At the end of August, Editor Peter Brimelow gave me three tasks:

  • Learn the names and charges against all defendants in the disturbances surrounding the Alt Right Unite The Right rally on August;
  • Break the defendants down into two lists—Alt-Right and Communist/AntiFa (what President Trump has accurately called the Alt Left);
  • Given Heather Heyer’s mother’s revelation that her (morbidly obese) daughter had died, not of blunt force trauma but from a heart attack [NBC interview, August 19, 2017] find out what Heyer’s autopsy determined, and what effect that would have on the charges against car driver James Alex Fields Jr. (whom’s James Kirkpatrick has already suggested may be the next George Zimmerman. Subsequent video evidence appears to show that Heyer was not hit by the car at all).

Peter and I assumed that the main charge against Fields would have to be reduced to manslaughter. But we were operating on the assumption that the law and the facts would determine things. Instead, I found that the law and the facts have both been suspended for all those deemed enemies of the state.

Conclusion from my investigation:

  • the five Alt-Righters, who have been charged with felonies and jailed without bail, are nothing less than political prisoners.
  • The ten Alt Lefters, who were charged with trivial misdemeanors and are all free, are at best simply useful idiots for the emerging American Cultural Marxist anarcho-tyranny.

Staffers in the Charlottesville (434-970-3176) and Albemarle County (434-972-4072) Commonwealth Attorney’s offices simply lied to me, denying that they had any lists of the Charlottesville defendants. But of course they had given lists to Main Stream Media Narrative Enforcers, who otherwise would not have been able to report on the charges.

The only help the staffers gave: directing me to the online Virginia court system. But some of the defendants listed by the MSM did not turn up there either.

A Charlottesville Commonwealth Attorney’s staffer denied that an autopsy had been performed on Heather Heyer—adding that if an autopsy had been performed, she still wouldn’t say anything.

Of course, Heyer has been autopsied—Virginia laws would require it even if she’d died in a road accident.

I was ultimately able to distinguish between Alt-Right (political prisoners) and Communist/Alt Left defendants based on the charges. The Alt-Righters were all charged with felonies—and all held without bail—while the Communist/Alt Lefters were all charged with piddling misdemeanors—and all released.

Apparently, if a Communist/Alt Lefter accused an Alt-Righter of a crime, the authorities took his word as Gospel. Conversely, Alt-Righters’ charges were ignored, no matter how much video and photo proof backed them up.

Remember that the Alt Right Unite The Right Demonstrators had a permit to hold their anti-Confederate desecration protest. The Alt Left did not have any such permit. Although most (arguably all) of the resulting violence was initiated by the Communist/Alt Lefters, the MSM and authorities have never referred to them as what they are—rioters—as opposed to “counter-demonstrators,” “demonstrators,” and as “heroes” who were fighting against “hate.”

One might say that my reasoning is circular, since I have no independent standard for knowing who is who, among the defendants. I welcome corrections from the prosecutors’ offices, which should have helped me in the first place.

Another emerging way of determining who’s who: the punishment. The C/As are not getting any punishment. As has reported, Alt-Right victims cannot even come forward against their attackers even when they have video evidence, because the curious capitalist-communist-government alliance that has emerged would then ID and destroy them. But there is so much video and photographic evidence available that were prosecutors interested in serving justice, they would have already charged scores of felonious, violent C/As.

At, we have spoken for several years of the need for “exemplary sentencing” to stem the rising tide of Leftist violence. But instead we are seeing ever more draconian punishment of patriots, even when they are crime victims, and none of violent, anti-American Leftist revolutionaries.

The Alt-Right Defendants, in Chronological Order

  • Christopher Cantwell has been indicted on three felony charges of “illegal use of gas: unlawful”; “asslt: unlaw inj by acid etc.”; and “illegal use of gas: malicious,” based solely on claims by Communist/Alt Left activist Emily Florence Gorcenski (and, though the indictment doesn’t mention him, C/A activist Kristopher Cheney Goad), regarding alleged incidents on the evening of Friday August 11, when Unite The Right had their surprise torchlight rally. [Case # GC17011628-00, GC17011629-00, GC17011630-00.

