On Monday, the Monmouth University Polling Institute released the results of a survey that found that "a large bipartisan majority... feel that national policy is being manipulated or directed by a 'Deep State' of unelected government officials.....[1] According to the survey:"...6-in-10 Americans (60%) feel that unelected or appointed government officials have too much influence in...

You are being clownish here. There had been considerable resistance by the general public, and much anger and hostility towards the Founding Fathers by their detractors, for crafting a document that seemingly was stripping away their sovereignty and liberties. Indeed, there was peril--there were were a number of "anonymous" writers who offered support for the Constitution. Refer to the Federalist Papers--the Hamilton's, Madison's, and the Jay's of the world clearly understood what they were up against.

    Let's try this again...

Schnellanddine, you are being clownish here. There had been considerable resistance by the general public, and much anger and hostility towards the Founding Fathers by their detractors, for crafting a document that seemingly was stripping away their sovereignty and liberties. Indeed, there was peril–there were were a number of “anonymous” writers who offered support for the Constitution. Refer to the Federalist Papers–the Hamilton’s, Madison’s, and the Jay’s of the world clearly understood what they were up against.

Hamilton????? Surely you are ignorant. Hamilton, as quickly as he possibly could, re-established the Bank of England because of which there had just been a war of independence (very same shareholders -owners – with a few rich U.S. Jewish contributors to the war added) – but now calling it the Bank of the U.S. establishing this franchise on U.S. soil. And with high-mason G. Washington’s blessing.
The nation has NEVER escaped that British ownership. NEVER. Still a colony.
Learn some true history of the founding of the U.S.

Indeed, there is Hitler with the mythological '6M Jews, 5M others, & gas chambers' and there is Hitler without the mythological ’6M Jews, 5M others, & gas chambers’.

Recall that even fake "holocaust historian" Raul Hilberg said:

“we’ve often fantasized about drawing up an indictment against Adolf Hitler himself. And to put into that indictment the major charge: the Final Solution of the Jewish question in Europe, the physical annihilation of Jewry. And then it dawned upon us, what would we do? We didn’t have the evidence.”

    Off your knees, everyone.
The 'holocaust' storyline is one of the most easily debunked narratives ever contrived. That is why those who question it are arrested and persecuted. That is why violent, racist, & privileged Jewish supremacists demand censorship. What sort of truth is it that denies free speech and the freedom to seek the truth? Truth needs no protection from scrutiny.

The '6M Jews, 5M others, & gas chambers' are scientifically impossible frauds.
See the 'holocaust' scam debunked here: http://codoh.com
No name calling, level playing field debate here: http://forum.codoh.com

Thanks for the links, the first I read. So how many Jews and others were murdered. Five million, two million, fifty thousand? And why would Jews and others want to overstate the numbers? What happened to the three million Polish Jews for example?

    "Would this include you?"

Of course. Are you not also a normie? Or are you a special snowflake?

"Apparently not all that much, if ~2/3 of those polled are unfamiliar with the phrase."

    Source?

“Apparently not all that much, if ~2/3 of those polled are unfamiliar with the phrase.”
    Source?

*Der*, it’s in the headline article:

“Few Americans (13%) are very familiar with the term “Deep State;” another 24% are somewhat familiar, while 63% say they are not familiar with this term

Eisenhower warned of the MI-plex, but his original draft had MIC, where C = Congress. A more complete formulation is:

The US rogue regime = US-M/I/C/4a†-plex, with dog-wagging-tail, its illegitimate sprog the Zionist/Israeli rogue regime + Js = I/J/Z-plex, all components rife with corruption.

    a = academic = econ, psy, leg et al.; 4 = MSM+PFBCs, † = churches

    add a few significant stragglers like $ = banksters & ¿ = spies

    A small expansion; looking at “a = academic = econ, psy, leg et al.,” say;

econ is for neoliberal economics, legal is for legislation like Patriot Act and psy is for the psychological propaganda inserted into the Bernays haze. Not so BTW, Bernays was not just a pretty face [= propaganda theorist], nor ‘merely’ a showman, he was active in the US-coup against Guatemala, say. All those who are active on behalf of or somehow help the M/I/C/4a†-plex and its dog-wagging I/J/Z-plex tail, are or make themselves accessories = share guilt.

At the ‘top’ of this monstrosity is the CCC = covert criminal cabal, as the ‘string puller’ order-givers, they are the ones who should swing at the end of a rope. Their list of crimes is looong; starting with the Fed [= printed, intrinsically worthless $s = US free-lunch; 'buy' up the world], say, including the neoCons’ neoliberalism and the zioCons’ wars, see WC7in5, say. Two of the CCC’s worst crimes are inside-job 9/11 [murdering ~3000 'own people'] and supporting the existence of the supreme international war crime, illegitimate entity that squats on Palestine.

