And so, given any two populations A and B and their largely overlapping IQ distributions, it is factually so that just about half the population of A will have a higher IQ than just about half the population of B, and vice versa. Once again, see any chart with a couple of IQ distributions.

What are you talking about? Which A-B "populations"? What charts?

Norway's average IQ is 100 while Somalians reign supreme at 68. Those two Bell Curves will almost exclusively overlap in the Dumb & Dumber range with only a tiny percentage of Somalians overlapping in the 99+ IQ segment (1.6% if we use this 15 SD chart: http://archive.is/ZV0m8 ). Meanwhile, 53% will be officially "mildly" (a PC adjective) retarded or worse (69 IQ and below).

Furthermore: native Norwegians will have 150 IQ (and above) geniuses everywhere (one in 2330 natives) while Somalians will have NONE (the chances are 1:43508721 and there are simply not enough of them - yet).

Now choose other populations as A and B. Rinse, repeat. I am aware that additional information will destroy your necessity for extremes with which to justify your mental problems but, hey, it will also take you a step closer to reality.

You might also want to look into, for example, the role of nutrition in IQ.

Are you trying to hurt my feelings? Let's stick to data and logic instead. You said "given any two populations A and B" so I chose Somalia-Norway because that's the kind of rubber-boat "extreme populations" we're importing here, in Europe. We're also bringing in Muslims (81 mean IQ, hostile, will travel) whose chances (in the chart I've linked before) of producing 149+ IQ geniuses are 1:472,893. That's 203 times less than Norway. Just think about it: for every Muslim genius in that rank , Norway will have 203 (assuming the same sample size).

The least extreme example would be Mexicans (88 IQ) with 1:55,906 so they'll "only" lag 24 times in the density of those talents vs a 100 IQ country like Norway. That's gonna make a difference, surely.

You might also want to look into, for example, the role of nutrition in IQ.

  • Millions of Americans still have ties to their ancestral country. Two years ago, I met an 54-year-old man who would periodically visit his family home in Abruzzo. Its grape vines and olive trees had been sold a long time ago, and the house itself was little more than a husk, thanks to thieves, “Locals, not...

  • Introduction Saudi Arabia has built a powerful network of regional and local political, military and economic relationships incorporating a shared extremist-religious affiliation. As a result, despite its reputation as a backward despotic clerico-monarchy with an extreme dependency on oil sales, it has become a deadly political force in the Middle East and beyond. To understand...

IQ is the score on an IQ test. Standard answers are given to standard questions. High IQ people do well in regimented environments: school, work, military, etc. Show me someone with a high IQ and I will point out someone who is most likely a zealot conformist. That is a nice way of saying that most high IQ people are mentally dysfunctional because they can't think for themselves.

Do you know what a normal distribution is?

  • The current sexual harassment obsession may eventually subside but until then, matters will probably get worse. And by “worse” we don’t mean just additional victims accused of long past increasingly petty offenses. Rather, social justice warriors will soon join the crusade and their involvement will be far more odious than digging up dirt about celebrities...
  • Generalizing these specific behaviors, criminal or not, to entire populations is pure idiocy and invites the sort of response we are seeing… from some people.

Because, again, the culprits and victims are a handful of men and women. That’s about it. It’s not an “epidemic”. Or, rather, it is an “epidemic”… for some people.

Typo above: Or Ireland, which is currently a corporate tax *haven* ... not tax heaven ;-)

There is some interesting research I did on the relationship between height and intelligence, which might interest you. I found that too much height might not necessarily be an intelligence-boosting trait:

I just wanted to add one little caveat. During a mass Australian IQ test back in 2002, the results actually showed, that the people in the 180cm-200cm height range had the highest average scores, whereas the more than 201cm tall group only came in third place.
    [...]
What this could indicate, is that beyond a certain height/weight it might be harder for the cardio-vascular system to keep up with properly supplying the brain, etc. with oxygen, nutrients, etc.

Possibly the “cognitive ability sweet spot” is somewhere in the 185cm to 195cm range, or even lower, possibly in the 175cm to 179cm range?

Nutrition should also be accounted for when talking about issues such as height, imo. It probably confounds things when mingled with IQ and, thus, the limitation of correlation you find in this case. Interesting, nonetheless.

There are lots of reports from WWI where British soldiers were considerably shorter than their Australian counterparts even though the Australians were overwhelmingly of British stock and only a few generations removed.

This is a great paper, that, I think, you will enjoy:

The role of nutrition and genetics as key determinants of the positive height trend

More concretely, it is the ratio between proteins of the highest quality (mainly from milk, pork meat and fish) and the lowest quality (i.e. plant proteins in general, but particularly wheat proteins). Besides that, we discovered a similarly strong connection between male height and the frequency of certain genetic lineages (Y haplogroups), which suggests that with the gradual increase of living standards, genetic factors will increasingly be getting to the foreground. Even today, many wealthy nations of West European descent are ca. 3 cm smaller than much poorer countries of the former Eastern bloc[] with the same nutritional statistics. Another evidence for this genetic hypothesis recently appeared in the study of Turchin et al. (2012), who found systematically higher presence of alleles associated with increased height in US whites of North European ancestry than in Spaniards.

Remarkably, the quality of nutrition in the wealthiest countries shows signs of a marked deterioration, as indicated by the decreasing values of the “protein index”. This can illuminate the recent deceleration/cessation of the positive height trend in countries like USA, Norway, Denmark or Germany, which was routinely explained as the exhaustion of the genetic potential. In our opinion, this assumption is still premature and with the new improvement of nutritional standards, some increase still can be expected.

A separate regional sample of Herzegovina (70.9% I-M170; after Peričić et al., 2005) was added for an additional comparison. (b) Relationship between combined frequencies of Y haplogroups I-M170 + R1b-U106 and male height (r = 0.75; p < 0.001) (34 countries).

Summary of all the most recent and relevant papers on this topic:

    Selection on height in Europe

This is a highly interesting point from the article:

We don’t know that the relationship between genetic and actual height is stable. For example, one hypothesis is that the Iberian Neolithic populations weren’t actually shorter - their environment promoted greater height, so that they were selected to reduce their genetic height so that actual height would remain at some optimum level. Then these differences in genetic height became exposed recently once environments became more equal across populations.

Relatively high average annual temperatures, compared to the rest of Europe, most likely is the explanation why southern Europeans, specifically Iberians, selected against greater height and weight, imo. The Iberian peninsula is Europe's warmest region. Han territory has a higher annual average temperature than Europe, North America, (South) Korea and Japan, for example, which is probably the reason why the Han Chinese have not been selecting for greater height/weight either:

Prosperity increases both IQ test scores through better and longer education and it increases genetic/physiological IQ through better nutrition which increases height, which in turn increases intelligence.

    [...]
I still believe that the ”cognitive ability sweet spot” could be somewhere in the 180cm-200cm height range, probably more towards the upper boundary of that height range, maybe in the 190cm-196cm region(?), provided these tall persons are not overweight, plus having below average testosterone for males will additionally boost cognitive ability/mental clarity/rationality

  • Let us remember that the IQ distribution of a population spans over a large range. See any chart with a normal distribution.

Let us remember that IQ distributions of various populations largely overlap. See any chart with a couple of IQ distributions.

Let us then acquaint ourselves with the observation that there is more variance within a population than across populations. Again, see any chart with a couple of IQ distributions.

And so, given any two populations A and B and their largely overlapping IQ distributions, it is factually so that just about half the population of A will have a higher IQ than just about half the population of B, and vice versa. Once again, see any chart with a couple of IQ distributions.

Please note that as we are talking about “populations” in the tens/hundreds of millions (billions if the “populations” are genders), the disparity of a few IQ points on average do not amount for more than lose change. The fact remains. Given two populations A and B, just about half the population of A will have a higher IQ than just about half the population of B, and vice versa.

The dependency aspect of the human-computer interaction is rarely if ever explained… unless it is in terms of our dependency on computers leading to some catastrophic delusion.

The fact is that computers sit at the top of a very complex human infrastructure and that without it, they would cease to function. In other words, preventing a computer from functioning is trivial and will remain so far after humanity reaches a post-scarcity stage, a delusion on its own (no matter how desirable).