Cantwell maintains that he acted in self-defense. He had a hearing on August 24, and his next hearing is scheduled for November 9. This reporter has never heard of felony charges for using mace or tear gas; then again, this is a political show trial, in which the law means nothing.

Note that in a lengthy interview, Unite the Right organizer Jason Kessler told me that it was Cantwell who had insisted on going by the book, and fully cooperating with law enforcement although it had, in a criminal conspiracy, had utterly betrayed the lawful demonstrators.

Oddly enough, the Daily Beast article cheering on Cantwell’s prosecution quotes Goad and Gorcenski asserting that Cantwell could not possibly have been acting in self-defense—but later in the same article, Daily Beast Narrative Enforcer Jackson Landers writes

Cantwell was the main subject of a Vice News documentary on the rally, where he is seen getting maced, fighting with protesters, showing off an arsenal of guns, and calling blacks “savages.” [Protesters Got Christopher Cantwell Arrested, Cops Didn’t Even Try by Jackson Landers, The Daily Beast, August 25, 2017. My emphasis].

Landers ignores the contradiction, and deliberately confuses readers, by referring to the Communist/ Alt Lefters as “protestors,” when the only protestors were the Alt-Righters—the C/As were rioters.

On August 31, a judge bonded out Cantwell, but allowed for Albemarle County Commonwealth’s Attorney Robert Tracci to appeal the decision. Later that day, in a four-hour hearing, Tracci argued that Cantwell was a flight risk, even though he had surrendered himself voluntarily, and that he should not be bonded out because of his “hate speech.” Of course, there is no such legal category as “hate speech” (yet). But, incredibly, Judge Cheryl Higgins agreed and revoked Cantwell’s bond.

This was clearly a political punishment of Cantwell, violating his Fourteenth Amendment right of equality before the law, not to mention the presumption of innocence [Update: Judge Denies Bond for Cantwell on Charges over Aug. 11 Rally, by Meghan Moriarty,, Aug 31, 2017 11:28 A.M. EST Updated: Sep 14, 2017 11:30 A.M. EST; Nicholas Stix Interview with Cantwell’s attorney, Elmer Woodard III.]

  • James Alex Fields Jr. is presently indicted on ten felony charges in Charlottesville District Court, for driving into Heather Heyer and numerous other Communist/Alt Left rioters on August 12: One count of Murder Two; three counts of aggravated malicious wounding; three counts of malicious wounding; two counts of felony wounding; and one count of failure to stop at the scene of a fatal felony.

At this rate, before state and federal prosecutors are done with him, they’ll have charged Fields with murdering the Lindbergh baby.

Fields has had court hearings on August 14, 16, and 25; his next court hearing is slated for December 14. His original defense attorney had conflict of interest–he is one of the plaintiffs trying to stop Charlottesville from removing the statue of General Robert E. Lee. Fields’ new lawyer is Denise Lunsford, the former Commonwealth’s Attorney for Albemarle County (2007-2015).

Again, Fields is being held without bail.

  • Daniel Patrick Borden, 18, and
  • Alex Michael Ramos, 33, were both charged with “felonious assault,” for an alleged parking garage attack on black rioter Deandre Harris on August 12.

Never mind that Harris had followed them into the parking garage and attacked them before being driven off.

Virginia governor Terry McAuliffe personally demanded the persecution of Borden and Ramos. [Gov. McAuliffe wants arrests in beating of man in Charlottesville during white supremacist violence, By Patrick Wilson, Richmond Times-Dispatch, August 21, 2017]

Borden had a hearing on September 21, which was continued, and has his next hearing scheduled for October 12. Ramos had hearings on September 5 and 12, which were both continued, with the next hearing to be held on October 12.

Both are being held without bail.

DeAndre Harris has not been charged with anything, despite the video evidence against him.

  • Richard Wilson Preston, 52, has been charged with “shoot firearm, 1000ft of schl.” (On a Saturday!)