The only ones in the above grouping to avoid guilt are any few in active revolt, who get abused by accusations like “self-hating jew!” Repeating for emphasis, any/all “who are active on behalf of or somehow help” make themselves accessories = are equally guilty.

  • I can readily affirm that we are all in the prison of deep state. My telephone calls are monitored by NSA, my computer has been hacked and I cannot Email my friend in the U.K., whose son is my Godson, my Skype account was closed. I can no longer copy URLs and my ability to visit certain blogs have been lost. Americans are slowly coming around to the fact that the elites running this country can and will do harm to them. I am a WW11 veteran of the U.K., in my nineties, and am the subject of an ongoing and worsening childishness by NSA . I absolutely believe that the U.K. did the torturing of the Germans to get confessions. In a letter to my parents while in basic training, I said I admired the way the American Military treated their people. That went into my Army records and I was blackballed for saying it. I was only promoted when, because of my youth and later discharge, they HAD to give me two stripes. It is going to get worse. Trust me.

"The constitution is working as intended; it was supposed to help concentrate wealth and power in the hands of a few, and in that respect, it’s the gift that keeps on giving."

No, not necessarily. I will paraphrase John Roche's argument in a way you can understand.

The Founding Fathers may have changed “skins” over the years in eyes of many historians, but their “color” has remained. They were radicals AND democrats (the terms can coexist). A delicate situation was skillfully managed; the delegates were not subversive despite their secrecy; the public acknowledged them as the “best and brightest”. Sectional interests were cast aside through persuasion and compromise. The Founding Fathers were bonded together by concern of foreign influence eventually undermining the country—“continental ideology”. The towering figure in George Washington and the proven intellectual talent emphasized nationalism in his name and put critics of the Convention on the immediate defensive--“How can you condemn reform if you do not have a plan of your own, or have not even heard what we propose?”

Consensus and consideration dominated—Virginia Plan example. Madison had the votes, but understood that “forcing it down the throats” of small states would undermine the credibility of the delegates in light of the principles espoused during the Revolution. A commitment to a strong central government, but not with big states in control. Repeated tie votes surrounding legislative representation initiated a committee to facilitate compromise. Once the framework was established, with voices heard and positions laid out, adherents to state loyalty threw themselves into ensuring that this framework would be viable.

The Electoral College satisfied states rights activists, the small states, AND those against the “mobocracy”—mutual beneficially. Slavery as a commercial tool was addressed without specific reference as to its morality despite significant personal reservations. An attempt was made by Charles Pinckney (South Carolina) to overturn committee recommendations on this issue, fearing potential northern imperialistic behaviors in the future, but he was rebuffed by his southern brethren who acknowledged the concerns--“a deal is a deal”.

Ultimately, the Founding Fathers risked their personal fortunes and reputations by opposing long-standing tradition of state sovereignty out of fear of “national impotence” and “foreign intrusion” to write a document that has stood the test of time.

Hmm what’s so great about the Constitution it was set up like England’s,house of commons the house of representitives, the house of lords the congress ,as Hamilton said when he set up the treasury “at the center of the treasury shall be placed a group of wealthy individuals who will build the factories, shipping etc etc etc’ and of course they were the bankers. We were screwed from the git-go most just hate to admit it…

Carter has now said publicly on 3 or 4 occasions that “the US long ceased being a functioning democracy”. He’s said it is an oligarchy.

He is also rumoured to have brought a dinner party to an awkward silence when asked by a woman guest “what was it like being the most powerful man in the world?” Carter replied- “I was the president ma’am, but I do not know who that man was”.

I especially like the Urban Dictionary definition of Kleptoplutocracy:

A form of illusory government whereby a small percentage of the population govern a heard of willing morons while both enslaving them and pilfering the fruits of their labor as to enrich themselves all the while convincing their victims (the citizenry) indefinitely, of the wonder and joy of being penetrated from behind without lubrication.

    Another candidate might be Kakistocracy.

British concern in the thirties how German influence might again go to the south east, threatening British shipping through the Med to India and the Far East, augmented by the threat of the Italian navy, if Mussolini allied with Hitler.

    The British problem at the time I see as the same as the USA problem now, no longer able financially to guard the empire;
At the time it was the navy, Britain could either defend the Med, or the Far East, but not both at the same time.

In how far the quote supports the theory that it was the Berlin Baghdad railway, to be extended to Basra, running through Mosul, the richest oil fields then known, a ten mile concession at both sides was foreseen, that it was this railway that made Britain make the secret agreements with France and the tsar, anybody's guess.

