What would Joan Rivers (allegedly) say about Rob Porter?

Until her untimely death, the iconic comedienne was a personality that had somehow lived on into our post-personality era.

Until his #MeToo ex-wives began baying for his blood, Mr. Porter, as good as dead politically, was President Trump’s White House staff secretary.

If the irreverent Rivers were alive today, she’d most certainly joke about Porter, the man upon whom America’s deranged matriarchy has descended:

“They should rehire Rob Porter. He is now the most vetted man in the world.”

“No wonder Porter didn’t punch his new paramour, Hope Hicks. Did you see what a knockout she is?”

In the true sense of the word, a personality is an individual with an originality and a distinctness of character and thought—a definition that precludes every member of the joyless matriarchy hammering away at the foundations of a civilized, Anglo-American society: the notion that a man defamed in the court of public opinion has the right to defend himself and confront his accusers; that there are often at least two sides to a story, and that relationships are complex and reciprocal, irreducible to the rigid, one-sided scripts enforced by certain vicious and vindictive womenfolk.

Or, “peoplefolk,” as Prime Minister Justin Trudeau would say. Included among America’s malevolent matriarchy are legions of domesticated menfolk. But the liliths, especially, faces contorted, are those screeching at us from the television daily. They want White House Chief of Staff John Kelly gone. For he is alleged to have covered for Porter, calling him “a man of true integrity.” Now Porter’s wives swear he is a potential O. J. Simpson.

Kelly is a retired United States Marine Corps general. His son, First Lieutenant Robert Michael Kelly, was killed in Afghanistan, in 2010. While President Barack Obama had not called Gen. Kelly to offer condolences, President Trump did phone the parents of four young men lost under his leadership, in Niger, in October of 2017.

For his inarticulate but well-meaning effort, the president came under vicious attack from Frederica Wilson, congresswoman for life, it would seem, from South Florida. A Maxine Waters with a cowboy hat.

“All hat and no cattle,” quipped Sarah Huckabee Sanders, deliciously. The White House’s press secretary walked away unscathed. But a “good old white boy” like Kelly dare not assign a black matriarch like Wilson to “the long tradition of empty barrels making the most noise.” In the course of defending the president, this honorable, old-school soldier recounted some of Wilson’s more vulgar displays as a public official, thus making more enemies among the matriarchy.

Yes, the good general has done Deplorables many a good turn. White House officials are purported to be discussing the departure of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner later this year, a development for which Kelly deserves gratitude. And while the duo derisively dubbed by Stephen Bannon as “Jarvanka” keeps regrouping; Kelly has greatly limited La Familia‘s access to the Oval Office.

And that’s a good thing.

Better than good. Whether Deplorables admit it or not, the two New York liberals, a nepotistic appendage to the Trump Administration, have been a disaster for the plank President Trump promised and for which Deplorables voted.

ORDER IT NOW

Indeed, the reasons the Left and its media megaphones seldom attack Ivanka are: 1. The president’s daughter is one of them—a politically correct liberal. 2. Ivanka is not a white male—also the reason Hope Hicks, a 29-year-old former model recruited by Ivanka, evades scrutiny for her serial love affairs with staff members (Corey Lewandowski preceded Rob Porter) and for her lack of gravitas.

So why is Gen. Kelly, so far, just the kind of leader we want in the White House? Let us continue to count the ways:

An honorable and wise American, Kelly stood up for another such man:

“Robert E. Lee. was an honorable man,” said Mr. Kelly. How dare he! And how right he was. The matriarchy maligns him, but Lee was a great American.

“When Lee resigned his commission as the colonel of the 1st U.S. Cavalry in April 1861 and subsequently took command of the state forces of Virginia, and eventually of the armies of the Southern Confederacy, he was only acting to ‘fight for his state, which 150 years ago was more important than country.’”

Another truism for which Kelly cannot be forgiven by the Left: He correctly claimed “some immigrants didn’t sign up under DACA because they were ‘lazy.’”

Kelly was expected to explain that Dreamers failed to partake of the American legislator’s generosity because of dominant-culture oppression and for fear of white, male chauvinists like himself. It is the matriarchy’s Marxist article of faith that all character flaws exhibited by an ostensibly oppressed class of people (Dreamers) are the fault of their designated (American) oppressors. “Foreva,” as the hip-hop rapsters say.

Nevertheless, as much as he is disliked by a media morphed into a Trump Scandal Watch, I suspect that if Chief of Staff John Kelly is ousted, it will be the doing of the Goldman-Sachs West-Wing matriarchy.

Dina Powel, former adviser to Ivanka and now on Trump’s National Security Council, is a relic from Goldman Sachs and an Ivanka recruit. The affable Democrat Gary Cohn, Trump’s chief economic advisor, is former president and chief operating officer of Goldman Sachs. These “Kushner-Cohn Democrats” ousted Stephen Bannon from the West Wing, and are, no doubt, gunning for John Kelly.

  1. I don’t miss Bannon. He’s a Zionist and a war monger. We get enough of that from Trump. Jared and his goofy bride are even worse. If Kelly can pry them out of the west wing then more power to him. Trump loses nothing by keeping Kelly. The lefty women can’t hate him any more than they do.

Porter is another matter. If he did what he is accused of he will likely do it again.