Preston had fired a warning shot at Cory Long, the black rioter who was assaulting the Alt Right demonstrators with a jury-rigged flamethrower. Preston has had hearings on August 31 and September 8, both times getting continuances. His next hearing is slated for October 12.

He too is being held without bail.

Absurdly, despite this well-publicized picture

Cory Long has not been charged with any crimes.

Aside from the ridiculous law that Preston is charged with having broken, he was clearly acting in self-defense.

But there’s more. Preston was arrested based on agitations by the ACLU of Virginia, which lied about the incident, claiming that Preston had tried to murder Long (“Man fired at another person…”). USA Today Narrative Enforcer Josh Hafner then further embellished on the ACLUV’s lie, by depicting Preston as having committed attempted mass murder:

A man who is suspected of firing a gun at counterprotesters during the ‘Unite the Right’ rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, earlier this month has been arrested.

[Man who opened fire in Charlottesville crowd arrested, August 29, 2017.]

Although it was the ACLUV’s civil libertarians, who had heroically fought for the Alt-Right protesters’ right to hold the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville on August 12, the organization, its name notwithstanding, is not primarily a civil liberties organization. The ACLU was founded in 1920 by Communist fellow-traveler Roger Baldwin, and has been dominated by communists ever since, in conflict with a vociferous, civil libertarian minority. The ACLUV communists have reasserted themselves since Charlottesville, in supporting the violent Communist/Alt Left war on freedom of speech, and on the Alt-Right. [Charlottesville violence prompts ACLU to change policy on hate groups protesting with guns, By Joshua Barajas, PBS, August 18, 2017.]

I left three voice mail messages for the ACLUV, but got no response.

The masked would-be murderer is Cory Long

The Ten (Presumably) Communist/Alt Left Defendants

Hoffman is free on his own recognizance.

  • Jacob Leigh Smith, Louisa VA: The Hill reporter Taylor Lorenz said that on August 12, Smith ordered her to stop live-streaming the AntiFa violence, punched her in the face, and threw her to the ground. He has been charged with misdemeanor assault in her case. Smith had a prior arrest for stealing $200 or less “not from a person,” and a hearing on December 18, 2015, but never made the $200 restitution.

Smith had a hearing on the assault case on September 25, which was continued to November 3. [Case# GC17006055-00]. He is free,

  • “Troy Dunigan, Chattanooga TN was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct, for throwing objects at ‘Nazi protesters’”; he had a hearing on August 16, and another one on September 22, in which his case was “finalized” with a fine of $209. He was never held without bail.[Case# GC17006054-00]
  • James O’Brien, Gainesville FL concealed weapon: carry, misdemeanor. O’Brien had one hearing on August 14, got a continuance, had another hearing on September 22, and got yet another continuance for November 20. He is free. [Case # GC17006037-00]
  • David Parrott, Paoli IN Charged with “failing to disperse in a riot” (misdemeanor); had a hearing date on September 22, at which point his case was finalized, with a verdict of “Guilty In Absentia” [?!], with a fine of $250 and court costs of $124, all due the same day. Never held without bail, obviously. [Case # GC17006055-00]
  • Steven C. Balcaitis York, SC misdemeanor assault. This case was “finalized” on September 18; guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, sentence completely suspended, with no probation, fine of $209. [Case # GC17006057-00]

Communist/ Alt Lefters Charged with Assaulting Jason Kessler at His August 13 Press Conference

Robert K. Litzenberger, 47, of Charlottesville, was arrested for misdemeanor assault for spitting on Kessler. [Rally organizer punched as news conference devolves into chaos, News-Virginian, August 13, 2017]Litzenberger got a continuance at his August 16 hearing to September 22, at which he got a second continuance to November 17. He was never held without bail. [Case# GC17006070-00]

  • Edgar Brandon Collins, 44, and Jeffrey Matthew Winder, 49, misdemeanor assault. Both had hearings on September 22, where they got continuances to November 17. [Case#s GC17007079-00 and GC17007156-00]
  • Phoebe LaFroy Stevens, 35, is charged with misdemeanor assault and battery. Her last hearing was held on September 19; her next hearing is scheduled for November 17. [Case# GC17006841-00]

