Yes, America is very tolerant of high income inequality, diverse in its quality of infrastructure, good at shafting its white working class, open to exposing its workers to mass immigration, caring of its billionaires, and full of racial hucksters of colour.
  3. The black “moderator” and all the candidates all agree that Trump is a terrible horrible no good racist that caused that guy to shoot up the Wal-Mart in El Paso, which Castro pronounces as if it were a city in Mexico, which it is, in a sense.

Also all the candidates agree that we should let most black people out of jail – the only question is if we let 90% of them go or all of them. No more jail for non-violent crimes – I guess Bernie Madoff gets to go home.

Maybe he was hungry, and couldn't believe his luck when this potential meal crossed his path.
    , @Anon
Apparently the guy's shih-tzu and a neighbor's goldendoodle were attacked by the pit bull. The goldendoodle owner says the guy saved the dog's life. The pit bull owners and activists claim the shih tzu and goldendoodle attacked the pit bull.

Pit bulls have become very fashionable over the past 10 years, and there's a very strong activist community behind them that insists they're safe and unfairly targeted.

    https://www.nytimes.com/2019/09/12/nyregion/man-killed-pitbull-hauppauge-ny.html

The statements given to the police after Rex’s death paint a divergent view of the events that led to the dog’s demise, and perhaps point to the difficulty in bringing more serious charges. The only thing seemingly not in dispute is that Mr. Huynh choked Rex, a blue-nosed pit bull, “to death in the presence of its owner,” according to the police report.

It was about 8:30 p.m. on July 14, when one of Rex’s owners, Dominic Primerano, said he took him out for a walk around their apartment complex in Hauppauge. Mr. Primerano said that Mr. Huynh’s Shih Tzu approached Rex and bit him on his back leg. Mr. Huynh said that Rex was the aggressor. The men both agreed that at some point, Mr. Huynh took his dog inside.

Mr. Primerano told the police that the goldendoodle, named Quincy, then attacked Rex, biting the dog on the neck. When Mr. Primerano tried to intervene, he said that the goldendoodle bit him on his face.

Mr. Huynh told the police that he saw Quincy in Rex’s jaws from the patio of his apartment. Quincy’s owner, Steven Rogers, credited Mr. Huynh with saving his pet’s life.

“I choked Rex to get him to stop biting Quincy,” Mr. Huynh wrote in a statement to the police. “Rex stopped bighting Quincy, but I kept choking Rex so he wouldn’t bite me and told the owner of Rex to get a leash.”

Mr. Rogers, 68, has his own court date, he said, for taking his dog outside without a leash.

Quincy had “eight puncture wounds, right in his chest,” Mr. Rogers said in an interview on Thursday at his home.

“I thought it was going to be curtains for my dog,” he said.

    , @Jack D
Toquoc Huynh is a Vietnamese name, not Han. The "friendly" pit bull was apparently chewing on a golden doodle when this happened. America has many, many problems. On a scale of 1 to 1,000 (1 being smallest), the death of Rex the Dog is a 1.

    , @Daniel H
OK. I googled and read the story. My verdict? Justifiable doggy-cide. The pit bull had a little dog in it's mouth. In an instant the pitty could've/would've killed the little doggy, and leave aside that a riled up pit bull can turn on a human in a flash. The Chinese dude showed remarkable courage taking on the pit bull with his bare hands. Pit bull's are dangerous animals. There is no reason to own the breed.
    , @sanjoaquinsam
All pits bulls should be euthanized.

    And.

    All Chinese should be repatriated.
    , @L Woods
This says more about white people than anyone else, and not in a good way.
    , @Anon
Nobody taking their own dog out for a stroll goes to the trouble to choke a neighbor's pitbull to death unless the pit is seriously misbehaving. If the pit is on a leash and not biting any person or dog, there's no logical reason to.

Your statement is nonsense. Pitbull Trayvon was obviously attacking.
    , @Alden
How sad, condolences. Does the killer own a restaurant?? Sorry, I just couldn’t resist.
    , @Hypnotoad666
I'm sorry, but killing a pitbull with your bare hands is pretty badass. "Man bites dog story," indeed.

  26. The democratic commie presidential line up is a hilarious bunch. They have no plans and no real thought was put into their platform. They simply try to out-promise their counterparts. This is a pathetic bunch of losers but they are a little scary. The demos have never just thrown caution to the wind and ran a bunch of rotten socialist without cloaking them. These people are real leaders of the democrat partly and show what it has become. Only blacks and browns would consider voting democrat after seeing their stable of candidates. Now you know why dems want open borders. No other people are stupid enough to vote for them except the blacks and browns. We whites consider the democratic party a communist danger.

Also, one of the candidates (Cory Booker, I think) said that nonviolent criminals should not be incarcerated, which I guess is good news for Paul Manafort and Bernie Maddoff.

  35. Bernie seems old. Biden seems legit senile. Castro seems like a prick. Yang won the opening statement; Warren won the debate. Way too long. There were only three people on that stage normal people can stand looking at and listening to for more than five minutes straight: Warren, Booker, and Yang; one of them will be the nominee.

    • Replies: @Jack D
Yang with his game show gimmicks - not a chance. The black base doesn't like Asians anyway - reminds them too much of the guys behind the bulletproof glass at the corner takeout (in the Philadelphia ghetto they call these places the "Chinese Store" even though they are restaurants and not stores) who shorts them on their change.

Booker - he's an amiable black guy but Obama already been there and done that. Too gay for the black base and not really black enough. Probably the one who would be the easiest to have a beer with but it would have to be vegan beer. Sleepy Joe would tell rambling long winded Irish stories. Bernie would extoll how great the medical care is in Cuba. Harris would drink too much and say inappropriate things. Castro would become sullen as Indios do. Warren wouldn't drink at all - she knows that Native Americans like her cannot hold their liquor and never touches the stuff. Pete Buttedgeedge would talk about French philosophy and throw in a lot of quotes in French with a good accent. As Sartre says, “On n’est pas un homme tant qu’on n’a pas trouvé quelque chose pour quoi on accepterait de mourir.” Not sure what the others would do but I wouldn't want to have to find out.

Warren - Perhaps too cerebral for the black base. Unlike Hillary, she comes off as being appropriately ambitious rather than egomaniacal. An unabashed Leftist but probably the one who would make the most competent President. Unfortunately, being a competent Democrat just means that you cause the most lasting damage to the country.

It's really not our choice, but which of these candidates would be the one that would be the easiest for Trump to beat? Which one would be the least worst for the country if he or she won the general election?

