The Obama Administration has been trumpeting its new “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing” plan as a way to rescue blacks and Hispanics from their isolated inner city locations, far from jobs, and move them to the white suburbs and exurbs where all the jobs, public transportation, and good schools are.

For example, consider the NYT race map of Los Angeles above, where the blackest Census tracts appear in deep blue. As you can see, blacks are currently isolated in remote communities requiring commutes of 5 or sometimes even 10 miles to the booming job centers in downtown Los Angeles, Koreatown, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Westwood, Santa Monica, Culver City, LAX, Manhattan Beach, and Long Beach. And black inner city residents currently have to suffer from the ferocious climate, with July highs in Inglewood averaging 75 degrees F and January lows averaging 47 degrees.

Screenshot 2015-07-15 12.30.27

Clearly, racial justice demands forcing suburbs/exurbs to subsidize affordable housing to encourage blacks to move to more convenient locations currently dominated by evil white racists, such as, perhaps, Murrieta, Hemet, Coachella, Twentynine Palms, and Hesperia.

Seriously, sixty years ago, “urban renewal” was all the rage, although cynics joked that cities, in effect, were attempting to engage in “Negro removal.”

Nowadays, everybody who is anybody wants to move back into the city, so white progressives have become obsessed with exposing all those vicious racists in the suburbs and exurbs, and using disparate impact thinking to force them to take more blacks from the city.

It’s only a coincidence that this would open up more prime urban real estate for gentrification, right?

Sort of like Georgia’s expelling of the Creek Indians in the 1820′s. Or the trail of tears a little later.

All that will happen is the expansion of the “donut hole,” a phrase coined by realtors in the 1970′s to describe the large areas eaten away by laws that required black housing to happen in formerly non-black areas of large cities. St. Louis suburb, Ferguson, for example.

It will eventually dawn on leftist social engineers that long term residential integration won’t be achieved by forcing white areas to take blacks, but, rather, by forcing whites to stay in those areas after the blacks have arrived; gated communities that keep people in rather than out. That will call for totalitarian government, of course, but that shouldn’t be a problem. Or they’ll develop some sort of financial coercion to accomplish that goal.

As to totalitarianism, we can only hope that they'll never wield that kind of power, or that in wielding it they will destroy the social trust necessary to implement such a plan in the first place.

I've usually seen that self-concern is a stronger motivator than animus.

Gentrifying the inner cities offers an enormous profit opportunity for developers and, for the political filth, a much easier city to both manage and loot.

    • Replies: @Hapalong Cassidy
"Reverse gerrymandering" is a good description. The fact that Whites vote 60/40 Republican at best, while Blacks vote about 95% Democrat, means that a shift of 10% or so of a district from White to Black could move the district into the D column. It doesn't make much of a difference in the Presidential election, but it could greatly improve the Dems' chances of breaking the Republicans' stranglehold on the House.

Reverse nothing. It's plain old gerrymandering, pure and simple.

You want to win your districts 60-40, and the other guy to win his 95-5. That way you get more districts.

Since “Hispanic” is not a race, it would increase both the number of “whites” AND the number of “Hispanics” in black neighborhoods.

And since (contra Sheriff Lee Baca) there is no conflict between members of the Rainbow Coalition, the resulting racial cleansing of blacks would never be noticed by SWPLs.

  14. WGG [AKA "World\'s Greatest Grandson"] says:

I was thinking the same thing about this modern “trail of tears.” However, as for modern methods, blue coats are not going to march them out at gunpoint like the old days. So that leaves two methods:

The Dallas Method- They just recently wrapped up an experiment in Dallas wherein they used massive payouts to encourage blacks from poorer areas like South Dallas into long-held pillars of white wealth like Plano. They had to pay blacks 3x their housing stipend to encourage them to move. This does not seem like a plan HUD can afford on a massive scale, and Republicans will be there to cut the budget. It otherwise seems completely loony. Where are they going to get the money for the moving trucks, time off work, etc.? Stupid plan that won’t work, even if blacks wanted to be cut off from other blacks, which I doubt.

Second, the as yet untried method of Julian-Castro-may-decide-to-withhold-public-monies-from-your-small-municipality-if-you-are-white-and-lippy-about-it

This seems like the perfect lawsuit for the small cities. Republicans are constantly trying to cut federal funding for a myriad of programs, and always the courts step in and say, “Nope, you can’t do that.” Ok, well it will either be difficult to reverse all that precedent, or a wonderful new precedent to start shutting off the tap from Washington. Kind of a win-win either way.