All free etc. [ Woman charged in Kessler press event violence, The Daily Progress,September 13, 2017]

One good, or at least ironic, piece of news: one Communist/ Alt Lefter is suing city and state officials because “police officers failed to keep him safe on Aug. 12 during the Unite the Right rally” [Charlottesville lawsuit: Police enabled hate crimes by standing down, by Alix Bryan,, September 1, 2017]. This sounds like a typical trial lawyer quest for deep pockets, but the riot clearly was the authorities’ fault and they deserve everything they get. will be covering these political show trials all the way down the line. Absolutely outstanding article! Thank you very much for this update, Mr. Stix.

Just a minor, but significant correction, I already contacted you about :

UPDATE & CORRECTION! Heather Heyer WAS apparently hit by the car. @BrockenJr at & Hunter Wallace of OccidentalDissent found her. The vid is apparently AFTER she rolled off hood.

UPDATE(26/09) Instead of 3,42 seconds it s 3,7. The program I used (Hitfilm) to edit the video divided seconds in fractions of 60 instead of 100, had to change the settings for the next video. So the speed is lower, 20,05 MPH At what speed was James Fields driving?

Do you remember the trial of the Chicago 7 following the police riot at the 1968 Chicago democrat presidential primary? It was the establishment attempting to punish anybody they could in order to make the their enemies seem evil and distract from their own involvement in the debacle . They actually brought Bobby Seal from California to stand trial. He had nothing to do with the riots in Chicago but was a black panther and made good headlines. The event was a major show trial resulting in no convictions.

History does not repeat but it rhymes.

There’s a long history of Jews pretending to be Nazis and other provocateurs to create dissension. There’s various sites that have him earlier as supporting Hillary then switching to Hitler. If he’s a Jewish false flag that got caught up in his own event I hope he’s screwed.

  7. Excellent article. The evidence indicating that the Charlottesville Five are being detained excessively is compelling. Yes, these young dissidents are political prisoners. It’s that simple.

Unfortunately, the hyper-influential and over-represented Left defines (and manages) the ‘good vs evil’ narrative in American culture. Their sanctimonious and self-serving narrative has contaminated even our courts.

Thank you, Mr. Stix. This is cutting-edge, first rate journalism. Sadly, the MSM will likely ignore your explosive findings.

Charlottesville Part II is coming this November 4.

ANTIFA are planning a nationwide day of riots on November 4th, which they say will force President Trump out of office.

[ynw] According to two ANTIFA-based websites, plans are being made to end the “Trump/Pence regime” via acts of violence and terrorism across the United States.

Bet the Commie loving Antifa thinks us white males are too dumb to realize that the real action will probably be on November 5, as in “Remember, remember the Fifth of November,” in that “V for Vengeance” movie that introduced the world to that silly looking mask Antifa thugs are so fond of wearing.

We can thank Dear Leader Obama, George Soros and Hillary “We came, we saw he died” Clinton who would love to give many Americans a bayonet enema and kick Trump out of office so they can install another one of their tinpot dictators.

Nick, you have my and a great many altrighters’ profound thanks for investigating and reporting all of this. Seriously, I tease you about the JQ, but this is 100% Righteous Jew territory. We all know nobody on the dissident right does this for the money.

This reporter has never heard of felony charges for using mace or tear gas; then again, this is a political show trial, in which the law means nothing.

The regime had better do a very good job with jury selection, and further pray for a lot of luck. Because otherwise, assuming all he did is mace antifas, Cantwell’s going to walk. There will be enough DGAF crackers on the jury for that, I’d guess.

On August 31, a judge bonded out Cantwell, but allowed for Albemarle County Commonwealth’s Attorney Robert Tracci to appeal the decision. I wouldn’t be surprised if, after beating the rap, Cantwell wins a nice juicy settlement from the C-ville regime over this abuse of his rights, the legal system, and due process.

For those of you who cannot figure it out, the entire government has been infiltrated by judeo-communists, the enemy is within the gates and has seized control.