  36. Preserved for posterity:

Biden: “Well, they have to deal with—look, there’s institutional segregation in this country. And from the time I got involved, I started dealing with that. Red lining, banks, making sure we are in a position where — look, you talk about education. I propose that what we take is those very poor schools, the Title I schools, triple the amount of money we spend from $15 to $45 billion a year. Give every single teacher a raise to the equal raise of, getting out—the $60,000 level. Number two, make sure that we bring in to help the teachers deal with the problems that come from home. The problems that come from home, we need — we have one school psychologist for every 1,500 kids in America today. It’s crazy. The teachers are — I’m married to a teacher, my deceased wife is a teacher. They have every problem coming to them. We have to make sure that every single child does, in fact, have 3, 4 and 5-year-olds go to school. School. Not day care, school. We bring social workers in to homes and parents, to help them deal with how to raise their children. It’s not that they don’t want to help, they don’t know quite what to do. Play the radio, make sure the television — excuse me, make sure you have the record player on at night, the phone — make sure that kids hear words, a kid coming from a very poor school — a very poor background will hear 4 million words fewer spoken by the time they get there. There’s so much –”

Moderator: “Thank you, Mr. Vice President.”

Biden: “No, I’m going to go like the rest of them do, twice over. Okay? Because here’s the deal. The deal is that we’ve got this a little backwards. And by the way, in Venezuela, we should be allowing people to come here from Venezuela. I know Maduro. I’ve confronted Maduro. Number two, you talk about the need to do something in Latin America. I’m the guy that came up with $740 million, to see to it those three countries, in fact, changed their system so people don’t have a chance to leave. You’re all acting like we just discovered this yesterday. Thank you very much.”

I could not watch it because most of them make me really queasy, particularly Biden since he is so clueless, creepy and old. It is just too unnerving to watch this hapless dinosaur perform like an organ monkey which he has kinda' been, all his 50+ years in govt. He has not a clue to what he is even saying anymore! Having dealt with aging parents, it just horrifies me that the American people would be so stupid to put this vacuous person in the WH.

I just looked back at the chapters of George Packer's Unwinding. It is fascinating to read all the chapters of Jeff Connaughton, particularly pgs. 62-68; 279-295; the other Jeff C chapters are good, too, because of the unflattering depiction of Biden, the Democrats, DC, lobbying, right and left. It drains the blood when I think about the reality of an election if Biden is the candidate.

This is what comes to mind of some of the others:

Warren: whiny, nerdy, scold who has not a clue about what makes this economy work (well, that's all of them - Yang is an exception, but his forecast for the economy is more ominous and negative, well, depressing). And, he hysterically, laughs about everything all the time.

Harris: mean-spirited person who really hates white (non-Jewish) people - it seems to me, that she especially hates white conservative women/children. I don't trust any women, who don't have children, to be representing my interests. She will do everything in her presidency to make it all about the needs of "the Coalition of the Fringes," immigrants, illegals, etc. She's gonna make White people pay an extra 20% income tax (or something) if she can't shunt reparations thru to make up for the fact that she threw a lot of brown & black people into jail for marijuana. She's just a totally disingenuous person - and, I don't care about her ethnicity....or anyone else's.

Beto: a confused nincompoop, and harbors an intense hostility to all WN-J people. He seems erotically aroused when he pontificates about guns....or about being such a lover of Latinos. He is the stupidest person up there...and, the epitome of white privilege male, which he is so hilariously unaware of. The fact that he so hates his own identity group is totally creepy. And, his entire reason for running is to prove to the world that he is not a rich, creepy loser. I will not vote for someone I believe is not intelligent and wordly.

Bernie: he is finished: Because 2016 and thereafter - his real estate shenanigans (being paid-off) and white-Brooklyn guy-in-Vermont (whitey state) schtick will never get any traction again...and, socialism is his passion. His time is up. And, he does not have any children either - so, he does not qualify for me.

Booker: nervous and bumbling; can not win outside of the Coasts - does not have enough gravitas. Newark still sucks and his school improvement plans (fueled by Zuckerberg & Gates) failed, which will come up; along with the drinking water. Plus, he has no policy accomplishments. And, the I am Spartacus moment during the Alice in Wonderland/The Crucible trial of Kavanaugh, will haunt him like Moby Dick.

Castro: He really hates WN-J Americans, especially, if they are not Progressives. He will become an insufferable dictator of every failed Latin American and Island Nation we remember and know today. He has no idea how to run an economy as important as the USA.

Butt (I can't spell it): He will make it all about gays and trans, and whatevah. Also, a mayor is so not interesting - it did not work for Sarah, and she was more popular nationally. I regret being dismissive of her. However, she should be proud that she was really the first one who brought the plight of the Everyday (Real) Americans into the forefront...into the conscience of the public (ironically, the Coastal imperious bores were so clueless to the roots of Trumpland). They hated her so much, and, that same hatred is now directed to anyone who is not a Progressive Democrat - so obvious, every day.

Klobuchar: Also, a hateful whiny woman who hates everyone who does not agree with her. She's too short and unappealing for anyone to see her in the WH. And, seriously, the economy will tank with her, or any of the above.

I can't imagine any of these people dealing with Putin, Xi, Erdogan, etc. Only the wussy-assed Europeans would look forward to any of them, duh.

Mostly, all the Democrats offer nothing but hate; and "because Trump..."; identity politics. I get it: you don't like white people who don't agree with the Democrats and you resolve to destroy them - which I hear and read every day. And, lastly, I don't trust the ones who have no children.

Pit bulls are the favorite dog of gays and lesbians for some reason. Liberals weep and wail about breed discrimination and prejudice because their former African American human pets no longer sit up and beg when called.

So now one of their big liberal causes is saving pit bulls from prejudice and discrimination.

Google some of the pro and against pit bull sites. The pro pit sites are just a hoot. Pits are so special they need a locked crate, their own room with one of those decorative barred outside doors always locked of course. They should never be left alone with a child as the child might do something to “ hyper stimulate” the pit bull and send the poor baby pit bull into a frenzied attack. Pit bull lovers are advised to carry a foot long stick when walking the pit bull. So when their precious pit bull clamps onto dog or human they can stick the stick in the dogs mouth and pry it’s jaws open. There’s massive outrage that homeowners insurance doesn’t cover pit bulls shepherds Rottweilers and mastiffs. Discrimination!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the candidates (I forget which one) touted August 20, 1619 (the day the 1st slave arrived) as the real founding date of America, that black people had built America, etc. It was a big big applause line, perhaps the biggest of the night, but I think the debate was held at a "historically black" college so that accounted for part of it.