This whole scheme strikes me as a desperate ploy to pad Obama’s resume that nobody believes (or intends) will actually work. Besides padding a resume, the shouting, salivating throngs on the left are always grateful for a new scrap of unworkability to fight about and demand as a “right.”

Any data on how much Asians love blacks and hispanics?

I am guessing that they are more okay with hispanics because the ones they come in contact with are more likely to be working than beating up their kids or otherwise victimizing them.

When I was a kid I encountered a random few black male/asian female couples. Like Tiger Woods' parents, the father was overseas and met the woman in question. Mostly Vietnamese, and I guess Philipino. Maybe some Koreans, but not sure on that one.

I haven't seen this in a long time though. I see plenty of white female/black male couples, but I'm not sure I have seen a black male/asian female couple in a long time. Of course my area has orientals, but it's definitely not like California.

As for Asian/hispanic... I'm drawing a blank on this. I haven't seen this combo in real life, and I have never seen it on a tv show, whether entertainment or some kind of new story.

Has anyone ever seen this one? It's not like they aren't around each other on the West Coast and a few other areas. But I have a blank hole in my head where some kind of picture of that should be.
    , @The Practical Conservative
Asians marry blacks and Hispanics at surprisingly similar (very low) rates. About 1/5 or less of the Asian/white rates. Go figure.

Yes, and Donald Trump is one the few folks who would have no problem looking Krauthammer in the eye and telling him that "Somebody who skipped class, got intoxicated and broke his own neck diving into the short end of the pool could do with a bit less chutzpah and a bit more humility". Yes , we know that FNC has lots riding on maintaining the fiction that that their pundit in chief Krauthammer broke his neck in a "diving board" accident while at Harvard.

If the "diving board" was located at a too short end of the pool, where was Krauthammer's multi million dollar settlement from Harvard? And don't tell me Krauthammer's religion forbids frivolous lawsuits. "Freak accident" indeed!!!

If folks in fly over country were aware of Krauthammer's bio they would be a bit more skeptical of his Bomb Bomb Bomb Bomb Bomb Iran BS.

Truth is Krauthammer is scared of Trump.

I have followed Krauthammer since he was one of Crazy Marty Peretz young Neocon yeshiva students at TNR. It is amazing how dead wrong Krauthammer has been over the decades. Krauthammer was totally wrong in not seeing the end of the Cold War and the collapse of the Soviet Union. Back in those days Krauthammer was slandering anyone who did not agree with the extreme NeoCon point of view including Reagan.

In this case I am with the loudmouth!!!

  19. “But I don’t think the ultimate motivation is to clear out an area for hipsters. The driving force is to chase down Whites with “Diversity” wherever they may still be found. A push to go after White suburbs would be happening even if there was no gentrification.”

I agree with this. Structurally, your argument is similar to a common lament about rich folks approval of illegal immigration (the government wants to give blacks homes in middle class neighborhoods to increase the value of property downtown/wealthy corporations want more immigrants to drive down wages and make more money)-a sinister, economic motive for which their altruistic argument (blacks should benefit from middle class neighborhoods, schools and values/illegal immigrants should be allowed in to live the American Dream) is just a cover.

But I don’t buy it. I think, with both issues, the altruistic argument is the real one, and people arguing for the secret economic motive are just applying economic rational analysis where it doesn’t belong (another similarly misguided argument: marriage is an economic arrangement for sharing expenses/raising children, rather than a romantic arrangement between two people in love).

Furthermore, that altruistic argument is entirely rational if you accept equality among peoples and reject HBD.

So, altruistic arguments will continue to be made, and continue to win, as long as HBD is rejected. They will not be defeated by economic, rational arguments, and they will not be defeated by meritocratic arguments (middle class people work for their secure lives, they should be able to enjoy them), and they will not be defeated by arguments on the basis of freedom (middle class should be allowed to live where they want, and isolate themselves from dysfunction because they want to and can afford to).

Until and if HBD is accepted, the imposition of the poor on the middle class (and the imposition of the nonwhite on the white) will continue.

Marriage is to legitimize children, and to make straight people behave.