A nation will fall without race-ism. (Race-ism meaning Belief in race as reality, racial differences, and need for ethno-racial consciousness.) Race-ism means being mindful of one's own race, one's own people, and one's own nation. A people of a nation must favor their own kind and their own land. If not, others will take over, gradually if not rapidly. And the people of the nation will turn traitor(even as a sign of virtue) since anti-race-ism instilled them with a notion that they would be evil to be mindful of their own identity and interests on their own territory.

When white nations were race-ist, whites looked out for one another. They circled the wagons and protected their own domain and heritage. But now that whites have been made anti-race-ist, they fear to assert their own identity and interests. Even the notion that "It's Okay to be White" is denounced by white cuck elites and white progs. Without race-ism, a people inevitably turn cuck since they can no longer serve themselves. They must serve OTHERS. Those who keep their identity eventually win out over those who don't. Since Jews, blacks, and Muslims keep their own identity, they will gain over whites in Europe and Canada.. and US.

Also, race-ism makes a people proud and powerful. And only a proud and powerful people are respected by others. Why? Because they are feared. A people who are not feared are not respected. At most, they are pitied.
White people were once feared and respected. But now that they are no longer feared, they are reviled. Why? Because all their past glory and all their wealth are denounced as ill-gotten, and white cucks nod along with apology.

Because whites are denied pride, purpose(except to cuck), and unity, their power keeps fading with each passing year. Also, it is race-ism that prevents giving into temptations as all individuals are wont to do. Every individual is tempted with betrayal IF there is something for him or her. Collaborate with the enemy to get something for 'me'. It's like Fredo betraying the family in THE GODFATHER II to have something for himself. Without a strong sense of race-ism, so many people will betray their own people or collaborate with the enemy for self-gain, pleasure, thrills, or 'narcissism of small differences'.
Why did Jews remain Jewish even though they were tempted by betrayal all through the ages. The Covenant was race-ist in reminding Jews over and over that they must stick together, preserve identity, and put their own kind first. So, even as Jews-as-individuals were tempted to betray their own kind for self-gain, enough of them didn't because Jewish race-ism emphasized group identity, unity, and purpose. Without such race-ist pressures, Jews would have betrayed their own kind as individuals and turned collaborator and faded as an ethnic identity.

Patriarchy is also necessary for preservation of identity. Women are likely to just run off with OTHER groups that are more powerful. And young ones are restless and wanna try something 'new'. This makes them more likely to go over to the other side, if only for excitement.
Patriarchy imposes tribal elder male power over womenfolk and young ones. Jewish Patriarchy was instrumental in keeping the Tribe together. As Jews were often a weaker group vis-a-vis other groups, many Jewish women naturally wanted to run off with more powerful goy men. But Jewish patriarchs forbade this, and so, Jewish women had kids with Jewish men. Also, Jewish fathers made their Jewish sons stick to Jewish identity.
Though Jews still have their race-ism and identity, the ebbing of Jewish patriarchy may prove to be fatal. Without patriarchal control over Jewish women, many are just turning slut, crazy, or jungle fever. So many Jewish women are turning out like Lena Dunham and Emma Sulkowicz. With crazy Jewesses like that, more Jewish men will marry Chinese women, and their Chewish kids will have that lame yellow gene and lack chutzpah. Also, without patriarchal power over Jewish boys, too many Jewish men are turning Animal House and making total fools of themselves like Anthony Weiner and Harvey Weinstein. Also, they marry shikses who either turn out to be bimbos(thus lowering Jewish IQ) or careerist & castrating harridans.
In PORTNOY'S COMPLAINT, we are told of a cousin who wanted to go with a shiksa but the Father said NO, so, the cousin went nuts and smashed all the bottles or something. And then the father beat the crap out of him, but the cousin just took it and didn't fight back even though he was much stronger than his pa. Patriarchy was still operative. Ultimately, the authority of the father kept the kid within the Jewish community.

But with the fading of Jewish patriarchy, too many Jewish kids grew up with endless porny jokes about dongs and schwarz, and they ended up ridiculous. Israel still has patriarchy, and thank heaven for that. With so many Israeli Jews being decadent, the society will go nuts if there isn't some kind of patriarchy to keep things under wraps. Consider that 70% of Israelis are for 'gay marriage', but it is banned by the patriarchy.

In the West, the loss of race-ism has meant loss of white identity, pride, and purpose. So, even though whites still got money and status, they got no respect, and so, non-whites berate and demean them. Also, so many whites turn on their own kind and join with enemies of whites(esp blacks). This means white people will become weaker every year in demographic, political, social, and economic terms.

It is no wonder that the fading of white race-ism is leading to the rise of Jungle and Jihad.
Loss of white race-ism means that white men aren't allowed to unite to defend white manhood and white pride. In the past, white men did just that. When faced with Zulu savages, white men all worked together to fight them like in the Michael Caine movie. And in the American South, white men united against black crime. Since a Negro could whup a whitey on a one-on-one basis, whites had to work together to catch the black thug rapist and hang him from a tree to send a message to other would-be-Negro thugs. Also, white race-ism kept Jungle Fever under control. Since white men worked together to keep the power and maintain racial pride, white women respected white men and had children with them. Also, as any white woman who went with a Negro was castigated or even criminalized, white womenfolk weren't likely to betray their own race.

But no more white race-ism means that white men must NEVER work together against blacks. But without group effort, white men cannot win against black men. On one-on-one basis, most black guys can kick white guys in the butt. Also, without white male pride and power over their women, white women are realizing that black men got more muscle, bigger dongs, and louder voices. So, with each passing year, many more white women give their wombs over to Negroes to be colonized. Worse, the Official Power encourages and promotes such Jungle Fever among white women and cuck behavior among white men. Notice that there is no cultural condemnation of cuck behavior. It's just reported as some new social trend, like it's cool or something.
Blacks now sense white wussy and white pu**y. They see that whites are now addicted to jungle music and jungle power. Without white race-ism, white civilization loses out to the animal aggression and lust of Negro culture that offers thrills of domination, thug power, and funkiness.

With the rise of such savagery, one would think there would be a moral and spiritual backlash. But due to demise of white race-ism, whites are loathe to invoke God and Jesus and social responsibility to denounce black savagery. If anything, even Christianity has cucked out to homos. A truly sad state of affairs.

However, when a society is overcome with so much degeneracy and debauchery, the reaction must come from somewhere. Since it cannot come from whites, it is coming from the Muslims who are filling up parts of Europe and even Canada and the US. Since Christianity cannot do anything other than shill for Israel and worship homos and since white morality can only be about 'white guilt', the pride of morality can only come from non-white cultures. And it is Islam.

So, it is Islam that is stepping in to denounce and destroy the debauchery. So, while Ariana Grande sings about how her mudshark white pooter is stretched out by black dongs, Muslim terrorist blows up her concert as an act of war against modern decadence and degeneracy. Barbarism of Islamic Morality wages war on Savagery of African Jivery. But instead of Muslims fighting Africans, both wage war on weak white decadence. Blacks wage war on whites by wussifying white boys and colonizing white wombs. Black guys beat white guys in sports and in the streets and turn white men into scared wussy white boys who turn white-uncle-tom and cuck out. And white girls offer their wombs to be colonized by black seed, and this is promoted by both the state and entertainment all across Europe and America. So, blacks wage sports and sexual war on whites.

As white nations become culturally junglized, Muslims attack this degenerate white society as the 'sick west'. Muslims find the modern West to be utterly vile and debauched, but they fail to realize that black influence(as esp enabled by Jewish power) played a huge role in turning the West into a cesspool of neo-savagery. The Great Reversion of blacks to savagery has impacted all the West. So many white elites listen to reggae as their main music, and so many 'white trash' masses(and white middle class) are into rap thug music.

So, blacks junglize whites, and Muslims denounce and attack a junglized white world.

Now, if whites had race-ism, they would have united to keep blacks in their world. And as they would be a powerful and proud people, Muslims would respect them and think twice about waging terror attacks on them. But whites seem weak to both groups.

