The SWAT-style raid on the home of government critic and journalist Max Blumenthal signals a new level of escalation in the US government’s war on dissent.

Max Blumenthal, the editor of independent media outlet The Grayzone, was secretly arrested on October 25 in a “SWAT-style” morning raid on his Washington D.C. home. He was held in D.C. Central Detention Facility for two days incommunicado, without the ability to communicate to the outside world, having been refused a phone call. He claims to have been shackled by his hands and ankles for some time and kept in a series of cages and cells. Blumenthal was arrested on a five-month-old assault charge stemming from an incident that took place during the D.C. Venezuelan Embassy siege.

A Venezuelan opposition supporter, Naylet Pacheco, claims that Blumenthal kicked her in the stomach several times during a conflict between the embassy protectors and supporters of opposition leader Juan Guaído, who proclaimed himself President of Venezuela in January. At the time of the incident, The Grayzone was publishing a series of investigative reports and news updates that contradicted the Trump administration’s narrative, noting how much of the supposedly grassroots uprising, was, in fact, funded by Washington and exposing the corruption and violent tactics of opposition members. The warrant for the charge had initially been rejected. It was, however, revived later without Blumenthal’s knowledge.

“If the government had at least told me I had a warrant I could have voluntarily surrendered and appeared at my own arrangement. I have nothing to fear because I’m completely innocent of this bogus charge,” he said. “Instead, the federal government essentially enlisted the DC police to SWAT me, ensuring that I would be subjected to an early morning raid and then languish in prison for days without even the ability to call an attorney.”

A War on Dissent

When asked for comment, political comedian and TV show host Lee Camp told MintPress News that this was the latest example of the government trying to silence dissenting opinion and controlling the media:

“This is the continued descent into a fascist state. When the US government is arresting journalists in dramatic fashion clearly because their reporting is threatening to the power elite, then what else can one call it?”

Corporate media largely applauded U.S.-backed regime change efforts in Venezuela, refusing to even call them a “coup” and instead preferring to frame them as a people’s “uprising,” taking the same line as the Trump administration that they claim to “resist.” Many of those same media outlets have also begun to partner with the government in a stated effort to fight fake news. The primary consequence of which has been to undermine and reduce the reach of alternative media, a vital counterweight to the corporate message. In response to a call to arms in the Washington Post, algorithm changes to Facebook, Google, YouTube, Bing, and others have led to independent news sites being de-ranked, disincentivized, and sometimes, deleted.

Despite his ordeal, Blumenthal has still been treated better than others who ran afoul of the U.S. government. Chelsea Manning is still held in prison, Edward Snowden is in exile, while Julian Assange, whose condition in solitary confinement is deteriorating, faces a highly uncertain future. On Assange, mainstream media largely applauded his April arrest, describing it as a “long overdue” (Washington Post) and “satisfying” (Saturday Night Live) detention of an “anti-American” (National Review) “narcissistic” (Washington Post) “Internet Troll” with an “outsized view of his own importance” (the Times) leaving his “voluntary confinement” (the Daily Beast) to finally “face justice” (Daily Mail) for his “indisputable crime” (New York Times).

The Embassy Siege

The Trump administration refused to recognize the results of the January 2019 elections that awarded Nicolás Maduro another term in office. Instead, it announced its support for self-appointed President Juan Guaído as the rightful head of Venezuela. This, despite the fact that Guaído has never stood for the office and that over 80 percent of the country didn’t even know who he was. Following Guaído’s self-declaration of his presidency, the Trump administration demanded that all Venezuelan diplomats leave the United States, so those in Venezuela’s Washington D.C. embassy formally invited peace activists to enter and protect the integrity of the building.

Just as Guaído attempted to take the presidential palace in a coup attempt in April, supporters of the far-right anti-President tried to storm the Venezuelan embassy in D.C., an event closely covered by The Grayzone, and by MintPress News’ Alex Rubenstein, who was amongst those invited to protect the building. Rubenstein detailed how the attackers attempted siege and intimidation tactics to the embassy protectors out and enjoyed the tacit support of the local security services, who refused to protect the embassy’s territorial integrity, a serious diplomatic violation.