So remember that jews and communists who come to power ALWAYS obliterate the people who oppose their transformation of society and these people’s culture and history as well. Its happening before your eyes and there is not a thing Trump or anyone else can do to stop it now.

  12. I don’t share the high opinion of this piece. There’s far too much of the grandstanding ‘woe is us, the system’s against us’ stuff, and far too little detail on the main point of interest here – the case against James Fields. We’re told he’s had court hearings on three dates – August 14th, 16th and 25th. That alone is helpful, because I haven’t seen that information elsewhere, but it’s still frustratingly little. Was Fields actually present at these hearings? Which of his defence attorneys was present at which? Were these hearings public? Were the proceedings documented? Were they merely procedural? Did Stix get to speak to either defence lawyer? Will things finally become clearer – the details of the prosecution case and Fields’ defence, if any – only at the proposed December 14th hearing?

Great update and summation of where things are at concerning the “Charlottesville five”. It’s also disgusting and sobering over the lengths the system has gone to to persecute these men simply because they harbor political beliefs deemed objectionable by the ultra left wing/anti-white authorities of Virginia.

The legal system is being guided not by presumption of innocence and the available evidence, but the presumption of guilt (for badwhites), the false narrative and farrago of lies told by the left.

The message couldn’t be more stark; any white people who don’t hate themselves (badwhites) and who attempt to exercise their Constitutional rights are not protected by law and will be at the mercy of an ultra left wing star chamber. Conversely, any group that attacks whites perceived as “white supremacists” will be let off with a slap on the wrist at worst so keep it coming.

This makes me want to take a knee the next time the national anthem plays until the system stops persecuting white people who don’t hate themselves and grants them equal rights under the law.

  27. Fields has had court hearings on August 14, 16, and 25; his next court hearing is slated for December 14.

Decided to look for confirmation of this in the MSM using Google News.

Here’s the Guardian on the August 14th hearing, described as an arraignment hearing, where Fields appeared via videlink:

The public defender’s office could not represent Fields, the court heard, as attorneys working in the office had relatives wounded in the attack. Fields was assigned a local attorney, Charles Webber, by the court and told he would remain in custody until a bond hearing later in the month.

The second hearing, according to the following Daily Mail piece, took place not on the 16th, but on Monday, the 20th, where the only order of business appears to have been an increase in the charges against Fields, who again appeared via videlink. Still no movement on a bond hearing, but another hearing set for Friday the 25th:

The third hearing didn’t, in fact, take place, with the agreement of the prosecution and Field’s attorney, Denise Lunsford, and the preliminary hearing was held over to December 14th, when hopefully the wheels will be set in motion and we can learn something more substantive about the case:

Just on this brief checking of the facts, I continue to be less than impressed with Mr. Stix.

Heather Heyer’s weight and cause of death are important factors to take into account in this investigation. Age and weight of the victim and the speed at which the vehicle was traveling at are all very important details to consider to determine a person’s chance of survival in a situation like this and to determine if this was really an intentional attack or merely a tragic accident, that then was used to push a certain media narrative to label the Alt Right “fascist terrorist[s]” and to brainwash people like yourself and the masses in general with:

Isn’t that cute, you’re concerned about a fascist terrorist. What right wing brainwash cult are you in? I’ve been thinking about joining one.

Ironically enough, I think the chances are pretty high that you might be the most fascistic, least open-minded and most severely “brainwashed [person]” participating in this discussion.

The following is important information to take into account as well in this investigation.

The fact that Fields was not driving at a very high rate of speed and that the crowd of protestors was mostly young people very likely significantly reduced the number of deaths and serious injuries in this accident/crash

Even though Heather Heyer had the advantage of younger age (she was 32 years old I believe) and the accident (or intentional attack?) was a “low-to-moderate speed” impact crash, her being severely overweight probably put her at a much higher risk of mortality in this situation than other participants in the protest

The impact of obesity on the outcomes of 1,153 critically injured blunt trauma patients.