Ralph Schoenman in The Hidden History of Zionism

    http://www.marxists.de/middleast/schoenman/reading.htm

In 1896, Theodor Herzl set forth his plan for inducing the Ottoman Empire to grant Palestine to the Zionist movement:
Supposing his Majesty the Sultan were to give us Palestine; we could, in return, undertake to regulate the finances of Turkey. We should there form an outpost of civilization as opposed to barbarism. [16]
By 1905, the Seventh World Zionist Congress had to acknowledge that the Palestinian people were organizing a political movement for national independence from the Ottoman Empire – a threat not merely to Turkish rule but to Zionist designs.
Speaking at this Congress, Max Nordau, a prominent Zionist leader, set forth Zionist concerns:
The movement which has taken hold of a great part of the Arab people may easily take a direction which may cause harm in Palestine. …The Turkish government may feel itself compelled to defend its reign in Palestine and Syria with armed force. …In these circumstances, Turkey can be convinced that it will be important for her to have in Palestine and Syria a strong and well-organized group which … will resist any attack on the authority of the Sultan and defend his authority with all its might.
As the Kaiser undertook to forge an alliance with Turkey as part of his contest with Britain and France for control of the Middle East, the Zionist movement made similar overtures to Imperial Germany. The Kaiser took nearly ten years in his on-and-off dealings with the Zionist leadership to formulate a plan for a Jewish state under ottoman auspices which would have as its principal task the eradication of the Palestinian anti-colonial resistance and the securing of the interests of Imperial Germany in the region.
By 1914, however, the World Zionist Organization was already far advanced in its parallel bid to enlist the British Empire to undertake the break-up of the Ottoman Empire with Zionist assistance. Chaim Weizmann, who was to become president of the World Zionist Organization, made an important public announcement:
We can reasonably say that should Palestine fall within the British sphere of influence, and should Britain encourage Jewish settlement there, as a British dependency, we could have in twenty to thirty years a million Jews out there, perhaps more; they would develop the country, bring back civilization to it and form a very effective guard for the Suez Canal.

Weizmann secured from the British what the Zionist leaders had sought simultaneously from the Ottoman and German Imperial governments.

    Excellent post.

One of my favorite quotes on the subject,

The truth is that we have got our way. We have got most of the things we set out to get…The German Navy has been handed over; the German mercantile shipping has been handed over, and the German colonies have been given up. One of our chief trade competitors has been most seriously crippled and our Allies are about to become her biggest creditors. That is no small achievement. In addition, we have destroyed the menace to our Indian possessions.

Of even greater interest is how foreign/international "Deep States", in cahoots with elements of the local US "deep state", have been able and continue to be able to hijack US foreign policy. The British lobby did a tremendous job in bringing the ZUSA into both world wars, and interestingly, already during world war one there was also an important Jewish/Zionist element in the mix.

Anyway, Scottish Historians Gerry Docherty & Jim Macgregor, authors of the highly recommend “Hidden History: The Secret Origins of the First World War”, cover how a cabal of elements of the British elite strategized to control the British state from behind the curtains and manipulate it for wars of Empire, including their desired war to destroy Germany. What is remarkable I think, are the similarities, in fact, the continuity of strategies used by what the authors call the British "Secret Elite", and the current Zio-US Deep State's strategies. A carbon copy. They write:

...The elites harboured a deep rooted fear that unless they acted decisively, British power and influence across the world would be eroded and replaced by foreigners, foreign business, foreign customs and laws. The choice was stark. Either take drastic steps to protect and further expand the British Empire, or accept that the new, burgeoning Germany might reduce it to a minor player on the world’s stage. In the years immediately after the Boer War, the decision was reached. The ‘Teutonic menace’ had to be destroyed. Not defeated, destroyed.
The plan began with a multi-pronged attack on the democratic process. They would:
    (a) Wield power in administration and politics through carefully selected and compliant politicians in each of the major political parties;
    (b) Control British foreign policy from behind the scenes, irrespective of any change of government; (c) Draw into their ranks the increasingly influential press-barons to exercise influence over the avenues of information that create public opinion, and (d) Control the funding of university chairs, and completely monopolise the writing and the teaching of the history of their own time.6

It's increasingly more obvious, but a Deep State has been calling the shots ever since Robert E. Lee surrendered his army on April 9th, 1865.

Of even greater interest is how foreign/international “Deep States”, in cahoots with elements of the local US “deep state”, have been able and continue to be able to hijack US foreign policy.