Though blacks and Muslims couch their condemnation of whites in PC terms of 'injustice', what they really mean is 'you weak'. Blacks don't get morality. Blacks only understand power. They fear and respect Power. When they see weakness(no matter how good-willed and redemptive), they see it as pu**y. It's like hyenas respect powerful lions. But if a wounded lion went to them and begged forgiveness for all the hyenas it killed in the past, the hyenas would just laugh and say 'you weak' and tear him limb from limb. This is why 'white guilt' won't work. Black mentality only respects power. Blacks respected the old KKK more than today's goody whites. KKK was fearsome. Blacks hated it but feared it and with fear came respeck, shoo. But no matter how nice whites today try to be, blacks just see weakness. When blacks scream and shout slogans about civil rights, they really mean 'you weak!'
And Muslims, despite their spirituality, are also into power. Islam is about justice and POWER. Muhammad was a warrior, and there can be no justice without power. So, when whites act nice and apologetic, Muslims just see weakness. They feel that such wussy pu**y people don't deserve to rule or own anything.

Unless whites being back race-ism, they are done for. Year after year, they will lose more and more.

Come on, admit it. You wrote this on the side and waited until a quasi-relevant generic article popped up to post it.

I take your incredible (as in not-credible) anecdote and raise you 30 years in corporate America, where positions and promotions "reserved for 'diversity hires'" were openly acknowledged.

My fav: The arrogant 6'5" black guy with no management development training whatsoever who was relocated halfway across the country to manage a sales district in my region, leapfrogging at least half a dozen far-better-qualified men and women (most of whom were white) because the region "needed" a diversity-box-checking manager.

He was so bad that, when a reorganization came and he phoned one of "his" reps to tell her she still had a job, and that she'd still be working for him, she quit her job on the spot. In that reorg he became my manager, and I learned what it was like to live in hell for the days preceding and during when I had to do my job with him next to me.

So to summarize: Jam your lies where the sun doesn't shine.

The comical element in comments such as yours is that you naively confess with angry shouts that you have no comprehension of the educational system.

Here is a shocker for you. Universities are daycare centers. Graduating at the top of a class is next to trivial.

Only those that have never been to college (or are on the impolite side of the curve) fail to appreciate this.

Really? Explain that to my middle kid, who graduated with a 4.0 in an engineering discipline.

Think you could get a single answer correct on any exam he took in "fluid dynamics?"

Do you think you could do a day of his job today, even if you job-shadowed him for a YEAR?

Your comment illustrates a level of ignorance so profound that I can only conclude you have literally zero clue from where a #2 pencil comes, much less how a kW of electricity is generated and reaches your home. Sorry, bad article. Bad comment. Economically illiterate. As was the case in the halcyon days of Japan's rapid economic growth, China's growth reflects a high-IQ people operating in now semi-open markets who are quickly adopting technologies that were already developed elsewhere (and, granted, have done some innovation on their own). China's average living standards are still below Mexico's. Japan's average living standards never matched those in the US. Growth rates moderate as the country becomes more developed and converges to its steady-state.

Yet, alienated Western intellectuals leap to the conclusion that centralized control represents purposefulness, rationality, and competence. It turns out that Japan's industrial policy did not systematically select "winners", as a Harvard study meticulously documented in the early 1990s. Nor does the US represent "free-market ideology". Per the Fraser Institute, there has been a substantial fall in economic freedom during the last two decades. President Trump's calling CEOs to tell them where to locate their plants is not free markets. The US represents "crony capitalism" at best or "corrupt social democracy". If my wife works, 50 percent of what she earns is taken by the government before her pay is deposited (federal income tax, California state income tax, Social Security, Medicare, state disability charge, etc.)

President Xi has consolidated power and now even has his name enshrined in the Chinese constitution. It is a personal cult, not anything resembling the Rule of Law, let alone liberty. Freedom of expression on the Internet has been sharply limited, and Christian churches (I am not a Christian) are being persecuted. Many Chinese are sincerely worried.

The Soviet Olympic team was impressive, too.

But… but… Chinese politicians are promising sooooooo much.

  • Before I get going with my thesis, I have to discuss what it means to be racist. This is no easy matter, because most of the people who talk about racism (and in particular those who accuse others of being racists) do not bother to say what they mean. Let's start with a thought experiment....
  • @jilles dykstra
I am a social democrat, a racist and an antisemite.
I am a racist because I am attached to the Netherlands as a country, and its culture.
I am an antisemite because I condemn Israel as a brutal colonial power.
The problem with both words is that they're just emotional, are not objective, do not have a well defined content.

The words “racist” and “antisemite” have no real meaning, colloquially speaking. They constitute no more than generic verbal weaponry.

The same applies to “misogyny”, “homophobia”, and many, many other words.

It is the case, however, that some of these words have formal meaning in, for instance, psychiatry. Unsurprisingly, whenever a formal meaning does exist, it is completely unrelated to its conversational use. And, to make matters worse, it remains unclear if, even in those domains, their meanings are able to stand to rigorous scrutiny.

Yes, the policy exists and it is in place. Yes, some undeserving people get pushed through. But what most people miss is that if you are a “minority” you get rejected despite being perfectly qualified.

What!!!. That’s correct. I graduated top of the top and not only I was not given scholarships (they went to the “white” students that copied off my exams), I was told that I would never be admitted even if I paid full tuition.

It was only after a friend suggested to my young naive self to apply as “white” that I finally got accepted and with a full scholarship (among other benefits) since, after all, my grades were off the charts.

Second, the “white anger”. It does not exist. Are some “white people” angry? Of course. So are some “non-white people”. It means nothing. Yes, it is amplified by the echo chamber of the web but it is insignificant in reality. Ultimately, it’s no more than the product of an irresponsible media whose dribble is meant to turn the news into another TV drama so that viewers keep tuning in.

The phenomenon can be referred to as boutique nationalism... which is fine, really.

As consumers, we choose what we acquire and, indeed, what we are part of. It stands to reason that there must be some form of appeal, a certain kind of national worth, to bring together otherwise disparate interests.

In short, if an administration fails to deliver, it is voted out. And if a government fails to deliver, it stands to reason to propose alternatives up to and including redrawing of borders and competencies.

Plus, Catalonia is the autonomous region with the most debt.
Catalans on the left crow about self-determination, yet it is the ones on the elitist right the bigger force, precisely for the reasons you argue. And may I add, those benefits given by the Spanish Kingdom were given because upon arrival, the Bourbons tried to centralize Spain in the French way. Before that, Spain was a Crown with its medieval kingdoms incorporated on the sovereigns' crowns, starting with Ferdinand and Isabella. The erasure of those national entities - Castile, Aragon, Navarre - obviously upset ethnic tensions, which were already inflamed due to agrarian Castile getting all the conquistador gold (while Aragon's medieval domination of the Mediterranean became weak and less important). These tensions have been a perennial factor ever since Muslims destroyed Visigoth Hispania - which might be telling concerning the current situation...

As for the article, I agree to a degree. I doubt Spain will allow Catalonia to secede, much like Britain prevented Scotland, with the same threat - "no euro for you!". As for the ethnonationalistic trend, it does depend on the nation/region. I truly doubt that Brazil separates; even though it is true that the southern "gaúchos" have an identity due to their relative whiteness and ancestral relative closeness to Argentina and Uruguay (which was for a bit a Portuguese colony), South American nations overall tend to be VERY patriotic. Even if they have admitted waves of immigrants before, they have always emphasized assimilation into the national postcolonial creole-led culture. That is not to say there are no ethnic or regional tensions (see Bolivia, where the non-mixed natives took over thanks to both larger numbers and power due to the coca farms - creating tension with the relatively whiter and more capitalistic population of the lowland Oriente region). But, since there has been so much intermixing for centuries, and such a massive effort by the creole elites to propagandize and maintain the order (including giving emphasis to the distinctness of their own minorities, as the Peruvians do with Incas for example), it is harder to argue for an ethnostate (for this same reason, supranational blocs such as Unasur cannot erase borders completely or impose common currency; Latin countries are close enough to call themselves siblings in a Patria Grande, but far enough to not join in marriage). Plus, the leftist wave is being defeated (by elitist banker-right types, sadly), so the cultural Marxism that might have been increasing (monuments to Columbus were being taken down in Argentina - ironic, since they cleansed most of their natives over there, and thus many owe their existence to their racist ancestors) is being stifled. Or at the very least, I hope so...

