OT the spam of the day on 4chan boils down to “be outraged over the death of Khaishoggi.” The more extreme bots talk about this justifying war. The swamp really is being drained. Bad guys are getting what they deserve at the NSA entrance gate and at the Saudi consulate in Turkey. The fact that this is being rolled out on a Monday (when we hear Senator Graham, back into neocon programming, affecting outrage) suggests they are going to try to ramp it up all week, but I cannot imagine the average American, whether he knows about who Khaishoggi was or not, caring about this. At least we have Sultan Erdogan to champion the causes of press freedom and due process.

  14. @t

Fortunately, my school district is 98% white, so we don’t have any problems.

  15. Can’t derive the whole story from the video, but basically it just seems like she thinks the guy was piggybacking on her to get through the front door security.

This seems like a perfectly reasonable thing for a woman to be concerned about–from any man. And yeah, she’s probably racially profiling, but so what. Black men average something like 5-8x higher than whites across most categories of violent crime. So profiling makes a lot of sense. But i get the impression she’d stop anyone she felt piggyback on her unlocking the door.

And the guy could have resolved the situation in five seconds–by pulling out his key fob and swiping it. (And given current racial dynamics and propaganda, probably guilt tripped her with “racial profiling” into getting laid.)

But boy are the virtue signallers out on this one. People can’t wait to queue up and denounce this evil racist bitch. It’s like Catholics saying the Rosary.

  16. This isn’t just a silly Twitter story, it’s a national story covered in full detail by the New York Times. Ace reporter Melissa Gomez brings in the very whitely and ironically named woman’s estranged husband. The incident happened in Saint Louis. The NYT informs us the fired lady can now be called “Apartment Patty”.

I agree 100% and also add that she did nothing wrong. He should have entered the building using the keypad or the fob. This video just confirms the AA stereotype with the exception that he didn’t sucker punch her for disrespektin’ him. She was very naive doing this – it could have been much worse for her than just losing her job for confronting an AA. And she needs to sell her condo ASAP or she’ll lose all value since folks like this are in the building.

  19. Forbes says:

Looks like massive overreaction by ACLU and Now This.

Sweeping generalizations about population groups shouldn’t be made without data–and data is not the plural of anecdote.

Also, who is filming this scene–and how did they happen to be johnny-on-the-spot with the conversation from the get-go. Are people wearing body-cams now…

    I’m calling hoax or set-up.

    • Replies: @Achmed E. Newman
  20. It’s pretty clear from watching the video that what happened is that this guy tried to follow into the building directly after the woman after she entered a passcode for the door lock. In order to do that, you have to be really close to someone.

(I suspect he was probably following her for a ways before they reached the building too. This happens to me sometimes–I get off a train or bus and there is a woman in front of me going the same way. If you’re behind women for any length of time, and especially if you both take the same turns or cross the street at the same time, they get freaked out.)

This is exactly the issue that Derbyshire got defenestrated for. Somebody had The Talk: Non-Black Version with this Becky, and she took it to heart. Good for her. Blacks need to accept the fact of their high rates of criminality and adjust their behavior accordingly. A black man who lives in an apartment complex shouldn’t follow a woman so closely he can enter a passcode-protected door at the same time. He should fall back, let the door close and then enter the code himself. This is what I, a white guy, would do too. It’s common courtesy.

    • Agree: BenKenobi, Travis
  21. J.Ross says: • Website

Another important part of deciding to “call the cops” (or the manager, or other authorities) is not just the potential seriousness of the event but the degree of seriousness taken regarding the complainer. In other words a minor problem could be worth noise if the guy doing it is always doing it, always blowing off requests that he stop, and using as a jumping-off point for worse activities. This shows up in the criminal justice sphere as the guy arrested for a noise complaint or loitering (he’s really being arrested for other things) and outside of that, in an organization or ordered community (like an apartment building), it’s that one guy who doesn’t follow rules and expects the rules to go away.

Doesn’t give off a criminal vibe.

That being said apartment door etiquette requires you to not piggyback onto to someone to get in. He should have shown her his FOB key. When I follow someone into an apartment I flash my key to make sure they know I live there. If I am visiting a friend I wait for my friend to buzz me in.

  31. @Bubba

Agreed. If she was afraid he was a bad guy, that was a pretty ballsy move.

  32. @Tiny Duck

I imagine everyone in the world has had cops called on them by some concerned busybody at some point in their lives. Blacks reporting Blacks, Blacks reporting Whites, Whites reporting Blacks, Whites reporting Whites, and so on. It’s just life.