What is remarkable I think, are the similarities, in fact, the continuity of strategies used by what the authors call the British “Secret Elite”, and the current Zio-US Deep State’s strategies. A carbon copy. They write:

…The elites harboured a deep rooted fear that unless they acted decisively, British power and influence across the world would be eroded and replaced by foreigners, foreign business, foreign customs and laws.
They would:
    (a) Wield power in administration and politics through carefully selected and compliant politicians in each of the major political parties;

In addition, we have destroyed the menace to our Indian possessions.

...in understanding how the constitution has been gradually subverted by private financial interests,

People keep saying this, but I don't see how they can make the claim. The constitution is working as intended; it was supposed to help concentrate wealth and power in the hands of a few, and in that respect, it's the gift that keeps on giving. It can even be ignored at will, if convenient.

The Constitution looked fairly good on paper, but it was not a popular document; people were suspicious of it, and suspicious of the enabling legislation that was being erected upon it. There was some ground for this. The Constitution had been laid down under unacceptable auspices; its history had been that of a coup d'état.

It had been drafted, in the first place, by men representing special economic interests. Four-fifths of them were public creditors, one-third were land speculators, and one-fifth represented interests in shipping, manufacturing, and merchandising. Most of them were lawyers. Not one of them represented the interest of production — Vilescit origine tali. (the dice were loaded from the start)

“The constitution is working as intended; it was supposed to help concentrate wealth and power in the hands of a few, and in that respect, it’s the gift that keeps on giving.”

No, not necessarily. I will paraphrase John Roche’s argument in a way you can understand.

The towering figure in George Washington and the proven intellectual talent emphasized nationalism in his name and put critics of the Convention on the immediate defensive–“How can you condemn reform if you do not have a plan of your own, or have not even heard what we propose?”

An attempt was made by Charles Pinckney (South Carolina) to overturn committee recommendations on this issue, fearing potential northern imperialistic behaviors in the future, but he was rebuffed by his southern brethren who acknowledged the concerns–“a deal is a deal”.

Ultimately, the Founding Fathers risked their personal fortunes and reputations by opposing long-standing tradition of state sovereignty out of fear of “national impotence” and “foreign intrusion” to write a document that has stood the test of time.

*Der*, it's in the headline article:

“Few Americans (13%) are very familiar with the term “Deep State;” another 24% are somewhat familiar, while 63% say they are not familiar with this term

Eisenhower warned of the MI-plex, but his original draft had MIC, where C = Congress. A more complete formulation is:

The US rogue regime = US-M/I/C/4a†-plex, with dog-wagging-tail, its illegitimate sprog the Zionist/Israeli rogue regime + Js = I/J/Z-plex, all components rife with corruption.

    a = academic = econ, psy, leg et al.; 4 = MSM+PFBCs, † = churches

    add a few significant stragglers like $ = banksters & ¿ = spies

    A small expansion; looking at "a = academic = econ, psy, leg et al.," say;

econ is for neoliberal economics, legal is for legislation like Patriot Act and psy is for the psychological propaganda inserted into the Bernays haze. Not so BTW, Bernays was not just a pretty face [= propaganda theorist], nor 'merely' a showman, he was active in the US-coup against Guatemala, say. All those who are active on behalf of or somehow help the M/I/C/4a†-plex and its dog-wagging I/J/Z-plex tail, are or make themselves accessories = share guilt.

At the 'top' of this monstrosity is the CCC = covert criminal cabal, as the 'string puller' order-givers, they are the ones who should swing at the end of a rope. Their list of crimes is looong; starting with the Fed [= printed, intrinsically worthless $s = US free-lunch; 'buy' up the world], say, including the neoCons' neoliberalism and the zioCons' wars, see WC7in5, say. Two of the CCC's worst crimes are inside-job 9/11 [murdering ~3000 'own people'] and supporting the existence of the supreme international war crime, illegitimate entity that squats on Palestine.

The only ones in the above grouping to avoid guilt are any few in active revolt, who get abused by accusations like "self-hating jew!" Repeating for emphasis, any/all "who are active on behalf of or somehow help" make themselves accessories = are equally guilty.

  • @CIA Imfrickinpunity
This article is a tour de force of beating around the bush. It relates a campaign initiated and led by CIA DCI John Brennan, prosecuted with illegal secret government surveillance, coerced confessions, and suppressed investigation of the murder of Seth Rich. And it blames... the Plutocrat Class.

How many divisions does the Plutocrat Class have? Does the Plutocrat Class have impunity for murder, torture, and denial of the rights of trial? Does the Plutocrat Class have anything like these get-out-jail-free cards?

    - The Central Intelligence Agency Act, which put CIA covert crime beyond the reach of any court.

    - The Rogers-Houston MOU permitting the DCI to abort DoJ investigations with the magic words 'national security.'