Otherwise, the list of restrictions makes no sense: bigamy, consanguinity, waiting periods for divorce, etc. If it's just about "romance", these are arbitrary.

Billionaires are not buying houses in the white burbs and giving them to ghetto blacks. They are having the suburbanites fund it.

  22. This plan may work for the Left in many parts of the country but the LA metropolis is not the best example because of the sheer number of NAMs that have overwhelmed it. As the map shows the predominantly white areas are now miniscule so you would need to practically move NAMs out of state in order to be able to empty inner Los Angeles out enough to gentrify it. I live right smack in the middle of one of the Whitopias shown on your map, and I can simply walk east to a high school that does not have a single white kid in it. They are all Black, Indio, or some vaguely Asian/Pacific origin that is difficult to even guess at. The Dallas to Plano shift is probably a little more workable for now, but even that won’t last as Texas goes majority Hispanic. The country has long passed Peak White and the government is going to run out of White people they can integrate unless they do the impossible and tap into the 1% communities.

Reverse gerrymandering. Obama wants every district 55% Democrat not some districts 90% Dem and others 90% GOP.

“Reverse gerrymandering” is a good description. The fact that Whites vote 60/40 Republican at best, while Blacks vote about 95% Democrat, means that a shift of 10% or so of a district from White to Black could move the district into the D column. It doesn’t make much of a difference in the Presidential election, but it could greatly improve the Dems’ chances of breaking the Republicans’ stranglehold on the House.

  30. I do think much of the energy coming from this is a combination of religious belief among upscale Whites and racial animus among Blacks and Hispanics. Disney Tween Tot Arianna Grande was on live leak video complaining about how much she loathes America, a common view among Hispanics. And also Blacks. Substitute America for White people and that is the common view even among those who have benefited greatly by being in America.

Among Upscale Whites, particularly Murray’s “SuperZips” there is a great deal of religious fervor. It simply is not Christian. Rather, post-Christian, with the form but not content: Original White racial sin, Black redemption (Obama as Christ 2.0, Black edition), various rituals, and witches/demons to burnt at the stake.

Christianity was among the worst things to happen to the West, because as soon as the Industrial Revolution hit and started atomizing people it gave birth to Post Christian belief, organically. Other industrial nations like Japan and China have their own considerable problems: horrific below replacement birth rates aka a Baby Strike by their women; corrupt cronyism in government and business, a class ridden society. But absent is the concept of sin and self-loathing driven by devout belief.

It is interesting to note that Israel is not immune to Post-Christian beliefs either. Most of their urban elite believe in the same things, even about Palestinians trying to kill them, as your average Malibu, NYC, or Georgetown elite. That seems however absent in China and Japan.

Ariana Grande is not Hispanic, she is Italian. Most people mistake her for being Mestiza because she is swarthy and Grande sounds like a Spanish last name and not an Italian last name.

"But I don’t think the ultimate motivation is to clear out an area for hipsters. The driving force is to chase down Whites with “Diversity” wherever they may still be found. A push to go after White suburbs would be happening even if there was no gentrification."

But I don't buy it. I think, with both issues, the altruistic argument is the real one, and people arguing for the secret economic motive are just applying economic rational analysis where it doesn't belong (another similarly misguided argument: marriage is an economic arrangement for sharing expenses/raising children, rather than a romantic arrangement between two people in love).

I’m really curious how you define altruism here.

  32. Yes – the SJWs will take over the depopulating areas formerly dominated by minorities but not altering the political dominance of the left in urban areas. The relocated minorities may put some of the closer in suburbs into play for the Democrats as well by virtue of their arrival and the departure of whites, as well as shifting the burden of taking care of them from the single urban whites to suburban families.

One thing that hasn’t been brought up so far is the effect this will have on redistricting – the VRA generally forces state legislatures to create minority majority districts whenever there is a concentration of blacks or latinos. If the left is successful at scattering them around then it may reduce the number of black congress critters (probably a bit less so for latinos). It seems to me the black political class doesn’t seem to understand how their complicity in mass illegal and legal immigration from points south combined with this latest scheme is rapidly relegating them to being the third wheel in the Democratic coalition.

"It seems to me the black political class doesn’t seem to understand how their complicity in mass illegal and legal immigration from points south …. is rapidly relegating them to being the third wheel in the Democratic coalition."