The thing that I don't understand is how blacks are completely missing that they are the ones being hurt by immigration. Not only are the immigrants competing for their jobs but by vastly outnumbering them, they are going to turn blacks into an irrelevant part of the Democrat base and not the hub on which the Democrat party turns. Blacks should hate Hispanics as much as the Irish hated the freed slaves arriving in NY at the time of the Draft Riots, but they are completely clueless. All of the Dem candidates alternate between "we love open borders" and "we love blacks" as if there is no contradiction between the two.

Bicyclists of that Victorian era were apparently so troubled by pursuing dogs that this cartridge and the guns that fired it were the result. They just couldn't forgive Woofy and his canine indiscretions. And that's where the name came from: “Velo” is an abbreviated form of the French word for bicycle, so it is literally “bicyclist's dog gun.” In view of the annual billions of dollars currently spent on dogs, dog food and dog care, it's hard to envision a time when we deliberately produced a specialized gun/cartridge combo with which to shoot them. But it happened.

Not surprised that the perpetually aggrieved like them so much.

It's my theory that many people own dogs to let them engage in the kind of antisocial behavior that they'd like to, but can't.

Think that old lady doesn't hear her little monster yapping 24/7? Of course she does. But she's old and weak and too vulnerable to start annoying everybody herself.

That guy who lets his monstrosity shit on the sidewalk knows what he's doing too.

Gays and lesbians and such have defined themselves by the hatred they feel for society at large. So it's only natural that they'd be attracted to the kind of dog that's clearly, unambiguously dangerous. They see the (understandable) fear in others and it feels good.

  58. KLOBUCHAR: We are here at a historically black college. And I think of an alum of that college, Barbara Jordan, and something that she once said. She said, “What the people want is simple; they want a country as good as its promise.”

And that same can be said of the criminal justice system. So when I was there, the way we handled these police shootings, I actually took a stand to make sure outside investigators handled them. I took on our major police chief in Minneapolis.

But in the prosecutor’s office, they were handled with a grand jury. That’s how they were all handled across our state. I now believe it is better for accountability if the prosecutor handles them and makes those decisions herself.

That aside, I am proud of the work our staff did, 400 people in our office. The cases that came to us, the African-American community that came to us, they said there was no justice for their little kids.

There was a kid named Byron Phillips that was shot on his front porch. No one had bothered to figure out who did it. When I came into that office, we worked with the community groups; we put up billboards; we found the shooter and we put him in jail. We did the same for the killer of a little girl named Tyesha Edwards who was doing her homework at her kitchen table and was shot through the window.

What changes did we make? Go after white-collar crimes in a big way, diversity the office in a big way, work with the Innocence Project to make sure we do much better with eyewitness ID.

And as a senator and as your president, I will make sure that we don’t just do the First Step Act when it comes to criminal sentencing, that we move to the Second Step Act, which means the 90 percent of people that are incarcerated in local and state jails, let’s reduce those sentences for nonviolent offenders and let’s get them jobs and let them vote when they get out of prison.

  61. Klobuchar wins the award for longest sequence of uninterrupted cliches.

Warren wins the “biggest liar” award for tonight’s debate with her yammering about profits made by health insurance companies and the claim that “every one of those profit dollars was made by saying no” and repeated other statements that insurance companies inflate profits by denying claims.

That’s nonsense, and she knows it. When an insurance company denies a claim it does not increase their profit by one red cent. The money is simply spent on paying some other claim. Insurance companies are required by law to pay out 80% of collected premiums in the form of payments for medical services, and they do so.

    • Replies: @Alden
According to Drs, amongst whom it’s a constant topic of conversation; the insurance companies approve all claims. The Drs do the treatment but the insurance companies decrease the amounts paid for the Dr, hospital , surgery center therapists Xrays MRIs etc every year.

It’s not a problem for patients. It’s a problem of the medical provider payments decreasing a bit every year.

Warren is using that fictional Grisham book as the basis of her statement.
  62. Biden’s peroration does sound disjointed and rambling – in fact it’s quite in the style of a Trump speech, albeit with more detail and hints of a greater command of policy (at least once, if not any more).

He probably put the pit in a chokehold to make it release his dog, then realized he couldn’t let go without being attacked himself.

    Textbook self-defense.

I have zero tolerance for aggressive, unleashed pit bulls. One menacing move or gesture (liberally interpreted) toward one of my kids and I’ll put the animal down without a second thought.

When I came into that office, we worked with the community groups; we put up billboards; we found the shooter and we put him in jail. Agree agree agree.

Seems a lot of trouble to go to for a dog. Why not just get a normal one?

The anti pit bull sites are interesting too. Seems every person whose ever been attacked by a pit bull now advocates legal carry. Their advice is if you jog, bike, walk or walk your dog carry a gun.

I’d sooner walk up to someone’s pet wolf or big cat than a pit bull I didn’t know well. Some pit bulls are well tempered but enough are dangerous that they should be treated as exotic predators by law. I’ve played with lions, cougars and cheetahs without being mauled or bitten, but I knew that no one with any sense would have much sympathy for me if I had. You know these are serious predators and not domestic animals. Pit bulls are too.

With spending so high the US has to raise taxes. Combined with the return of democrat regulations , this causes the economy to tank. Good gosh. And no one at the democrat debate, the candidates, the audience, the journalists, show any interest in the topic.

    • Replies: @snorlax
Spending is going up rapidly because Baby Boomers are reaching the Medicare and Social Security retirement age.

"Income security" is a catch-all term for entitlements and handouts other than Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security, and includes food stamps, disability, welfare, subsidized housing, the Earned Income Tax Credit, unemployment, free school meals, Federal employee retirement benefits and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, among other programs.

Federal borrowing costs are near all time lows, both absolutely and relative to the interest rate, so there is not at present a need to raise taxes.

    , @Justvisiting

Could someone explain why spending is increasing so dramatically during the Trump years? And what is the “income security” category? It is up to $491 Billion per year.

    Income security data dump: https://budget.house.gov/focus-function-600-income-security-0

The bulk of the federal budget is on autopilot--as the population ages the social security, medicare, federal retirement expenditures will continue to rise faster than tax revenue. The baby boomers are aging fast--and the party has just begun.

Medicaid costs (health care costs for poor people paid for by the feds) will continue to rise as health care costs rise.

When the interest rates finally rise to more normal levels the interest on the national debt will explode as well.