Obese patients incur different injuries after severe blunt trauma than their non-obese counterparts. Despite sustaining fewer head injuries, obese patients suffer more complications, require longer stays in the hospital, more days of mechanical ventilation, and obesity is independently associated with mortality. Brown et al. (2005)

All the major news outlets reported that

Mr. Fields was driving a Dodge Challenger “at a high rate of speed” in downtown Charlottesville at about 1:45 p.m., a spokeswoman for the city said in a statement. He drove the car into a sedan, which hit a minivan that was in front of it.

This is way below the speed of 40 mph that was suggested and claimed, by one of the eye witnesses of the accident/attack, Fields’ car was supposed to have traveled at ( see video “charlottesville car attack debunked from victims with footage” for that eye witness account )

Not exactly a speed I personally would travel at to commit “attempted vehicular mass murder”, but that is just me, what do I know, I am just “human scum” according to the most astutest of observers.

See my first post in this comment thread on the speed Fields’ vehilce was likely traveling at when he crashed into the “peaceful” protestors:

Off-topic, but interesting, some of you might have seen this before, this is what humans would look like if we had evolved to survive car crashes:

Mr. Stix issued an update and correction:

Charlottesville Anarcho-Tyranny Update: Corrections And Amplifications

Although the criminal justice authorities in Charlottesville have not contacted us with corrections as I suggested, some Alt-Righters have. Two informed us that David Parrott, arrested for a misdemeanor, and another informed us that James O’Brien, likewise arrested for a misdemeanor, were both actually Alt-Righters, rather than Alt Lefters.

Thus, two Alt-Righters were arrested for misdemeanors, but all Alt Lefters who were arrested were charged with only misdemeanors, and many violent Alt Lefters were not arrested at all.

I also reported that “subsequent video evidence appears to show that Heyer was not hit by the car at all.” I’ve just learned that even further analysis now seems to show she was indeed hit. Again, all this would be clearer if the Charlottesville authorities would release the autopsy.

Thank you very much, Mr. Stix!

    The last link was broken:

To up your chances of surviving a car accident, it would help if your ultra-thick ribcage were lined with sacs that served as natural airbags and if your face were flattened, your skull much larger, your skin thicker and your knees able to move in all directions.
Graham is designed to serve as a reminder of how vulnerable our bodies are in high-speed, high-impact motor vehicle crashes.
“It’s really about understanding the physics behind road crashes, and (Piccinini) did a fantastic job of interpreting that and creating something that is really able to be digested by anyone from what is some quite complex physics,” said David Logan, a crash investigation expert at the Monash University Accident Research Centre in Melbourne.
Graham is even able to avoid injury while on foot: He has hoof-like legs with added joints and knees that bend in all directions to quickly move out of the way of oncoming traffic.

Our ribs do a fairly decent job of protecting us but they could be better. In between Graham’s ribs are additional ribs with better protection so that his rib cage acts much like an airbag.

Since everything I wrote, referring to hearings in the cases of all the Charlottesville defendants was taken directly from the Virginia Court system’s database, you’d better turn your lecture to the prosecutors.

Oh, but you have nothing to say about that.

Thank you, Mr. Stix! Highly appreciate it and it means a lot to me coming from you!

Couldn’t and wouldn’t have done it without Mr. Unz:

Thank you to Mr. Unz for having published all these important pieces on Charlottesville here at the Unz Review, which inspired me to look more deeply into this case.

He, Ann Coulter, Tucker Carlson and Mark Steyn were the only major dominoes that stood firm and didn’t fall during the hysteria in the aftermath of Charlottesville:

Now nobody on the show is weeping for the Daily Stormer — even mentioning their name probably will get us written up by the Southern Poverty Law Center as dangerous alt-right subversives or something.

We don’t care; there’s a principle at stake here, and it’s worth defending regardless.
Now the First Amendment is America’s most famous freedom, the strongest sign that our country is dedicated to the personal liberty of every person here. The fact that this right applies to the most hated members of society isn’t a weakness, it’s the whole point.

    God bless them!

Thanks again, and all the very best to you, Mr. Stix.