But recently, the New York Times, the ACLU, the Washington Post, et al. have started highlighting the cases when Whites report Blacks–and only those cases. And calling it by the toxic term “White supremacy”. Any 10-year-old should be able to see how poisonous that is in a multi-racial country. How sinister. Unfortunately, way too many Americans are too stupid and gullible to see the rabble-rousing demagoguery for what it is. Like trained seals they obediently bark just like they are supposed to. Just like you are.

I read recently that people who study genocide have identified a certain process in the lead up to the actual genocide. A crucial step seems to be a sustained and intensifying campaign of public vilification that specifically targets the future victims.

The New York Times, the ACLU, the Washington Post are owned or controlled by Jews. Completely. If I didn’t know that Jews are always the victims, I’d say this looks a lot like Jews winding up to unleash genocide on Whites and whipping up Blacks to be their foot soldiers.

I try to look for the lie in Establishment media, especially in anecdotal outrage porn like this. And I’m very suspicious about this one.

Nothing that I saw with my own eyes and heard with my own ears leads me to think that this woman acted inappropriately or was even “but for” motivated by the man’s race. It seems clear that he was a stranger to her, and that she believed him to have entered her building without using his own issued key, which he first denies but then dismisses with “it doesn’t matter.” On the other hand, the man may have felt disrespected, and assumed that she was challenging his right to be in the building because of his race. In a sane world, these two neighbors would see each other in the days to come, and be expected to treat each other as individuals. She even seems to be starting down that path after she sees him entering his apartment.

So who called the police? He says to her that this would be his “next step,” but the subsequent annotation to the video seems artfully worded to imply that Ms. Mueller did:

“30 minutes after Toles entered his apartment he says a police officer knocked on his door. He said the officer left without issuing a ciation.”

And that assumption of Ms. Mueller being the caller has been made by the predictably Twittering sheep, and even some commenters here.

But if Mr. Toles (or someone other than Ms. Mueller) did so, then her public shaming and firing is not just circa 2018 witch sniffing, but reprehensible.

Again, watch and read the (his) video. There may be a very nasty lie at work here, one unlikely to be exposed in the Establishment media where reporters have been replaced by “journalists.”

It’s a nice “separate nations” piece, though Brooks puts his usual mushy moderates–like David Brooks–are wonderful and would solve everything spin on the whole thing.

But if you read the piece as a rational, relatively aware human it’s obvious that it’s not “White People” that cause a lot of trouble but precisely the “Progressive Activists” that are causing the trouble. They believe a bunch of stuff that is just ridiculous:

    – immigration (i.e. population replacement) is great; (actually no society can survive that)

    – kids don’t have to be well-behaved but “creative”; (actually getting a kid to be “well behaved” is the single salient job parents must do; it’s called “civilizing” them; undone and you don’t have civilization)

    – “structures” of inequality and oppression–i.e. the normal institutions of society–must be dismantled

    – outcomes are outside people’s control; ok, yeah they sort of are in the sense that you play your genetic hand, but that’s of course not what they mean, and beyond that they certainly are not and believe they are is a disaster both personally and for society

    – ashamed to be American; well they aren’t actually “American”–they are globalist prog buffoons so they should reign in their shame … and just leave

Basically “Progressive Activist” is a laundry list of toxic anti-civilizational beliefs. Really an ideology of civilizational destruction. So yeah, those folks are indeed “trouble”.

-Man presumes she acts the way she does because she’s white and he’s black.
If there are any other black tenants in the building, it might demonstrate that she’s ok with black tenants. If there’s a history of crime in this bldg. it might explain a paranoia of strangers.

So that’s the story of “Fourth Floor Becky” as she’s now called. And then there’s the story of “Cornerstone Carolyn,” another racial term for uppity white women:

    https://www.nytimes.com/2018/10/12/nyregion/woman-calls-police-black-boy-brooklyn.html?module=inline

To summarize, woman accuses young boy of sexual assault, but there’s nothing to corroborate her story. Let’s see…that sounds vaguely familiar. Where have a heard that recently?

Actually, the boy’s backpack brushed up against her when he turned around. Regardless, accusing white male school boys of assault without evidence is profoundly moral, but accusing black schoolboys of assault without evidence is profoundly immoral. I know…the reality this case isn’t that simple. But reality never is for any case, and that doesn’t stop people from ignoring context when there’s a political battle to be won.

OK, I have just read the NYT article. Had I read it first, and not the video, I would have believed that Ms. Mueller did call 911 and felt that, in doing so, she used poor judgment. But having seen the video first, and knowing how misleading Establishment media often are about such incidents, I am still skeptical enough to comment further.

