New Hampshire is wonderful news. After many years of frustration, we see the America we would want to bless: an America that rejects the money-making machine of Wall Street and the death-churning machine of Pentagon. Both leaders of the Presidential race are good—Sanders for the Left and Trump for the Right are great, exactly what is needed, and now let the best man win, for foreigners either of them will do fine. Both are non-interventionists, both want to fix America rather than interfere overseas. People rejected the war-mongering candidates of the establishment, and that is what matters.

It is good to see Left and Right struggling for the good of the country, instead of forming a shapeless centre and hanging there. Both the Left and the Right are good and needed by society, just as the left leg and the right leg are needed for standing up. The Right is the conservative force, good for nature and tradition. The Left is the moving force of society, the guarantee of its liveliness, of capacity for change, of social mobility. A society without its Left would rot; a society without its Right would collapse. The Left provides movement, the Right guarantees stability.

In New Hampshire, American people defeated the pseudo-Left and the pseudo-Right, and gave a chance for the real thing. It is good to see Mme. Clinton defeated by the old socialist, and Mr. Bush by the bragging and brash dealer. They felt high and mighty, like aristocracy born to rule, but the Republic has healthy democratic instincts. It is good to see that both leaders reject bankers’ diktat, both want to give Americans good socialised health care, both disagree with the way America went until now.

It is good that democrats rejected identity politics, that young American women said ‘no’ to the feminist witches who tried to ride on the sister solidarity. It is good that republicans weren’t scared by the media machine that called Trump “a new Hitler”.

Both candidates are bad for Israel Lobby. Sanders is for peace in the Middle East and for the Palestinian rights, Trump is for spending money at home. Sanders is of Jewish origin, Trump has a Jewish daughter, and these connections may smooth the liberation of America from the Lobby.

Both candidates are good for the US-Russian relations. Trump or Sanders – the Russians will love them. Trump or Sanders – the danger of the Third World War will move away.

Russians are very willing to play ball with America. The Russian success in Syrian war could not be achieved without President Obama’s cautious neutrality. An American president could turn this excellent Russian adventure into sheer hell, even without going to war. Let us give praise where it is due: Washington quietly allows the Russians to save Syria, despite Israeli wailing and Saudi shrieks.

Russians’ positive attitude to the US was made obvious during the recent visit of Henry Kissinger to Moscow: he was received as a special ambassador of American elites, though it is possible this was just a visit of an old gentleman to a place he is remembered.

It goes without saying that New Hampshire primary is not the presidential election, and the Establishment and the Lobby have a lot of time to recover, to besmirch the present leaders, or even kill them like they killed Huey Long. Any one of these good men can disappoint in future, like Barack Obama has disappointed.

But now I want to bless you, America: your heart is in the right place. You are not the monsters your present Establishment wants you to be. Whatever happens, we shall remember that.

  1. Bernie the Bomber actually has quite an aggressive foreign policy stance. He’s come out strongly against Assad. Only difference is he wants US ‘allies’ to do the heavy lifting.

It’s true. Bernie earned 15 delegates by winning 62.5% of the Democratic vote– the bottom up democratic way. But Hillary also received 15 delegates. The difference is, she earned 9 delegates and the undemocratic, top down Democratic Party– provides a system that prevents the people from electing people– enabled her to have six superdelegates. That makes the New Hampshire delegate count a tie.

It’s also true that America is run by the BEST GOVERNMENT THAT MONEY CAN BUY!!

  3. They have to talk tough )) Trump also promised to waterboard )) But my idea is that people who support Bernie and Trump stand against war.

  4. rejects the money-making machine of Wall Street and the death-churning machine of Pentagon. Not so fast.

Yesterday Bernie said Russia was a dangerous threat and had to be confronted by ringing it with weapons. Hillary said, See you and raise.

As for Wall Street — yeah, that’s a problem.

But an even larger problem is the US Treasury Department and its out-of-control and beyond-accountability combination spy- and financial warfare “guerrillas in grey suits,” otherwise known as Latter Day Morgenthau Boys.
They’re the guys who are waging economic and financial war on Iran, primarily, as well as Russia and N Korea.

The USA tried that under the offices of Henry Morgenthau — Stuart Levey and Daniel Cohen’s ideological predecessor at Treasury– and the Morgenthau Boys who carried on a campaign of starvation and homelessness against the German people for TWO YEARS after WWII was over, until George Marshall said, ENOUGH!

“The directive was formally issued to Eisenhower in the spring of 1945, and it applied only to the US zone (although attempts had been made to get the other Allies to accept it). The occupation directive remained secret until October 17, 1945. It was made known to the public two months after the US had succeeded in incorporating much of it into the Potsdam Agreement.[50]

On May 10, 1945 Truman signed the JCS 1067.[51] Ignoring the amendments to JCS 1067 that had been inserted by McCloy of the War Department, Morgenthau told his staff that it was a big day for the Treasury, and that he hoped that “someone doesn’t recognize it as the Morgenthau Plan.”[2]

In occupied Germany Morgenthau left a direct legacy through what in OMGUS commonly were called “Morgenthau boys”. These were U.S. Treasury officials whom Dwight D. Eisenhower had “loaned” in to the Army of occupation. These people ensured that the JCS 1067 was interpreted as strictly as possible. They were most active in the first crucial months of the occupation, but continued their activities for almost two years following the resignation of Morgenthau in mid-1945 and some time later also of their leader Colonel Bernard Bernstein, who was “the repository of the Morgenthau spirit in the army of occupation”.[52]

Morgenthau had been able to wield considerable influence over Joint Chiefs of Staff Directive 1067. JCS 1067 was a basis for U.S. occupation policy until July 1947, and like the Morgenthau Plan, was intended to reduce German living standards. The production of oil, rubber, merchant ships, and aircraft were prohibited. Occupation forces were not to assist with economic development apart from the agricultural sector.

In his 1950 book Decision in Germany, Clay wrote, “It seemed obvious to us even then that Germany would starve unless it could produce for export and that immediate steps would have to be taken to revive industrial production”.[53] Lewis Douglas, chief adviser to General Lucius Clay, U.S. High Commissioner, denounced JCS Directive 1067 saying, “This thing was assembled by economic idiots. It makes no sense to forbid the most skilled workers in Europe from producing as much as they can in a continent that is desperately short of everything” [54] Douglas went to Washington in the hopes of having the directive revised but was unable to do so.”

The US Treasury Department neoMorgenthauians are likewise “economic idiots.” At a time when the USA is in desperate need of jobs and a market to export to; and Iran provides a young, pent-up market clamoring to- and capable of- using sophisticated technology, the oafs at OFAC, and on Ed Royce’s committee, are doing their damnedest to ensure that those opportunities go to China, or France, god help us.

Check out Freda Utley’s The High Cost of Vengeance. Guaranteed to make you sick and ashamed to be an American.

The American people need someone with the balls of George Marshall.
    Sanders is not that man.

Unless you think you’d like the spot in hell that is already reserved for Madeleine Albright, the way to make a better world is NOT by starving other people’s children into submission.

Obama can’t turn Russia’s Syrian campaign into “hell” without risking all kinds of blowback and unintended consequences to his own side. I wouldn’t give him any credit. If he could derail Moscow in a riskless fashion, he’d use the opportunity without any hesitation long time ago.