I used to wonder about that as well, but no longer. Why? Because black's proportion of our population relative to whites has steadily increased over the last fifty years and because the flow of benefits from the government shows no sign of dwindling but only seems to increase with each passing year.

Okay, many point out that black population has remained steady at 12.5% of USA. But this hides the true story. Since Hispanics now are 16.5% and Asians 5%, the proportion of blacks to whites has increased to 12.5/63=20%! So, blacks are doing okay. Why should they change their behavior? They're winning the demographic war, relative to whites that is.

And support for them just keeps getting better and better. Remember the 15 kid black woman lamenting "Somebody's got to do something for my babies!" Again, why should they change? On our current trajectory, alpha blacks are being groomed to police beta white males who in effect, pay to watch black males reproduce. The burly black man in the TV commercial directing traffic says it all. Intimidating black males will be employed to ensure that beta white males keep working to support their own displacement.

Do you know how a beekeeper handles a backyard invasion of a colony of African killer bees? They vacuum up the whole buzzing swarm and then separate the Queen from the rest. The Queen is destroyed. Then they introduce a benign, productive domestic Queen into the hive of killer bees. By sealing her in a wax cocoon which takes the hive of killer bees two or three days to eat through they become accustomed to her scent and accept her as their Queen. Having adopted her as their Queen they labor as usual and tend her eggs which being made up of her genetic material grow into domestic honey bees. Eventually all of the killer bees die of old age, leaving a hive of domestic bees. Like American programmers and white males in general, they train their own replacements.

And since (contra Sheriff Lee Baca) there is no conflict between members of the Rainbow Coalition, the resulting racial cleansing of blacks would never be noticed by SWPLs.

Any data on how much Asians love blacks and hispanics?

I am guessing that they are more okay with hispanics because the ones they come in contact with are more likely to be working than beating up their kids or otherwise victimizing them.

But how many Asians marry blacks or hispanics? vs. how many Asians marry whites?

“But how many Asians marry blacks or hispanics? vs. how many Asians marry whites?”

When I was a kid I encountered a random few black male/asian female couples. Like Tiger Woods’ parents, the father was overseas and met the woman in question. Mostly Vietnamese, and I guess Philipino. Maybe some Koreans, but not sure on that one.

I haven’t seen this in a long time though. I see plenty of white female/black male couples, but I’m not sure I have seen a black male/asian female couple in a long time. Of course my area has orientals, but it’s definitely not like California.

As for Asian/hispanic… I’m drawing a blank on this. I haven’t seen this combo in real life, and I have never seen it on a tv show, whether entertainment or some kind of new story.

Has anyone ever seen this one? It’s not like they aren’t around each other on the West Coast and a few other areas. But I have a blank hole in my head where some kind of picture of that should be.

Exactly. Charles Krauthammer has likened Donald Trump to a loudmouth on a barstool, obviously suggesting that Trump is unfit to be president because he's an uncouth, boorish prole, albeit a prole with a lot of money. Hey Chuck, have you noticed who it is these days that votes GOP?

Charles Krauthammer has likened Donald Trump to a loudmouth on a barstool

Yes, and Donald Trump is one the few folks who would have no problem looking Krauthammer in the eye and telling him that “Somebody who skipped class, got intoxicated and broke his own neck diving into the short end of the pool could do with a bit less chutzpah and a bit more humility”. Yes , we know that FNC has lots riding on maintaining the fiction that that their pundit in chief Krauthammer broke his neck in a “diving board” accident while at Harvard.

If the “diving board” was located at a too short end of the pool, where was Krauthammer’s multi million dollar settlement from Harvard? And don’t tell me Krauthammer’s religion forbids frivolous lawsuits. “Freak accident” indeed!!!

If folks in fly over country were aware of Krauthammer’s bio they would be a bit more skeptical of his Bomb Bomb Bomb Bomb Bomb Iran BS.

As to totalitarianism, we can only hope that they'll never wield that kind of power, or that in wielding it they will destroy the social trust necessary to implement such a plan in the first place.

"But I don’t think the ultimate motivation is to clear out an area for hipsters." - the hipsters are a temporary feature, and one that can be driven out much more easily.