    1. The NYT article does not address some basic questions that a good reporter would ask:
    a. How long Mr. Toles had resided in the building.
    b. Whether Mr. Toles piggybacked, and why.
    c. Why Mr. Toles (or anyone else) created and published the video.
    d. Why Mr. Toles is referred to at times during his (?) video in the third person, particularly in the annotation I quoted.
    e. Whether Mr. Toles, Mr. Mueller (the woman’s former husband), or anyone else associated with the creation or dissemination of the video were acquainted before the incident.

    2. The NYT article also seems fishy.
    a. Note that Ms. Mueller is reported to have been unavailable, but her ex has been tracked down. Shouldn’t more time and effort have gone into the effort to get her side? See also, 1.e.
    b. Who made what 911 call when? Note that the statement from the police department has been paraphrased, and quoted only in part. And per my first comment, this point seems to have been obscured from the start.

If this is worthy to be the week’s national outrage, then the facts should be nailed down.

Things change. Thanks to the great wisdom and foresight of our post WW2 leadership class, we all live in multi-ethnic and multi-racial countries. Whites need to recognise that and get their head in the game. Acting like we’re still living in the social landscape of Teddy Roosevelt and Winston Churchill won’t help.

“Black” and “White” are team colours and ethnic identifiers; like “Afghan” or “Catholic”. If you resent capitalising “Black”, just think of it as the price of being recognised as “White”. Language is used to convey meaning. Being “White” is different from being “white” and recognising the other guy as “Black” works in a similar way. It means one recognises the game has changed and that Whites need to start thinking and acting like a team.

Not as dangerous as being confrontational by blocking his path into the building when nobody else is around. And she followed him anyway. Besides, “innocent until proven guilty” doesn’t just apply to Judge Kavanaugh. I applaud anyone who’s diligent about personal security, but there’s a smart way and a dumb way to do everything. George Zimmerman had the right to keep his neighborhood secure and, ultimately, the right to shoot someone who was attacking him…but he could’ve avoided the whole damn thing had he been smart.

Does she deserve to be fired, though? I don’t think so. Employer trying to avert PR disaster by abandoning all loyalty to employees.

Except there was evidence consistent with sexual assault in that situation. The boy did touch her butt (with his backpack, it turned out).

The only evidence was the video. It (apparently) exonerates the boy. I’ve inadvertently bumped people in crowded elevators. I’m guessing you have, too, and it wasn’t assault. As I said (and my point is) this case isn’t as simple as the media wants it to be. Two separate elements that will be parsed out or ignored by the media depending on context and political agenda of the moment:
    - Woman prone to overreaction gets bumped by a backpack.
    - Blacks prone to overreaction accuse woman of having race as sole motivation.

Had a white judge bumped into her with a backpack, we’d be looking at a very different media reaction. A good story with a moral at the end is what the media wanted…not the truth.

Can’t derive the whole story from the video, but basically it just seems like she thinks the guy was piggybacking on her to get through the front door security. This seems like a perfectly reasonable thing for a woman to be concerned about–from any man.

That is certainly true for us white folks.

But black folks don’t see it that way. From the black guy’s perspective, he doesn’t answer to uppity white women. So what you and I see as a perfectly reasonable request, is an oppressive attack by someone probably descended from slavers. She owes him, and taking five seconds to swipe his key fob would be like accepting five lashes from Simon Legree. As far as he is concerned, she can make up for her ex-slaving ways by making sure to open the door for him every time he arrives home.

History may not repeat itself exactly, but I sure can feel the rhythm from a century ago back in Germany. It’s pretty clear from watching the video that what happened is that this guy tried to follow into the building directly after the woman after she entered a passcode for the door lock. In order to do that, you have to be really close to someone.

It looks to me like Mueller was opening the door to leave and walk her dog, and Toles tried to walk in. (I know, same difference). Toles told her that he did swipe his fob and since he had one, he probably did, but in those circumstances, I wouldn’t be offended, and I’d step back and fob in a second time.

I don’t think you should have called her a racist. There is no evidence on that videotape that she said or did anything that was racist.

    Have a good evening.

What’s wrong with “Anglo-Saxon”? That is properly capitalized.

Did you mean to send this reply to someone else? If not, then please review my upthread comments.

I didn’t call her a racist. To the contrary, there’s no basis on which anyone can argue other than out of their own prejudices that her words and actions would have differed if the man had been white.

The reason that I replied to you is that you seem to be following the story. I’m trying to learn who, in fact, called 911. Many assume she did, but I wonder whether that’s a deception that has been effective in using an innocuous event to keep everyone riled.

This should be nailed down, one way or the other.

Because many, if not most of us are not Anglo-Saxons.