    - The Intelligence Identities Protection Act, which makes the identity of CIA criminals a state secret.

    - The operational files exemption to FOIA, which prohibits public scrutiny of evidence of CIA crime.

    - The 'political questions' judicial doctrine which stops judicial review of CIA crimes condoned, however vaguely or unwittingly, by Congress.

The article outlines criminal coup de main by domestic enemies, and sics us on cartoon Rich Uncle Pennybags.

Don't get wrapped around the axle overthinking some rock-paper-scissors transitivity relations of abstract political and economic power - that's CIA-infiltrated Paris Review bullshit. Impunity beats money every time. To understand this, just watch what happens when a plutocrat gets in CIA's way. You see right away who's in charge. Plutocrat Ralph Nacchio learned his lesson, didn't he? Plutocrat Elliot Spitzer learned his lesson. Dynastic plutocrats John and Bobby Kennedy didn't learn their lesson fast enough, but everybody else got the message.

The problem is CIA impunity. CIA uses it to make money - and to make plutocrats and keep them in line. You don't like plutocrats? Good for you. Lock up some CIA scumbags, storm Langley and take the files, problem solved.

While the CIA has funding from decades of drug and gun running, ALL present and past National Security holders need to be vetted. They are the ones who have/had access to Blackmail.

The CIA is a Global Blackmail leader, the FBI is just the local branch of the same Clinton/Bush cabal.

    An interesting post, well said.

A minor quibble: I personally don't like the term "Deep State." I think "Oligarchy" would be better. Yes there are lots of judges and unelected officials etc. carrying water for the big corporations, but the engine driving this thing is the super rich, people like the Koch brothers etc. Talking about the "Deep State" I think puts the entire blame on unelected officials, and lets the super-rich off the hook. IMHO.

Koch brothers would appear as near paupers compared to the Rothschilds and their Capos.

"That democracy is a sham has been the case for decades."

Yes, I agree, and the biggest sham of all is that somehow the US is SUPPOSED to be a democracy. That's pure bullshit. The word 'democracy" doesn't appear in the text of the Constitution, and the early statesmen opposed the very idea, calling it "mob rule", "king numbers" and "the tyranny of the majority", among other epithets.

Congress members are required to swear an oath to protect and defend the Constitution, not to bow to majority opinion on anything, whether that opinion comes from their own constituency or not. The democracy scam gives Congress members the pretext for disregarding the Constitution or for cherry picking the provisions of the document using "the will of the people" as a defense for their malfeasance.

Perversely, this also ends up betraying the interests of their true constituents in favor of providing for the interests of whoever pays them the biggest bribes. In a democracy, the representatives allow themselves to do whatever they think will feather their own nests while claiming that they are bowing to the will of "the people".

Yes, I agree, and the biggest sham of all is that somehow the US is SUPPOSED to be a democracy.

The US is neither a Democracy or a Republic….it is an oligarchy.

BS. The "power elite" in the US is associated with a clearly identifiable group, which doesn't even hide its own tribal interest and allegiances. A parasite lodged in a host. Its messianic DNA slowly unfolds and takes over the host's vital functions. Loss of identity and cognitive ability are only phases preceding total destruction. The complicit host is apparently fully and gleefully embracing its fate.

The last paragraph torpedoes the rest of the article! If anyone deserves to be called a “fatcat” and a member of the “US plutocrat class”, it’s Donald Trump! If that class is seeking to “take back” the US from somebody, it can’t possibly be Trump. He’s one of them. Isn’t it more likely that they are trying to take it back from the “Russian plutocrat class” of gangsters behind Vladimir Putin and their American supporters? Trying to take one’s country back from foreigners, or prevent foreigners from getting control of it, is hardly an ignoble enterprise! Certainly not where I come from!

The data suggest that representative democracy is a largely a fraud, that congressmen and senators are mostly sock-puppets who do the bidding of wealthy powerbrokers, and that the entire system is impervious to the will of the people.

  • Democracy is like Santa Claus; a myth that every generation keeps disproving for the first time, shattering their faith in anything except adult lies and money, and then passing it on to the next generation for their own inevitable disillusionment.

Nothing is sweeter than the naive joy in a voter’s eye on that Tuesday morning in November. Maybe we can get the local meteorologists to come up with a cartoon graphic showing the elected officials flying to DC on Election’s Eve. If only for one night, everybody comes together as one to believe just for a little while in Peace on Earth and other campaign promises that nobody really expects or works toward.

The Deep State wielded preponderant power over this nation at least by the time Lincoln was buried, and its main actors then were virtually all pure WASPs (the non-Wasps were all Protestants of Continental Germanic ancestry, some of them Saxons, as was Martin Luther).