Radio silence from Corporate Media

The dramatic story of a SWAT team bursting into a dissident journalist’s home, bundling him into a car and holding him incommunicado for days appears not to have interested either corporate media or professional press freedom groups like Reporters Without Borders or the Committee to Protect Journalists. When pushed for comment, the US Press Freedom Tracker excluded this case on a technicality, stating:

There has been exactly zero mainstream coverage or commentary of the government’s arrest of a prominent critic, meaning that for those relying on corporate media to inform and shape their worldview, the event did not happen. This is all the more remarkable considering Blumenthal is an award-winning, New York Times bestselling author, comes from a well-connected family of elite former White House insiders (his father was a senior aide to President Clinton), and boasts a huge following on social media.

The silence from the mainstream press contrasts the considerable attention that the event has received in alternative media and the outpouring of support from independent journalists. His colleagues at The Grayzone immediately came to his defense; Aaron Maté stated:

Meanwhile, Anya Parmpil (another embassy protector) noted that she was assaulted in broad daylight by Guaído supporters and in front of the secret services, who did nothing to protect her.

Many saw the action as part of a wider government campaign aimed at silencing dissenting opinions. “The establishment has declared war on anti-imperialist journalists,” declared Kerry-Anne Mendoza, Editor-in-Chief of The Canary, “There should be global outrage.” Middle East specialist Jonathan Cook agreed, claiming it was “the latest example of the growing crackdown on independent journalism.” Electronic Intifada’s Ali Abunimah offered his support to Blumenthal, decrying the U.S. government’s “clear retaliation and intimidation” tactics.

Others criticized the mainstream press’ reaction to the arrest of a prominent critic of the U.S. government. Mark Ames, the founder of the Moscow-based outlet the eXile, noted that Blumenthal’s treatment reminded him of “the worst of Russia”, except for the fact when opposition journalists like Ivan Golunov were arrested, even the Putin-friendly press decried it. Meanwhile, journalist and filmmaker Abby Martin offered a thought experiment, tweeting:

In fact, a similar event did happen in Venezuela; earlier this year freelance American journalist Cody Weddle was detained and deported by Venezuelan authorities. The incident made worldwide headlines, for example, in the New York Times, Washington Post, USA Today, Reuters and the Guardian, and drew immediate condemnation from Reporters Without Borders, Human Rights Watch and the Committee to Protect Journalists, highlighting the selective outrage of the corporate press and the human rights industry.

A History of Violence

Blumenthal is uncompromising in his position regarding the accusation: “This charge is a 100 percent false, fabricated, bogus, untrue, and malicious lie,” he declared. “It is clearly part of a campaign of political persecution designed to silence me and The Grayzone for our factual journalism exposing the deceptions, corruption and violence of the far-right Venezuelan opposition.”

Far from the wholesome image they enjoy in much of the press, the Venezuelan opposition has a long and exceptionally violent history of attacking political opponents, including journalists. Their many campaigns to oust President Maduro from power have included beheading innocent passers-by and roasting Afro-Venezuelans alive in the street in an attempt to terrorize the population into surrender.

After reporting on this violence in 2017, journalists Abby Martin and Mike Prysner were the subject of a viral fake news campaign that claimed they were informants gathering information on the opposition for the secret police. They received dozens of death threats as part of a campaign in Venezuela to find and lynch them. The two escaped unharmed but others were not so lucky. TeleSur’s Adriana Sivori was shot in the back by the same opposition movement while wearing a bulletproof vest and helmet marked “press.” Meanwhile, journalists for the Globovisión network were covered with gasoline by far-right protestors who attempted to set them on fire. This “warm welcome” is extended to those in the press who the U.S.-backed opposition feel will not present them as positively as corporate media does.

These incidents were not mentioned, let alone condemned, by human rights or press freedom groups, indicating, as does the Blumenthal arrest, that some consider the right to free speech as dependent on who is doing the talking and what they are saying.

Filmmaker Dan Cohen described Blumenthal’s treatment as a “blatant attempt to stifle and suppress” The Grayzone’s reporting on the U.S.’ attempts to overthrow the Venezuelan government, adding, “Everyone who cares about press freedom in the US should speak out against this.”

Judging by their silence, very few in the mainstream media do.

  1. Problem with Blumenthal is he doesn’t act like the typical Scion of Zion.

He has higher quality intellect than Laura Loomer, but what they have in common is that they won’t play the usual Official Jewish script.

He deserves respect on that count.