How British are YOU? Genetic study reveals Yorkshire is most Anglo-Saxon part of UK, while East Midlands is most Scandinavian

She didn’t know that, Mike. There are better ways to have handled this, no doubt, by both parties. I don’t live in an apartment either, but if you let someone you don’t know in, why bother having a code-pad, swipe or RFID-reader, or anything? Just leave it open – it’s the same thing.

In reply to your comment that OFWHAP replied to, I imagine there is a rule on the lease about letting people piggyback, etc. into the building.

Listen, I’m not for all the excessive TSA-like BS we have all around us either. If I recognized another tenant at all, I’d say hey, and hold the door open. If I didn’t, I’d ask “do you live here?”

  154. @Bubba

Thanks, Bubba, and likewise. I enjoyed your Turkish prison line.

At the high political level, they may have had support, as that Versailles treaty was still being used to screw German industry 15 years later, but as far as the street fighting goes, I doubt the average German liked either side. The Nazis in the streets were a rough bunch, and once they took the government, it was a lot worse.

The American patriots (for now, as I don’t know what they’ll turn into) fighting these antifa retards have nobody much on their side. They are brave for coming out, as local government, police, and court systems have been screwing them, the Lyin’ Press is completely against them (of course), and most of the Feral Gov’t still works against them, even with Trump (Sessions has let this stuff still go on!)

Were I single and younger, I’m pretty sure I’d be out there with them.

On your 2nd paragraph, I agree completely.

Jews have used blacks to attack Whites since 1956 when the black Orcs invaded the White children’s Schools to beat rob and rake them. As soon as that was achieved the Jews filed more lawsuits to prevent any discipline of the black Orcs which caused even more abuse of White children

People that decide their job is to proactively enforce rules that don’t exist have a VERY bad day when they do it to me. Not everyone is a sad little victim.

There is no rule that you have to let a stranger into your home or apartment building. The black man in the video is the one who is trying to enforce rules that do not exist.

Not as dangerous as being confrontational by blocking his path into the building when nobody else is around. And she followed him anyway. Besides, “innocent until proven guilty” doesn’t just apply to Judge Kavanaugh.

Uh, there is more likely to be other people around at the entrance than once inside the building. So what she did at the entrance was less dangerous.

No one has an obligation to fob strangers into their apartment building, which is what he was demanding of her. She didn’t block him from entering the building using his own fob. In fact, she invited him to enter on his own accord.

The only evidence was the video. It (apparently) exonerates the boy.

No. The evidence also included her first-hand testimony of the boy having touched her sexual parts, which the video corroborates. The video does not “exonerate” him. It is suggestive of the contact having been inadvertent. However, it is also consistent with pure assault: many here may be familiar with certain people out in public deliberately walking into people, violating their space.

Well, considering that he lived there too, I’d say that she shouldn’t have blocked him from entering.

She blocked him from entering without a key, from trying to piggyback on hers. She didn’t try to prevent him from entering the building with his own key.

Supposedly, blacks commit 90 percent of black-white interracial violent crime.

  163. @Reg Cæsar

Because it’s not yours any more than it’s ours. Get over yourself. No wonder you listed Teddy Roosevelt and Winston Churchill as two men you looked to for guidance when it came to capitalising the the ‘W’ in “White”: they come from the brief golden age of Anglo-Saxonism.

About 140 years ago a bunch of newly wealthy Americans began a mating dance with the already wealthy investor class of London. Part of the sweet talk involved a bunch of palaver about Anglo-Saxons. You clearly have been swept up in the romance of it all but lot of things have happened since the Gilded Age, my friend. A lot of things have changed and a lot of things they said were never true even at the time.

  164. This story is technically off-topic because the accuser is almost certainly black or the article would say that she’s white. Also, the jury was almost certainly racially mixed, or the article would mention it was all-white.

    https://www.nytimes.com/2018/05/07/nyregion/innocence-project-manhattan-rape.html

This article was published just five months ago. I suspect if the article were published now, the title and body would be more . . . coy.

In any case, it does sound like these two gentlemen had their lives destroyed by a false rape accusation.

Wow, where do I even start with all of this? :) You did watch the Kavanaugh hearings, right?

Good luck with never bumping into anyone for the rest of your life. The “evidence” will be stacked against you if do.

So you yourself believe he bumped her. Your own belief is based on her testimony (evidence) as the video does not show any touching.

I am so sorry Anon 340!!! Mea culpa and thank you for correcting me! You are a true gentleman (or lady/gentlewoman). My sincere apologies – that was an awful boneheaded mistake by me. That response was to another commenter. I agree 100% with your earlier posts on this (excellent questions for the NYT’s reporter). It’s extremely enjoyable to read you and I always look forward to your delicious commentary especially when you rip apart a newly posted Judge Napolitano column. Thanks again and please accept my humble apology.