The blacks don't own the party--never have. It's the Jews'--and their fellow travellers'--party. It's mission is to protect\expand the various and sundry rent-seeking opportunities--lawyering, lobbying, finance, various government created\mandated paper-pushing--which have been a Jewish stronghold (along with trade) for centuries. It's core job is simply to make maximum space for rent-seeking, by these classes and to suppress any populist\nationalist revolt by the actual producers--keep them producing and paying. Wrapped around this core are all other elements--government employees, grantees, welfare cases, minority affirmative action beneficiaries, minorities, single women--that they've been able to assemble by financial incentive or stoking grievance. In sum ... the Democrats are the parasite party.

Sure, 50 years ago it still had some of its older elements, including productive trade union labor. Those are long gone. The blacks--they never had any say. The blacks are simply a rhetorical club--racist!--to beat the white gentiles--and a vote bank. But it's not their party. It's the Jews' party.

Blacks certainly benefit from the transfer payments and affirmative action sinecures. But the mass immigration thing is an absolute disaster for them. One that in the end, is going to consign them to both pathetic economic prospects and a loss of political clout. But realizing that takes both some foresight and some honor among black leaders--neither strong black traits. The last black Democrat--i can think of--who stood against the immigration tidal wave was Barbara Jordan. Say what you will about lesbians but at least she wasn't a race traitor to her people like these black "leaders" today.

It may be true that the traitorous subset of Whites who push these anti-White policies want to live well themselves. Traitors often do live well.

But I don't think the ultimate motivation is to clear out an area for hipsters. The driving force is to chase down Whites with "Diversity" wherever they may still be found. A push to go after White suburbs would be happening even if there was no gentrification.

I think Steve (and most people) have a hard time accepting the degree of anti-White animus.

I’ve usually seen that self-concern is a stronger motivator than animus.

Gentrifying the inner cities offers an enormous profit opportunity for developers and, for the political filth, a much easier city to both manage and loot.

It’s seems similar to Obama’s education policy in that states that got federal funding had to adopt his education policy (race to the top). States that didn’t accept the money didn’t have to abide by it. So, now it’s decision time for nice, white suburbs and towns that want to stay nice and white. Do what you have to do, apart from federal funding, to stay nice and white….or accept federal funds and see your suburb or town become a third-world hellhole.

My first thought when this policy was floated was Colin Turnbull’s recommendation at the end of The Mountain People. For those who haven’t read that (1) go read The Forest People and The Mountain People! and (2) Turnbull was a 20th century cultural anthropologist who fell in love with the pygmies in The Forest People, and had his heart broken by a tribe called the Ik in The Mountain People. At the end of the book, the government asks Turnbull what he should do about the Ik, and in fit of depression, he admits that the only thing he can think would be to break up the community and scatted the tribe members across the face of Africa in groups small enough that their culture completely died out.

Marriage is to legitimize children, and to make straight people behave.

Otherwise, the list of restrictions makes no sense: bigamy, consanguinity, waiting periods for divorce, etc. If it’s just about “romance”, these are arbitrary.

Reverse gerrymandering. Obama wants every district 55% Democrat not some districts 90% Dem and others 90% GOP.

Reverse nothing. It’s plain old gerrymandering, pure and simple.

You want to win your districts 60-40, and the other guy to win his 95-5. That way you get more districts.

Yes - the SJWs will take over the depopulating areas formerly dominated by minorities but not altering the political dominance of the left in urban areas. The relocated minorities may put some of the closer in suburbs into play for the Democrats as well by virtue of their arrival and the departure of whites, as well as shifting the burden of taking care of them from the single urban whites to suburban families.

One thing that hasn't been brought up so far is the effect this will have on redistricting - the VRA generally forces state legislatures to create minority majority districts whenever there is a concentration of blacks or latinos. If the left is successful at scattering them around then it may reduce the number of black congress critters (probably a bit less so for latinos). It seems to me the black political class doesn't seem to understand how their complicity in mass illegal and legal immigration from points south combined with this latest scheme is rapidly relegating them to being the third wheel in the Democratic coalition.

Asians marry blacks and Hispanics at surprisingly similar (very low) rates. About 1/5 or less of the Asian/white rates. Go figure.

As much as I hate this policy, it's an opportunity for the nice, white suburbs to put up or shut up. Nice towns only have to build "affordable housing" if they want federal funds. It's seems similar to Obama's education policy in that states that got federal funding had to adopt his education policy (race to the top). States that didn't accept the money didn't have to abide by it. So, now it's decision time for nice, white suburbs and towns that want to stay nice and white. Do what you have to do, apart from federal funding, to stay nice and white....or accept federal funds and see your suburb or town become a third-world hellhole.