American men are raised almost entirely by women Ilana. The transition from boy to man is not taught so much as modeled. Women can raise good boys or bad boys. They cannot bestow manhood. If you want to improve the stock of American men hire a few male elementary school teachers. And see that boys begin working alongside men as early as possible.

Yes, Mercer the manic racialist cannot help but mention that Frederica Wilson is a black woman as if this is relevant to the argument presented. Mercer is one of those foreign born far right extremists who are increasingly swarming our shores in large numbers mainly from central and Eastern Europe but also from South Africa and elsewhere. These people make no contribution to American economy or culture except spreading race hate and demonise those native born Americans who happen to be black.
The latest Florida mass school shooter has been outed as a white nationalist. The FBI has known for some time that Far right terrorists present a far greater threat to internal US security than Islamist terrorists. When will our FBI team up with Homelands Security and start deporting foreign born extremists (whether of the far right or Islamist variety)? Just asking.

Radek, thanks for that first sentence.* Equally needless is her panting over Mr. Kelly's military background, and rhetorically exploiting his son's death:

"Kelly is a retired United States Marine Corps general. His son, First Lieutenant Robert Michael Kelly, was killed in Afghanistan, in 2010."

Ms. Mercer, this -- like your glam pics -- is TV level stuff.

  5. Ilana, I am aware you come from a different reality, different modality. Fine, knowing that allows us to deal with it. However, as a former US military volunteer and enlistee, I dealt with the military “mind” for six years. It is, quite possibly, the most unhealthy mindset for any real American to deal with.

Now, General Kelly made a 30-year career of that mindset. His mind, consequently, is unhinged from reality. No career military person should EVER hold an elected, or appointed, oversight position in the US government.

Right now, this country is dying from the effects of militarism; it is sick beyond hope of recovery.

  6. “white nationalist” or “white supremacist” is just the new catch phrase for those who dare speak out against Jewish supremacists, nothing more.
I guess they finally figured out that the “racist” and “nazi” shtick are burned out and meaningless.
They’ve been calling us names for so long that no one really listens anymore.
Anyways, they declared war on us a long time ago, its about time we started fighting back….
Some 9/11 truth would do America and the world, a whole lotta good right now. Everyone knows the truth, just because the MSM refuses to acknowledge it doesn’t change that.
The same cabal that did 9/11 are the same ones causing all of the problems of the world, including the false flag shootings.
AIPAC, all other foreign lobbies needs to hit with FARA, MIC/Wall St corruption needs to be stopped.
Nothing will change until the bribery, blackmail, corruption, treason is addressed, with people going to jail.

The enemy of my enemy is my friend?

The promotion of Gen. Kelly to the post of COS marked the abandonment by Trump of all the decent things he promised during his campaign. No more talk about ‘draining the swamp’. No more opposition to getting involved in ‘regime change’ wars. A commitment to wasting billions more on NATO. The escalation of fake disputes with Russia pushing the world ever closer to nuclear war.

Gen Kelly taking power inside the White House marked the end of the popular movement to try to change the course this country has been taking from Clinton to Dumbya to Obama. The Deep State won and reasserted control when Gen. Kelly took power in the White House.

So, if someone is trying to reverse Gen. Kelly’s assent to power, then that’s a good thing. Its too bad the whole Trump populist movement has given up and now plays dead and accepts that the alligators still rule the Swamp and that the Big Muddy just keeps getting deeper and deeper. Glad to see that someone is still fighting. That’s the best news in this article, since the right and the Trump supporters have obviously given up the fight.

  12. Does anyone remember the three college basketball players arrested in China for shoplifting? Remember how they insisted that their criminal behavior didn’t define them as people? I don’t remember anyone in the corporate media questioning the strange moral position that one’s voluntary actions don’t have any relation to one’s integrity.

Now I find that if your ex-wife accuses you of hitting her 15 years ago, you are pure evil right down to the bone with no hope of redemption–no due process is required, no consideration of the motive of the accuser is allowed.

Can someone please explain these new rules of culpability to me?

  13. Dear Miss Mercer,

I certainly want to echo support for this admin. I think it’s a step too far to start assessing people homelife of intimate relations and yanking them out of work. Given the nature of interpersonal and intrapersonal dynamics between self and people — there are lots of pins one can use to disqualify anyone, if one sets the proper conditions to make such judgments. It’s a strange road to trod with dangerous implications.

I think Gen. Kelly may very well be an honorable man. But honorable men are pressing us into violating the sovereign territory of other nations of no threat to us or our allies. Honorable men set in place slavery. Honorable men set the country to flame in a civil war over a state’s right to own slaves during a time when the federal government supported that right. I think I will have to side with General Grant,

“Those in rebellion against their country are traitors.” (paraphrased)

I don’t care much about statues, if some community needs a statue to hold on to their dignity and honor their war dead traitors, ok. But I think it’s healthy to acknowledge that honorable can certainly have moments of dishonor, even if they think their dishonor is an honorable thing to do.

Honorable men set to course the country on a principle of liberty and self determination, fought for it no less (probably unnecessary) but they did wrote a document declaring liberty as a right of nature and then in same the moment and breath condoned slavery within their own shores.

Gen. Kelly’s leadership made the reasons I voted for the current executive less attainable. I have no doubt his honor, but in many respects it has turned the president into a traitor yo the purposes of his election in too many ways to ignore. I don’t call hypocrisy honorable in myself, I will be hard pressed to do on behalf of others.