The rest of the world may have more ethnic problems, but I doubt that corporations (who after all benefit from the rules imposed by states and supranational organisms) will allow much breakaway. And if it happens, I do not see why corporations will not have their own states - or more likely, empires. The Pacific Northwest might as well become an technoligarchy, with statues to their brave leaders such as Bezos or Gates (though I bet many more statues will be "diverse"), and with every citizen made to carry Quotations from Chairman Jobs pre-installed in their iPhones... Because, whatever you may think about the Joan of Arcs and the Paul Reveres, the fact that the government gives a day off to the proles for their nation-building deeds, and that they are inscribed in every prole child's history book to justify them, makes a difference. Dollars are important, but so are the faces on them - they are the faces of the people who print and use said dollars... Humans have a tendency to give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar, after all.

Our media tell us nothing about the why of Catalan separatism.
I found two facts on fora, if they're true, I do not know.
First, Catalonia pays 8.9 % of Catalonian income to Madrid, a comparable figure for the German region Bayern is 3.6 %.
Second, the Spanish High Court in a recent verdict, very criticised, turned back Catalonian autonomy.

We could see a few days ago how the Italian regions Venetia and Lombard also want more autonomy, they are fed up with paying for the poor Italian south, and the corrupt Rome government.
Already in 1973 an Italian said to me 'the only way to get our country in order is to sell the civil servants for what they cost, and buy them back for what they're worth'.

Spain is one of the countries in which I’ve lived. Trust the media at your peril.

If you do want to educate yourself on the political situation in Spain, consider the following as an appetizer.

Spain, as a whole, has been so enslaved to Catalonia (and the Basque country) for so long that once democracy came around, these two regions expected to continue ruling the country. The political narrative in those two regions at the time was explicitly stated as “the maid cannot be allowed to run the house”, since they considered the rest of Spain to be fundamentally inferior. Indeed, Spaniards had been forced for decades to emigrate to those two regions for work and were paid and treated miserably. Another nationalistic slogan since democracy ended the economic and political tyranny enforced of those two regions is that Africa started south of their borders. Racist slogans are still commonplace.

Anyway, like I said, educate yourself. Trust the media at your peril.

Why do you expect corporations to remain as powerful as they are now? Seems to me they are a pretty specialized economic organism.

I mean if Aegean Pirates (and there had to have existed at some point) arise again, what are they going to do? Sure they could invest in their own private security, but we are talking about a world of fires going on (at least that's what I see as one possibility). The US government can maintain military forces all over the world, I don't think Apple or Mercedes can. Then there is the particular current principle of "intellectual property," not sure what happens to that in a fragmented world.

You also seem to assume that abstract market entities like the EU will continue to exist. Maybe, but I'm not so sure. They seem like things that are a struggle to maintain, and only the will of the elites keep them going.

We'll see. Of course this will take a couple decades before we see the lay of the land, so this is academic right now.

The phenomenon can be referred to as boutique nationalism… which is fine, really.

But, like I said, it’s just another consequence of affluence. It’s shopping for national identity with a gold credit card. The Catalonians, for example, are the one percenters of Spain and have been so for more than a century. Now that they can no longer slave the whole of Spain to their economy and for their profit (no more Franco), what interest is there in any further association?

The devil is in the details as always. Generalizations without knowledge is not a sign of intelligence.
Leftist Catalonia has been inoculating hatred through its schools for the last 25 years, building up to the current moment. It is sucessful economically, not with a Catalonian base of operations, but a Spanish one. In 1714, Barcelona had 37,000 inhabitants, Madrid 120,000. Through economic measures taken by the central government, Barcelona got trade monopolies and quadrupled its population in 50 years. They were also protective tariffs put in place in the ensuing centuries for their textile industries. After the Civil War, Franco allocated 40% of the National Institute for Industry to Cataluña, 20% each to Madrid and the País Vasco and the rest to other parts. Since the 1978 Constitution, the have received political grants, and their companies gain revenue in all of Spain, not just Catalonia. The push to punish some of the scandalous corruption by the elites has come from the central government. The push to make Barcelona mahomedan from locals, but not from Jordi on the street. Catalonia houses 30% of Muslims living in Spain, more coming in, and in Barcelona they account for 30% of under 30's. Many, many are Salaafists, and this has been deliberate, the local elites shunning spanish-speaking immigration.

It is a dispute between very corrupt elites, not a people choosing self determination.

Consider, for example, the following comment above yours:

Some of Becker’s values seem suspiciously low. Becker’s IQ for Ireland is 85, which would be around the African-American level, and is lower than Becker’s values for the Dominican Republic, Iraq, Kuwait, Mexico, Chile, and several Caribbean countries. Romania is at 82, one point higher than Sudan. Italy, Portugal, and Greece are at 89, the same as Sri Lanka and Kyrgyzstan, and one point higher than Mexico and Qatar, and lower than Mauritius.

Surely a lot of the figures like a lot of Lynn’s – as Ron Unz penetratingly observed several years ago – are indeed implausible as a reliable basis for inferences about the cognitive potential of several of the populations for which figures are given. If the figures in the low to mid 80s for Ireland when the UK was at about 100, for example, are a plausible basis for anything the best inference would be that the factors giving rise to the Flynn Effect had started later and/or spread more slowly in Ireland than in the UK. I am supposing it plausible that all the tests eere conducted competently and in circumstances that did not destroy comparability.

I'm also amused by the selective incredulity. I don't doubt that many (if not most) of these figures are wrong. But no one is questioning the representativeness of the samples nor even asking for the literature research methods that were used to find these samples. Because I've seen the spreadsheets and I can see that many studies that I know for some countries are not on the list.

Anyway, this "research" is leading nowhere as it's not carried by competent demographers who know how to measure population variables.

But I think it could be argued that the mere existence of an alternative model kept the western system somewhat prudent, focused, mobilized. Equality, diversity, democracy -- this is the holy trinity of the post-Christian secular...
  • @whyamihere
Pat's remarks about the thinking of American elite's make me think of a few classes I took in college.

I recently got out of college (I'm actually getting a degree in something employable, accounting) and can remember a few of the liberal classes I took for my General Ed. During my freshman year, I took a Sociology class where I was told there's at least five genders. During my senior year, I took a Women's Gender Studies class where I learned that there's not five genders (how ridiculous!), there's at least 48! I think it's up to 97 or something now.

Anyways, this guest lecturer who lives off of American tax dollars doing some type of diversity training held a lecture for our class. We had to talk about how our college (located in California) was not "diverse" enough, and something had to be done about this. We all took turns strategizing how we could rid our campus of this terrible plight, a predominately white student body in a predominately white town in California (the horror!)

Growing up where I grew up (near three towns that are at least 70% Hispanic/Latino/Mexican) and going to a school district that is now 83% Latino (up from 49% in 1996) and 45% of the students are taking English as a Second Language courses, it is very puzzling to me when I think about all the White liberal arts majors I have seen bemoaning the fact that they went to college in a town predominately made up of docile, law abiding white people.

I have worked somewhere in California for a summer job as the only white guy doing manual labor in a food processing factory with hundreds of Mexicans who could hardly speak English. While they were truly nice, hardworking people, I couldn't help but be amazed that the same people who didn't know English the first summer I was there didn't know English the fifth summer I was there. Some had been here for 20 or 30 years and still didn't know English. One worker told me (in broken English) he didn't have to learn English in America. It makes me think, shouldn't America stem the tide from Mexico and Central America? Is there a point where unlimited legal and illegal immigration from Mexico and Central America stops producing rich diversity and starts just turning the country into Mexico and Central America?

Of course, I could never talk about such experiences, ask such questions, or make such observations in college as I would likely be regarded as the incarnation of Adolf Hitler himself.

