The trend towards Trumpism among young men does not only apply to whites. The same trend is apparent among blacks:

The gap between Trump support and generic Republican identification is narrower among black women (the figure for 50-64 year-olds is a bit of an outlier, but it is what the polls show):

  1. Don’t count on this translating into votes for Trump.

In 2020, he will at best get 13% of the black vote, comprising 16% of black men and 10% of black women.

Don’t count on this translating into votes for Trump.
In 2012, Romney got 6% of the black vote
In 2016, Trump got 8% of the black vote
So, your "at best" 13% is still trending in the right direction. The article DOES say "peeling," which implies slow but steady progress.

In Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, an uptick of ~4% of the black vote relative to 2016 could be enough to get Trump over the finish line, though.

  4. It will be interesting to see how black males react to a Kamala Harris candidacy.

  5. the 2020 Republiscam vote among Congoids

will differ little from any other recent election.

this despite all of Trump’s anti-White

    pandering to Congoids.

maybe but one of the few things trump seems to be actively targeting is blacks he thinks he can win them because of his entertainment experience my own experience is blacks prefer racists that are honest than allies that are hypocrites, you can be a race realist and blacks respect that and take it as respect that you are honest with them and frankly they are racist and know they are shit race
  6. Good luck with strategizing via polling, an approach that worked so well in 2016, but meanwhile, those of us registered likely voters of various skin-pigmentation hues, genders amd ages who actually went out to vote for Trump are watching what he does on policy issues very closely. The targeting and courting of various groups has nothing to do with those policy issues and everything to do with winning and careerism, affecting mostly just elite politicians and a few economic elites, plus the few non-elite voters whose economic interests are served by US politicians, mostly just the womb-productive citizens, some of whom are registered to vote, and the womb-productive, non-voting noncitizens.

  7. The seeming outlier value for the black ladies 50-64 might be due to them being probably the most conservative of blacks, the ones that voted against gay marriage in California for example. But even then, this is balanced by young black women being heavily anti-Trump, even not all the Republican ones like him. The Blexit effect does seem to be happening overall, as expected even more among men; but wonder if peeling slivers away will be enough for colorblind nationalism to be feasible before a potential internationalist deluge (then again, Trump may not be the hoped-for “vessel”, but at least such a political current may be finally awakened?). Furthermore, black women tend to be more politically active than the men; on the other hand, we shall see if any black man freed or the black wife of someone just freed and/or reinstituted in their voting rights by the First Step Act, will remember to vote for the President that allowed that to happen…