This is one reason why the end of the empire is highly likely in the next twenty or thirty years--.gov will have to default on its debt to foreigners--so further borrowing will no longer be possible.

At that point the troops will be coming home--probably to protect the malfunctioning .gov from the starving masses.

And as a senator and as your president, I will make sure that we don't just do the First Step Act when it comes to criminal sentencing, that we move to the Second Step Act, which means the 90 percent of people that are incarcerated in local and state jails, let's reduce those sentences for nonviolent offenders and let's get them jobs and let them vote when they get out of prison.

Yang with his game show gimmicks – not a chance. The black base doesn’t like Asians anyway – reminds them too much of the guys behind the bulletproof glass at the corner takeout (in the Philadelphia ghetto they call these places the “Chinese Store” even though they are restaurants and not stores) who shorts them on their change.

Booker – he’s an amiable black guy but Obama already been there and done that. Warren wouldn’t drink at all – she knows that Native Americans like her cannot hold their liquor and never touches the stuff. Pete Buttedgeedge would talk about French philosophy and throw in a lot of quotes in French with a good accent. As Sartre says, “On n’est pas un homme tant qu’on n’a pas trouvé quelque chose pour quoi on accepterait de mourir.” Not sure what the others would do but I wouldn’t want to have to find out.

Warren – Perhaps too cerebral for the black base. Unlike Hillary, she comes off as being appropriately ambitious rather than egomaniacal. An unabashed Leftist but probably the one who would make the most competent President. Unfortunately, being a competent Democrat just means that you cause the most lasting damage to the country.

It’s really not our choice, but which of these candidates would be the one that would be the easiest for Trump to beat? Which one would be the least worst for the country if he or she won the general election?

    • Replies: @snorlax
As reflected in the polls, I'd say the easiest to beat is Buttigieg. A gay man is still a hard sell to most voters, he's among the more obnoxiously far-left candidates and he's funny looking like Dukakis.

Which one would be the least worst for the country if he or she won the general election?

You're voting for the party, not the candidate. This is true to some extent for Republicans, as seen with Trump, but it's really true for Democrats. Elect Biden and you'll get the same open borders, court packing, reparations and gun confiscation that you get with Harris. Same with Tulsi, Yang or any of the others. So this question is basically asking which one would be least popular once in office. Probably Biden on account of his dementia.

" An unabashed Leftist but probably the one who would make the most competent President."

Ironic, given all the attention paid to her (presumably) using her fake Indianhood to advance her resume. Perhaps this illustrates that old "conservative" argument that AA actually harms its supposed beneficiaries, since it leave the suspicion of being "only" an AA hire.
    , @Impolitic
Biden's gone from being my most feared nominee to my most hoped for in very short order. He's got dementia and it's getting worse. I thought this debate would do him in, what with his rambling, word-salad answers, but the establishment liberals in the media are telling their audience he did alright. If the old white liberals and low-information blacks can somehow carry him to the nomination it would be a miracle for our side.

Warren could beat Trump, as could Booker. Hillary was unlikable, low-energy, and establishment; those two are not.

One of the candidates (I forget which one) touted August 20, 1619 (the day the 1st slave arrived) as the real founding date of America, that black people had built America, etc. It was a big big applause line, perhaps the biggest of the night, but I think the debate was held at a “historically black” college so that accounted for part of it.

The thing that I don’t understand is how blacks are completely missing that they are the ones being hurt by immigration. Hispanics are less of a priority. Whites are viewed as an existential threat (see their demographic preponderance, their talent, but also Hollywood movies, Emmet Till). And immigration is the weapon that destroys Whites.

Hispanics are only economic competition for jobs that many blacks don't want anyways.

The costs of immigration to blacks pale in comparison to the benefits.

Even the fake Indianhood is a sign of a person who is working hard toward advancing herself and using every advantage (by a person who was not born with a lot of advantages). Isn't this what people here would recommend an ambitious working class white should do - game the system that is loaded against you if that's what it takes to advance? For all their feminist claims, Hillary (and Kamala) got ahead in the traditional way for women - by hitching themselves to successful men.

But Warren is truly a self-made person like Bill Clinton or Ronald Reagan or Richard Nixon - born in modest circumstances in a flyover state and advanced herself step by step to the pinnacle of American politics. At each step, she overachieved - you wouldn't have expected someone of her background to attend college. As someone with a degree in speech therapy, you wouldn't have expected her to attend law school. As someone with a degree from a 2nd rate law school you wouldn't have expected her to become a law professor. As a someone who taught at a 2nd rate law school, you wouldn't have expected her to get a job at Harvard Law School. Now the fact that she was a woman and an "Indian" at a time when these were advantageous things to be didn't hurt. But many others had those qualifications and didn't do what she did, over and over.

None of this makes her Leftism any less detestable but you still have to admire how far she has gone in life.

    , @Alfa158
Oh, I’ve noticed, I’m just recounting what Blacks think is going to happen.

I don’t know if you remember a few years back that example of what reality is like in California. South Los Angeles is being ethnically cleansed of Blacks by Latinx gangs. A Black teenager was walking home from school when he was confronted by a Mexican gang banger who had gotten released from prison something like the day before, and as per LA policy ICE had not been notified to pick him up. The Mexican kid asked him where he was from then shot him dead within steps of his front door.
The dead kid’s father went on a campaign to get justice for his son and do so something about the ethnic cleansing . He got some publicity and appeared before the City Council expecting at least some solidarity and sympathy from the Black council members, but basically got blown off and dismissed. Votes trump everything else and they knew who the future electorate is.

I suppose the dismal range of career options that they must know on some level actually awaits them influences them to prefer fantasy while better career options are still (at least hypothetically) on the table.

Seems a lot of trouble to go to for a dog. Why not just get a normal one?

The anti pit bull sites are interesting too. Seems every person whose ever been attacked by a pit bull now advocates legal carry. Their advice is if you jog, bike, walk or walk your dog carry a gun.

Bicyclists of that Victorian era were apparently so troubled by pursuing dogs that this cartridge and the guns that fired it were the result. They just couldn’t forgive Woofy and his canine indiscretions. And that’s where the name came from: “Velo” is an abbreviated form of the French word for bicycle, so it is literally “bicyclist’s dog gun.” In view of the annual billions of dollars currently spent on dogs, dog food and dog care, it’s hard to envision a time when we deliberately produced a specialized gun/cartridge combo with which to shoot them. But it happened.

Most rural and small town areas didn’t have animal control till the 1940s. People just shot nuisance stray dogs. If they knew who the owner was, usually they’d speak with them first.