Blumenthal may have a bit of a different view on Israel than the typical Jew, but I’ve never had the impression that he approaches the issue from a “what’s good for America” point of view. Outside of his criticism of Netanyahu, isn’t Blumenthal just another leftist of the NYT variety?

It appears to me that the Blumenthal arrest is just a tit-for-tat among the deep state family. (Wouldn’t Sidney Blumenthal be considered deep state?) When a Blumenthal starts covering the issues of the majority of Americans from their point of view, I might care. Until then, he’s just caught up in a factional tiff between deep state factions, and could be swinging from a lamp post for all I care.

I haven’t been in Venezuela in 30 years, so I can’t confidently write about conditions there, but I know a number of refugees from the country and their take on Maduro differs from the pro-Maduro faction.

The detention of Mr. B is straight out of the prescient (20 years ago) “Children of the Last Days” series of novels by Michael D. O’Brien. I suspect there will be more and more of this sort of abuse of power (ask Maduro) and it will grow worse and worse.

    Some illuminating details:

Naylet Pacheco, a 58 year-old opposition supporter, told police she was “guarding” the Venezuela embassy’s rear gate. She was one of several individuals who tried to prevent food and water from being delivered to activists inside the embassy. …

Brian Becker, who is the national director of the antiwar ANSWER Coalition, was present at the Venezuela embassy to support the embassy protectors. … “Supporters of Juan Guaido, in a coordinated way, laid siege to the building and engaged in violent assaults against the building, vandalizing the building, breaking into the building, physically attacking people who were outside the building, including myself.

This went on at all hours of the day and night with the obvious support and complicity of different U.S. government and law enforcement agencies, including the U.S. State Department police agencies.”

“…I know a number of refugees from the country and their take on Maduro differs from the pro-Maduro faction”.

“The pro-Maduro faction”? In other words, the people of Venezuela who resoundingly re-elected Mr Maduro and regularly express their faith in him.

Of course, if your friends are really “refugees” from the country, they must have committed crimes or at least agitated for the overthrow of the legitimate government. Ordinary decent Venezuelans do not need to flee abroad.

If Mr Maduro’s government were really oppressive or authoritarian, Guiado would have been arrested and shot (or at least imprisoned) long ago.

One need not be on the right or the left to be concerned with assaults on journalists by government agencies, and it’s counterproductive to use such terms to vilify the state actors. Those actors are vile and ascribing a political philosophy to them isn’t necessary.

It’s also counterproductive to engage in hyperbole such as “beheading innocent passers-by” while linking to a source that doesn’t support the claim.

Compare this to Trudeau’s father, the late Pierre Trudeau, who kept Canada’s embassy in Havana open and defied American pressure to economically blacklist Cuba back in the 1970’s.

Atzmon is as fake as a Chinese Gucci bag…

It’s funny how you ‘alt-right’ fools are so easy to manipulate…here you all are day and night railing about the Jews that have controlled us since fucking eternity…

But along comes a clown like Atzmon who simply needs to tick off the right checkboxes to get you to BELIEVE…

    1. anti ‘left’…whatever that means

    2. promoting the Jew bogeyman theory

    3. a little Hitler love

    4. some Holocaust denial

And boom, you fools are all over it…swearing allegiance to follow these con artistes to wherever they may lead you…

In the meantime, Atzmon couldn’t give a shit about the Palestinians…because his ‘work’ [and others like Alison Weir] undermines the honest work being done by actual Palestinians and honest groups that support them…

No, it’s NOT necessary to promote Hitler and the Protocols of Zion in order to help the Palestinians…they don’t need that kind of ‘help’…

As for this fantasy world of Jews controlling everything from day one…that is just stupid to anyone who bothers to use his noggin…

If the Jews were so powerful that they started world war two, then how is it that the MS St Louis ship carrying nearly 1,000 Jewish refugees fleeing Germany in 1939 was denied entry in the US, Canada, US-controlled Cuba etc…and had to turn back for Europe, where only a quarter of those people were accepted in a few European countries…most ended up back in Germany and were never heard from again…

Or look up Michael Blumenthal who was Carter’s Treasury Scretary…[no relation to Max]…whose family fled Germany in 1939 on a ship that sailed to Shanghai…the only port that would accept Jews…each of the stops along the way… Port Said, Suez, Aden, Bombay, Colombo, Singapore, and Hong Kong…were ALL part of the British Empire…which was supposedly controlled by the Jews…

But not one Jew was allowed to get off the boat at any of these British colonial cities…

It wasn’t until 1947…TWO YEARS after the end of the war and TWO YEARS after the Nuremberg Trials that the US started accepting Jewish refugees…

Japan had occupied Shanghai, and the Blumenthals were confined to the Shanghai Ghetto along with 20,000 other Jewish refugees for the next eight years.