Jews didn't become the major power in the US Deep State until well after WW2. Probably after the assassination of JFK.

Of course, you also need to face the many implications of the facts that Anglo-Saxon Puritanism was a Judaizing heresy and that archetypal Mr. WASP himself Oliver Cromwell made the alliance with Jews concrete.

WASP culture is doing what it always was meant to do.

The 'deep state' is not a 'conspiracy theory', it is a basic fact beyond debating. The deep state by definition means the USA's military industrial complex, i.e. all of the massive security agencies (Dept of Defense; CIA; State Dept; Pentagon; US Army; CentComm; Navy; Marines; NSA; NSC; etc) combined with their partners in the corporate sector who sell them the equipment: Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Raytheon, General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, General Electric, SAIC, Huntington Ingalls, etc. The 'revolving door' between these two sectors is a key aspect of the deep state: top ranking brass leave public service to take top positions at these defense corporations, or become lobbyists for them to continue their multi-billion dollar contracts at the government trough. The top officials at the security agencies often have careers spanning decades: these people are 'the deep state' personified. Presidents come and go, they are window dressing. The deep state calls the shots.

Maybe better to say ‘Deep State shoots, and wants far more shooting’.

Uh-no, according to the World Bank, average real living standards in China are still below those in Mexico. Those in the US are almost 4 times as high. When I walk the streets of Shanghai I still see people on decrepit bicycles hauling cinder blocks in wooden carts. The stock exchange and financial accounting in Shanghai are still opaque. Come with me, and I'll show you where congregations of amputee beggars hang out. Most of the rest of the country is poorer.

But some day in the distant future...

And what has any of this to do with them becoming a financial power? In fact this more likely explains why they will. How many people here have the ambition to haul cinderblocks on a bicycle? Also seems like you may have given us a glimpse into our future. Scary.

The last paragraph torpedoes the rest of the article! If anyone deserves to be called a “fatcat” and a member of the “US plutocrat class”, it’s Donald Trump! If that class is seeking to “take back” the US from somebody, it can’t possibly be Trump. He’s one of them. The analysis of the UVA Amsterdam professor Laslo Maracs is that Trump, and his rich friends, understand that the USA is no longer capable of maintaining an empire, and that war for enlarging the empire is even more suicide than trying to maintain the empire.
Already around 1910 the British empire no longer could maintain the two fleet standard, Obama had to lower the USA two war standard to one and a half.
What a half war accomplishes we see in Syria.
WWII destroyed the British empire, as the British said after the war, poor, after Truman ended LendLease overnight, less food than in the war ‘we won the war, and lost the peace’.

The survey appears to confirm that democracy in the United States is largely a sham. Our elected representatives are not the agents of political change, but cogs in a vast bureaucratic machine that operates mainly in the interests of the behemoth corporations and banks. Surprisingly, most Americans have not been taken in by the media’s promotional hoopla about elections and democracy. They have a fairly-decent grasp of how the system works and who ultimately benefits from it.

That democracy is a sham has been the case for decades. It is doubtful the American electorate has a grasp about anything, but regardless....what will they do about it?

“That democracy is a sham has been the case for decades.”

Yes, I agree, and the biggest sham of all is that somehow the US is SUPPOSED to be a democracy. That’s pure bullshit. The word ‘democracy” doesn’t appear in the text of the Constitution, and the early statesmen opposed the very idea, calling it “mob rule”, “king numbers” and “the tyranny of the majority”, among other epithets.

Congress members are required to swear an oath to protect and defend the Constitution, not to bow to majority opinion on anything, whether that opinion comes from their own constituency or not. The democracy scam gives Congress members the pretext for disregarding the Constitution or for cherry picking the provisions of the document using “the will of the people” as a defense for their malfeasance.

Perversely, this also ends up betraying the interests of their true constituents in favor of providing for the interests of whoever pays them the biggest bribes. In a democracy, the representatives allow themselves to do whatever they think will feather their own nests while claiming that they are bowing to the will of “the people”.

  • There is always a deep state in a selection of representatives, and the only way to balance it is through semi-direct democracy.. It principally does not matter if you select or elect your system of government, whether through elections or through revolution, so long as when that system of government is functioning, the citizenry has a legal and direct path to strike current national law.

Simple as – representatives can continue to create laws, but if the deep state (assumed to have interests other than the electorate) gets involved, the citizenry can strike down whatever legal framework it is building for itself, when it becomes evident.