WRT your second paragraph, you are assuming most blacks are numerate and have a solid grasp of cause and effect. This is not even true of most whites, or anyone outside the top decile of both intelligence and common sense. And as long as they have welfare (or incarceration...) to fall back on, they'd rather take their chances with a limited number* of no-work sinecures than have marginally better wages and job security scrubbing toilets.

*Not necessarily that limited if the private sector is forced to provide them.

You have a point there. Because of Dunning-Kruger and the relentless “you can be anything” propaganda, I find that black youth vastly overrate their abilities. Every youth thinks that he is going to be an NBA star, a rapper or (for the more professionally minded) a doctor no matter that they are 5’6″ and unable to write a coherent sentence or make change.

I suppose the dismal range of career options that they must know on some level actually awaits them influences them to prefer fantasy while better career options are still (at least hypothetically) on the table. Or maybe this is just what they think that (white) adults want to hear from them and amongst themselves they discuss the relative merits of janitorial work vs. being a prison guard, etc.

Finally, a dignified-but-not-galling, articulate, not galling, significantly progressive, sane, not galling, tall candidate is agreed upon.

When was the last time a candidate who was not on the primary ballot at all won at the convention? People love to spin out these imaginary scenarios and fantasize have elections decided by Electoral College members changing their votes, etc. but rarely do these possibilities pan out in reality even if they are hypothetically possible according to the rules. The odds are extremely high that one of those people on the stage last night will be the nominee.

It is just too unnerving to watch this hapless dinosaur perform like an organ monkey which he has kinda’ been, all his 50+ years in govt. He has not a clue to what he is even saying anymore! Having dealt with aging parents, it just horrifies me that the American people would be so stupid to put this vacuous person in the WH.

I just looked back at the chapters of George Packer’s Unwinding.

Warren: whiny, nerdy, scold who has not a clue about what makes this economy work (well, that’s all of them – Yang is an exception, but his forecast for the economy is more ominous and negative, well, depressing). And, he hysterically, laughs about everything all the time.

Harris: mean-spirited person who really hates white (non-Jewish) people – it seems to me, that she especially hates white conservative women/children. I don’t trust any women, who don’t have children, to be representing my interests. She will do everything in her presidency to make it all about the needs of “the Coalition of the Fringes,” immigrants, illegals, etc. She’s gonna make White people pay an extra 20% income tax (or something) if she can’t shunt reparations thru to make up for the fact that she threw a lot of brown & black people into jail for marijuana. She’s just a totally disingenuous person – and, I don’t care about her ethnicity….or anyone else’s.

Beto: a confused nincompoop, and harbors an intense hostility to all WN-J people. He seems erotically aroused when he pontificates about guns….or about being such a lover of Latinos. He is the stupidest person up there…and, the epitome of white privilege male, which he is so hilariously unaware of. The fact that he so hates his own identity group is totally creepy. And, his entire reason for running is to prove to the world that he is not a rich, creepy loser. I will not vote for someone I believe is not intelligent and wordly.

Bernie: he is finished: Because 2016 and thereafter – his real estate shenanigans (being paid-off) and white-Brooklyn guy-in-Vermont (whitey state) schtick will never get any traction again…and, socialism is his passion. His time is up. And, he does not have any children either – so, he does not qualify for me.

Booker: nervous and bumbling; can not win outside of the Coasts – does not have enough gravitas.

Butt (I can’t spell it): He will make it all about gays and trans, and whatevah. Also, a mayor is so not interesting – it did not work for Sarah, and she was more popular nationally. I regret being dismissive of her. However, she should be proud that she was really the first one who brought the plight of the Everyday (Real) Americans into the forefront…into the conscience of the public (ironically, the Coastal imperious bores were so clueless to the roots of Trumpland). They hated her so much, and, that same hatred is now directed to anyone who is not a Progressive Democrat – so obvious, every day.

Klobuchar: Also, a hateful whiny woman who hates everyone who does not agree with her. She’s too short and unappealing for anyone to see her in the WH. And, seriously, the economy will tank with her, or any of the above.

I can’t imagine any of these people dealing with Putin, Xi, Erdogan, etc. Only the wussy-assed Europeans would look forward to any of them, duh.

Mostly, all the Democrats offer nothing but hate; and “because Trump…”; identity politics. I get it: you don’t like white people who don’t agree with the Democrats and you resolve to destroy them – which I hear and read every day. And, lastly, I don’t trust the ones who have no children.

Hispanics are less of a priority. Whites are viewed as an existential threat (see their demographic preponderance, their talent, but also Hollywood movies, Emmet Till). And immigration is the weapon that destroys Whites.

Hispanics are only economic competition for jobs that many blacks don’t want anyways.

The costs of immigration to blacks pale in comparison to the benefits.

Even the fake Indianhood is a sign of a person who is working hard toward advancing herself and using every advantage (by a person who was not born with a lot of advantages). Isn’t this what people here would recommend an ambitious working class white should do – game the system that is loaded against you if that’s what it takes to advance? For all their feminist claims, Hillary (and Kamala) got ahead in the traditional way for women – by hitching themselves to successful men.

But Warren is truly a self-made person like Bill Clinton or Ronald Reagan or Richard Nixon – born in modest circumstances in a flyover state and advanced herself step by step to the pinnacle of American politics. At each step, she overachieved – you wouldn’t have expected someone of her background to attend college. As someone with a degree in speech therapy, you wouldn’t have expected her to attend law school. As someone with a degree from a 2nd rate law school you wouldn’t have expected her to become a law professor. As a someone who taught at a 2nd rate law school, you wouldn’t have expected her to get a job at Harvard Law School. Now the fact that she was a woman and an “Indian” at a time when these were advantageous things to be didn’t hurt. But many others had those qualifications and didn’t do what she did, over and over.

    .

No, claiming Native American ethnicity will sink her chances since so many of the tribes openly criticized her - and, she did that silly apology tour. And, yuck, how dare she claim that! This is a perfect example of why I loathe most women...especially American women.

She also says stupid dorky things with that shrill voice, when she tries to be cool - kiss of death. Most people are still attracted to the mean girls who were cheerleaders, and the captain of the football team - primordial instincts always get in the way when you think about survival.

And, in looking at presidential material, I think about what is best for my children - how will they survive as they are the hated demographic? Out of the Democrats, who honestly respects conservative/Republican/Trumpist points of view?