Blumenthal witnessed severe poverty and starvation throughout the ghetto, sometimes seeing corpses lying in the streets. “It was a cesspool,” he said.

When the war in the Pacific ended in the summer of 1945, American troops entered Shanghai. He found a job as a warehouse helper with the U.S. Air Force, which benefited from his linguistic skills.

By 1947 he and his sister, after much effort and being refused visas to Canada, received visas to the U.S.

All this while ‘The Jews’ were pulling the strings of the entire known world…?

And now we have all of these Jewish ‘good guys’ who want you to believe exactly that…

They are whispering in your ear what you fools want to hear…about some now irrelevant history that never actually happened the way you would like to imagine…all of it being a complete distraction…

And in the meantime, in the real world of the present moment, these liars are totally undermining the Palestinian cause by promoting Nazism and racism that most mainstream folks are going to turn away from…and in the process smearing the Palestinian cause by linking it to this garbage…

And you might ask yourself…if all this bullshit flying around here from the like of Atzmon [and many others] is calculated to undermine the Palestinian cause…then what cause is it actually serving…could it be ZIONISM…?

In December 2018, Guaidó sneaked across the border and junketed to Washington, Colombia and Brazil to coordinate the plan to hold mass demonstrations during the inauguration of President Maduro. The night before Maduro’s swearing-in ceremony, both Vice President Mike Pence and Canadian Foreign Minister Chrystia Freeland called Guaidó to affirm their support.

A week later, Sen. Marco Rubio, Sen. Rick Scott and Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart – all lawmakers from the Florida base of the right-wing Cuban exile lobby – joined President Trump and Vice President Pence at the White House. At their request, Trump agreed that if Guaidó declared himself president, he would back him.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo met personally with Guaidó on January 10, according to the Wall Street Journal. However, Pompeo could not pronounce Guaidó’s name when he mentioned him in a press briefing on January 25, referring to him as “Juan Guido.”

At a press conference before supporters four days later, Guaidó announced his solution to the crisis: “Authorize a humanitarian intervention!”

While he waits on direct assistance, Guaidó remains what he has always been – a pet project of cynical outside forces. “It doesn’t matter if he crashes and burns after all these misadventures,” Sequera said of the coup figurehead. “To the Americans, he is expendable.”

Brennan, Clapper, and Comey were supremely confident — and wrong — in there belief that HRC was a sure winner in 2016, that they would be safe and stay in their jobs under a Hillary Clinton presidency … and that their actions to take down Trump would disappear down the memory hole.

Now that the Mueller effort has failed, and Trump has taken control of the DoJ, the law is coming for them. And while I don’t doubt that they will pull out the stops in an effort to escape accountability — the current Ukrainegate impeachment effort being the next-latest-and lame iteration of the anti-Trump effort — they may yet end up in prison.

(I don’t really understand the impeachment Kabuki. Looks like a desperate — and indeed, delusional — act, as there is ZERO possibility of conviction in the Senate. The “whistleblower” is a CIA Dem spy in the white house left over from the Obama administration, and Vindman is a ridiculous partisan whack job, who thinks the Deep State, not the President, is in charge of foreign policy. Led by psycho Schiff, like some modern day captain Ahab in pursuit his Trumpian white whale. Something/anything to do while waiting for the Democratic Pequod to sink out from under them. Fabulous spectacle, though.)

In particular, evidence is emerging that Brennan as CIA head under Obama formed a “Trump task force” to pursue the coup attempt, and that there exists a complete documentary record of that wide-ranging treasonous effort. In the end their defense will consist of “It was a legitimate foreign intelligence investigation, fully authorized by President Obama. We were just doing our patriotic duty.” I guess we’ll have to wait and see what the judge/jury thinks of that.