Adults make all kinds of decisions, good and bad, regarding their needs. If some folks decide not to learn English, it is literally their problem. I couldn’t care less.

Regarding the article, I have lived in some of the countries mentioned and the conclusions offered by Buchanan regarding the politics involved are completely unsound. Indeed, and for example, only a true foreigner with absolute no comprehension of Spain and its history could take recent events for anything other than political theater. To further the incomprehensible error, equating the situation in Catalonia with Galicia is pure insanity, particularly while failing mention Navarre, a far more effective and powerful player.

Things are coming apart around us to some degree, for sure, and a good reason for it is the clear lack of understanding of what’s actually happening.

I hope you know that GULAG Archipelago is a fiction literature? No? Well, as much as local fighters with communism would love it to be a "document" but the full title of GULAG Archipelago is this: GULAG Archipelago. The Experience in Fictional Study.

    http://www.pravmir.ru/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/Solzhenitsyin-A.-Arhipelag-GULag-02.jpeg

This is not to mention that most actual descriptions of GULAG, which did exist and there were crimes committed, no doubt, was stolen by Solzhenitsyn from real GULAG writer, Varlam Shalamov. As Shalamov himself wrote, and I give a precise quote from his diary: "No bitch from "progressive humanity" should be allowed near my archive. I forbid writer Solzhenitsyn and all those having thoughts similar to his have acquaintance with my archive."(c)
New Book: Reminiscences. Notebooks. Letters. Investigations. Notebooks of 1972. Varlam Shalamov. Exmo, 2004. Pages: 342-345

Most, not all, what Solzhenitsyn wrote in GULAG and after, from statistics to geopolitical "assessments" is, basically, a made up shit. So, there is no surprise then, that so many Solzhenitsyn's fans (apart from lacking a general culture and intellect to see Solzhenitsyn for what he was--a mediocre writer) both Russian and Western are constantly confused about anything related to Russia--one is bound to be when uses Solzhenitsyn's writings as a foundation for the worldview. You want to know real numbers of GULAG and what real crimes were committed etc. Start with Zemskov and then slowly, possibly with the use of antidepressants, go towards Thurston's very good treatise Life and Terror in Stalin's Russia, 1934-1941. just for a good primer. But primarily, if you want to really learn anything about that start communicating with everyday Russians, not some "intellectuals" or "intelligentsia", which has nothing intelligent about itself, and while doing so, try to ask how many of those Russians had people in their families taken to GULAG--you may be surprised with the answers and it will help you to understand why during Solzhenitsyn's funeral in Moscow in 2008 there were so embarrassingly few people attending it. Yeah, I know--it is so disappointing that those damn Russians for some reasons refused to confirm Solzh's or his favorite "statistician", so called prof. Kurganov (former White Army emigre and Nazi collaborator), numbers and refused to die in tens of millions, nay in hundreds of billions in GULAG. How arrogant of these damn Russians to open their archives but maybe, just maybe--hear me out--there is something else behind it? For example, can you explain to me why poplar Russian Orthodox Priest Alexiy Moroz (among many people of faith) states this:

"I am not a fan of Solzhenitsyn writings. In places his books create not only misunderstanding but the sense of rejection. In (some) of his books he exposed Russians to the West in the unpresentable fashion. We know that when he left for the West he was actively published there and was perceived there as the “bullhorn (herald) of the truth” about Russia, sadly, he said not a single good word about people and Russia. He describes atrocities, accidents, betrayal, lie, deception, which, of course, were always present in our history, but in his books there is nothing positive, as if Russian people consist only of thieves, murderers, liars, cowards and scoundrels. No positive examples are present in his books. And when western reader accepts such information as the ultimate truth about Russia, he imagines a very specific image of Russian people, but that is an absolute lie”

Also, how come that since 2012 even in "liberal" (Levada-center, for example) polls, time after time Stalin comes as the most important historic figures in Russian history, trailed by Pushkin, Gagarin, Peter the Great and Putin himself? I'll give you a hint: as American-Canadian Russia "scholar", Ph.D. in American (and Russian) History, John Robson stated in the editorial in Ottawa Citizen in 2000:

"Normal for Russia is filthy, corrupt, menacing and hollow. Nothing good has happened there, nor will it. Russia is a lump of dung wrapped in a cabbage leaf hidden in an outhouse. Russia is doomed by history and culture. It stinks, literally and figuratively, and always has. People there have no manners. . . . The bottom line is: Russia has sucked, sucks and will suck."

Do you get my drift? Warmer? I just gave you a small opening in the "nature" and "level" of most (not all, I admit--there are some few exceptions) American (Western in general) Russia "scholarship".
    , @Seraphim
The real reason of the attacks against Solzhenitsyn is "Two Hundred Years Together" and not so much the allegedly 'fictional' Gulag Archipelago. And the most offending part of the 'Gulag' is its disclosure that instrumental in the creation of the Gulag and its functioning were people like Naftaly Aronovich Frenkel, Matvei Davidovich Berman, Semyon Grigoryevich Firin, Lazar Iosifovich Kogan, Yakov Davidovich Rappoport. You fill in the dots.

It would be easy in a normal scenario, where the "Leftist" lies, ideology and modus operandi would make it self destruct with time and generations, but we have externalities, say Globalist ones, that keep feeding the beast with infinite funding, fresh adherents (illegals and other non-whites, a constant influx), legislation that censors opposition (they buy the politicians, that's the whole point of Democracy, to be able to buy puppets), financial boycott in general, public death and outright assassination.

This is not an ideological war, this is not a public political discourse and debate. This is a war, they want to destroy society, they want to destroy those that don't need the government because those that need are their pawns, dependent slaves.

@ LauraMR: race is hardly a fiction. Take 100 random people, show them any black, Asian, and white person, and you'll get the correct answer 100% of the time. Unless some of the respondents are Ray Charles and Little Stevie Wonder. They'll have to guess, so the odds go down a little. Just because there is variability around a trait(s), doesn't mean the trait doesn't exist.
    , @Peter Johnson
The best definition of race is probably the one used in genome-wide association studies. To improve statistical fit, geneticists working in this area always divide the sample of individuals into races, and only use one "continental ancestry" to analyse the data. This is because of the big differences across the genome for individuals with different "continental ancestry" i.e. race. It is very straightforward to categorise individuals in this way using DNA samples; that is probably the best definition of race.
    , @Wally
Simply observe where all the low IQ, 3rd world "refugees" are trying to get into

    White majority countries.

Sex IQ differences merely confirm the fact of IQ.

    So called "racism" = realism

So remember, your Jews supports Israeli immigration laws which specify JEWS ONLY, while they demand massive 3rd world immigration into the US & Europe.

OK, you won me over. I'll agree with you that race is "a fiction."

Now all we have to do is get rid of all those quotas and set-asides. And let's also force Princeton and other universities to not add points to the scores of blacks and deduct them from Asian students, which is something they do because of "race."

We then have to mandate that doctors stop screening individuals for certain diseases because of their race. That means no more talking to black patients about their higher risks of prostate cancer, sickle cell, and diabetes.

I'd also like to see the definition of the word "race" altered in dictionaries to reflect the new fact that it's just something people made up, willy-nilly, despite medical data saying otherwise.

    Great argument!

Understood so it's all about racism.

You haven't figured it out yet. It's poverty and culture, NOT racism.

The actual issue with professional demonstrators, whiny babies, SJWs and "hate fighters" like yourself, BLM goons and other snowflakes is basically confusing racism with good ol' classism.

You ask an incomplete and simplistic question for starters:

“Do you think we’d be going through all this sturm und drang about DACA if the recipients were 800k to 1.5M Russians, Germans or Swedes? likely not, you conclude, therefore it must be all about racism.

But what if there were already 10 to 20M Germans, Russians or Swedes illegaly here?

What if Germany, Sweden or Russia were dangerous shitholes with high crime and insecurity like most of Mexico, South and Central America are today?

What if Germany, Sweden and Russia had a laid back culture where corruption was rife -even among the police- like Mexico, and most of South and Central America have?