It seems to me the black political class doesn’t seem to understand how their complicity in mass illegal and legal immigration from points south combined with this latest scheme is rapidly relegating them to being the third wheel in the Democratic coalition.

Okay. But where do federal funds come from? They don’t come from people who live in affordable housing. Federal funds come from the nice people in those towns. It is the same old bribing people with their own money.

But maybe he was already living with his finance when you visited in 1981; she had another child. And these children were 5, which might require more space. 66. But how many Asians marry blacks or hispanics? vs. how many Asians marry whites?

I’m still trying to figure out how many Jews marry blacks. Odd number to keep secret if it doesn’t undermine their liberal pose and embarrass them.

Exactly. Charles Krauthammer has likened Donald Trump to a loudmouth on a barstool, obviously suggesting that Trump is unfit to be president because he’s an uncouth, boorish prole, albeit a prole with a lot of money. Hey Chuck, have you noticed who it is these days that votes GOP?

It takes a lot of chutzpah to put yourself into a wheelchair for life by diving into an unfilled swimming pool, then go on to give people advice on TV for a living. And more to then go on to be the loudmouth in a wheelchair lecturing the loudmouth on a barstool.

(another similarly misguided argument: marriage is an economic arrangement for sharing expenses/raising children, rather than a romantic arrangement between two people in love).

Thanks for larding your argument with such obvious bullshit. I was about to actually entertain your main point, even though I suspected it was bullshit, too.

Marriage is an arrangement between a man and a woman. Throughout history, anyone else legitimately giving a shit about their arrangement in any concrete way has been predicated on that preceding fact.

I stopped reading after that, so my silence about the rest of your post is not consent.

It seems to me the black political class doesn’t seem to understand how their complicity in mass illegal and legal immigration from points south combined with this latest scheme is rapidly relegating them to being the third wheel in the Democratic coalition.

Black leaders have long since embraced a policy of cutting off their nose to spite their face, supporting mass immigration that can only be bad for blacks. Those who hold the real power demand that of them. If Sharpton or Jackson had been anti-immigration, we'd never have heard of either of them.

Those who hold the real power demand that of them. If Sharpton or Jackson had been anti-immigration, we’d never have heard of either of them.

The blacks don’t own the party–never have. It’s the Jews’–and their fellow travellers’–party. It’s mission is to protect\expand the various and sundry rent-seeking opportunities–lawyering, lobbying, finance, various government created\mandated paper-pushing–which have been a Jewish stronghold (along with trade) for centuries. It’s core job is simply to make maximum space for rent-seeking, by these classes and to suppress any populist\nationalist revolt by the actual producers–keep them producing and paying. Wrapped around this core are all other elements–government employees, grantees, welfare cases, minority affirmative action beneficiaries, minorities, single women–that they’ve been able to assemble by financial incentive or stoking grievance. In sum … the Democrats are the parasite party.

Sure, 50 years ago it still had some of its older elements, including productive trade union labor. Those are long gone. The blacks–they never had any say. The blacks are simply a rhetorical club–racist!–to beat the white gentiles–and a vote bank. But it’s not their party. It’s the Jews’ party.

Blacks certainly benefit from the transfer payments and affirmative action sinecures. But the mass immigration thing is an absolute disaster for them. One that in the end, is going to consign them to both pathetic economic prospects and a loss of political clout. But realizing that takes both some foresight and some honor among black leaders–neither strong black traits. The last black Democrat–i can think of–who stood against the immigration tidal wave was Barbara Jordan. Say what you will about lesbians but at least she wasn’t a race traitor to her people like these black “leaders” today.

  71. I didn’t get around to commenting about it during Steve’s earlier golf, country club, or housing posts, and now the golf theme has left the USA.

But my thought is that this is the reason that golf and country clubs may not in the terminal decline they appear to be.

Here in the USA we have a tyrannical, out-of-control federal government, squashing federalism, democracy and anything else. One mission seems to be to hunt down any white people off minding their own business and enjoying life anywhere and *make* them enjoy the “blessings” of diversity.