Everything you say about Israel and their Zionist fifth column is accurate. But this …

Trump is a Zionist. He cares, first and foremost for Israel and doesn’t give a sh*t about the average American.

… isn’t accurate. He is not a Zionist in the way you describe:

He cares, first and foremost for Israel and doesn’t give a sh*t about the average American.

He may very well be yet another American who serves Israel, but that would be because he’s been hoodwinked into believing that Israel is a good thing, rather than a geopolitical crime-in-progress that poisons everything it touches, goy and Jew alike.

Whether witting or unwitting in his “support” for Israel, Trump is smart enough to know that he dare not cross the Zionists if he hopes to succeed as President. With that in mind, I’d say Trump panders to Israeli interests, while remaining a genuine America Firster who most definitely and heroically (Is heroism narcissistic?) seeks to Make America Great Again, absolutely in the best interest of “The Average American”… and his own ego.

Actually a better question would be why they let the British delay for so long if they started the world wars. Hitler viewed the UK as a Jewish controlled state and yet the British were willing to give Hitler additional territory in order to avoid war. This also meant the British would have let Hitler build up his military even further and probably would have been unstoppable even with two fronts. It was really Hitler that couldn’t wait for war while the British were willing to sacrifice non-Germans (including Jews) to appease him. If there was actually a Zionist conspiracy they would have forced the British to declare war when Hitler was clearly violating the Versailles treaty restrictions on the size of the German military.

But blaming the Jews is much more convenient I suppose.

But you won’t be popular here pointing any of this out. I simply asked to turn down the Hebrew conspiracy talk a bit and I was accused of posting from Israel.

Thinking about it … Why didn’t those poor Jews that were being turned away from the West and having to go as far as Shanghai to disembark just sail to Leningrad? After all it was much nearer and would have saved them all that trouble. Of course the rich ones had no problem bribing their way past western immigration. Or would the Soviet Union have refused them too? Sure makes one think. Of course conspiracy comes up as an easy answer. A conspiracy against the poor Jews as part of some larger conspiracy yet? Or they just wanted to go West and preferred death to life in the USSR?

    Thinking about it …

    Really…?

It doesn’t seem to me like getting out of Germany for a Jew in 1939 would be quite like logging onto expedia and Airbnb…

I’m not a historian but even looking at the easily available information on for instance the Nuremberg Laws…does not really present a whole lot of options for getting out of dodge…

Emigration was problematic, as Jews were required to remit up to 90% of their wealth as a tax upon leaving the country. By 1938 it was almost impossible for potential Jewish emigrants to find a country willing to take them.

I’m sure the small strata of wealthy Jews had an easier time of it like you say…for instance George Soros’ didn’t seem to have too hard a time of it…even profiting from working for the Nazis to carefully account for all the loot that could be stripped off his not-so-rich Jewish co-religionists in Hungary…

Was going East even an option…?

Keep in mind that by 1939, as bad as things were for German Jews, in Poland it was already hell as Hitler’s stormtroopers were crushing Poland, with the Jews racing east ahead of the tide of destruction…by late 1939 the Warsaw ghetto was already established…

I personally know of one remarkable man who accomplished this…escaping from Auschwitz and making his way on foot to the Red Army lines…was assigned to flight training and became a fighter pilot…know his grand-niece personally…

Other than Blumenthal’s so-called fierce support of the Palestinians, how is he different than a typical lefty SJW Jew? He isn’t. He’s likely just another BS gatekeeper for a faction of Jewish power like Phil Weiss. Why should I care if he isn’t a Zionist, or if her supports Palestinians? I don’t. When he takes up arms alongside actual Palestinians, and calls for the destruction of Israel and the punishment of Israelis, I’ll take him seriously. I’d really take him seriously if he defended us unwashed against the predation of Jewish power, Zionist or other, and you know that isn’t going to happen.

Personally, I’d take Zionists over GloboJews any day. At least Zionists are just parasites with their eyes set on Palestine. Jews like Blumenthal want America as their seat of power, and are much less honest about their goals.

If you think his Jewishness is unimportant to Blumenthal, or that he wishes to see an end to Jewish power, or harm done to Jewish Israelis, you are the one whose intellect and sanity need to be questioned.

The collapse of the economy occurred before the sanctions.

Maduro actually put the military in charge of food and nationalized production. What a shock that shortages and corruption followed. It’s almost like this has happened a thousand times before in leftist dictatorships.