What if, to top it off, the 800K to 1.5M belonged mostly to the lowest classes of Germans, Swedes and Russians (the famous gopniks), and therefore were, not only direct competition to US working (low and lower middle) class, but more prone to crime knowing as we do social class and the types of crimes that concerns everyone the most are related?

Let us formulate that question again then, bringing the analogy closer to the DACA case:

Do you think we’d be going through all this sturm und drang about DACA if the recipients were 800k to 1.5M low class Germans, Russians or Swedes, assuming there were already 10-20M of those Russians, Germans and Swedes in the US... and Russia, Germany and Sweden were shitholes with laid back cultures where corruption is widespread, like most of Mexico and Central and South America have, and to top it off they were part of the low or lower middle class here in the US, therefore being direct competition to the american working (low and lower middle) class full citizens?

Of course we'd be going through that!

oh, so you thought it was all about those pesky Mexicans not having blue eyes and blond hair? sorry to pop your bubble dear muppet!

Do you think we'd be talking about this now, if those "brown" latinos were intellectual millionares, unlike our very own Gustavo "Pinche Güey" Arellano?

    Think again.

There are plenty of people against Eastern European immigration in the UK, because not only is putting British workers out of a job, but also for being disproportionately overrepresented among petty thieves and pickpockets, as is the case with (gipsy) Bulgarians and Romanians.

That was one of the main points of Brexit. Hilariously this very people were also smeared as racists by dim-wits such as yourself, although many of those Eastern Europeans have blue eyes and are blond.

So let us drop the racist smearing silliness already.

I was simply elaborating on the meaning of race and IQ mainly as far as the hereditarian side of the debate is concerned. The hypothesis, I mean, the expectation or the wish that population genetics affect the global distribution of genetic potential for intelligence and that it is reflected in the different averages of what we usually call races. It's a recipe for disaster, for them most likely.

Because the effect size of the GWAS hits is way too low for any of them to result in survival and reproductive advantages that make them eligible to natural selection. Even worse, out-of-Africa bottlenecks have reduced genetic diversity and effective population size, thus making purifying selection weaker out of Africa.

The basic problem race deniers face is the theory of evolution, and why broad in-groups of people didn't develop different biological features in reaction to differing environments.

The basic problem is that of racial purity.

Any relevant discussion of the topic of race must provide a proper account of admixture.

Population genetics and brain function is an appropriate phrasing for what people colloquially call race and intelligence/IQ.

The questions will be answered when GWAS uncover the genetic architecture of variation in brain function in all populations, which in my opinion is not going to happen soon nor will replicate the high heritability that's estimated from twin studies.

In Catalonia, there’s a summer drink that combines beer with lemon soda.

Assuming lemon soda is the stuff we call lemonade, that would be what we in England call shandy. Bitter shandy or lager shandy, depending on what beer is used in it.

I don't know if that term is common in the US or not.

Exiting their car with knives and an ax, four Muslims were killed immediately by police, while the fifth was gunned down 270 meters away, but not before he had stabbed a civilian and taunted the cops, it is claimed.

A cellphone video shows an unarmed Moussa Oukabir, 17-years-old, acting rather hysterical, but you would be too if you had just witnessed four of your friends murdered. Shooting him many times, a cop executed Moussa.

So presumably your implication is that they did not "exit the car with knives and an axe" and stab someone?

Let me guess - is there no video footage?

The whole shoot to kill policy is highly suspect, morally dubious and wide open to abuse everywhere it is implemented. Sadly there are never proper punishments for those responsible when it goes wrong, as in the case of de Menezes in London.

It's a policy fit for Israel, not for civilised nations.

Finally, what should you wear for such a momentous and self-defining occasion? Fake suicide vests, stupid, because they serve no purpose besides giving cops an excuse to perforate you immediately.

If I didn't have access to the real thing, I would wear a fake one precisely to ensure that I would likely be shot dead, if I were about to engage in a glorious (from my hypothetical perspective) desperate attack on my people's or my faith's enemies that could only result in my death or capture. Who wants to have to put up with the kind of physical abuse and endless imprisonment that would otherwise be one's fate in such circumstances, and risk the ultimate humiliation of being "turned" and apologising abjectly for the propaganda benefit of said enemies? Death is inevitable in the end anyway, after all.

That evening, these kids were caught on a service station’s camera.

Police shot dead five suspects in the vehicle: Moussa Oukabir, 17, El Houssaine Abouyaaqoub, 19, Said Aallaa, 19, Omar Hychami, 21, and Mohamed Hychami, 24.

This appears to be a propagandist "Black Lives Matter"-style abuse of the term "kids". Why not go the whole DACA hog and call them children?

“Clara” has existed since forever all over Spain. It simply means beer with soda, that is, “clear” beer or beer that has been somewhat diluted.

Also since forever, a handful of folks has sweetened beer by adding lemon soda. It had no name and it was ordered as “clara con limon”. A few decades back, it got the name “champu” as a somewhat derogatory term implying that by adding lemon, you had essentially polluted your beer, turning it into an undrinkable substance only fit for people that had no understanding of or appreciation for beer.

Dinh’s conspiracy theories would be champu.

Hezbollah laughs at them. Even Venezuela refuses to be scared! The Iranians openly threaten them with consequences if they back out of the deal they signed. Even Pakistan is openly expressing its disgust with the USA. Ditto for Turkey. Heck – the Americans are losing on all fronts

Such is the sad state of affairs in this country and the beginning of the end of the American Empire (and none too soon). We squandered the potential for world peace when the Soviets broke up. Instead of taking advantage of the peace windfall, the neocons redoubled their efforts to dominate by projecting military power. We have been paying the price since.

Meanwhile, the Chinese have been expanding their power projection peacefully by leveraging their financial might. The gold-backed RMB is about to replace the petro-dollar. They have been quietly building alliances across the globe using trade as the incentive, while we have been killing and maiming people everywhere - and all in vain, apparently to win "hearts and minds"!

Something that amused me a few days ago was a picture of a Chinese businessman in Pakistan, escorted by two pro-government, two anti-government, and two rebel businessmen. Apparently, this assured the safety of the Chinese businessman, even if his companions hated each other. For our part, we had refused to do business there because we had not found a means to unify these warring factions - and we are supposed to be the capitalists!

A day of reckoning is fast approaching, my fellow countrymen, and the price we will have to pay is daunting. It may be a while before we can recover from the coming debacle, however, I take solace in the following:

    1. The accompanying pain will rewaken all our somnambulant citizenry to who and what has brought us to this low point in our history, and they may unite to rout the Jewish banking power that has resulted in our predicament.
    2. We will no longer be able to borrow the trillions that fund our illegal wars across the globe, and civilians can sleep peacefully once more.
    3. Without our support, and the increasing unification of the countries in the ME (note Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, ...) Israel and Saudi Arabia will stand alone, surrounded by angry nations that have scores to settle. I doubt that those two mischief makers will survive another 5 years.

So, an imposed world peace is possible - even probable. With increasing Russian influence in the Middle East and the sale of advanced weaponry to the emerging coalition of muslim countries, western invasions of these countries will become all but impossible. Already, the Syrian airspace has been shut out from Israel and the US by Russia's command of the skies, by S-300 and S-400 defenses and the Russian air force. It is only a matter of time before Lebanon, too, enjoys the same protection, as will Iraq. Iran is already unassailable. Turkey has started to distance itself from NATO, and is still smarting from the EU rejection.

Interesting, but painful times lay ahead.

As dykstra says, the US is still a great power.

I would say the US is still a power without parallel.

An analogy might be if you had a garden and spent a whole year working in it and growing lots of lovely flowers and vegetables, then along comes a gang of criminals and despite your year of hard work they wreck it in ten minutes.
That is the only power the US has - the power to destroy, but it has one advantage over normal people, it is never constrained by any kind of morality, no one who is would engage in eg pedophilia to the disgusting extent the US regime does.

What is the history of "jews" anywhere? non, they are a fake tribe of Khazar converts that "somehow" always put themselves in trouble. Mostly because their "religion" tells them that they should nestle themselves into the power structure of their host countries and that non-"jews" are worthless cattle.