Jennifer Rubin, the truly malevolent creep, wants a "purging of survivors,"of Trump's supporters so, I can't help but think she and Progressives fantasize about firing squads to rid them of young people who refuse to submit to their socialist-totalitarian-fantasy regime. I agree with most of what you say. Although I don’t consider leftism to be detestable, some of her proposals are downright wacko left field.

For her faults, it is clear she cares about the little guy and wants to fight for the little guy. Apparently she and Obama used to butt heads because she was angry he bailed out the banks but not the people who lost their homes. I gather Obama’s people convinced her to run for senate as a way to get rid of her, fearful she would use her senate seat to run for president someday.

It is refreshing to see a candidate who really cares about the little guy. Many make the claim, but few really do. Her work as a professor on the two income paradox hits home.

And she has a reputation for being able to explain complex economic concepts in a way people can understand. A carryover from her professor days when she taught the stuff.

Warren is in third place amongst the Democrats now, but she stands an excellent chance of getting the nomination while Biden stumbles, and many centrists see her as less dangerous than Sanders.

IMO, Warren is probably the Democrat who could do the best against Trump. Trump is president because now-liberalism failed so many working Americans. Warren can explain to voters exactly HOW the system has failed them in ways they can understand.

My main worry is that many of her solutions are waaaaaay out there. If she gets elected, she will probably be limited by Congress and the courts as to what she can do. She might possibly do more good than harm.

What nonsense. She is the most detestable of the lot. Most people don't lie cheat and steal to get to get ahead in life. Most people don't fake being a POC to get affirmative action and then turn around and lecture whites on their "white privilege."

Was this a sarcastic post? I couldn’t tell.

Her claim to Native Americanism is risible. Not to mention entirely unethical as a way of personal advancement. To me, it’s an absolute disqualifier, which I’m trying to explain to some of my more independent leaning friends who like her very much.

Most Blacks don’t think that immigrants are hurting them. Almost no Black person longs for a career as a gardener, construction worker, auto mechanic, chicken processor, or maid. They want what, frankly, most people want, a 40 hour a week white collar government office job with good pay, no stress, complete health coverage, a prestigious sounding title and generous pension after 30 years. Their thinking about immigration goes like this:
-Immigrants will vote overwhelmingly Democrat just like Blacks.
-Therefore, with enough of them the US will become a single party Democrat controlled system just like California.
-Blacks are under the impression that the Democrats will give them anything they want.
-Therefore, uncontrolled immigration will lead to Black paradise.

Most Blacks don’t think that immigrants are hurting them.

Then I’d say they have made a woeful miscalculation. It’s pretty obvious our newcomers have little sympathy for them; better to raise up your own people to fill the slots.

It is a mark of our time that immigrants have been raised to the level of seraphim and cherubim: all good, all the time. Few seem to consider the downside.

Perhaps, but Warren is even more shrill and difficult to listen to than Hillary Clinton, and I didn’t think that was physically possible.

  134. @Jack D

Therefore, with enough of them the US will become a single party Democrat controlled system just like California.

I don't whether you've noticed, but California is not exactly paradise for black people. They no longer are key players in California politics (there is no modern day Willie Brown) and are being gentrified out of the cities and the state.

As for jobs, I agree that you are describing a black dream job, but not every black has access to such a job. Even if the civil service were to become close to 100% black as it is in some branches of the government in DC, there still wouldn't be enough jobs to get every black person a desk job. Blacks do still compete with immigrants for blue collar jobs.

Black victim was Jamel Shaw. Mexican killer wasn’t a kid he was an adult gangster. Worst part of it was Jamel’s mother was a national guard member. Her unit was sent to Iraq to destroy an Arab country for Israel. She was in Iraq when the city jail released the man who liked her son. Killer had been out of jail less than 24 hours.

The excuse for killing Jamel was he had a Spider-Man back pack. Supposedly some enemy of the killers gang wore Spider-Man back packs as a sign of gang affiliation. Doesn’t make sense. Spider-Man’s a little boy’s hero isn’t he?

    Agree agree agree.

Seems a lot of trouble to go to for a dog. Why not just get a normal one?

The anti pit bull sites are interesting too. Seems every person whose ever been attacked by a pit bull now advocates legal carry. Their advice is if you jog, bike, walk or walk your dog carry a gun.

Not surprised that the perpetually aggrieved like them so much.

It’s my theory that many people own dogs to let them engage in the kind of antisocial behavior that they’d like to, but can’t.

Think that old lady doesn’t hear her little monster yapping 24/7? Of course she does. But she’s old and weak and too vulnerable to start annoying everybody herself.

That guy who lets his monstrosity shit on the sidewalk knows what he’s doing too.

Gays and lesbians and such have defined themselves by the hatred they feel for society at large. So it’s only natural that they’d be attracted to the kind of dog that’s clearly, unambiguously dangerous. They see the (understandable) fear in others and it feels good.

This is the problem with leftism - in the abstract, its goals are admirable - watching out for the "little guy", making sure that some do not go hungry while others hoard wealth that they would never be able to consume in ten lifetimes, etc. Most leftists, at least at the beginning (before it all starts to go south) are really well intentioned. Even Marx had a pretty good diagnosis of the evils of capitalism.

The problem is this - to be a good physician, to heal a sick society, you not only have to make an accurate diagnosis but you have to prescribe the proper cure. This is where all leftists fail - they are quacks. Their nostrums never work. They make the patient sicker instead of curing him. They all depend on magical notions of human nature, where human frailties -greed, stupidity, etc. will all disappear and goodness and mercy will fall like rain. But here on earth, we are stuck with human nature - we are fallen creatures and can never return to Eden.

KLOBUCHAR: We are here at a historically black college. And I think of an alum of that college, Barbara Jordan, and something that she once said. She said, "What the people want is simple; they want a country as good as its promise."

And that same can be said of the criminal justice system. So when I was there, the way we handled these police shootings, I actually took a stand to make sure outside investigators handled them. I took on our major police chief in Minneapolis.

But in the prosecutor's office, they were handled with a grand jury. That's how they were all handled across our state.

    :)

The San Francisco District attorneys police chiefs and county sheriffs have been doing exactly what she described as long as I can remember. That was bad

What was good is that the percentage of blacks was always less than 10 percent except for 11 percent about 1970 to 85. So the liberals didn’t have that many black weapons to destroy the city. Plus the sevengalis of SF, Willie brown and Dianne Feinstein were pro black pro gay but anti crime.

Klobuchar wins the award for longest sequence of uninterrupted cliches.