The drug shortages are real and corruption is rampant. Even the normal blame-the-US first leftist media outlets have distanced themselves from Maduro. That should tell you something.

I have no idea as to why you then posted a bunch of stats about the Cuban health care system.

To the extent that when I first became of Blumenthal’s writing, I actually couldn’t believe that he could be the son of *that* Blumenthal. Must be a coincidence . . .

Max Blumenthal is one of our best journalists, and it is a travesty and disgusting for any RU readers or anyone else who cares about getting real news to diss him. Inferiors judging superiors. Typical.

For me his arrest revealed a new low regarding the cravenness of TPTB who tried to regime-change Venuzuela. I mean, a look at how far they will go to punish those who pointed out the reasons for their abject failure. Partly I reckon Blumenthal’s arrest is a measure of the level of sheer *embarrassment* TPTB feel over the Venuzuela/Gaudo fiasco. BTW, has anyone heard anything about Guido lately?!!! Is he still alive?

    when Chavez was elected…

The current coup actually goes back to Chevaz and his trying to ‘nationalize Venezuela oil production. It also includes US politicians like Rubio who want to cut Cuba off from any relations in Latin American countries.

That is where the two main leaders, …..*Vecchio, former employee of Exxon in Venezuela , now in the US as the Trump appointed ambassador for Venezuela ……and *Lopez , still in Venezuela under house arrest for inciting riots in which 49 were killed several years ago……. starting plotting their ‘Generation 2007 ‘takeover.

Naming their party the Popular Will

”In 2009, Lopez and Vecchio founded Popular Will, a party that reflected the interests of Venezuela’s business class and the radical, no-compromise sensibility of its youthful leadership.
When pressed to describe the party’s platform, Vecchio struggled to offer anything beyond boilerplate commitments to “democracy” and “freedom.”

However, one position above all has been clearly articulated: “We want oil to be a normal commodity in the international arena,” the former Exxon, Mobil, and PDVSA employee told The Politic. So much for Popular Will’s supposed commitment to “socialism.”

Guaidó’, the would be president, is nothing but a spoiled playboy they put up for ‘charm’. Lopez and Vecchio are full of themselves grifters who all about being rich rulers thru cooperation with US oil companies…..and have gotten this far in the coup by ‘spouting democracy’. Of course everyone who is anyone in DC knows this is bullshit. But just saying the magic words ‘freedom and democracy’ will get most of the imbecilic congress to join hands in the ‘coup for democracy..

Well, according to your link, the food shortages are all over including the capitol, but what it doesn’t say is how food sources are bottle necked, and monopolized, and that has a lot to do with how Venezuela was originally structured as an oil exporter, and an importer of everything else – i.e. corporatized. This can lead to famine(s). Speaking of which; the people of the United States are subjected to a very similar bottled necked, and monopolized food sources that are completely controlled by ten people/corporations. I’ve been predicting for a long time that the U.S. is set up for a perfect storm where the outcome is famine – not one particular crisis, but a small series of crisis’ can lead to a wrench stuck in the food gears, and one wrench is the FEMA act where the government can nationalize food stores and production(we’re all Ukrainians then). Then it’s the government’s decision who gets to eat – not capitalism. Keep an eye out for that.

Diversifying the economic structure is what the Venezuela government has been attempting lately and that is exactly what Washington’s corporate overlords do not want – they call is socialism. The corporations want total control, and it seems to me you’re in on it.

However , yesterday my boarding pass for my return flight from Zurich to Boston also received the “SSSS” printed on the bottom and once again I was subjected to an enhanced security screening at the Zurich airport before being allowed to board my flight to Boston . – Libyan schools, universities, hospitals WERE BOMBED AND DESTROYED by NATO, including the Great-Man Made River, roads, infrastructures were destroyed, thousands were killed, and more than 1 million Libyans were displaced, thousands died at sea trying to reach Europe, and thousands were imprisoned near Israel.

    – NATO bankers then robbed more than 100 billions$ in Libyan assets.

    – Mr Cotler now wants to impose Guaido to Venezuela.

THANK YOU MAX BLUMENTHAL for having confronted Mr Cotler. He gave the OK to destroy Libya, he now wants Canada to invade Venezuela. FURTHERMORE, he wants to intervene in IRAN. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