There was a town in Spain that has been called "Matajudios" (until recently) since the middle ages, that's how popular they were back then and when you see AIPAC it doesn't make them anymore so now.

As an American reader of the Daily Mail I am cognizant of the many cases of foreign physician incompetence/predatory practices in Britain's NHS.

I am unaware of such high levels of predatory practices by foreign doctors in the United States. This may be factual or it may only be due to a better "cover-up" by the regulatory authorities in this country.

But in America as in Britain there is woeful number of medical schools to train native Americans. The resultant shortage is conveniently filled by foreign physicians (usually from the subcontinent). In this country (as in Britain) there is no good reason for this to occur while there are plenty of bad reasons, one being the AMA's desire to exert absolute control over the supply of physicians.

And once again I wish to thank our benefactor, Ron Unz, for republishing an Occidental Observer article.

    Big error.

The criminal activities so accurately depicted in this well-thought-out and incredibly well-researched article prove that MEN, not foreigners, are systematically and unfailing evil.

Indeed, Every one of the criminals shown in the article is a MAN and therefore every man is a criminal.

Are you a man? Then you are a criminal as proven by the article.

Men must be forbidden from practicing medicine.

Every man must be deported or jailed preemptively. Men cannot be allowed to live among decent human beings (i.e., women by definition).

The article proves unequivocally that men are criminals.

I have been trying to gather as much Charlottesville eyewitness testimony as possible, and none of the Alt -Right podcasters or rally -goers know who the two(?) guys with the Nazi flags were. They appear to have stuck around for the (perfectly framed) photo ops and then disappeared before the violence started.

They were not affiliated with any of the constituent groups and, worst case, it is not impossible that they were provocateurs. One (black) Youtuber claims that there are eyewitness accounts of tour buses unloading people "in KKK tee shirts" and Antifa gear. Since there were no Klan at the August rally, the eyewitnesses are probably getting their white -folks symbols mixed up. But the point remains: there is a chance that SOME of the incidents were staged.

From what I can tell, the only group that might plausibly be accused of displaying Nazi symbolism would have been the NSM (National Socialist Movement USA), but they had previously replaced the swastika with the Odin -rune in their logo, and had explicitly told members NOT to utilise Nazi gear. So, if none of the groups (LOS, TWP, NSM, IE, etc.) and none of the organisers know who these guys are, then they are either non -affiliated individuals . . . or plants.

This whole "Nazi" thing seems very fishy to me, especially because it fits in so well with the prefabricated narrative.

Guerrilla counteraction of some sort may be necessary against the Soros-paid fascist thugs masquerading as "anti-fascists." The cops, as is shown here, are an arm of the deep state themselves, though, with their backgrounds and traditional racist behaviour, many of them likely hold the so-called anti-fascists in contempt themselves.

Presently, a different "cast" of Anglo-Zionists facilitated mass migration of Muslim refugees into Europe for humanitarian haven. (Be sure to recognize the fact that the Islamic refugees fled from the America-Israel Empire centered in the M.E. & North Africa)

HAHAHAHAHAHA! I joined the Army in 1985 and hated every minute of it, as a 71L (clerk/typist). I mostly did it because my best friend in high school (a homosexual) washed out after about a month of Basic, and I wanted to prove I was better than him (I did). I also wanted free health care and free babies. I did and got. I did NOT want to be in a war. I wasn't, but there were a LOT of lesbians in my company, including drill sergeants. Ridiculous!

Did my time and flew outta there as fast as I could; now I get thanked for my "service."

    LOL.

The whole time I was in, I was being chased around by high-level lesbians and all-the way-up-the ranks-black men (up to first-sergeant and sergeant-major, nevermind the other piddling little assholes I was surrounded by, from private on up). I used to be a SJW; now I loathe Blacks and lesbians with a purple passion--tho' I still have a soft spot for gay men--THEY never bothered me. Go figure. Turn it around, guys, you're doing an excellent job. I say, throw ALL the ufkcing snowflakes in the army--things will change. At least I had the sense to recognize my limitations--I wasn't in for Infantry; I was a TYPIST.

Oh, and I believe I passed my PT tests more out of IT-HAS-TO-BE-DONE, rather than any actual achievement. Moving me on--it was the ONLY PT test I ever passed, before graduation from Basic or SINCE. (and I wasn't attractive enough to be held back and repeatedly raped by these assholes, as some of my contemporaries were).

I like to say I somehow overcame my physical limitations that ONE time, but age has granted me wisdom. I didn't pass--they faked me through 'cuz they HAD to. I think my official time on the 2-mile run came in about two SECONDS below failing, so, I guess my high school friend probably DID do better, since he was male--he just had the misfortune of being a BLATANT faggot. Some recruiter must have been BLIND.

So, the Army taught me, SJW in 1985, thinking how racism was just EVIL, to being an "n-word" spouting communist in the space of 3 years--less, actually--I hated Blacks by the end of Basic. What's that, about 4 weeks? Lesbians never did appeal, but they were nowhere NEAR as aggressive as Black guys persuing a vaguely-attractive White girl, plus, all the lesbians I ever saw you could spot from MILES away. Cute girls (White), however, were persued MERCILESSLY by both factions, also aided by horney White MALES of whatever grade. And if you REPORTED anything? Yer ass was grass, so getting groped on a daily basis was just part of the job, along with being ordered to train in secluded computer rooms or receive "driver's training" from gropers, superiors, n-words, etc., was par for the course--these assholes were watching you and scheduling time. Plus one-on-one restaurant face-time with n-word first sergeants and master-sergeants, along with the guy in charge of 544th Mt. Btn. office of vehicle repair--don't remember what the actual name was, the Warrant Officer Byrd, Captain McClousky (a religious nut), Lt. Fox, Captain Somebody (don't remember his name), some sergeant, 3 sergeants, 2 privates, 1 specialist. Let's see--The major (A Kraut--accent and all), and 2 Mexicans. TWO White girls--one a sergeant who was fucking the other sergeant n-word, and ME. Except for specifically mentioned, all were n-words.

Oh I forgot the computer room groper was a sgt1stclass, and the driver trainer was an E-5. Both those shits were white..

Oh, Army life was a ufcking joy.

Lynching wasn't that bad of a policy, when it came to molesting White women, comes frequently to mind. Even the White guys should be hung by their nuts. Fuck's sake, I was a TYPIST!

"Alone the fact that one may not question the Jewish "holocaust" and that Jewish pressure has inflicted laws on democratic societies to prevent questions—while incessant promotion and indoctrination of the same averredly incontestable ‘holocaust’ occur—gives the game away. It proves that it must be a lie. Why else would one not be allowed to question it? Because it might offend the "survivors"? Because it "dishonors the dead"? Hardly sufficient reason to outlaw discussion. John Derbyshire wonders why Europeans are so susceptible to guilt. One explanation is that all cultures have a foundation myth that tells them who they are, and the foundation myth of modern Europeans is a negative one.

How do you recognise a foundation myth? It fulfils three functions.

1)It explains the origin and structure of the world (and society).
2)It defines ultimate good and evil (and from those definitions are derived the values that are used to justify the holding of power).
3)It determines what is held sacred in that society.

For modern Westerners the story of WWII has become their foundation myth. It fulfils all three functions.

1)We live in the 'Post-War World'. The lines on the map, the institutions, the sense of what era we live in, all arise from the starting point of WWII.

2)Ultimate evil is Nazis. Ultimate good is opposing Nazis. The values derived from these definitions are anti-racism, equality, diversity, anti-nationalism and so on.

3)The only thing that is held sacred, that cannot be denied or mocked in the contemporary West, is the Holocaust.

The problem is that all three functions are backwards or negative.

Instead of the origin event being one of fertility and new life, it was a conflagration of death and destruction.

Instead of ultimate good taking the central position in the story that slot is occupied by ultimate evil. Everyone knows that Adolf Hitler, the personification of evil, holds the centre point of the WWII story.

Instead of that which is held sacred being something mysterious and sublime it (the Holocaust) is an obscenity.