Warren wins the "biggest liar" award for tonight's debate with her yammering about profits made by health insurance companies and the claim that "every one of those profit dollars was made by saying no" and repeated other statements that insurance companies inflate profits by denying claims.

That's nonsense, and she knows it. When an insurance company denies a claim it does not increase their profit by one red cent. The money is simply spent on paying some other claim. Insurance companies are required by law to pay out 80% of collected premiums in the form of payments for medical services, and they do so.

Kamala: America is not ready for a slutty female of ambiguous ethnicity for a president. Let’s face it, everything about her screams “former crack whore” and she’ll lose the female vote.

Her claim to Native Americanism is risible. Not to mention entirely unethical as a way of personal advancement. To me, it’s an absolute disqualifier, which I’m trying to explain to some of my more independent leaning friends who like her very much.

Warren's "claim" is entirely valid. She has Amerindian ancestry. She has the DNA test, family lore, and family folk history to prove it.

It isn't unethical to receive preferences based on your racial or cultural background if society awards such preferences, as our society does.

The college admissions scandal will be attached to Warren, if she gets the nomination - she is too much of a Becky. All those obnoxious rich people (white, Chinese) gamed the system to get their callow, sub-par progeny into Yale and others, which is just as venal as claiming AA while white

Once again, the whole gun obsession (and fetish) seems to be some kind of erotic turn-on for Progressives. But, I firmly believe they would not think twice of killing wrong-think youth if they ever get the chance.

Jennifer Rubin. Truly repulsive in every way. Well said.

She was one of the most shrill of the never Trumpers in the neocon class who would write one after another article about the many terribles that would result from a Trump election in 2016.

If you have a family growing up in the last 10 years...and, who are now, young adults, yah, as a mother, I am consumed with fear (and rage, duh). I have already organized for fall-out from 2020.

    Honestly:

    Why all the fear?

Because it took me 25 years to realize that I was brainwashed to believe in the total bs of both parties who ushered in globalism (destroyed the jobs/careers/ability to raise a family, be happy, of many people I love) and want to usher in a Technocracy; and, cancer-inducing 5G towers for total control over the Deplorables and, everyone else of any political side. All the liberals are too stupid to even know they will have no freedom either - sweet schadenfreude when it is reality. But, at that point, I will not have time to worry or gloat.

Plus, yah, one boy baby after the other made me very sensitive after having lots of wonderful men in my life, and subsequently, I am very defensive about terms like: White privilege; patriarchy; toxic masculinity. And, lastly, I really don't like most American, Israeli and some European women.

And, lastly, I am a legitimate indigenous person to my very white, and snowy land, ergo, I despise the movement to hurt white people. What good comes from that?

    , @Lagertha
She was never a Conservative - more like total bs artist. She was just a globalist mannequin - and not so good looking.

She does have children, which really surprises me, unless her husband is Jewish, so duh. She sooooo hates average Americans. Her hate towards Founding Stock Americans (clue: they were too poor to even think about having slaves) is really disgusting - she does not know American history! - what a jerk! She epitomizes (especially bc she was a frivolous Hollywood lawyer/trivial lawyer) for 20 years of the enemy of this country...my adopted country that I love, but she hates and wants to transfom.

People have woken up to the contempt that Coastal Americans have for Everybody Else! People on the left will be matched (by hate) with the growing, less rich, people on the right. And, I can escape to my country far away when that eventually, happens.

Immediate before the debate I was reading about the US budget deficit.
    https://www.zerohedge.com/health/us-budget-deficit-hits-1-trillion-one-more-month-left-fiscal-year
Could someone explain why spending is increasing so dramatically during the Trump years? And what is the "income security" category? It is up to $491 Billion per year.

With spending so high the US has to raise taxes. Combined with the return of democrat regulations , this causes the economy to tank. Good gosh. And no one at the democrat debate, the candidates, the audience, the journalists, show any interest in the topic.

Spending is going up rapidly because Baby Boomers are reaching the Medicare and Social Security retirement age.

“Income security” is a catch-all term for entitlements and handouts other than Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security, and includes food stamps, disability, welfare, subsidized housing, the Earned Income Tax Credit, unemployment, free school meals, Federal employee retirement benefits and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, among other programs.

Federal borrowing costs are near all time lows, both absolutely and relative to the interest rate, so there is not at present a need to raise taxes.

Bicyclists of that Victorian era were apparently so troubled by pursuing dogs that this cartridge and the guns that fired it were the result. They just couldn't forgive Woofy and his canine indiscretions. And that's where the name came from: “Velo” is an abbreviated form of the French word for bicycle, so it is literally “bicyclist's dog gun.” In view of the annual billions of dollars currently spent on dogs, dog food and dog care, it's hard to envision a time when we deliberately produced a specialized gun/cartridge combo with which to shoot them. But it happened.

Most rural and small town areas didn’t have animal control till the 1940s. People just shot nuisance stray dogs. If they knew who the owner was, usually they’d speak with them first.

With spending so high the US has to raise taxes. Combined with the return of democrat regulations , this causes the economy to tank. Good gosh. And no one at the democrat debate, the candidates, the audience, the journalists, show any interest in the topic.

The bulk of the federal budget is on autopilot–as the population ages the social security, medicare, federal retirement expenditures will continue to rise faster than tax revenue. The baby boomers are aging fast–and the party has just begun.

Medicaid costs (health care costs for poor people paid for by the feds) will continue to rise as health care costs rise.

When the interest rates finally rise to more normal levels the interest on the national debt will explode as well.

This is one reason why the end of the empire is highly likely in the next twenty or thirty years–.gov will have to default on its debt to foreigners–so further borrowing will no longer be possible.

At that point the troops will be coming home–probably to protect the malfunctioning .gov from the starving masses.

The total collapse of the United States as a single, sovereign nation is absolutely inevitable, although it is not imminent. If you are 50 or over, you probably won't live to see it. If you are under 30, your old age will be probably very traumatic. It could occur anywhere from 20 to 60 years from now, I figure. Most likely 40 or so.

It will be more total and more complete than that of the Soviet Union, and probably the biggest single implosion of empire in world history.

Eventually US world hegemony will be corroded out from underneath as its currency becomes more and more extremely debased, and some obscure and unplanned trigger event will finally bring it down.

The existing continental US will probably be rearranged into a number of small nations, some including or giving up territory to current Mexico or Canada (more especially Canada, though Baja California could wind up in the same nation with current southern California. South Florida will become part of Latin America, and the historic Deep South will become an autonomous and self-describedly Christian republic. California itself will shatter, certainly. Montana will be separate west of I-5 as Harold Covington predicted, and Missouri probably separate at I-70 north-south.