As of now, we are still depending on enlightened leaders to help us with our laws and corrupted lot. It is no different to waiting for Hammurabi and his laws in the second millenium BC.

everything you say is true and it does not matter unless you are an american.

our elites along with the english have been ruling the world for 5 centuries and are now in hysteria because all that is now drawing to a close. without the usa military acting as a global enforcer for elites wet dreams they remain wet dreams.

russia now technically has thwarted our elites from using muscle. chinas economic rise will supplant the usa within a decade and by the 2030's the financial center of the world will move to shanghai from new york/london.

the entire history of mankind speaks the same tale. once and empire collapses it NEVER recovers its former status and power. the anglosaxon empire is now running on empty...ergo the media hysteria of russia this and that. even the serfs.....thats you and i.....can no longer be trusted to vote the way we are told.

the msm is dying as the go to organization for people control. we no longer live in the 20th century so the iron fist of ruling is pretty much out as an option.

the elites have their wealth but their power at least here is on the downswing.

ideas and opinion are how societies are controlled and the elite orgs for disseminating these things have become embarassingly overt which makes their effectivness drop towards zero.... hence the hysteria.

when you have nothing to sell or nothing anyone with a brain will purchase you have to appeal to irrational emotions............but that is a futile game plan because maintaining that level of frantic enrgy is exhausting and collapses in time of its own accord.

all the rising east has to do is watch us eat ourselves to death. they have to do nothing aggressive towards our deep state idiots in power do it for them.

at the end of the day americans will still be stuck with the swamp until it collapses into bankruptcy once the dollar loses its reserve status... still some years ahead.... by 2030.

once the dollars loses its status america becomes regular nation. how we pick up the pieces after that will be the real story.

“…chinas economic rise will supplant the usa within a decade…”

Uh-no, according to the World Bank, average real living standards in China are still below those in Mexico. Those in the US are almost 4 times as high. When I walk the streets of Shanghai I still see people on decrepit bicycles hauling cinder blocks in wooden carts. The stock exchange and financial accounting in Shanghai are still opaque. Come with me, and I’ll show you where congregations of amputee beggars hang out. Most of the rest of the country is poorer.

But some day in the distant future…

Now that we've broached the topic. What was Putin referring to when alleging men in black suits visiting newly elected POTUS's? Are new prez's laid down ground rules of the office by an overseer? A diktat? Taking this line of thought further, if true Putin would surely know who they represent. And one can imagine the information the Kremlin possesses regarding this globalist run machine that we don't about ourselves. Wouldn't this be the opportune time to let the Russian cat out of the bag and tell Americans what he knows? Sorry, didn't mean to get carried away but you started it..

I thought the message was delivered p effectively on November 23rd, 1963…and then again on August 9, 1974. And then, finally and more recently, March 30, 1981.

In the November 12 talks we hope through open and frank responses to convince the Israeli representatives of our sympathetic interest in their security concerns and of our genuine desire to help Israel to the best of our ability. We will press the view that U.S. ability to deter aggression against Israel makes less imperative the need for Israel to maintain clear military superiority over the U.A.R. in all fields and underlines the futility of large expenditures of time, effort and money on a spiralling arms race. We will stress that Israel’s acquisition of missiles could result in a Soviet supply of missiles to the U.A.R. and that a missile race increases the chance of a missile exchange in which Israel as a small, compact target would inevitably suffer most.

...in understanding how the constitution has been gradually subverted by private financial interests,

Lock up some CIA scumbags, storm Langley and take the files, problem solved.

storm Langley and take the files

Lol to defeat the CIA just stop their paychecks, cancel the Amazon Web Services bill and close the Langley parking lot and the American Embassies. Let the spooks run their deep state from their home offices, as John Brennan now attempts to do.

everything you say is true and it does not matter unless you are an american.

our elites along with the english have been ruling the world for 5 centuries and are now in hysteria because all that is now drawing to a close. without the usa military acting as a global enforcer for elites wet dreams they remain wet dreams.

russia now technically has thwarted our elites from using muscle. chinas economic rise will supplant the usa within a decade and by the 2030's the financial center of the world will move to shanghai from new york/london.

the entire history of mankind speaks the same tale. once and empire collapses it NEVER recovers its former status and power. the anglosaxon empire is now running on empty...ergo the media hysteria of russia this and that. even the serfs.....thats you and i.....can no longer be trusted to vote the way we are told.

the msm is dying as the go to organization for people control. we no longer live in the 20th century so the iron fist of ruling is pretty much out as an option.

the elites have their wealth but their power at least here is on the downswing.

ideas and opinion are how societies are controlled and the elite orgs for disseminating these things have become embarassingly overt which makes their effectivness drop towards zero.... hence the hysteria.

when you have nothing to sell or nothing anyone with a brain will purchase you have to appeal to irrational emotions............but that is a futile game plan because maintaining that level of frantic enrgy is exhausting and collapses in time of its own accord.

all the rising east has to do is watch us eat ourselves to death. they have to do nothing aggressive towards our deep state idiots in power do it for them.

at the end of the day americans will still be stuck with the swamp until it collapses into bankruptcy once the dollar loses its reserve status... still some years ahead.... by 2030.

once the dollars loses its status america becomes regular nation. how we pick up the pieces after that will be the real story.