Having a negative foundation myth means the tree of life for Westerners is poisoned. People don't realise it but the bounds of allowable thought and the orientation of ideas are all downstream from the myth of the society. As long as our understanding of who we are is determined by this negative foundation myth the only direction is down.

    It is far simpler, imo.

PC is an American “cultural” fad that, while it is causing damage to us, it is decimating the Europeans.

Despite the evident negative effects of PC on our society, it is just a put-on and we are already eager fabricating new imbecilities. Consider, after all, our fantasies about immigration versus the European situation.

Europeans are dying from PC like Native Americans did from smallpox. It’s just an alien disease they have no protection for.

  • When did humans first become human? The answer is far from simple, because the question assumes that sometime in the past, humans achieved modernity and were locked within an evolutionary loophole where natural selection no longer applies. Despite the absurdity of this scenario, and in stark contrast to empirical data, it is widely believed that...

Even simpler. Being a man or a woman does not make you “better”. You do, as an individual. Gender has nothing to do with it.

Differences of appearance between individuals can vary greatly, almost abysmally. There is no need to look across “races” to find them. One’s humanity is not found in a photograph… unless, of course, you yourself have no depth whatsoever as a human being.

The issue at stake is the alleged inferiority of one “race” versus another.

Now, here is something else to make your head spin further. I do consider some cultures (or societies) to be superior to others. “Races”, nope.

To insist that race is nothing is simply a backhanded way of admitting that race is everything. Otherwise race would never be worth mentioning at all, and there would be no noticeable differences between races, when there plainly is.

Take a room (or a stadium) full of people, then divide according to whatever random criteria, and finally derive rankings of whatever trait from these groupings. It is not hard to do. If the trait is of any substantive interest, the ranking will be meaningless.

Feminist, for example, have been doing it (based on biological criteria) for ages and have produced endless amount of completely nonsensical crap.

Or do you concede, as they claim, that the male of the species is somehow defective and that, by virtue of a uterus, the female of the species is unequivocally superior independently of the actions and characteristics of individual women?

Geographically, most of them are! Lol.

But really, you're equally bad with all your "race isn't real" jive.

I appreciate skepticism hitting the brakes on runaway ideology but even skeptics have an irrational wall where they stop. Yours seems to be race itself.

Surely we can be reasonable enough to see that reality lies between "race is everything" and "race is nothing", the usual false dichotomy set up by warring whiteskin humans.

You misunderstand my observations regarding race. I only say it is not real because of how it is here usually defined and elsewhere often postulated.

Bring forth a theory of race whose fundamental assumptions are hybridity/mongrelism and I might take it seriously.

However, any assertion that couples “purity” and “race” will continue to remain spurious (to me) considering that, for example, we are not even a “pure” branch of the homo genus.

I'm not sure there are too many on the right genuinely worried about purity anymore, beyond the usual autistic hairsplitting over Italians, "crypto-Jews", and half-Asians. (You'll note I have the misfortune of belonging to one these undesirable classes.) These days, as a famous German ballad goes, es geht nun um's nackte Überleben.

But usually behind this sort of reserve is not an affronted scientific integrity, as you seem to suggest, but the argument that goes "since hybridity is as old as bipedalism, you have no grounds for opposing immigration, or saying that being white is better than being black," etc.

Maybe that isn't you. Maybe those other hominids fought back and were considered backward half-wits for resisting the diversity of their day. Maybe at this point I'd rather have been born black - or worse: in Ohio - so I wouldn't be drawn into idle whiteskin hairsplitting like this.

In any case, you're working backward from a scientifically advanced perspective of gradients (in this case of hybrids or subspecies) to the primordial linguistic convenience that posits perfectly distinct entities on the basis of observable differences, and judging this habit imperfect. Of course it is. So what?

So absolute purity doesn't exist: does this mean the proverbial white übermensch must agree that the builders of the proverbial grass huts are as smart as he is? have you come up with some definitive criterion for when an isolated population is allowed to consider itself distinct from others and risk the woefully subjective estimation of "purity"?

I mean everyone with a basic grasp of natural selection knows classification is fuzzy and can be followed back straight to the eukaryotes, that dividing lines are arbitrary in spite of the basic reliance on factors like time, geography, mutation loads etc. in determining that there are "species" and "races" instead of the extreme linguistic inconvenience of this one thing that looks one way but is really a hybrid of this and that etc. Again, so what? Linguistic relativism may affect to abolish measurable groups, but those groups just stubbornly keep existing, fuzzy boundaries aside.

Hey, I get it. I frequently define myself against the crude and opportunistic mishandling of theory that goes on in these quarters. But even though purity is relative, we exist in such a way that to posit absolute qualities like purity - based on real qualities - is probably slightly more adaptive as far as the one doing the positing than mulling over the hybrid nature of everything. Do you have children?

Then again, it's usually the vapid white girls chirping "I'm just a mutt!" who do have them ....

Right. And the world is breaking down the doors to get into Africa.

You call it "white supremacy", the rational call it reality.

    , @Rurik

Africa origin hypothesis do not require for everyone else on the planet to be beneath us.

this is the crux of the matter, because part of Western man's OBVIOUS and glaring superiority vis-a-vis some other races- is his innate sense of noblesse oblige to the children of lessor Gods.

it would be crass and beneath him to constantly remind other of their comparative and relative 'robustness'

but when push comes to shove, as it has in modern pop culture, (when white people are blamed for all the foibles of others) then at times it's worth while to notice that there are indeed differences, and that the notable dearth of accomplishments coming from some quarters are not, as the liberals and lying shills would have us all believe, a consequence of white people's racism, but rather an inconvenient truth, that Europeans are tens of thousands of years more evolutionarily advanced than some others.

That doesn't make them better people per se (even tho it often seems to when you consider Negro violent crime or how it was Scandinavian men [as white as they get] who were first to give women full societal rights), But being white is no guarantee that you're not an asshole, just like being black is no guarantee that you're not a nice and worthy person all around.

race is real, but people should not be judged because of it, in either direction

and all races and peoples all deserve self-determination. A truth that the white people uniquely learned and gave to all the others when it outlawed slavery in the world and abandoned colonialism, but then had that momentum turned against them by Jewish supremacists who saw in the advanced whites an Achilles Heal of genteel 'goodness', and decided to use white people's advanced sense of noblesse oblige as a weapon to utterly destroy them.

    that's where we're at today. ;)

It is astounding that liberals are now pushing for corporate-state anti-worker trade agreements, this time in the name of American "leadership."

    Leadership to what?

This idiot claims that the world is "reeling" from some decision that Trump made.

    Really. Reeling.

When I read that word, I only lasted 4 or so words more.

Then I realized that the article was nothing more than a propagandist's screed, a neo-liberal who cares nothing for the non-elite. A warmonger who dresses in liberal clothing.

    Mmmm, maybe. A few points:

    1) As stated by other commenters above, the "Russian hacking" story looks like DNC disinformation.

    2) If one is to believe some anon commenters on 4chan, Reddit, etc., this is all a big and intentional distraction by Trump to get Democrats to defend Sessions, and that Mueller is actually going to go after Hillary/DNC connections with Russia, Ukraine, corruption, etc. This theory is eagerly lapped up by the "everything Trump does is 4D chess" crowd, but that doesn't necessarily make it wrong.

    3) If Trump had some huge legal vulnerability, or a lot of enemies eager to "drop a dime" on him, why has that not happened before now? Why not before the election? It could be there's nothing there. I have to believe that Obama's corruptly partisan IRS, which has been auditing Trump for years, would have made a fuss or at least leaked, if they had found anything at all they thought might hurt him.

    4) In any case, I think Trump should go on offense. Appoint a special prosecutor for Hillary and the Clinton Foundation. There's enough in the book Clinton Cash to get them going. And sic the Justice Department on the Awan brothers IT scandal as a national security issue of the highest magnitude. The MSM is being as quiet as they can on this, but it's explosive: the DNC and a bunch of Congressional Democrats working with shady crooks with connections to Pakistan, Hezbollah, and the Muslim Brotherhood.

Interesting points (2 & 3)… and hopefully true.

    Popcorn.