Canada also will break up. Quebec certainly will be separate, and parts of Western Canada and the Maritimes will join their contiguous former US areas in various ways. Aside from possibly Baja California, Mexico will gain or lose relatively little.

Israel and Saudi Arabia as currently ruled and populated will experience some serious challenges without the American empire around of course. Australia and New Zealand will no longer be able to hide under Uncle Sam's nuclear umbrella and will have to make tough decisions as well.

It's going to be very, very interesting. The survivors, those with the energy and intelligence and will, will do well, but a lot of people will not survive. There will be long term shortages of pharmaceuticals and areas will have to go back to outhouses and kerosene lamps, and people dependent on insulin, heart drugs, anti-AIDS meds or chemotherapy will largely die off.

I will be, as Isaac Asimov said, safely dead by then.

She was one of the most shrill of the never Trumpers in the neocon class who would write one after another article about the many terribles that would result from a Trump election in 2016.

Why all the fear? Not much has changed as far as I can tell.

If you have a family growing up in the last 10 years…and, who are now, young adults, yah, as a mother, I am consumed with fear (and rage, duh).

All the liberals are too stupid to even know they will have no freedom either – sweet schadenfreude when it is reality. But, at that point, I will not have time to worry or gloat.

Plus, yah, one boy baby after the other made me very sensitive after having lots of wonderful men in my life, and subsequently, I am very defensive about terms like: White privilege; patriarchy; toxic masculinity. And, lastly, I really don’t like most American, Israeli and some European women.

And, lastly, I am a legitimate indigenous person to my very white, and snowy land, ergo, I despise the movement to hurt white people. What good comes from that?

Her hate towards Founding Stock Americans (clue: they were too poor to even think about having slaves) is really disgusting – she does not know American history! – what a jerk!

Once you concede the morality or indeed the Constitutionality of the 1934 National Firearms Act, the 1968 Gun Control Act and every other Federal law on firearms is beyond objecting to on any grounds other than "I don't like it".

Although I don’t consider leftism to be detestable, some of her proposals are downright wacko left field.

She might possibly do more good than harm.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. That Stalin fellow - might possibly do more good than harm. That Castro fellow - the same. That Chavez guy - HIS heart is in the right place and he will surely help the common people of Venezuela, where the rich have so much and the poor have nothing. It doesn't work. Ever.

If you can't get kerosene then you can have solar cells or a wind turbine. I don't understand why people come up with oddball imaginary scenarios when there are real-life situations from today and the historical record we can look at. For anarchy, crime-wise, despite the presence of a strong central government, there's Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and South Africa. For actual anarchy involving civil war, there's Afghanistan, Syria, Libya and the Congo Republic, as well as the dissolution of Yugoslavia and the Sudan. There's no particular need to crib from fantastical Hollywood plots written by cocaine-addled scribes whose mission is to put out something original (for jaded audiences to spur ticket, DVD and digital sales) rather than realistic.

The utility doesn’t have much money to maintain it because most customers just steal power rather than paying for it and the officials steal most of what revenue does come in.

Personally, I would like the right to keep and bear my own personal Davy Crockett with the M-388 nuclear projectile.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Davy_Crockett_(nuclear_device)

But the Cosmopolitans won't let me have those either and as a result, personal nuclear weapons design has not advanced at all since the 1950s. An M-388 round weighs 76 lbs, which makes it a real pain in the ass to bear - you really have to hit the gym hard or bring a buddy. Were it not for the Cosmopolitans they would have it down to a much more manageable weight by now. The critical mass of 16 kg of uranium is irreducible but the casing could be made of carbon fiber instead of steel, etc. The Founders would be appalled.

Since “the smartest people” have ALREADY threatened the drop nuclear weapons on gun owners:

“California Dem says US would win ‘short war’ against gun-rights advocates: ‘The government has nukes’”

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/california-dem-says-government-would-use-nuclear-weapons-against-gun-owners-resisting-firearms-control

then it would certainly be FAIR to have nuclear weapons for counterstrike, do you think so, Jack D?

And just think, with a production line of mini-nukes for the civilian market, we could make Project Orion a reality!

    To Infinity and Beyond!

Okay take your medicine, and calm down and start counting the days, and on 24, Jan, 2025, your party of blue-haired crazies ( Democrats) will perhaps have cheated their way back into the WH, and they can then resume their drive to transform the US into a northern version of Venezuela, with all of the ensuing pandemonia.

I don’t understand why people come up with oddball imaginary scenarios when there are real-life situations from today and the historical record we can look at. For anarchy, crime-wise, despite the presence of a strong central government, there’s Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and South Africa. For actual anarchy involving civil war, there’s Afghanistan, Syria, Libya and the Congo Republic, as well as the dissolution of Yugoslavia and the Sudan. There’s no particular need to crib from fantastical Hollywood plots written by cocaine-addled scribes whose mission is to put out something original (for jaded audiences to spur ticket, DVD and digital sales) rather than realistic.

Biden’s gone from being my most feared nominee to my most hoped for in very short order. He’s got dementia and it’s getting worse.

Warren is very unlikable and Booker has a hilarious history. Warren is a shrill bitch and pathological liar. If she is the nominee she will become disliked.

She went on a black radio show called "The breakfast club" and the host said she was "the original Rachel Dolezal."

do you think shrill aggressive Rachel dolezal is going to turn out the much needed blacks and hispanics?

She is a deeply dislikable person who has not had the spotlight on her hard enough. When it hits her, America won't like what it sees.

" Warren could beat trump as could Booker"

Bullshit. What you are inferring is that Trump is a moron and he can only can only stand up to other morons.

He would make mincemeat out of both of them, Warren being an opportunistic, position stealing charlatan and Booker an angry fool.

I have already organized for fall-out from 2020.

What do you recommend people do to prepare?

  176. @Jack D

With the changed rules from half a century ago it’s harder.

Her claim to Native Americanism is risible. Not to mention entirely unethical as a way of personal advancement.

Warren's "claim" is entirely valid. She has Amerindian ancestry. She has the DNA test, family lore, and family folk history to prove it.

It isn't unethical to receive preferences based on your racial or cultural background if society awards such preferences, as our society does.

    okay that’s a decent explanation.

Now let’s hear your explanation for Warren plagiarizing a French recipe and calling it “pow wow chow” and claiming it was a Native American recipe and contributing it to a goddamn cook book.

That doesn't detract from the fact she is of Amerindian descent.