But this effort has to proceed at least quasi legally. These folks can easily screw you–screw your neighborhood–if you just live in some random whitetopia by bombarding your town with legal harassment until they capitulate, then subsidizing “diversity” to turn your town into shit. This makes even a nominal, housing-cost-protected whitetopia vulnerable.

But one protection–at least a temporary one–is to just make the barrier much higher and *explicitly* private–i.e. a country club community. A country club community explicitly has a purpose and a legitimate high cost–for a share of the golf course. It’s going to be much harder for these totalitarian apparatchiks to argue that your country club has to take in section 8 renters or must build affordable housing.

It strikes me that as the apparatchiks strive to wreck traditional white communities, there’s a promising future for developers who are able to build private closed developments with *high cost* amenities that–the high cost alone–serve to keep the riff-raff out.

Of course, ultimately a totalitarian state … can do what it wants. There really is no safety, no escape. So patriots really need to fight tooth and nail against there people and their white gentile hate.

But to me the future really points to this as a likely avenue of diversity protection as the white minority seeks to find anyplace it can live in peace as white people. So golf isn’t dead. It may be set to enter a new golden age!

Make the golf course community large enough to secede from its larger surrounding community and incorporate as an independent town. Then ensure that it never accepts any federal government money for town amenities or development. Westchester gave the federal government leverage by accepting its money.

Among Upscale Whites, particularly Murray's "SuperZips" there is a great deal of religious fervor.

I remember a guy on Sam Francis’s forum who lived in a condo in Brick, NJ– one of those wealthy towns quietly hiding behind an ugly name, like Mound, MN– that disallowed flags, but permitted inoffensive windsocks. On MLK Day, the guy put up his own– featuring a watermelon.

  79. The scale of the shamelessness is what gets me – ethnic cleansing of the urban centers spun as anti-racism.

Time for white collar people to find out what’s been done to blue collar people for decades.

    I see dead white children.

My brother-in-law and his wife moved to Montana (Eureka) several years ago. When we went to visit I was struck by how peaceful and beautiful it was. Can't see it being real popular with third worlders. They both thought that although it sure got cold there, it wasn't as bad as it get's sometimes here in Upstate NY. Not much diversity here (90% white in the county). Coincidence?

Eureka is a great town. It should be noted that it’s VERY close to Canada. In most cases, the closer you are to Canada, the less third-worlders there are. I’d be willing to bet you’re not too far from our Northern neighbor yourself, out in upstate NY.

I didn't get around to commenting about it during Steve's earlier golf, country club, or housing posts, and now the golf theme has left the USA.

But my thought is that this is the reason that golf and country clubs may not in the terminal decline they appear to be.

Here in the USA we have a tyrannical, out-of-control federal government, squashing federalism, democracy and anything else. One mission seems to be to hunt down any white people off minding their own business and enjoying life anywhere and *make* them enjoy the "blessings" of diversity.

But this effort has to proceed at least quasi legally. These folks can easily screw you--screw your neighborhood--if you just live in some random whitetopia by bombarding your town with legal harassment until they capitulate, then subsidizing "diversity" to turn your town into shit. This makes even a nominal, housing-cost-protected whitetopia vulnerable.

But one protection--at least a temporary one--is to just make the barrier much higher and *explicitly* private--i.e. a country club community. A country club community explicitly has a purpose and a legitimate high cost--for a share of the golf course. It's going to be much harder for these totalitarian apparatchiks to argue that your country club has to take in section 8 renters or must build affordable housing.

It strikes me that as the apparatchiks strive to wreck traditional white communities, there's a promising future for developers who are able to build private closed developments with *high cost* amenities that--the high cost alone--serve to keep the riff-raff out.

Of course, ultimately a totalitarian state ... can do what it wants. There really is no safety, no escape. So patriots really need to fight tooth and nail against there people and their white gentile hate.

But to me the future really points to this as a likely avenue of diversity protection as the white minority seeks to find anyplace it can live in peace as white people. So golf isn't dead. It may be set to enter a new golden age!

Make the golf course community large enough to secede from its larger surrounding community and incorporate as an independent town. Then ensure that it never accepts any federal government money for town amenities or development. Westchester gave the federal government leverage by accepting its money.

Which makes me wonder - Steve, this could be a whole new career path for you. Perhaps you could make millions as a fraudulent emotional blowhard tv preacher!
