies outside of our group when we do this. They will ALL be united against us. Deal with it.

USA 300 million, EU 400 million, add Canada, Australia, South Africa. Of course, not all of those millions are white at that. World population: 7.5 billion and rising.

So, the portion of whites is, generously speaking, about 10% and shrinking.

What about Russia, Ukraine, Moldavia, Bulgaria, etc. EU is not Europe, thankfully.

    • Replies: @Pericles
Good point, why not add them up and see? Russia is 145 million, Ukraine 42 million, Bulgaria 7 million, Moldova 3 million. So that makes 200 million more (all of this before subtracting non-whites). Perhaps a case could be made for the castizo as well.

'When even Kevin Drum is talking about “we also need to be Lincolnesque in our commitment to winning America’s latest race war,” in analogy to a war that cost 750,000 American lives, it’s time to turn down the rhetoric.

...or maybe realize that he's right, and it is a race war.

Now the next step would be to figure out if you want to lose, or do you want to win.

What does he mean, exactly, concretely and specifically, by “Lincolnesque in “winning America’s latest race war”? Totalitarian censorship of all forms of “racism” and “white supremacy,” as defined by blacks and browns and Muslims and white left-liberals? “Hate speech” laws and the imprisonment of millions of “racists” and “white supremacists,” “xenophobes” and “Islamophobes? The release from prisons of hundreds of thousands of violent and/or recidivist black criminals? Even more anti-white reverse discrimination: quotas, affirmative action, set asides, double standards, preferential treatment, systemic coddling of black criminals?

    I'm a long time expat.

Recently I was back in the USA. I saw a few friends of mine who live and work in a supermajority White area.

Let me assure you, they have NO CLUE what is coming. They are willfully blind. Somehow their natural ethnic awareness/defense mechanisms have been short-circuited.

Our vibrant immigrants and their traitorous White enablers are unfettered by such delusions.

They know what side they're on. They play for keeps.

The left is not going to turn down the rhetoric. The question is what do we do?

    1. Make white babies. Make more than you think you need. Have 3+ at least.
    2. Get prepared. The country is on course for a demographic trainwreck. We see the broken tracks ahead but many don’t. Even if 80% of whites were woke, it won’t matter in 20 years as whites shrink to 40% of the population.

So basically, get ready. The 3rd worlders have been turned into violent, hateful killers by the Bolshevik left. Can you match and exceed their levels of hate? It’s all we can count on. Whites have to become the mean machines they used to be.

It may be that Longstreet was not sent to Knoxville for the reason stated, but because Mr. Davis had an exalted opinion of his own military genius, and thought he saw a chance of “killing two birds with one stone.” On several occasions during the war he came to the relief of the Union army by means of his superior military genius.

It's not the same. The Confederacy wasn't trying to take over someone else's dirt and administer it based on "muh principles". If principle is your justification for doing something, you should try to practice some of it yourself first.

    “No, that was Jefferson Davis.”

Nah, it was Davis. The Confederates caught a lucky break with Buchanan (a gutless homo), but they knew that secession would mean war. And they were willing to spill blood in the name of slavery….

  127. @The Germ Theory of Disease

Like the mob sings in Marat/Sade,

    "We want our Revolution NOW!"

I believe Steve knows, just as well as anyone who is paying attention, that in a completely literal sense, practically no nation which helped win WWII exists to-day. My USA bears little resemblance to the wartime nation for which my two grandfathers fought. The same is true of England, France...you get the picture. I believe it unlikely that Steve thinks that voting will change anything. If he does, or if he believes Leftists are good ol' Americans (who just have a few different opinions), then surely nothing I claim will make him, nor anyone else for that matter, perceive reality.

    True enough.

But in many ways they are better countries; in some ways, worse. The key is to build a better future, knowing what we do now; the main lesson is that “woke liberalism” is a pathogen that we need a defense against.