The elites didn’t become elite by being stupid, though it is in their nature to overreach.

One of the reasons for the push for the privatisation of public assets of recent times is so that they can control strategic resources. Friedrich List said something like, “Essential infrastructure is vital to the wellbeing and security of the nation and is thus too important to be left to the whims of profit.” He was correct. Owning and controlling such essentials as water, electric, gas, transport grids, food distribution networks etc, they have ensured they will continue to do quite nicely, assuming they don’t get strung up.

  • Trump should call for a real 9/11 investigation, that would drain the swamp, the American people would all be behind him, what better way to win over America than 9/11 justice that is way past due?
If this is democracy we need something else, if what we done to Libya, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Latin American countries is democracy, we need to rid ourselves of democracy
The entire system is 100% corrupt, including Judges, prosecutors, lawyers, the whole swamp. Big money rules.
The media is with the deep state, they clearly have an agenda, and it doesn’t seem to be an American one, something has to be done to shut them up.
Hell yes they’re spying on us, They use the IRS and state revenue agencies to get back at dissenters, I have experienced it…
Not only are they spying on us, they’re spying on the politicians, judges, literally everyone, and blackmailing the snot out of them. Using extortion to get their way. The corruption needs to be punished, all of it, not just who deep state chooses to get back at. They’re all corrupt.
Look at the electoral map for 2016 election, it is nearly completely red, and all that red is very well armed and very pissed off. If Trump does the things he got elected on, stops kissing Netanyahus ass he’ll be fine. All he would have to do is get on twitter and make the announcement, tell the people to help him drain the swamp, shut it down, we can protest and yell just as loud as the well funded made for tv protesters. People have had enough, we can’t go on this way, people feel threatened now, and they will do what needs to be done to protect their families. We just need an organizer (Trump) to give the word. But if he keeps up the war mongering and giving in to the establishment on all the issues that won him the election, hes done.
Look at what happend to Jim Traficant when he got out of line, who goes to jail in DC? People who do the right thing..
Heres another example of how they get their way:
Atlanta Jewish Times featured a column by its owner-publisher suggesting that U.S.-based Israeli Mossad agents might someday need to “order a hit” on the president of the United States.

On Jan. 13 the Atlanta Jewish Times featured a column by its owner-publisher suggesting that Israel might someday need to “order a hit” on the president of the United States.
In the column, publisher Andrew Adler describes a scenario in which Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu would need to “give the go-ahead for U.S.-based Mossad agents to take out a president deemed unfriendly to Israel.”
The purpose? So that the vice president could then take office and dictate U.S. policies that would help the Jewish state “obliterate its enemies.”
Adler wrote that it is highly likely that the idea “has been discussed in Israel’s most inner circles.”

I think this is what happened to JFK when he tried shutting down CIA, cracking down on the Israeli lobby, inspecting Israeli Dimona nuclear facility. END the Fed scam, take away the blank check.

Surprisingly, most Americans have not been taken in by the media’s promotional hoopla about elections and democracy. They have a fairly-decent grasp of how the system works and who ultimately benefits from it.

One can only hope that is true, but I have my doubts.

The question is what will they do about it?

The question is what will they do about it?

Damned good question, Real. Since they have a collection of dossiers on everyone in a position to do something, I suspect nothing. Oh, they may sacrifice a Brennan, much more likely McCabe, Struzck (or whatever), Lisa Page. They were the operatives. But then, faced with ten years, thrown to the wolves, denied his pension, facing jail, with McCabe, maybe they can play let’s make a deal. Brennan would HATE that. Then, those operatives maybe start having accidents. The trick is to keep everyone quiet. One way or the other. They really want to protect Hillary, but I don’t get it. Maybe if Hillary could tell HER tales it could trade UP to Soros. He’s a monster.

Things roll down hills, Real, DC is a funny place. Believe me, the lights burn furiously all over Washington these days, the bad guys, the Deep State need to cover all this. The private recriminations must be hideous. All around them, people that can bring them down and you really cannot kill everyone. The last one was Monica, that was several departments working 24/7 for a couple of years. That was blow jobs by actual comparison. But this one is sizzling. This one means the country, war, the integrity of our systems, or will put the lie to formerly noble notions. This one tell us if we’re the United States with Justice For All, or if we’re a Commercial/Military Junta. We have to pick one.