Jason Kessler was released on bond today:

The chief organizer of August 12 Unite the Right rally has been released on bond after being arrested on a perjury charge unrelated to the rally.
The charge stems from a sworn statement Kessler made in January, alleging he was assaulted while gathering signatures for a petition to remove Wes Bellamy from City Council. Kessler later pleaded guilty to assaulting Jay Thomas, who was able to obtain video disproving Kessler’s claim and leading Thomas’s charge to be dismissed.

After Bellamy refused to step down from his position on city council, I conducted a recall petition drive to have him removed from office. Nearly six hundred people signed a legally binding petition to have Bellamy removed from his position.

(Full disclosure: One of the multitudes of triggered Leftists harassing me and my signatories got too close, so I punched him. Much to the delight of the local liberal media I was charged with misdemeanor assault.)

Also, a commenter over in the other comment thread on the, by now infamous, controversial Heather Heyer article that was published by the Unz Review questioned my claim/conclusion that Heather Heyer was directly hit by the car.
Here my reply to him, in case other readers also have doubts about this scenario:

Here in this photo you can see the top part of her head/face looking right at the Dodge just before impact, and she is wearing glasses, etc. More details here:

I also discovered that when one types “Heather Heyer” into the Google search engine and checks under “Images” the Unz Review thumbnail for that infamous, controversial Heather Heyer article comes up as the 7th-highest-ranked search result image:

I am pretty sure Alt Lite/Light conspiracy theory propagandists and aficionados still believe that Jason Kessler is a secret Obama/Soros/“Deep State” plant who set up the entire “Unite the Right” event just to discredit President Trump, etc., no matter how much AntiFA (Anti First Amendment) activists and their “Deep State” enablers are persecuting him:

In my opinion, Jason Kessler is extremely passionate about and good at what he does, and that is why he has a target on his back. He is a threat to the anti-historic-American-nation Establishment.

So, activists in Charlottesville say they literally chased Jason Kessler out of their city council meeting

Some good news and sanity out of Charlottesville, for a change:

Judge rules in favor of groups trying to keep Charlottesville’s Robert E. Lee statue where it is

Also, a section of 4th Street is being named after Heather Heyer, which I feel is appropriate. I feel bad that she died, I just believe that it was an accident, or at worst road rage, and not a premeditated terrorist attack :

There might also be an additional reason why Heather Heyer did not make it out of the path of the oncoming car on time:

For the weeks after the attack, Bro had reminded herself that her daughter had most likely died quickly. It hurt her to think that “her last few seconds were fear and terror, which no mother wants for her child,” but, she said, “I was sadly accepting of that.”

At the concert in the stadium on Sunday, many people came up to talk to Bro. Among them, she said, beginning to cry at the memory, were three young black women. One of them said she had been walking alongside Heather the day of the protest, when Heather said “watch out” and pushed her. When the car rammed into the crowd, Heather had pushed her out of the way again, saving her. “I was very reassured,” her mother said. “At the very last second of her life … she wasn’t scared. She was in charge.”

    An Army of One?
by Emily Rogers, October 7, 2017

The determination of one man has set the enemies of our culture back on their heels, and has them worried and scrambling.

What would happen if [there] were a dozen men doing what Jason Kessler is doing, each in their own cities? What if there were a hundred? Imagine if there were a thousand! What could such an “army” accomplish?

Gentlemen, I ask you: will you join?

Great summary by Brad Griffin. I had forgotten that the United Nations specifically cited this case in their condemnation of the U.S. regarding the events in Charlottesville:

The DeAndre Harris Race Hoax Exposed

The United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination condemned President Trump’s response to Charlottesville and issued an “early warning” on the United States. It released a document which cited “the terrible beating of Mr. DeAndre Harris” by name.
Consider the fact that DeAndre Harris, Shaun King and the mainstream media managed to mislead America, all the donors who were duped into donating to this thug and the entire world as represented by the United Nations.

What else have they lied about in Charlottesville?
Note: Oh, and the helicopter that crashed in Charlottesville? It crashed because of a mechanical failure. And yet, we were somehow blamed for that too.
